I have ordered mi 5 phone with golden colour but flipkart sent me black... When i tried for return system was not accepting just after that i called customer support they told me to wait and again and again i tried for this and they denied and now my 14 days period also ended i have no choice left from my end... Whst can i do i want my return any how this is mistake of flipkart i[censored] guys can't run or handle such issues then why you promise customer for best support... I have incident in[protected]
For {redmi 5 (Gold, 32 gb)} this is one of i get such three tickets from flipkart senior support but none of them give me any solution..

    I have place a order on 13th oct 18 it was expected deliver date is 03rd nov18
    But not delivered i called to flipkart and ecom express to deliver the item but ecom express told me shipment was not found in the bag
    Then after complaint flipkat they give me service request no incident date 10/11/18 (In[protected] another days i got a call from flipkart they told me cancel the item other wise saller will cancel and i got a mail also then i cancel it on 14th nov but still now no refund i paid 8091 rupees via credit card

      I had purchased a phone from flipkart through net banking. After using it for a day a faced lot of problems and felt to replace it as these problems are not generally associated with this product primarily. So i placed a return request, but the flipkart team said that return & replacement would be done simultaneously only after a technician visit, so i co-operated with them. But no tech visit was done and accordingly my return request was cancelled. So, again i pleaded for a return request & again no response from tech visit team and eventually my return request got rejected. This above phenomenon has been repeated almost over 4-5 times & the only result here is rejection of my return request. Almost 15-16 times i called flipkart & they said they will solve my problem but till now no solution provided. Its almost 1.5 months now and the problem has only worsen over time.
      Specified problems we're battery over heating, discharging rapidly, hanging issues, laggy performance.
      I pray to the concern authority to please look in to this matter as a loyal customer is facing lots of issues and life threatening conditions (Battery over heating) after paying 14k.

          I made successfully payment rs 24999 /=online for lenova laptop from your company flipkart, but at time of delivery you cancelled our order just giving excuses that you have called but we didn't receive any call from your side.
          Note pls we are 100% sure we haven't received any call or email or any message from your end.
          If you have any call make to us, pls show me company's call detail, it is really bad experience with flipkart
          India's no 1 online company, i need proper explaination regarding my order cancellation.
          This was diwali gift for my some loved ones which turned out in bad impression for me.

                Actually, my flipkart account was locked abruptly during diwali sale on oct 2-5 without any valid reason.
                I contacted them for the same and they have declared that because of resale purpose the account is blocked.
                Now, wait i have a question??
                How flipkart can be so sure that, the account is used for resale purpose?
                My all family memebers are using the same account for buying products from flipkart and neither bulk products has been bought in scattered addresses.
                I have mailed them the same and they are reluctant to look into the matter and they have even closed the ticket by declaring that they can't help me because they don't encourage resellng.
                Most interestingly that was a flipkart plus account, just imagine that amount of money i have invested to earn 50+ points to be eligible for fk plus member.
                Just see the level of harassment flipkart is doing to customers
                Blocking account stating that account is using for reselling that too without any valid proof and plus closing the incident abruptly.
                Please help me getting access to my account again because it's a genuine account and i have invested a lot to be a fk plus member
                If possible take some strict againt this e-commerce site flipkart for harassing customers.

                It's been a while I have been waiting for the positive response from Flipkart but till now I haven't got any.
                It's seriously like a harassment .
                I need to buy something from Flipkart but I am unable to do it as because my account is flagged for no particular reason .
                Please take a action against them and tell them atleast not to harass genuine customers like me who's not even involve in any fraudulent activity

                please consumer support it's like too much harassment, flipkart people don't even look into the issue they just keep on sending automated mail
                Again i got the same message as, they have observed some trend in my purchase history.I am posting the screenshot for better reference.
                So, my point is if they have observed some trend in the purchase history atleast they should share with the customer regarding the trend .
                I am repeatedly telling the same thing that if you go to my order section you can find that the order is only ordered to my home and friends address and no bulk product has been order ordered in any particular address.
                That is a flipkart plus account, and that account is fully verified and genuine where i have invested a lot to get 50+ plus and also linked to my main phone number.
                Atleast give some respect to the customer who keeps flipkart as a primary shopping site .

                          If you have sent a 4 gb ram phone instead of 6 gb ram phone and we've done replacement request same day as delivery, then on what grounds is the replacement being rejected

                          I am a blogger with 1.15 million daily active readers. I'll make sure each one of them knows you sent the wrong phone and are rejecting replacement offer

                            I placed an order of hp desk jet 3835 printer with flipkart on 05.11.2018. I paid the entire amount via digital payment hence it was a prepaid order. It was told that the product would be delivered on 12.11.2018. On 12.11.2018, i got a message stating that my order is delayed and now it would be delivered on 17.11.2018. The courier was delhivery. On 17th morning i got an sms that my order no. Awb[protected] will be delivered today i. E.17th november, in that message, there was no mention of any contact no. Of any delivery executive. I kept waiting for the whole day and no delivery was made. I also called delhivery customer care and they told me the order would be deluvered by 8 pm. After 8 pm i received another sms that my order could not be delivered as the delivery executive could not reach me. This time a contact no. Of a delivery executive was mentioned[protected]. I called him and he told me in very rude manner that the order could not be delivered as his vehicle is out of order. He assured me that it would be delivered by sunday 2pm. Its 2 pm on sunday and no signs of any delivery. Kindly get my product delivered today itself. I. E. 18.11.2018. I shall be highly thankful to you.

                              I had ordered lg g7 thinq 64 gb in diwali sale on my office colleague's address, he has been a flipkart user since so many years. When he opened the brown delivery cardbox box, he saw that there is no lg g7 thinq box but a micromax canvas bleu box and inside it there is as old iphone 6s with local charger.

                              My order number and incident number is od[protected] [incident: in[protected]]. I sent atleast 10 email to them but they are no resolving the issue. The seller omitechretail has sold this product, and i see a lot of complaints against this seller in social media.

                              I would like flipkart to return my money or quickly replace the product, as they are not replying to emails at all.

                              I have sent all pictures and email correspondences to their escalation team, support team, grievance team, but again no one is helping.
                              I assume the order id and incident id is enough for them here to track the issue.

                                I purchased a mobile phone honor 9n of order no
                                Od[protected] on flipkart which was faulty, came to know that after two days.
                                The same i initiated return of the product, one technician visited and reset the phone without assessing the exact problem and told me that he has installed some app so that i can know the problem and inform them, thetth same problem repeated, i complained for the replacement of the product which was rejected and told me that ur time period has expired.
                                They are not listening at all, because o[censored]r customer bad service i am suffering a lot and my wasted, u company cheated me of giving faulty item and just passing the return period.

                                  I had ordered a flying machine leather jacket which was delivered to me on 12 november but as the jacket was not same as show on website so i had raised an return request.. But the wishmaster denied for the pick up saying the same reason that i had mentioned in the return request..                                     I have recently bought a set of earphones on flipkart, a set of soundmagic es18s wired headset with mic (Red & black, in the ear) for rs.1164. It had good reviews, so i bought them through the phonepe payments app. According to its description, i was supposed to get a set of earphones and some extra buds along with a nifty case for storing them. When received, the case was missing. Afterward, i got to know through friends that their actual price is rs.625 only. I went back on flipkart to check the price again to make sure, and sure enough, it was 625 and out of stock. I immediately applied for cancellation and became happy that i wasn't scammed. But a day later, a flipkart delivery boy came by and delivered the product. Since it was prepaid, he said he couldn't take back the product and left it in my hands. I applied for a return with a refund on flipkart and it was rejected even though i applied within hours of its arrival. I am absolutely disappointed with the lack of customer service, dishonesty and no-care attitude of flipkart.

                                    Hours following the complaint, my return was accepted. I feel that, though they were very quick in acknowledging my complaint and acting promptly, all this hullabaloo could've been avoided if they had accepted my return in the 1st place. I sincerely hope that the return and refund happen without a glitch, and hopefully, I will be back to shopping with Flipkart soon. Well done Flipkart. You have at least saved some face after this farce. I will resolve this complaint soon, right after I get back my refund.

                                      I ordered one lenovo phap2 plus mobile to flipkart vide order no. Od[protected].

                                      Flipkart delivered the mobile on[protected] thru invoice no. Fabw[protected]. The date of manufacturing is april 2017 as printed on the mobile and battery is not working properly. I already file complaint to flipkart customer care regarding delivery of defective mobile battery vide id[protected].

                                      There is no proper final response from their side as i reminding them time and again regarding replacement of this mobile. I again request you to take the matter with higher authorities and resolve the issue.

                                        I unable login flipkart past 20 days. I complient to customer care but they are not help they say after 48hrs your problem will be solved. When i received mail they say purchase the product to resell not for personal use this is wrong. I purchase product to be used by my relative. So, please consider my request and unlock my account.
                                        Still i'm waiting for your positive answer.
