I have ordered a bag through Flipkart and I am not satisfied with the quality and tried to return the bag with in the return period but whenever I raise a request it will be processed but on the day of scheduled pickup the return request will be cancelled automatically. I have raised the return request 4 to 5 times. I have mailed the customer support team of Flipkart three times and spoke to them once through the call, but the issue is not resolved yet. They just prolonged it till the return period is over.

    From today I'm unable to open my flipkart account. My phone number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Whenever i try to login an error pop up login unsuccessful please try after minutes. I have to pay my flipkart cardless credit emi. How can it is possible when I'm unable to open my account. Please resolve it as early as possible. Thank you

      Grievance details : i have ordered laptop on flipkart with order no. Od[protected] and i received item on 8th nov 2018. But i didn't receive original invoice signed by seller. But i received soft copy of invoice. But flipkart /seller failed to provide invoice hardcopy which should be signed by seller manually. However i asked flipkart whether it was signed manually or digitally and i received reply from flipkart executive that it was signed digitally. And i received reply from flipkart that it was signed manually. There is contradiction in flipkart itself. So, my question if invoice is signed manually by seller it is their duty to produce original invoice to buyer. How seller can keep original invoce with him by sending soft copy. They can send original invoice alongwith product but they failed to do that. I need compensation for that. One more flipkart failed to satisfy customer by giving contradiction statements to me / buyer. Flipkart also failed to give seller contact details.

But got a different model and USED ONE...So I request for refund...but till now it has not been picked up and not got my refund...and the return request have been cancelling...         I[censored] really help me then ... Sent an email to the nearest Hub from where my product will be picked up.. telling the same problem.. and instruct them to pick my product .. and to refund...

        I contacted to the nearest Hub they told that unless and until flipkart instruct them to pick the product .. they cannot pick it up..

          I have ordered collapsable Wardrobe and placed order only because it was flipkart assured.
          Today I received the delivery and it is complete different from what I have ordered as you can see in the image .
          I have attached the image as the proof.
          This product is delivered by ekart logistics and when I raised the call for complain and the associates dropped my call twice so I had to write email and call on your flipkart toll-free number.
          I asked the associate to initiate my refund and take this useless product back but they denied saying that even though this is fassured product flipkart do not hold any responsibility for the refunds and we can not provide refund.
          And placed replacement request from his end dropped the call.
          I want to return this product and get complete refund. I don't trust flipkart anymore and do not want any replacement as you guys don't value your customers and their orders.

            My account is registered with flipkart thru my email id [protected]@gmail.com i ordered a geyser on 26 october 2018 with order number od[protected]. geyser was delivered to me on 28 october 2018.when geyser in installed water continuously leaking . i called to flipkart customer care so many times. but they are not able to solve my problem.i need refund of my cash from flipkart and return such useless product.but they are discarding. please take some stick against against flipkart.

              I bought a phone 8 days back from Flipkart, as soon as i received the device i started facing issues. I tried connecting with customer care of flipkart and they scheduled a technician visit twice. Each time technician came and reported that the device is working fine however my reported issue was unresolved. He also said that this issue is with the device and he cannot do anything with it. The mobile i purchased is LG q-Stylus.

              I requested either to refund me or replace my device but they refused and cancelled my request. The behavior from the customer care was also not very friendly and they pretended that I have not any choice apart from to accept that nothing can be done.

              Kindly help me to resolve this.

                Hi Team,

                Please find all the images of the MI phone attached for reference. I am not sure what fault they found with this phone. More than that it was not accepted, the way the shipman and his senior spoke was worst.

                I expected Flipkart to have better customer service and ordered one of the costliest products from your site. Amazon had given 500 discount along with exchange for the same product. I always ordered other mobiles from Amazon and never had issues like this before.

                This is the best reward that I get. More than 7 hrs of my time at office, I am sitting and following up the issue with your customer care.

                Never expected such behavior from your end. Does Flipkart shipman expect a brand new phone from your customers when they exchange phone? It you still have any issues pl contact me at [protected]. For the mental pressure that I go through cos all this Flipkart should actually reward me with goodies.

                Expect positive reply from your end for all this I had to undergo

                The below attached producf was not accepted and shipman was rude..

                  My order no od[protected] redmi note 5pro but i recieved two basic mobile phone kechaoda k88 received on 5th nov18, my replacement request 4 time rejected, i also not received invoice copy in box. Custmber care telling concern agency slove your issue but they not resolve my issue. Please solve my issue
                  I also provide imei no of both basic mobile phone to flipcart. Always custember support say wait for 24 hours from 5 nov 18 to 21 nov 18. I also attached return id in photo

                    i have ordered a krx 50kg combo 2-wb home gym kit on 16th october 2018. Delivery was expected by 28th oct 2018.
                    I got a call from customer service to cancel the product as they are unable to deliver the product due to some issues from their end. On 3rd nov i have got an cancellation confirmation email from flipkart, stated "we're sorry to let you know that your order was cancelled by the seller headlyfitness as they weren't able to ship your item on time.
                    We'd like to let you know that the seller has refunded the amount to my card and it will be credited in 9 business days as per standard banking process".

                    And now 2 days back i have received the item and immediately i raised a complain and requested return of the same. But flipkart customer care is refusing to return it and blaming me for the issue denying the cancellation.
                    I want the refund asap.

                      This is bring it your notice that there were 2 Debit card EMI loan has been generated under my name, Actually it is supposed to be 1 Debit card EMI loan.

                      Bring History: On 13th of October 2018 i ordered for Poco F1 mobile in Flipkart using my Debit card with EMI option but the order was not completed successfully simultaneously i received an email that your refund procedure has begun and attached email for your reference with the tracking number. so on the next day ie on 14th of october 2018 again i order the same product (Poco F1 mobile) and order was successfully placed and even the product got delivered on 19th Oct 2018.

                      Now my concern is how there was 2 DC EMI loan has been generated under my name it seems to only one.

                      As you confirm that refund has been initiated for the product for which order was not completed from your end.

                      Now my question here is if the refund has reached the bank why still now they have not closed my DC EMI loan,

                      Kindly seeking your help on this issue.

                      At last what you will say, already refund has been completed on 14th Oc 2018 for the order which couldn't complete from your end same story...
                      The provided refund reference ID is invalid/fake iD... There were several incident raised for this issue, but still my issue is not resolved yet... You flipkart is cheating the people and trust and dignity what we have is going down, I request people not to do any purchases in Flipkart...India's no 1 cheating online website is Flipkart

                        I ordered a Acer Predator Helios 300 gaming laptop on 12th October using my SBI debit card and had to cancel the order on 14th October. From Flipkart I received a mail saying the I will receive the refund by 23rd October.But I haven’t received refund yet for the same. Since then I contacted the Flipkart customer care many times to find a resolution. First time the representative gave me a transaction ID and told me to contact the SBI customer care, when I contacted the SBI customer care he told me they cant help me with the transaction ID provided by the flipkart and asked me to contact Flipkart again. Since then I contacted the flipkart customer care many time and they keep sending me the same reply

                        “the seller has refunded ₹ 61990 to your State Bank of India debit card on 14 Oct 18 with the bank transaction id: IN[protected]. This amount should have been credited to your account by now. This EMI should have been cancelled by now.
                        You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance.”

                        I talked to the senior executive from flipkart many times and they keep telling me the issue will be solved within 48 hours. I asked them for ARN and seller’s bank statement but the just keep telling me to contact SBI customer care.

                        During this time first month emi and also the interest for the first month have been deducted from my account.

                        Please look into the issue for a solution.

                        upon contacting the flipkart customer care again they refused to share any transaction details or merchant details.I called again within few min and i got an sms with payment reference number and refund id, which i took with me to the nearest SBI branch but they couldnt find any transaction made to my account with the details I got from Flipkart.They also checked my bank statement and also the loan account which was opened for the emi payment. So the SBI bank manager asked me to file a complaint against flipkart.

                        Two months and yet to get the refund. They keep asking me to contact the bank but refusing to provide any real information. All the information i got from flipkart i shared with the bank but they couldn't find any transaction related to those. (They provided me with the PRN: PZT[protected]ZJCT02 and refund ID:[protected] but couldnt find any transaction related to that ID, Sharing false information again.)

                        Every time i contact the Flipkart customer care they tells me someone will contact me with a resolution but I never receive the call or they calls me when i am not available. (I ordered an item on COD and canceled the order before the delivery and in the space of 2 hours they called me 4 or 5 times to talk about the order i made but it takes them 3 or 4 days to talk about the refund). whenever i contacted Flipkart they provided me with different details regarding the transaction, but SBI couldnt find any records related to the transaction details provided by Flipkart.

Where is my mistake when I receive items and items were not working.

                                Team, flipkart is not at all customer friendly, today i have received a call and customer service executive is bothered only about their seller but not the loss happened to me. My item was about to deliver on 26th oct and i have not received the item till ist fortnight of november and now they are not even ready to give the compensation, mistake is completely bon their side and they just not bothered to resolve the issue. Customer care executive are trained only to copy paste the templates given to them. They are not bothered about the concern of the customer and loss happened to the customer. Very very disappointed with flipkart for the first time.

                                On 22nd Nov Flipkart has reverted that they will get back to us still they have not reverted. IS THE WAY OF GIVING RESPONSE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.                                 It has been almost one month from the date of lodging the complaint. Flipkart is always giving reply that they will revert, but they have neither reverted not credited the promised amount to the flipkart a/c.

                                  I bought a motorola one power and received nov 9th 2018, then i checked
                                  It, i found may problems in the phone, cast screen not working, mkv files not supported, many camera option not available compare to previous
                                  Moto g phone ex: slow motion recording. I am very disappointed because it cost 16k but features not available even10k worktable phone.
                                  Then i raise return request, the flipkart accepected and make a tech visit to solve this problem, but that day evening cancel that return request.
                                  I need my money or please solve this problem.
                                  Why they have cancel the return request without intimation.
                                  I raise 3 time, but all time flipkart cancel the return request.

                                    Sir i bought a asus zenfone mac pro m1 on 1nove 2018. Present time i was facing the problem of charging. My phone is not charging. Another problem is finger print sensor not working with pattern. Mike and speaker voice not clear hearing by other person. Another problem facing about reverse charging problem. Pop up shown on screen every second on screen. Please my problem as soon as possible.

                                      Order was picked up on 30 oct but still the amount to be refunded is pending.
                                      Your representative are not cooperating in the way they supposed to be.

                                        I have booked xiami tv on 04/11/2018 on sale period order id:od[protected] and till date the shipment didnot reach.in contrast flipkart personnel are calling and asking to cancel the order as they will not delivery the item and unable to quote the issue. This is very pathetic condition of one of the leading e-commerce provider, please look into and make that my shipment reaches me asap and if necessary i will forward the compliant to consumers cell with all nesessary mails related to the compliant
