I bought Poco F1 with exchange of Sony xperia C4. The delivary Guy refused to accept the old phone by saying spot on screen whereas there are no spots. Delivary guys fear of exchange phones mayb because of kickback issue. I needed the phone tommarow positively for a birthday gift. I have already paid the rest amount through credit card. Why do i need to wait for reaolution.

    unable to login my flipkart account unsuccessful error

    I cant login my flipkart account since yesterday. Showing unsuccessful error
    Login unsuccessful please retry in minute. And i am retrying it for 2 days no success.
    Please rectify the error. I need my account back if its blocked for no reason since i had bought products worth more than 2 lakhs and more than 50 products

    Order number - od[protected]

    Order something worth about rs.3650. The seller after a week or so cancelled the order and said money will be refunded. But been a month have not received any refund. Customer support keeps pushing dates and no resolution till date. They are also so misinformed and keep providing inaccurate information. On call they say refund initiated. But when i contact them myself and ask for refund id etc they say "there's some unforeseen delay". It was completely the seller's fault and i'm suffering for no reason. He waited for a week and canclled it. It has happened before too and i let ut slide. But not this time. There's no delay while paying even if the seller does not have the item listed. But there is delay when refunding. Pathetic. Never shopping here again everrrr. Customer support sucks they just keep repeating the same things everyday. For a month. Filthyflipkart. At least provide accurate info.

      I ordered 4 AR florel Double blanket brown on order id OD[protected], I recd only 2 blanket & the bill was of 4 blanket, 2blanket were missing from my order, I placed order on 15th October 2018 & got on 25th october 2018. In which 2 blanket were missing, i placed return request & complaint of 2 missing blanket, It was approved on 26otctober 2018 & your wish master named Ankush took all the blanket, which i recd & I got the refund of only 2 blanket which he picked from me & not the missing blanket .
      I connected to customer care on 31st October 2018 but i recd no satisfaction, they told me that you will get your money back of original payment mode till 5th november 2018 but i didnot recd it. I agian called but again no response & on 18th November thay told me that your refund cancelled, they again told me wait again 21 november 2018, but again I dont get any refund. & customer care person says that you should be thankful that we picked your phone . the blanket cost was Rs. 580.50 & 2 missing blanket refund is still pending, so please try to solve my problem till 28th november 2018.my registered email id is avdesh.[protected]@gmail.com & registered no [protected]

          I ordered curtains from flipkart order i'd is od[protected]
          Payment was done by debit card
          I never received curtains... What i received is a poor quality jacket
          I tried to file a refund request but it could not be completed then i took help of flipkart cc
          He filled a return request on my behalf
          And he filed refund mode via gift card without asking me...
          When i called cc again regarding that then they said now it can't be undone...
          You will have to use gift card only
          I mean seriously
          I don't want to use gift card 😐
          Is this what is customer care is for?

          All the mistake is of seller and cc representatives but at the end the one who suffer without any mistake is pity consumer

            This has been 3 rd time that flipkart has cancelled my paid order 3rd time and payment has not been recieved by me.
            1 order poco fl mobile 18900 rs
            2 order lenovo hx03f spectra smart band
            3 order wd my passport 1 tb hard disk
            All of these orders were paid orders but refund was received by me for only 2nd order
            Please resolve my issues and take a strong action against flipkart.

              Flipkart order "od[protected]", order placed on 2nd nov 2018 and till date no delivery has happened. They have extended the delivery almost 5 times and till date as well i have been getting delayed dates etc. Today i get a call from some flipkart team "[protected]" at 12.39pm and he says that the product is not going to get delivered and i should cancel the order.

              I denied to cancel it from my end, to that he says they can not help and it would not be delivered any how. Finally he says they would check and come back in 24 hours.

              Not sure what is going on???

Requested to place a fresh order for the same product and the seller will provide the difference amount of the product once the new order is delivered. The price difference amount will be added to your bank account. Feedback noted for mishap. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                  I bought poco f1 with order id od[protected] after 2 days i strangely noticing the screen bleeding issue at the bottom and side of the phone.
                  I contacted flipkart several times asking for a return. The return request was rejected even though a technician that was sent by flipkart had confirmed on the issue. Now i am tired using the return option with ‘quality issues with product’ as the reason.in between i also talked to flipkart customer care executive they told me that our backhand team working to resolve your problem, but since last 8 days i haven't heard anything from their end. When i calls for inquiry regarding issue they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hours our team will reach to you. I want refund.
                  Kindly do something flipkart is running away form the problem.

                    It has been rescheduled from 13 to 16
                    Then 16 to 18
                    Then18 to 20
                    Then 20 to 23
                    Now it has been rescheduled to 24th nov.
                    Courrier boy called me and replied that they will not deliver my product because its size is large and called me to khopoli railway station there it waited for about 2 hrs but they neither replied my calls nor messages.                       I had an order for television vu official android 10... With order id - od[protected] from flipkart.com on 21st november 2018, with exchange of my old led tv (Lg-32 inch).
                      The website exchange policy had mentioned non working tv without any physical damage or screen scratch will qualify for exchange. However the technician rejected the tv since tv display was not switcing on even though it doesn't had a physical damage or screen scratch. This is a false promises to customer as per the information provided in website. Please act on this.

                      Customer complained that his TV is not working and wishmaster denied to pickup the old TV as it is not in working condition, but as per T&C it is mentioned that not working TV will also be accepted.

                      We have spoke to customer and informed him that while opting for exchange offer he need to select the option as Not working Any brand, but he selected LG LED TV which means he has not declared that his old TV is not working due to which Wishmaster will not be able to pickup the old TV and deliver the new one. Customer understood. Hence, closing the complain from our end.

                                Hello,

                                I had purcased a product from flipkart in may 2018. I received a fake profuct from flipkart. The invistigation took place. After thr invistigation result. They decided to send me a replacement. A replacement was being sent and once it reached to the final city destination. The replacement was cancelled and after that no replacement nor the refund is being provided to me till now. Evry time i call they say complaint is forwarded we will get back to you.

                                I would like to have the clear report of the invistigation which took place 6 months back. A return was accepted and again after that relacement was taken off. The team have called me so many times. Sellers had called me so many times. Is this how you make fool of the customers. Every time i call they say we will file a complaint and escalate

                                The customer care just send the same email again and again .. there is no returns on my account nd they say huge returns found. When i ask the list they never reply ... I need to know why this is being happening ... How the hell sellers are authorised to decide the customers for flipkart ... I need to know why a replacment was cancelled after whole invidtigation proved sellers mistake. They perosnally called and said this too

                                    I have ordered a hometown swirl king size bed on 13th oct, 2018 and it's delivery date was 14th nov, 2018 but till now it has not delivered in my address and repeatedly they giving a reschedule... I want to get it with in due date with minimum late fine compensation of rs 5000..
                                    Customer service is very poor and they refuse to cancel and refund my amount

                                    Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the product will be deliver on Nov 30th, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                    No, the complain till is open as flipkart fail to deliver 2times of their said date previously.so how can I trust his 3rd attempt will be genuine...
