Dear,

I ordered one mobile from the flipkart on 13th october 2018 and till now i didn't received the product. The latest update on the website was it was packed and dispatched from the seller warehouse and after that no further information for the product.

After some days of that i received the call from the flipkart to cancel the order due to their some internal issues with the seller.
My concern is that when i ordered the product it cost to me rs 25, 534 and now if i cancel it and re-order then it will cost me more than rs 33, 000. I believe that these e-commerce websites just cheat the customers like this way to attract the customers to buy something and then will charge more. I am really not happy with the flipkart feedback as in case if they need to cancel the order for any reason then they should provide me the alternative to get the same model with the same price not with the increased one.

Also i had marked lot of emails to them and escalated a lot but i never got their call nor they are ready to give the feedback but always give a new date. Why they don't have the dept who checks the escalated cases and respond back accordingly. Also there is no check that whether these e-commerce websites are doing the work in legal way or the govt has given the authority to these companies to do whatever they want.
Likewise they are just cheating the customers in different ways but not providing the appropriate service to the customers.

As a customer i feel very unsafe while using these websites for the shopping purpose and i will never recommend anyone to purchase any products from these sites as after purchasing they don't have the dedicated customer care to raise any concern or complaints

I want you to please look into this and do the needful for the safety of other customers also.

    I ordered a water purifier from flipkart. Product was indtalled after long delay of 2 weeks still does not work well. Product does not purifies hard water by removing dissolved impurities. Issues has already been communicated to flipkart customer care. Still no action is being taken by flipkart . Flipkart is not returning or replacing product. Bad customer service by company.

      frauding and cheating by your employee mr sanu ansari

      I myself order samsung level 4u bluetooth to uttarpradesh to mr. Sudhakar pathak bt your representative not even delivered the material and ask for money which is debited verification he took the details and debited my money in his account. I want my money bank immediately of rs 4000 and he is not refunding continuously asking for another debit card for hacking. Your customer representative mr manjeet not help us. As if i am a human rights...

      Complaint and concerns raised towards flipkart.

      Hi team,

      Let me help you in understanding my concern.

      I placed an order for nokia 6.1 plus (Blue, with order id od[protected] amounting to rs. 11581 on 1st november'18 at 10:06 pm. I received a confirmational message from flipkart regarding the placed order. The expected date of delivery provided was saturday, nov 03, 2018.

      I received a confirmation on nov 02, 2018 that my order has been shipped and will be delivered by saturday, nov 03, 2018 at 3:24 pm. I was so happy to have this confirmation message as the delivery of the product was up to my timely expectation. This order was for someone very special to me and i had made a lot of adjustments in my budget in order to place this order. The best part i was getting here was the benefit of the diwali sale for my placed order. The happiness to have flipkart was beyond the limits which turn out to be an lie later on.

      The things got worse and all the happiness and excitement was ruined with the starting of delivery day i. E. Saturday, nov 3, 2018, when i received a message stating "refund processed: the refund of rs. 100.00 for your order od[protected] is successfully transferred to your card and it will be credited by nov 13, 2018." i pray that no one should face such scenarios in life which i did after receiving this disheartening message. All the cheer, festive excitement and joy for receiving the product vanished.

      Post the reception of that message, i came across some very disappointed pointers with flipkart mentioned below which took away the trust in the brand name and its services. Please pay attention to the below concerns which you are seeking for from past few days and help me understand the reasons behind it.

      1. How come my order was cancelled without any intimation even after it was shipped with confirmation from flipkart. Also, without any prior notification, why the refund process was initiated.
      2. I requested a call back from flipkart customer support to help me understand the issue that had happened. Post speaking to the customer care executive it came to my knowledge that my order was cancelled as the product got "out of stock". On checking at the same time, the product was being shown available for delivery that too on the very next day which means the executive who was representing the giant (Flipkart) of online shopping was lying.
      3. I again (2nd time) called the customer care to enquire the same. On providing the information that the product is available on the company website, the next executive told me that "the seller denied the delivery of the product"- another contradictory statement. I was so helpless and confused at this moment. How come a seller deny a delivery??? And that too a flipkart trusted seller. This was something which i couldn't digest because i had a brand name tagged with it #flipkart.
      4. I again (3rd time) called the customer care to help me understand the issue as i was confused with the above statement provided in order to keep my mouth shut. This time i was asked to allow for an hour to get back with an appropriate response on my query. I waited for an hour and gave an additional 15 minutes time but no luck. Instead, i got a message that it will take another 24 hours for someone to take a look at the request and respond. This made me furious and now i was concerned to know the exact reason.
      5. I again (4th time) called the customer care and requested for a callback. I got a message that i will be receiving a call in next 15 minutes but no luck.
      6. I again (5th time) called the customer care and requested for a callback and again received the same message. But this time i got lucky that i got a call from flipkart customer care but as soon as i received the call the person on the other side cut the phone.
      7. Now this process of "me", 'requesting a call' and "flipkart care", 'calling back and cutting the phone' went on which made me crazy. I was tortured by repeatedly doing this. Not sure whether it was to buy some time but the way was very very disgraceful.
      8. Now, i was unstoppable and decided to escalate the issue. I patiently waited for the call from customer care and patience was paid off when i finally received a call from customer care and this time it was not cut. After calling 'n' number of times, this time i got a new reason that "my product was damaged". Now if the product was damaged than "why it was cancelled"??? Another product could have been delivered some later day or so but why it was cancelled without any intimation and without any prior notification how come my amount was refunded.
      9. I decided to escalate and asked the executive to get me the next level of support for which i was given multiple reasons mentioned below.
      • first excuse - there is no one available on the floor to with upper management.
      • second excuse - on saying that i won't hang up until i talk to any supervisor i was told that it will take a very long time to get someone.
      • the third excuse - after waiting 1.5 hours on the call, the executive said that he cannot transfer the call as the mechanism of transferring the call had some issues.
      • the fourth excuse - on asking for the supervisor to come to the particular desk of the executive and speak, the executive said it's not possible.
      • fifth excuse - it took another 1 hour for the executive trying but he was unable to transfer the call. (Dissatisfying and annoying).
      10. Finally, i got to speak with the supervisor (Karan) who convincingly said that my request has been raised towards the concerned department and they will come up with a resolution.

      Not sure what kind of request was raised that i am still being chased for my exact concern which is very very disappointing on which i never heard back anything.

      On the basis of above provided facts, i think i have been cheated with the order which i placed along with all the torcher which i went through by wasting 7-8 hours of mine that too on a festive week by following up with flipkart unknowingly that i was just being fooled.

      Still, i have a strong feeling that i was fooled out of your internal conspiracy regarding the product during the 'sale period' which was made within your team.

      An appropriate response with a resolution is expected from flipkart here if it can be done.

        I ordered a ps4 pro on flipkart with seller retailnet (Which is basically flipkart) with the flipkart seal of approval ie flipkart assured on 23rd october 2018.

        It was supposed to be delivered to me by 25th. Today is the 12th november it is still not even shipped. Customer service is the most useless one i have ever faced. Every time they say 24-48 hours and assuring that i'll be contacted by their escalation team. Which never happens and furthermore even when i call or chat telling i was promised so let me have a word with them to which they say i can't be transferred they will contact me.

        I believe they are not prioritizing my order as i got it in discount, they even had the gall to tell me to cancel and order again at a more expensive price and they will deliver it the next day.

        So a clear case of false marketing and shady practices. Flipkart assured means nothing flipkart should remove that.

        Hence i need compensation for wasting my time, energy. I got the console to play red dead redemption 2 on the launch day. Which was dashed because of flipkart

        Hello, is this a legit website. Somebody by the name of Rajesh Kumar called me saying he calling from Flipkart based on the complaint here. He gave all my order info and then he took my bank and card details and emptied out my account.

            Ordered one power and received a soap in the packet of karbon handset instead of my motorola one power. It's completely a cheat and blunder by flipkart and vision seller.

            It was a prepaid order thus my money has been robbed.
            Now customer service is not helping either.

            Having no option left i'm submitting the complaint here also tomorrow i will be logging a written complaint against flipcart in court.

              Od[protected] is cancelled with out my notice. When i called flipkart customer care he told "order got cancelled by seller".
              I have ordered 5 days back during diwali sale with 3500 discount, today was the scheduled delivery but the order got cancelled automatically.
              Now i have checked the product price, it has no discount.
              This is unethical and untrusth worthy action taken by flipkart.
              Please provide the product with the same discount which i have availed during the diwali sale, as there is nothing wrong or mistake that has done from my end.
              Please don't cheat innocent people in name of discounts.

                It's been two months i'm using this product. The first crack in the tempered glass was seen within weeks from the first use and to mention, the mobile was never dropped. That is, the tempered glass has developed a few cracks without any reason. The edges are so dangerous that it injured my fingers which started bleeding. The quality of the product seems like a cheap glass with adhesives, which according to flipkart can do the job of a tempered glass.

                  I am highly unsatisfied by flipkart's service. I ordered my phone on 2nd oct (Sat). And after waiting for the delivery for about 9-10 days, my order was cancelled. I placed the order when the price was 14, 999. But now when i have to make a fresh order, i now have to pay 15, 999. Now i have to wait again for 9-10 days to get my phone plus also give then an extra 1k. I would have never placed a fresh order in flipkart, had the phone not been flipkart exclusive. I would have fetched it from any store or any other online shopping site if otherwise.

                    I ordered products on 31st october delivered date 8 november. But not delivered by delivery boy n when i registered complaint they said products will come next day but again not delivered on 9 november. Then again i registered complaint then they said we will resolve within 2 days. On 11 november products delivery msg comes but again not delivered.. This means flipkart think customer time not important for them. Very very bad service both by ekart service n flipkart service staff. I never suggest anyone to purchase products from flipkart

                      I bought a chess and ludo set from Flipkart. It was advertised as being priced at INR 999 and on sale at INR 553. When the product was delivered, the MRP on the product was INR 495. It is cheating of the customer when a person is told there is a sale but in fact they are selling products at higher than MRP.

                          I ordered mattress on 24th october on flipkart. They promised to deliver this by 10th november. After waiting for 18 days, on 10th november, they changed delivery date to 23rd november mentioning seller has some internal issues. I don't want to wait again another 2 weeks, so i asked them to deliver within 2 days, otherwise cancel the product and provide compensation for waiting for 3 weeks. They are not accepting cancellation and compensation. Their customer support is really worst.

                              I ordered mobile realmi 2 pro ocean blue 64gb, on flipkart by my registered no. [protected].

                              Tracking id is awb[protected].

                              In my account status of consignment shows delivered on 10 nov. (Attached snapshot).
                              But i didn't get consignment.
                              I concerned with local office. The employee did misbehave with me and giving me without my name slip package and told for hard cash payment.
                              I didn't pay cash to him. He said... No issue you may go. He is saying that my consignment delivered to his relative so u have to take this item without name slip.
                              So what do i do? When will i get my consignment. It's too late. If any wrong item delivered to me now it will be not fair with me.

                                On 15th october 2018 the asus zenfone max pro m1 6gb variant was delivered to me or it can be now also said as one of the worst day and black day in my life.

                                I was facing the issue of disturbances in fm radio signals since day one and to confirm it i checked in every possible location and waited for 5 days before requesting a replacement for it.

                                Now the whole drama started and it goes like

                                As follows:

                                1) surprisingly first technician visit was scheduled after raising a request for replacement on 20th october 2018. The technician visited on 21st october 2018 on sunday. After some tries he was not able to resolve the issues and he asked me to install a third party app and to use it instead of app which is by default installed in phone.

                                I was not convinced with solution provided and to make it clear i had again requested for replacement.

                                2) the second technician visit was scheduled and this time it was done by mr. India as i was not able to see who has visited my home and when did he performed troubleshooting on my device as claimed by the flipkart and my replacement request was again rejected with some fake report.

                                3) now it was nearly an end of 10 days return policy and i again thought to give last try as per my trust on flipkart. Third time after raising a replacement request, on 27th october 2018 a technician visit was completed.
                                Technician performed troubleshooting in front of me and prepared a report too stating that there are disturbances in fm radio signals and there are no notifications sound as well for incoming calls, messages, etc.

                                4) the replacement was rejected this time as well and after several calls and so much inconvenience the result was same.
                                But once again after calling on[protected], as per me it was 70th or 80th call i was having with flipkart and the last resolution was given by them was to visit asus service centre and get a job sheet from them stating rhe issues i have been complaining for since so many days.

                                5) as per asus service centre they have given me a report stating that after comparing my device with another device of same model the perfomance was same of both device and there was disturbances in fm radio signals in both devices but there was not any hardware problem.

                                As per my conclusion it implies that there has been a manufacturing defect in the device and now i don't want to continue with this product.

                                5) after the report of asus service centre and my mail to flipkart with the report. The flipkart executive after having conversation for about half an hour on phone says that even if you receive a replacement, the issue will continue and we cannot accept your replacement request.

                                And as a advice he said if you keep this call continued still its of no use and our decision is final, so its better you do what you like. We are closing your request finally from our end and henceforth your any kind of request will not be entertained in this regard.

                                This is what happened to a consumer instead of replacement even after accepting the issues in the device the flipkart is not ready to take any responsibility and just making fool of me with calls and messages.in addition to it they all are wasting my time too in technician and service centre visits.

                                I am requesting a refund instead of replacement. As already more than 25 days have passed i am facing this issue and flipkart had completed its third sale since 10th october 2018.

                                I am not convinced with performance of the product. The report of asus service centre clearly states that the issue is in all devices of same model and they are not authorised to check performance of device with another model of another brand.

                                As a buyer i expect the device performs well in all respect and being flipkart assured i am much assured about the same.

                                I don't find any logic in further getting a replacement for the same device as the issue related to performance will continue again and again and i have to go through such inconvenience again for the device that i will be getting in replacement.

                                My last option would be to make use of my consumer rights and ask consumer court for help in this regard.

                                I have attached report of asus service centre with this mail for your reference.

                                I request you to do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  1. I purchased a Motorola One Power android phone under exchange offer from flipkart on 5th Nov with a delivery date of 06th Nov and confirm delivery by 10th.

                                  2. On 6th when the wishmaster arrived for delivery he rejected my phone for exchange. As per check rules of flipkart, in such a case the amoint balance due to exchange offer has to be paid in cash for the delivery.

                                  3. I am ready to receive the order by paying the balance amount as cash and the same was conveyed to the wishmaster as well as the customer care via multiple media like, facebook page, email, tele call.

                                  4. I was promised that the issue will be resorted by 09th Nov and the order will be delivered. In the meanwhile I recieved multiple intimation for delivery of the order which were rejected on their own. This was also conveyed to the customer care.

                                  5. However till date the item has not been delivered to me even after making the payment in advance to flipkart.

                                  6. Your indulgence in the matter for delivery of the product is highly recommended.

                                    Above if the order id, it was promised to be delivered by 30th oct 2018, but has been delayed 4 times since then. Now the promised date is 15th nov 2018. Im highly disappointed with the services of flipkart. They dont even provide contact details of the courier service.
