    My flipkart account is not getting logged in. I tried to change password but failed. It says please try in a minute or two. Tried to call the customer support from my moms flipkart, it gave a message that we have been trying calling you but we were unable to contact you!! I am receiving incoming calls from everyone still flipkart tried calling me several times and it failed!!! I am an elite plus member and 2 days ago was the pre sale for elite members and since that flipkart is not letting me to login. Wtf is happening!! Is that anything to do with my 84 coins which are soon going to be 100 and to stop me from getting rewards flipkart is trying their cheap way to stop me... Why introcuding a offer like that when you are not in position to justify it? My phone number is [protected].

      Dear all,
      I ordered a xiaomi poco f1 armoured edition 8gb & 256gb variant on november 28th product delivered on november 30th received by my mother she is not aware of the mobile specifications and variant and all. When i came home i found that poco f1 graphite blue 6gb & 128gb was deliverd which was priced 24, 999 but my mother paid 29, 999 to the deliver guy. Raised a return request still i haven't got the product. Spoke with customer care several times every one assure me that before 21:00 hrs on 8th december i will get the product but i am very much sure that i won't get the replacement because still i havent get any update from flipkart so far. I was using flipkart online services for the five years this is my worst experience and i am realizing that the variant which i ordered is not even available in whole india anywhere or flipkart doesn't want me to be happy. Kindly look in to this issue and kindly solve it as soon as possible

        For last 4-5 months my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
        Then i used forgot button and then received code.
        Entered the code successfully.
        After that it was asking please set a new password.
        Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
        That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

            Being a valuable flipkart plus member, flipkart blocked my account suddenly without any notice, one of my product lg g7+ thinq 128gb mobile phone return is in process, not received the accesories yet. Now suddenly i was checking i was unable to access my account then i put up this issue with escalation team, they sent a mail on 24th november like -
            "we're sorry to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our token of apologies policy. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account. We are concerned and would like to understand the issues you are facing in a better way. Please reply to this email and we'll get back to you with an update."
            Unable to use my flipkart account, neither able to see my buyback offer details came with the product i have mentioned above.
            Not received any response from flipkart customer/escalation team yet related my account.

            First received the mail including " We're sorry to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our Token of apologies policy. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account"
            & now this... You guys are giving any kind of invalid reasons and blocking accounts.
            Okay I wont purchase single product from your website. But What about my return? and buyback? I paid for the product, received incomplete product. Also purchase buyback policy. Without account how will I claim the same? Also have many product invoices saved in my account. I need my account back
            Need the proper response with resolution.
            Contact my registered no ending 043 & clear the issue immediately.

              I had purchased a set of 2 pillows from flipkart
              [protected]@dreamsunlimited plain bed/sleeping pillow pack of 2 where the size was mentioned 70 by 45 cms, ist time i received 60 by 30 cms pillows when i asked for replacement they sent me 43 by 43cms pillows.
              Flipkart says we don't have contact details of seller and customer care does not have rights to call the seller.
              This is not possible they must have some contact informattion.
              I need correct product for which i have already paid full amount.
              I am constantly being told that now the seller is offering refund not replacement but i have selected the product displayed with specifications and paid the mentioned amount there is no reason that i should not receive the correct product.
              Please get me replacement.

                  The company openly claims about 2 day delivery which they go on delaying. On the purchase page they say within 2 day delivery which never happens. Further no one is there to take the reponsibility. Everyone knows that is a crime. The company can easily be punished for this. But because of the insane beuracuracy in india nobody dares to complain as they know its their time which is going to be wasted. And fraud companies like flipkart take advantage of it. What is the use of having courts and rights if we cannot freaking use them or they can never help us.

                    I ordered a mobile phone from flipkart on 6th december. Its reached to my address's nearest hub (Sakinaka) on 8 december. But due to misroute (Same city misrouted) my parcel has been dispatched to mumbai sort facility. Even though that hub was nearest to my home. I guess they did know my exact address but they should have call me. Because the sakinaka hub is just 2km from my address.

                      Sir from flipkart i have ordered sanhan 8 plug point led indicator extension board surge protector. And on their website it is given that the length of cord is 4.5 m. But i have received cord of length 2m only. On their website. I have made return request 5 times but all the times they have rejected my request i am trying to return it from last 15 days. When i made a call to flipkart they are saying that our concerned team will contact you but they are making me fool. I have given money for the product so i have right to accept correct product only. Sir you can also understand that the cord is this much small that it is not reaching to main power supply of my house and if it is not reaching then what i will do of that product. Sir please try to understand my feeling and take strict action againt flipkart or seller

                        I had ordered a samsung note 9 on 25th nov'18 and to my surprise i received a samsung galaxy j8 on 28th nov'18. I immediately contacted the vendor boy as well as talked to the flipkart customer care who asked to raise the replacement request and i did the same. The replacement request got rejected by seller saying there is no stock available. Again the customer care asked to raise return request on 1 dec'18. I raised the same which got rejected on 6th dec'18. I again raised return request on 6 dec'18, which has been rejected on 8th dec'18. Return period gets over on 8th dec'18. I'm stuck with a mobile of 16000 by paying an amount of rs 68000. How many times do i raise the return request and what about the money that i have paid...

                              Hi my name is raman reddy, i have ordered microsoft lumia 640xl mobile. But when the order was delivered the mobile had a problem with its battery and touch so asked for replacement the second phone was delivered but this phone was something else and was complete dead phone and not 640xl, it was (Verizon mobile) immediately called customer care and info about and asked for refund they said complaint is raised and resolve the issue in 24 hrs and you will receive your refund. But yet still dint receive my refund in total i am having 5 complaint raised and yet dint receive my refund in[protected], in[protected], in[protected], in[protected]. From past one month flip kart is playing around to return my money this is the worst service from filpkart, i am pissed up calling filpkart and i am going to spread this all over social networking and consumer courts sites and make sure no one receive this kind of worst and waste service. And till i get my money back daily i will post this on all sites. To be honest amazon is the best received my refund in two days of complaint without a second call. If filpkart can't provided service to they customer it's better to shut down they site and company

                                I bought my poco f1 (Armoured) from flipkart on 02.12.2018. From the very first day my phone's front camera faced flickering issue especially when you were on a video call. A technician visited me today and assured me of replacement. I visited my order's page only to find out that it has been rejected because apparently the issue has been resolved. But trust me, it is still there. I feel harassed and cheated. Never buying anything from flipkart. Extremely disappointed.

                                There was another technician that visited me and the process has yet another repeated itself resulting in rejection of my replacement request. Flipkart is losing a loyal customer. I have a train to catch on 12th December 2018 and my last date for return policy is 12th December. I am so furious with their service. I have placed another request. I will not leave this issue until I get my product replaced.

                                    Provided in the mail it took me to my flipkart account where i was shocked
                                    And astonished to see "replacement (Return id:[protected]) - rejected"

                                    "we're sorry. We are unable to process your replacement request. Reason :
                                    The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will
                                    Be no replacement or refund. Please refer to flipkart return policy?

                                    Firstly there has been no communication between the seller and me.

                                    Secondly flipkart is being absolutely irresponsible by not even verifying
                                    Whether there has been any communication between me and the seller or not.

                                    Thirdly you market your website by saying that you? Ll provide free and easy
                                    Returns.

                                    Fourthly you? Ll boast of 100% buyer protection

                                    I don’t see any of the above that you have complied with. I have spent my
                                    Hard earned money to buy this tablet and the very second day after
                                    Receiving the product i have informed you that i don’t want this product
                                    Longer, due to i purchase it from out site –due to i not received item on
                                    Committed date by you guys |and second reason is this product specification
                                    Not fulfil my requirement |

                                    You are duty bound to give me a replacement but in stead of doing so i am
                                    Being mentally tortured and harassed by you.

                                    My valuable time doing all this communication with you.

                                    I need a refund/replacement, or i will be forced to approach the
                                    Legal system and will also approach the newspapers and tell them my story.
                                    I will not spare flipkart as i am really being stressed, strained and
                                    Hassled by flipkart!

                                      I have already raised a complaint that my account has been hacked. Now i recover my account just to see that i have to pay 5400 in my flipkart pay later account. I have been complaining from month n half and there is no response. They have responded once somebody had used the account and had to pay the money. They give back my account and ask me to the money that should be paid while i didn’t use the account. This is not how they treat their customer.
