I had ordered a puma flip flops and a hush puppy sandals worth a total of 2300rs, and mode of payment selected was cod. Proper address of my home was provided too. On the date of delivery, i received a text message instructing me to pick up both the items from an ekart facility which is 30km away, instead of the home delivery. On all my previous orders, the products were properly delivered at my home on the exact dates. I frequented flipkart especially because of the steady service. I tried contacting customer care and they were unable to help with my issue, their solution was to pick it up from the said place.
If in my future orders, the same is repeated, i will hav to depend on other online shopping sites with viable services.
This is the copy of the text message i received:
"ready for pickup: hush puppies men bla.. With tracking id fmpc[protected] from flipkart.com is ready for pickup at instakart services pvt. Ltd, empressnest building, near st. Francis church rd, kathrikadavu (Map location: www.google.co.in/maps/place/10.1125, 76.3768). Timings: 09:30:00 to 19:30:00. Please collect it before[protected] using pin: 5949 and pay 1649.0 by cash on delivery."
Pls do look into this problem and rectify it at the earliest.
