    Order id: od[protected]
    They have not processed my replacement/refund request. The phone they sold, is fake. They also have accepted this in one of their mails.
    Please help me in getting replacement/refund by flipkart.
    Whenever i call them they reply, that issue will get solve within 24 hrs.
    They already took 15 days, and has not processed my request.

      There are fake products on flipkart... I recently bought an indigo nation shirt and also a us polo shirt... I can easily say that the us polo shirt is pakka fake as it faded in 2-3 wears...
      Indigo nation shirt is like a 300 shirt from the roadside..

      I want a reddressal from them or else i'll give a more serious complaint...

      A levi's shoe which i bought also doesn't appear original.. Don't know what to do as the return period is over.. Didn't expect this from flipkart

        I ordered lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb)
        Color: black seller: indiflashmart
        With exchange of my old mobile so delivery person just saw my mobile and said other guy will come to examine the product and then without an attempt of delivery or information they cancelled my order and processed my refund.
        They didn't ask me about taking the product without exchange and now they increased the price and offer is also not there and asking me to purchase new product which is really unfair from flipkart.

          Hi team,

          This is regarding the order id: od[protected]. I have ordered realme2 with configuration 64gb storage and 4gb ram (Cost: rs. 9499) however the one which we received was 32gb storage and 4gb ram in the same price. Which is again a wrong commitment and fraud done by the flipkart team. We tried to contact flipkart in all the possible ways however we have not received any response from them. Now they are clearly denying to take it back and not ready to return and replacement. We have tried all the possible ways but did not get the response. Please help to get the same resolved

            I have network issue and battery issues in my mobile.

            I have attached the tech visit person video & photo. You all can simply see that he came with no measuring equipments for testing the mobile. He came took the photo of imei number and he got a phone call. He spoke in that after that he said i will update the status. I did not understand for what purpose he came.

            When i spoke with the customers care team he updated like every thing is good in the phone customer is not satisfied. I informed to him he forwarded the call to exclusion department he leassoned everything and he disconnected the call with out giving any response.

            This is the way flipkart is cheating the customers. To schedule the tech vist they took one month.

            My humble request please do not by any mobile or anything thing from flipkart they are giving defective products and after that not responding to the customers.

            I am facing with flipkart many times the same.

            I have raised the complaint on 3rd september 2018. From then they are saying that they are raising for tech visit, no one is coming and i did not received any update as well finally when contact the customer care support they say simply tech visit is cancelled with reason customer is not available. (But they did not called me or nothing).

            Like that for a month use to reschedule and they will not come. Finally they came for name sake on 2nd october 2018 and i not even seen the mobile condition.

            Like this they took 60 days and finally they are asking to visit samsung service centre.

            Not great mobile from samsung with respect to price.

            Even after watching this video also there is no response from flipkart guys.

              I have accumulated minimum amount of Rs 2500 in my flipkart affiliate account. In my payment report I see payment has been done but I have not received any Gift voucher so far. Moreover It's shown that payment was done on 28th October 2018 which is impossible since the minimum threshold for payment i.e Rs 2500 was approved on 14th November.

              Hi I have accumulated an amount above the threshold amount i.e., above 5000 INR .I have mailed them, called the flipkart customer support.. and there is no change or response from their end. I tired of calling the flipkart customer support as they are saying they don't know anything about affiliate.Only information they are providing is to mail the flipkart affiliate support and I have raised over 50 tickets(mails).Please tell me if there's way to resolve my problem or please tell me what's reason for this situation.

                  I purchased a phone in flipkart which is cancelled by your people and refund is not done yet. I purchased on 20th september 2018 and today is 1st of december still they are not resolved and they are playing games on me.                     This is the third time i have got the same items defective or not working. Why do you send defective product all the time.
                    The first order, od[protected] was received defective so it was returned vide return id -[protected] and was replaced but it was also found defective. Hence, returned and refunded. Again order was placed vide order no, od[protected] and defective items was recieved. Kindly send the items after checking its serviceability.

                      Executive provided the wrong information and told that you can pay the bill via gift voucher but i when paid option was disabled for me.. They did a fraud of 1500 rupees. They forced me to buy by providing wrong information and now asking to pay the bill. When i am calling the support section now they are not picking the call looks like my number is being blocked

                        I have ordered honor 7s form flipkart.. I just opened mobile and find it really slow and laggy.. I placed a return request just on first day.. They are not accepting my return request at all.. They keep saying same response that seller does not have that option to accept return.. They keep sending one tech visit guy and even that guy says this product is slow and rejecting my return request. I talked to customer care people everybody just delaying time so that 10 days will be over so that they can avoid return policy deadline. Please help me in getting refund for that product.

                            This item was installed on 21st november at my very new house. During installation it seems okay. Today on 1st december i am in my new house just tried sitting over it and got broken. I asked for replacement denied due to replacement policy over. And there is no coverage of warranty also as per executive. But i have wasted my amount of 16400 by keeping order here. This is very delicate product. Got broken even when tried sitting over it. I just don't understand, i have to bear all the loss. I am an unlucky customer who thought that this product getting sold over flipkart will be good. But bad luck at flipkart. Loss of huge money.

                              Hello team flipkart

                              Although i raised this issue multiple times 'as compliant' filed to the flipkart website directly, i never able to receive a justifiable solution for this.

                              However i was a regular customer of flipkart & prefer to do the purchasing through e-commerce platforms like flipkart etc.

                              But for my purchase of cromton 15l geyser which i purchased somewhere in 2nd week of october 2018, i really feel cheated due to following key reasons behind-

                              1) product was faulty (Non-working condition) when delivered to me
                              2) no installation/commissioning assistance from flipkart end (I have to bear the mounting/unmounting & electrician visit charge every time, but flipkart denied to compensate me for that)
                              3) no exchange for faulty product (I placed the request for exchange as well, but it cancelled automatically w/o notification)
                              4) no successful return done till date after resuming the complaint for almost 20 times (Every time they close it with some stupid excuse or send some person who deny to complete the pick-up due to unknown reasons)
                              5) no refund from past 45 days & my money stuck with flipkart.
                              6) i strongly feel cheated

                              I request you guys to prefer amazon india in place of local companies like flipkart etc. Because it is quite easy there to do purchasing & even very less time to address such concerns and get resolved as well.

                              In-case you guys required any dialogue/clarification from my end on this subject, feel free to contact me.

                                I order a samsung level u on 21/11/18 with order id - od[protected] which was delivered on 25/11/18 with registered no. As [protected] and updated it with [protected]. Now my order is not showing anywhere and i want to return it as the box was empty. Main bluetooth headset was missing. I had also called your helpline but there was no satisfactory solution.

                                  Booked one phone through your website while booking delivery date was showing as 1 dec 2018 but after booking it moved to 02 dec 2018. I booked phone with the delivery date bcoz i need to give to my brother who is moving tonight (I. E 01-dec-2018) to abroad and based on your information i booked phone but you have provided wrong information and blocked me. I have contacted customer care immedetly after booking and seek for help nobody take action on that just giving the same date not accepting the mistake and even understand the customer concern. After my followup customer care ignored my cell no i m unable to connect with your executives, they just dont want to help me on delivery. I have many contacted which i usually use for online trade but customer care totally ignore my call (Blocked my cell no from your system) this is how you treat customer by ignoring to answer customer... Wrost service i ever seen in any online tradering. And there is no use if it will deliver by 02-dec-18. Hence i have cancelled by order. You locked me in bad suituation and i have lost trust in you

                                        I had ordered a suitcase which came very small hence wanted to return and buy larger size. I contacted flipkart they said we will raise return request you can buy a new bigger size till then. I bought a bigger bag but my small bag has not been taken back yet. I am chasing since more than month. Hundreds of calls/mail but the only reply i get is your issue has been escalated.
