How can i trust on flipkart after created this much of scene. Now flipkart team are saying self dispatch of product

    Order OD[protected] on 8 November has to be delivered but not delivered on that date, delivery boy making lame excuses .I registered complaint service helpline assured me that next day product will delivered to my address but again same problem happened.once again I registered complaint then on 11 November product delivery message comes but again product not delivered..EKart delivery service very poor . delivery boy always make lame excuses, Convey wrong information to customer and not response customer call properly. Ekart Convey wrong information to Flipkart against me that customer not available...I want Flipkart take strict action against ekart service in Mughalsarai area. They should understand customer time and value ...

      I opted for Vivo V 11 exchange offer on 12 oct 2018, before opting for this offer I explained my exchange mobile handset (Red me note 4) condition to Flipkart executive on telecon and through mail also...they have confirmed /reverted me that my handset is eligible for exchange offer on given condition (some color leakage issue with screen). Accordingly I placed order and made payment...latter at the time of delivery Ekart (courier service) Wish master refused for delivery saying my handset is not feet for exchange ...I immediately contacted flipkart team... they also told that accroding to flipkart policy m handset is not feet ...altough my expalined everything b4 opting offer and thet have given confirmation on recorded call and mail...how can they change policy with in 4 days...my handset was feet for exchange as it was fulfulling all 4 condition expalined me on call and mail...all 4 condition and app test passed by my redme handset...how can flipkart denied delivery and kept me guessing for 12-15 days...I lost another good offer available in market...bcoz of flipkart false promises...i need compensation and fined should be levied on flipkart for their wrong doing...they accept there mistake on phone call and on mail also...they now accept that wrong promises made by flipkart executive...and offering sorry to me...but my point sorry will not help me... i lost handsome offer available in market...also got pain...while chasing flipkart team...they kept phone call on hold for 10-15 minutes everyday and everytime i called...all call last around 30 mnts...minimum...I lost my valuable time and energy...also it was ambursement for me in front of my friend and family.

        washing machine installation is not done

        I booked one ifb front washing through flipkart online on 06.11.2018 by order id OD[protected], the same delivered on 09.11.2018. Instalation date was 10.11.2018, till date no one contatcted me or not installed the same.
        today i called customer care but i did not get any correct message. pl arange somebody to install the same if you are not intarested pl let me the feede back other wise i will return the product and i will advice...

        I have been trying to buy krx gym kit product since sept 14. I have still not got the product even after placing the order for the second time on its request. Everytime i enquire i have been told only what i also see in the app (Regarding product trackin).in actual there is no real information regarding whether the product is actually shipped or not from seller.

          I have ordered for a product (Kedar lanhga choli) on 14th october and received product on 24 october. But product is different in colour (Blue) and design. I have requested for product refund on 25th october. From 25th october to 12th november i have requested for refund 13 times but every time picker did not receive product. He said in my mobile application product colour is red so i can't take this.

          I have called flipkart 30 times but every time they gave me assurance that this time your product pickup will done. And i have spent approx 500 rs extra for calling customer care and time also.

          Please take strict action against flipkart

            I have ordered back cover of realme 2. I got the delivery but it is not fit for my mobile. So i have raised the refund. First they are accepted. After 2days i checked that it was cancelled. I am facing this problem in 2nd time of flipkart.. The return policy 10 days time will be there. They are not accepted the product...             Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on and will be delivered on 22nd Nov 2018. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
            Hi. Thanks for your big cooperation for your customer. It's a very big mistake happened by me and the mistake was I have ordered a phone by flipkart. I have received a msg form flipkart ( e-kart ) on 10th nov. your order will delivered 10th November but still I have not received any order form flipkart and also I have not received any update regarding my order. I have talked with rider on 10th Nov and he said I will not delivered your order because your address not in my location and he said we will deliver your order on 11th Nov. but still I am waiting for my order. Yesterday I have called ur CUSTOMER CARE and they also talk me in casual way. I was very frustrated with your CUSTOMER CARE staff. The way of taking of your staff very pathetic I was very disappointed. Yesterday was my anniversary and I was planed a surprised gift for my wife but you guys totally spoiled my anniversary. This mistake was happened form your side not my side but I have not received any updates from your side this type of service you are giving your customers. This is a worst experience in my life. I will never used flipkart in a future. You don't care of customer feelings because you have lots of customer. Thanks for your ### experience.

              I purchased a bajaj mixer grinder from flipkart. It's order id was od[protected]. The delivery was delayed for 10 days. As they delayed in delivery, the product was not reached to me as i was absent that time. The product was taken by someone else on behalf of me. After getting the product i used it 2 or 3 times but after that i realised that it was already broken from inside. I called flipkart to return it but they denied because the return period was over.

                The details of my purchase is attached below. The speaker of the phone started creating problem within a week of purchase. After rigorous calls and followup with the customer care of flipkart and after following a number of instructions provided by them over phone as solution i followed each of them but failed to get my brand new phone back to its normal position. Since i'm in dire need of a good condition smartphone right now, i'm unable to contact people. It's creating huge loss in my business. I want a return and refund as early as possible. Its been quite a long time i'm following up with the customer care (Which resulted in no use). Kindly proceed with the return and refund procedure as early as possible.

                      I have ordered Redmi and Vivo V11 Pro (Starry Night Black, 64 GB) . The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But the order got automatically cancelled from seller with no proper explanation before delivery day.                         I bought the elite star swipe hand set vide invoice no:faaa2u[protected] dt, 18.7.18. The hand set which is giving trouble frequently and is not getting charged.

                        Sometimes the hand set charging level is getting reduced while the set is plug in. Charging percentage performance are getting reduced while power plug is on.

                        Kindly arrange to replace the handset and do the needful.

                            My name is jagdish. I have ordered thomson led tv on 10th oct 2018 and i received damage tv on 26 th oct 2018 on that time i have requested for return and it was approved. Flipkart had given me the date 06 nov 2018 for pickup and since from that day pickup has not done and my amount has not been refund yet. So flipkart has taken too many days product pickup and customer care executives are not giving any response they only registered my complaint. I am totally fed up now and thinking about legal action against flipkart. They have given me incident id in[protected] and told me that we have processed your request and please wait.

                            Requesting to you that please arrange pickup today only otherwise i have to take legal action against flipkart

                              I hve ordered a mattress on oct 14 its abt a month now and the product delivery has delayed 4 times now. It has spoilled my diwali planning and really really bad flipkart support who has no control on their sellers. I would appreciate if someone give me a call on [protected]. Order id od[protected].

                              Inspite of 4 times delayed when i am contacting support they are directing me to that it will be dilevered on the next date provided. They are not contacting the seller to assure this and also want me to call them back if it is not delivered. I have gone through this process before when it was delayed 3rd time and again i am ask to do tje same thing. It seems there are dump people at support who are out of ideas of any further action also i was told if incase it is not delivered on 15th then i have to wait for next day. Its disgusting.

                                Recently i placed a order (Od[protected] from flipkart of nokia 6.1 plus (Black, 64gb) dated. 02.11.2018 and they confirm the delivery on 08.11.2018. At the day of delivery i got a call from flipkart call centre and they told me to cancel the order, i request them to explain the reason of cancellation and also discuss about advance payment through bajaj-finserv. (426ecf[protected]. So as this worst service providing by flipkart i'm not able to understand how they can say to customer to cancel the order at the time of delivery. This is the hight of non-sence service on this level of company.

                                By this platform i request to deliver my order that already shipped on 02.11.2018, also confirm this type of harassment reason.

                                  I ordered a phone (Realme c1) and it's cover from the flipkart on the 1st day of november, 2018 because it was a diwali month i had to do some other shopping for my home, so i gave money to my neighbour to receive the product. When flipkart's delivery guy called me, i asked him to hand over the phone to my neighbour but then i got to know that he has not brought my phone but it was just a cover their. I got really frustrated because i got a delivery message for both item then i asked him to deliver both products on next day. Next day that guy didn't pick up my phone while i've been informed that my product is arriving. All this things continued for 4-5 days then suddenly on 7th nov, 2018 i got a message that my phone has been delivered when i asked my family members and neighbours they said that no phone has been received by them and the flipkart delivery guy was not picking up my phone then after 3 days i got to know that my phone has been delivered to some other guy... 😠😠 so that's how flipkart is making fool o[censored]s. We order products on festival to get discounts but their delivery guys hand it to their relative.. Wow flipkart.. I ain't gonna order anything from you now. I've all recordings and screenshot and i've even requested return so they can get back the product from the guy they have delivered and i can have a solution from flipkart's end.

                                      Hi, this is chandrakala.

                                      Registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com.. Me order for jeggins 299 rs. On november 9th. At 12 'o' clock afternoon... But i dint get any notifications or order placed confirmation for my order, i made a payment twice because first payment shown not successful.. Second time shows payment was succesful and amount was deducted from my account twice rs.299... Find the attachment of payment made details..

                                      Me contacted flipkart customer care executive over phone regarding this above complaint on nov 9th.. They informed it will refund by 24 hrs.. But still dint get any refund amount.. Rs. 299 + rs. 299
