I am rishikesh talikhede. Purchase online new phone samsung on8 form flipkart. Before 12 days. I had pay the payment 9, 936/- online through hdfc & exchange my old samsung j7 (2016-edition). Amount of 4000/-.

But after received the mobile the phone was so many issues. Every time voice breaking. When ever use speaker phone for call or listing songs phone was big vibration. Already i had visited to samsung store but stores confirm to me please hand over the new mobile to us for 4 days. But i don't have alternative phone. So i want cancel my order & please pick ur new phone. & return to my old phone. I. E samsung j7 2016 edition.

They recruited some delivery boys at chandannagar hub, shrirampur, dist, hooghly, west bengal in the month of october, 2018 and off them from their jobs from the last week of november, 2018 without pay their salary, neither pay by flipkat (Contact no. [protected]) nor pay by r r india pvt ltd (Contact no.[protected] / [protected]) till date. They are cheating with the unemployed youths and simply exploiting them in west bengal. Look at this matter please for their salary which are lying with them

        Rs deducted from my account and i had received sms from bank for deduction towards payment to flipkart vide reference no pzt[protected]wlmzs01igaexedxl9.

        But item is not appearing in order list and no sms received from flipkart for confirmation of order.

        Flipkart customer representative informed that refund proceed but Refund yet not received in my account in spite of several communication with Flipkart Rep.
        It is requested to expedite the refund of Rs2749
        I had ordered realme pad 4gb 64gb . The money has been deducted from bank but order isn't confirmed what is this problem please resolve this prob .
        Either give me the product or refund me the money

            Hello
            I am really disappointed with flipkart. After repeated attempts to solve my problem with the customer care and their so called "team" i am here to lodge my complain. I hope my request will be accepted. My problem is from past few weeks i am not able to login and i cant even change my password or signup as a new user as my number is already active. I dont know whats happening with me, when asked? They have no idea too!!!

            Any help would be greatly appreciated.

            First i absolutely have no idea why? My account has been blocked. Second they are asking for scanned id documents for security reasons for their kind information i am concerned much more than they are to submit my documents, because this is not how i created my flipkart account nobody asked for any identity. That's it either they resolve my problem or let them hell with their cart. I am done shopping...

            When flipkart can't trust it's customers and is concerned more about it's security, i suggest they shut down their warehouses and servers and go home. They are much safer this way.

              Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

              Then i used forgot button and then received code.

              Entered the code successfully.
              After that it was asking please set a new password.

              Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

              That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                I ordered Bosch "Bosch - 7 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine White (WAK20164IN)" washing machine on Ordered On Tue, Nov 6th '18 with total discount of 3000 rupees. which was for rupees 23, 999. The current to price of the item in the retail market at our district place is rs. 29, 999. I ordered this item as My mother went through cataract surgery and couldn't do the laundry. We had to go through lot of things due to this. We had to employ the person to do the laundry which cost us more than Rs. 4000. We received a washing machine with no thermacol casing and was completely damaged. (Please see the attached images ). When the installation person came he said the machine is damaged and suggested to talk to customer care of Flipkart. When my brother spoke to them they initially agreed to replace the item with one catch, they wanted to purchase the same item with current price and they will add the difference of current item price - purchased item price (=Rs.3000) rupees to Flipkart account so that we can use that money only to get other stuff from Flipkart. When my brother rejected that offer, they came up with another excuse saying, this machine is not available in my area for delivery. I have attached screenshot with date and time and it's availability to my area.
                I am expecting them to provide either the replacement within 10 days or provide the price of the item at my district place which is Rs. 29, 999 + taxes + 4000(Laundry person wages) + Rs. 2000 (as a interest charge for using my money for more than a month) = Rs. 35, 000 /- So that I can purchase the washing machine.

                I have received at least 6-8 emails with below contents but have not received a single call from flipkart. The one call that my brother received they offered to refund the rupees 23, 999/- and they denied replacement.

                  My order was canceled by the seller on 11th november. It is 5th dec now and my refund has still not been given to me.
                  Repeated emails to flipkart has not resolved the issue.
                  They cannot give my refund even after repeated promises from flipkart, on phone and my emails.
                  Why am i being inconvenienced?
                  Now they not even responding!
                  Is my money gone forever?

                  I hope there is some authority who takes care of such issues and actually punishes flipkart for such fraudulent practises.

                      Hi,
                      I ordered a product in flipkart, which got delivered on 23rd, nov, 2018.
                      As they sent a wrong product, i raised a refund request on 27th, nov, 2018.
                      On the same day, i got a confirmation email saying that the refund request is accepted.
                      On dec 5th, 2018, they cancelled the refund request without intimating me.
                      Now, they raised a refund request again.

                      Please take care that, this time the issues gets resolved, without calling you people and explaining the issue again and again.

                        I have posted a complaint earlier because, i was not able to login my account. The complaint link is given below:

                        As a result, they have regain access to my account. Therefore i have marked the problem is resolved.
                        But after a week, i am facing the same problem.
                        I am now again not able to login to my account..i have not booked any products after regaining access. Still why they are blocking access??
                        When i contacted customer care by their email address.. i got a reply like this 👇🏻

                        “Sorry, the email ID [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use.Please visit our Help Centre here to get quick answers to your questions or to contact us.“

                        Today I got an email from flipkart to pay the bills of flipkart pay later. How can i pay it ?? I am not able to login my account.,
                        I have reported you 3 days ago.. and atlast i got a reply that wait for 48 hours. After that there was no reply.please resolve it asap.

                              Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and investigated the case. The seller and the courier service provider have confirmed that the same product was delivered to customer's mother as was ordered by the customer, so informed the same to the customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                  Dear sir/mam,

                                  I am a loyal and regular customer of flipkart. On 14th october, 2018, i have ordered a "trishaa by pantaloons women's kurta and palazzo set" with an order id of od[protected] from seller named retailnet. The product was delivered on 26th october 2018.
                                  However, on opening the packet, we came to know that the product was incomplete as it has only kurta. The plazzo was missing.
                                  Thus i generated the return request fro the same immediately. However, the delivery guy refused to pick the product saying i will not receive an incomplete product despite the fact that we are returning only because the product was incomplete. I called the customer care immediately. Your customer care officer told me that they are cancelling the return request and than asked me to call after 48 hrs to enable them to generate return from their side.
                                  I did the same and again return request was generated from flipkart side. However, to my utter surprise, my return request was cancelled without any intimation or without assigning any reason. I immediately called flipkart again and this time your customer care officer told me to raise a new return request and assured me that this time product will be picked up.
                                  However, again to my utter surprise, the return request was cancelled after few days without any intimation, call or reason.

                                  So when i last made complaint at this forum & various other forums.. Flipkart assured me that product will be picked up on or before 05.12.2018... But again return request was declined without any intimation.

                                  I never expected this from reputed company like flipkart that it will promote fraudsters and behave in such a way with their loyal customers. I have also undergone huge mental harassment due to this.

                                  Thus request you to immediately take appropriate action in the matter failing which i shall be construed to initiate appropriate legal action at your risk, cost and consequences.

                                  SUBJECT: -NOTICE AGAINST DEFECTIVE GOODS/DEFICIENCY OF SERVICES BY YOU.

                                  REFERENCE: - Order ID: OD[protected], "TRISHAA BY PANTALOONS WOMEN'S KURTA AND PALAZZO SET" from seller named ‘TECH-CONNECT RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED’.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                  The undersigned is a consumer as defined under Section 2(d) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as the undersigned had ordered a "TRISHAA BY PANTALOONS WOMEN'S KURTA AND PALAZZO SET" from your E- commerce website- https://www.flipkart.com on 14th October, 2018 for Rs. 1, 260/-, with an order id of OD[protected] from seller named TECH-CONNECT RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED. The product was delivered on 26th October 2018 and Invoice No. of the Product was FAAAAB[protected].

                                  However, on opening the packet, the undersigned came to know that the product was incomplete as it has only kurta i.e. the “PLAZZO” was missing. Further, the Kurta Size was Much bigger than size which we have ordered. Thus the undersigned have generated the return request for the same immediately. However, the delivery guy refused to pick the product stating that “I will not receive an incomplete product”, despite the fact that we are returning only because the product was incomplete. Thus, the undersigned called the customer care immediately. Your customer care officer told us that they are cancelling the return request and then asked us to call after 48 Hrs. to enable them to generate return request from their side. The undersigned did the same and again return request was generated from Flipkart’s side. However, to our utter surprise, the return request was cancelled without any intimation or without assigning any reason. Thereafter, the undersigned immediately called Flipkart again and this time your customer care officer told us to raise a new return request and assured us that this time product will be picked up. However, again to our utter surprise, the return request was cancelled after few days without any intimation, call or reason.

                                  Thus, 0n 28th November, 2018, the undersigned have again contacted your Customer Care Executive and raised his concerns. Further, 0n 28th November, 2018, the undersigned have also written on your Facebook Page, Twitter Page, Customer Support Email Address etc about the same. Thus, your Customer Care Executive, Complaint Cell, Social media cell etc, all assured that the product will be picked up on or before 5th December, 2018. However, again to our utter surprise, the return request was cancelled on 5th December, 2018 without any intimation, call or reason.

                                  Thus, despite all my pleadings you have not made good the defect in the product, which is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional. The above said act on your part has caused us great loss and damage besides mental tension, trauma and inconvenience and loss of value of money.

                                  Thus, on account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same, you are requested to compensate the undersigned by making payment under the following heads: -

                                  1. Amount Paid for Product/Good :- Rs. 1, 260/-
                                  2. Mental Harassment: - Rs. 50, 000/-
                                  3. Cost of instant Notice Rs. 5, 000/-
                                  Total Amounting to : - Rs. 56, 260/-

                                  You are hereby asked to pay the said amount immediately within 15 days of receipt of this notice failing which the undersigned shall be constrained to initiate legal proceedings against you, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, against your act o[censored]nfair trade practice and deficiency of services besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

                                    Payment done but confirmation not received,
                                    Executive told me to wait 2 days but no use,
                                    Again execute told to wait for 8 bank working days to get refund but still no use,
                                    Again executive tells me told coordinate with bank, bank tells it may take around 2 months,

                                    Now a senior executive tells arguingly after my query about sending the process on mail of what all process i have to follow
                                    "they have not mentioned on terms/policy that they will send mail or provide any written detail about the issue"
                                    Like they don't deal with customer satisfaction but there own
                                    Any as per the senior requesting the process of getting money refund steps is out of the box satisfaction term and they won't be providing that.

                                      I bought moto e4 plus 25/7/2018 but the cellphone was not working, when i went to authorized service centre of motorola they said the cellphone is out of worrenty whiting 2 months how worrntty expires i don't know that mean they sent me used mobile i sent many emails but no action is taken now i think i have to go legally to get my right as a consumer

                                        Respected sir,

                                        Yesterday, i ordered a mobile phone using my emi card via my above mentioned order number. But few hours later, the order got cancelled without my consent. When inquired regarding this incident from flipkart customer service executive, they told me that the order has been cancelled from the seller's side due to "bulk quantity order" which is a complete misleading statement because i ordered only quantity. Also, on the app/website, it's showing as "cancelled by you" which is also a huge lie and clearly contradicts the information provided to me by the customer service executive on phone. Just because of flipkart's mistake, my emi card is now blocked and i can't use it anywhere for next 45 days as per bajaj's policy.

                                        Who will take the responsibility now, for my blocked card?

                                        Is this kind of a service, i should expect from one of the top e commence website? I am having all the call recordings and screenshot to produce as proof, in case i need to escalate this matter further.

                                        Why the hell, a consumer should get harassed because of mistakes done from company's end

                                        I need a resolution of this problem or any compensation for this harassment for which you guys are responsible.
