I am loyal customer of flipkart since their starting stage. Flipkart also provided me credit of rs 50000 under its pay later/ cardless option.. Flipkart representatives are not helping. They send only one email which is
“we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.
This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.”

But i mailed them that i have not order those products for reselling purpose
But they have no given me any reply

I mailed them this

“sir,
Please dont suspend my flipkart account. I have purchased a good amount of products. 90% of them are booked in my home address. You can check it.
Redmi mobile which i have booked is for my personal use. I am doing internship in delhi as an assistant videographer. As iphone 7 plus is a single sim mobile. I cant add a secondary sim to it for my official use. Therfore i decided to buy a new mobile. As per you, i am using this account for reselling purpose. I have booked redmi mobile for my personal use only. Due to continues cancel, i booked the mobile again. Atlast i got a mobile. It was not for reselling.
Please unblock and reactivate my account, i have still a product pending for the delivery. I am a regular user of flipkart and it has very good facilities like flipkart cardless credit and flipkart plus.
I assure you that, this account was never used for reselling purpose and never be used for the same. Please unblock my account, because i dont want to miss those lovely services of flipkart.

I got a mail from them.. it is given below.. “Hi, Greetings from Flipkart! This mail is further to the complain on consumer complaints. As per the concern raised, we are working on the issue to get this resolved and request you to share the contact number for further communications. Thanks for your cooperation. Regards, Vikas Kumar Team Social Media ” I replied them with my mobile number.. When i tried to login my account.. it became successful 😇 Thank you flipkart..! Thank you..consumer court !!

When i contacted customer care by their email address.. i got a reply like this 👇🏻

    I received two products on 8 nov and both of them have size fit issue.I requested for cancellation on the same day but the refund was cancelled on the next day.since that time i called the customer care more the 7/8 times .Everyime they forwarded the request and everytime it was cancelled without any reason .Now i am really frustrated with flipkart..they must know that they can make fool only once bt not again.I am not going to purchase any product from Flipkart in future and would like to recommend the same to other people also.. Flipkart is really not trustworthy.

      I have placed an order for Redmi Note 6 pro in a discounted price. The order is placed and they have provided all the details of order but on the delivery day the courier facility and flipkart shows the item got delivered without providing me the product. I have already made a complaint to their customer care and they are asking me continously to place a fresh order and they can't do anything because my order is cash on delivery. Now the price has risen and even the product is out of stock.
      I am compelled to make my complaint directly to this forum as the flipkart customer care is not responding well and does not providing my order

        I bought mobile from flipkart. Flipkart sent defect mobile to me. I requested so many times for mobile replacement every time they are rejecting that one. I requested agin for replacement simply they are telling go to service center. They are not accepting the replacement.

        If i requesting again for replacement flipkart sent techinition from jeeves that techinition also said software issue go to service center. Based on his words i went to service center. Samsung service center confirmed that is not software issue that hardware issue need to change the mother board. For that they gave job sheet also i sent that job sheet to jeeves and flipkart still they are not giving the replacement they are rejecting. I lost money from flipkart. I need justice on this. Simply flipkart cheeting the people and they are sending refurbished or defect mobiles to custmors. I submitted the job sheet also from samsung service center.Kindly check and take an action on flipkart.

          Sir, i have ordered furn central metal open book shelf by order id od[protected] from flipkart but instead of the product we have get shoe rack. I have requested for return as i oepn the product ann found wrong one. But my return request is cancelled continuously i have request for replacement 6 times by self an d two times by the customer care personnel. Now i am tired to giving so much replacement request.

            Can't believe without answering they cancelled the order with intimation.

            This not expect from Flipkart. If you don't want to give product to customer then why simply put such offers in the name of publicity. And also earning with customer amount. ( I need all it back)

            See even they didn't resolve and marked as resolved one... This is doing by Flipkart cheating their customers and lotting money from them in the name of offers and defective products.

              Hi, this is regarding order no. Od[protected] for which i have placed order on 18th of oct 2018 which has been delivered to me on 24 oct 2018. The product is smaller in size to me and that is of no use to me so when i tried to generate the return of that product my account was block on the same day, then i called the flipkart customer care about the issue that my account has been blocked and i am not able to generate the return account was attached with email id [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no [protected] later i got the reply from there side that my account has been blocked, then again when i tried to contact flipkart customer care they asked me to reply on the same mail for return which i have received for the account block, i have replied to mail on 27th oct and back to back i am sending sending mail every alternate day but so far i haven\'t received any reply from you side, i have also tried contacting through phone to flipkart but they are saying they are not able to help me and they said that flipkart will be replying on the same mail but now they are saying that as your account has been blocked so you cant return the product after almost a month as this was a order which was placed when the account was not blocked so i should be able to return that product and after that my further activitiy should be blocked. Please check this issue and kindly generate my return because that product is of no use to me let me know if any further details is required br, mohit jain [protected]

                It is to bring to your notice that i have ordered realme 2 pro smartphone, with my old smartphone exchanged. When i opened the box, i have received totally different product in the form of honor 7a, this is not the product i have ordered.
                This is very disappointing as to how flipkart can do such blunder.
                Since i have exchanged the old mobile, i don't have any smartphone to whom i can communicate with. I have been following up with the customer support but they have not given any solution nor assurance. No one is even clear about providing support.
                I feel very cheated as i have immediately requested for replacement and no response from the team yet.
                I have forwarded replacement request, it was scheduled to be delivered by 26thnov 2018, now i have received mail that it is cancelled without any reason.

                I have exchanged my old mobile, paid for new mobile, i have nothing left except mental harrassment.

                    Here is an ekart office, ranaghat who have not give my phone today. When the tracking id is reached to the nearest seller hub, there have no sms or call, i have gone to to ekart office, ranaghat. There have a lot of misbehaviour and other. And ultimatly i haven't receive my phone yet. It was Redmi note 6 pro. It was the sell where i got the phone with flash sell, after the sell the phone have reaise its value. So if the order have cancel then i have to give 1k more rupess to get the same model. This is the content where he kept that phone. He have not give my phone wheather i have the genuine and proper document and cash also.

                      I have placed an order for "honor 10" cost 25000/- i paid via cod mode on unboxing i found that i have received an used product it has fingerprint marks all over it, charging cable was already unpacked with some dust marks... Mobile phone also has dust marks in speraker grill and charging port... Also the honour website is also shwing warranty of 8 months instead of 12 months...                             From last 5 days i am continuously complaining that i can't access to my flipkart account i have twitted twice and 3 time talked on call with customer support but there is no positive response from customer care they just say wait for 24 hr and your issue will be resolved but i am still facing the issue, have have to return my some order and have to pay paylatey money time is going out and return date will be lost and paylater due date come and then flipkart forced me to pay extra money, is this any marketing trick to force customer pay extra money or took that product anyhow

                                We have purchased a fridge before 20 days, it's brockened some parts, we are not able to make replacement request from the app, we called cc for the replacement, 48 hr wait, nothing done again called again 48hr waiting, like that more than 10 time we logged the request, cc doing nothing, telling be patient, we given our old fridge for exchange. Now for the past 20 days we are suffering with out fridge.

                                  I contacted customer service through twitter and got following replies
                                  "hello,

                                  We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected irregularities in the payment method used for this order. We always ensure that the transactions made using online payment methods are authorized and secure this is for account security.

Problem is it my flipkart account is plus account and cardless credit with 40000 my real phone no is [protected] and someone change my all details my all order is shared with my friend and now i checked my friend flipkart hacker phone and name displayed on order his name is pritam kumar and phone no is [protected]...

                                    I can't sign in flipkart for buying something last 7days. It will showing incorrect password or username again and again it is disturbing to buying any items. I try to login in my account it getting in flipkart gmail account and password is not working it will showing incorrect password and username again and again it will disturbing for buying items

                                      I can not login to my flipkart account, from yesterday. Its showing error :- login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute.

                                      I called to customer care, they also saying all ok, may be some technical error, try to login after sometime.

                                      But still now same error showing.

                                      I have gift card money at my account, please help me in login to my account.
