Still no response from flipkart and even the concern team has no update on solution regarding my concern. Customer care has no answer fir my concern. Totally helpless with my concern of waiting since past 26 days for getting my order ir refund of money. It's pathetic to place order...

Bought mitashi 31.5 inch led tv from flipkart on oct 15th. Got delivery of the same on oct 17th. Installation and demo was promised by flikart on or before 20th of october. But there was no response or installation by the service partner. Even though i repeatedly contacted customer care, my grievances was not addressed. I returned the product on 24th night. Recently during big billion days i ordered some products for myself but due to holidays i had to move to my home so i canceiled my past order and create a new one with adding more stuffs.
I got delivered all the products i had ordered but my account was disabled/blocked and i am not able to login.
I had registered for cardless credit on my flipkart account and freezing of my account means i will never be able to use cardless...
