    While placing order my transaction is failed but money debited from credit card
    When i made call to credit card customer care they said they already settled and when i contacted the flipkart they said they have not received the amount

    Both of them are saying that they dont have money but not solving the issue i got 2-3 times call from flipkart they are saying they didnt received the amount

    So i request you to refund me my money

      Sir i have purchased mobile moto g5s plus with order no - od[protected] dated 5th nov. Igot the delivery on 9th nov. The product i opened infront of delivery boy which seems to be opened and contains dirt on phone and it was not packed properly. And where i started its navigation keys were not working. Then i raised return request on same day. On d next day i talked to customer care, they told me to update d mobile. I did it but d problem remains again i talked to customer care. They told that there will be technical visit but without information return was rejected on nov14 because phone was switched off. I again raised return again on nov it was rejected without information because of phone switched off. Then again i raised return and gave alternate no but today again return rejected. Issue remains d same. So i am upset with this. Now i want d issue to be resolved and provide me d refund as soon as possible.

      Today I again talked to customer care they told me that it is forwarded to d senior authority and wait for 24to 48 hrs. I have also complained today on consumer forum and complaint is 1017708. I want to resolve this issue as soon as soon.

      customer has raised issue regarding he purchased mobile and he found that there is with touch screen. Interacted with customer about this issue and requested him to visit the Service center and as seller has arranged twice technician visit and issues is resolved as per technician. Hence closing the case from our end.

        I received other brand of this product in 15 october 2018
        But flipkart did not provide any resolution till now. Per day i am call to flipkart and talk about my issue, but flipkart only cheated me and harassed me..
        And ekart also denayed to pickup this product two times.
        But flilkart didn't take any action on ekart, all are cheating with me from 1 month. So please resolve me issue.

Mai per day filpkart me call kar kar ke thak gaya Hun, per day ek new bande se baat hoti hai aur unko pura matter batana parta hai, fir wo 24 to 48 hours ka time lete hain but hota kuchh v nahi hai. So mai apna pura matter ab tak ka fir se apko update karta Hun, apse request hai ki ispe dhayan de aur flipkart aur ekart pe action liya jaye taki mujhe sahi resolution provid ho. " Sir Maine 12 Oct 2018 ko ek phone book kiya tha realme 2 pro, jo ki mujhe 15 Oct 2018 ko delivered huaa, jab Maine uski unboxing ki to usme different brand ka phone tha, to Maine 15 Oct ko hi flipkart pe complain kiya aur replacement ka request dala, but seller ke side se use rejecte kar diya gya, Maine fir filpkart pe call kiya aur unko pura matter bataya aur ye v ki mujhe different brand received huaa hai, then filipkart ke side se pickup ke like approve kiya gya, 26 Oct ko ekart ka delivery boy pickup ke liye aaya but usne pickup karne se mana kar diya aur mere aur mere mother se sath unprofessional language me baat ki, aur bola ki same brand doge tabhi pickup Karenge, aur chala gaya. Jab ki Maine paihle hi ye mentione Karaya that apne complain me ki different brand receive huaa hai, but usne pickup nahi kiya aur reason me ye dal diya ki Maine damage product diya tha, but mere pas us time ka video recording hai jab delivery boy pickup ke liye aaya that, aur jisme ye clear hai ki Maine damage product nahi diya tha. Ye sab hone ke bad mai fir flipkart pe call kiya aur fir apna matter bataya, aur fir 27 Oct se 10 Nov tak ye sab chalta rha, mai flipkart ko call karta raha aur wo "24 to 48 hours ka time" bol bol kar mujhe presan karte rahe. Is bich flipkart ka v call bahot baar aaya but koyi resolution nahi Mila, fir last call mujhe 10 November ko aaya filpkart ke side se aur bataya gaya ki apka pickup fir se arrange kiya gya hai jo ki 17 no ko kiya jayega, aur is bar apko koyi paresani nahi hogi. Then fir 17 Nov ko ekart ka delivery boy pickup ke liye aaya, but ye Banda dusra tha, usne v fir se pickup ke liye mana Kar diya, aur apne senior se baat kar ke bola ki apka Jo v issue hai uski koyi v jankari hmare pas nahi hai, ham flipkart ko mail karenge fir jaisa hoga aage vaisa kiya jayega, aur chala gya.iska matlab ye tha ki flipkart ne abhi tak ekart se contact nahi kiya tha, sirf mujhe 24 to 48 hours bol bol kar fasa rakha tha, then Maine fir call kiya flipkart ko aur fir Sara matter bataya, to fir mujhe bataya gya ki apki complain le li gayi hai so apka pickup cancel nahi hoga aur jald se jald apko update kiya jayega. But aaisa kuchh nahi huaa aur fir pickup cancel kar diya gya seller ke end se. Jab ki main continuously flipkart se contact me tha. Ye sab fir 17 Nov se 29 Nov tak chala aur fir mere pas flipkart ka call aaya aur ye bataya gaya ki apko fir se replacement diya ja raha hai, aur pickup date 4 Dec ka diya gya, then fir Maine wait kiya, but 4 Dec ko delivery boy pickup ke liye nahi aaya jab ki mera replacement vala product hub me aa chuka tha, so Maine fir call kiya flipkart ko to unhone rat 7 baje tak wait karne ko kaha. Par 4 Dec ko delivery boy nahi aaya. Aur fir mujhe ek msg aaya flipkart ke side se ki kisi karan se aaj pickup nahi ho paya so apko 5 Dec tak ka time diya ja raha hai, but aaj 5 Dec hai aur abhi tak mujhe delivery boy ka koyi call nahi aaya, aur Na hi pickup ka koyi msg, jab flipkar ko call kiya to fir 24 to 48 hours vali baat bola gya. Mai bahot presan huaa Hun is pure matter me, then ab agar mai koyi v action lunga flipkart ya ekart ke against to flipkart khud uske liye responsible hoga."

        Flilkart again cheated me...
        Mujhe 24 to 48 hours ka time diya gya tha.. but koyi resolution nahi Mila.
        Aur ye log mujhe 26 October se esi tarah bewkuf bana rahe hain. Jab call karta Hun 24 to 48 hours ka time diya jata hai but fir sare so jate hain. Ispe action liya jaye. Nahi to in feature me koyi v kadam uthaunga to uske liye flipkart responsible hoga.

          I had ordered realme 2 pro mobile on 20th of november which had the delivery date by 22nd of november but i have been continuously being fooled by flipkart that your order has been misrouted. This is freak-in insane and i am pissed off with this and my delivery has been rescheduled till 24th of november. The only reason that i am feeling for this is flipkart is being biased with the customer between flipkart normal users and flipkart plus users. I think my order has been delayed because some other customer would have paid extra money to deliver early hence mine was free.

            Prepaid order no od[protected] was cancelled by seller on 01/11/018. The money for the order was paid on 11/10/2018.. Still now as on 22/11/018 my money amount rs 10599/- has not been refunded. Numerous phone calls to the call call centre have not yielded any result. They are postponing the refund date. Please help as my money is stuck for more than 1 month.

                1. The watch is not working. 2. The watch was received with out the plastic guard around the crown.3. The watch suddenly started running very very slow and was showing erroneous time. 4. As per the specifications the plastic guard around the crown to be removed by the customer and then only the battery should start working but i received the watch where the plastic guard. More over it is running late and not of any use. It appears it is a second hand watch.

                  My female friend has been getting calls from some delivery boy who claims to be from flipkart and on the pretext of winning some prize from flipkart initiates a call and starts abusing and makes sexually derogatory remarks which cant be mentioned here. She has been getting calls since last 2 days from different numbers. I urge you to look after it if they are actually delivery boys from flipkart. The truecaller shows thek as online marketing numbers.

                      I order a jacket from flipkart. I received damaged product on 29th oct. Same day i requested for return. Nd i received massage of pick up on 31st. But they came on 30th without any notice at that time product was not available. After i tried to many times for return. Every time they give only time. I called them 10 or more times but there is no result. Every time they told me that we have canceled the return request and after 48 hour u can place new request but there is no update. And even cant cancel the request. I want to return that product and my refund back.

                        I have ordered a bag through Flipkart and I am not satisfied with the quality and tried to return the bag with in the return period but whenever I raise a request it will be processed but on the day of scheduled pickup the return request will be cancelled automatically. I have raised the return request 4 to 5 times. I have mailed the customer support team of Flipkart three times and spoke to them once through the call, but the issue is not resolved yet. They just prolonged it till the return period is over.

Whenever i try to login an error pop up login unsuccessful please try after minutes. I have to pay my flipkart cardless credit emi. How can it is possible when I'm unable to open my account. Please resolve it as early as possible. Thank you

                            Grievance details : i have ordered laptop on flipkart with order no. Od[protected] and i received item on 8th nov 2018. But i didn't receive original invoice signed by seller. But i received soft copy of invoice. But flipkart /seller failed to provide invoice hardcopy which should be signed by seller manually. However i asked flipkart whether it was signed manually or digitally and i received reply from flipkart executive that it was signed digitally. And i received reply from flipkart that it was signed manually. There is contradiction in flipkart itself. So, my question if invoice is signed manually by seller it is their duty to produce original invoice to buyer. How seller can keep original invoce with him by sending soft copy. They can send original invoice alongwith product but they failed to do that. I need compensation for that. One more flipkart failed to satisfy customer by giving contradiction statements to me / buyer. Flipkart also failed to give seller contact details.

                              I ordered Woodland shoes order no OD[protected] on 22nd November 2018 and got the product on 27th November 2018... But got a different model and USED ONE...So I request for refund...but till now it has not been picked up and not got my refund...and the return request have been cancelling... By flipkart automatically... whenever I m calling the CC.. No body could help me... Only got some sweet words... SO I WANTED TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM REGARDING MY MENTAL AGONY AND SUFFER...

                              I[censored] really help me then ... Sent an email to the nearest Hub from where my product will be picked up.. telling the same problem.. and instruct them to pick my product .. and to refund...

                              I contacted to the nearest Hub they told that unless and until flipkart instruct them to pick the product .. they cannot pick it up..

                                I have ordered collapsable Wardrobe and placed order only because it was flipkart assured.
                                Today I received the delivery and it is complete different from what I have ordered as you can see in the image .
                                I have attached the image as the proof.
                                This product is delivered by ekart logistics and when I raised the call for complain and the associates dropped my call twice so I had to write email and call on your flipkart toll-free number.
                                I asked the associate to initiate my refund and take this useless product back but they denied saying that even though this is fassured product flipkart do not hold any responsibility for the refunds and we can not provide refund.
                                And placed replacement request from his end dropped the call.
                                I want to return this product and get complete refund. I don't trust flipkart anymore and do not want any replacement as you guys don't value your customers and their orders.

                                  My account is registered with flipkart thru my email id [protected]@gmail.com i ordered a geyser on 26 october 2018 with order number od[protected]. geyser was delivered to me on 28 october 2018.when geyser in installed water continuously leaking . i called to flipkart customer care so many times. but they are not able to solve my problem.i need refund of my cash from flipkart and return such useless product.but they are discarding. please take some stick against against flipkart.

                                    I bought a phone 8 days back from Flipkart, as soon as i received the device i started facing issues. I tried connecting with customer care of flipkart and they scheduled a technician visit twice. Each time technician came and reported that the device is working fine however my reported issue was unresolved. He also said that this issue is with the device and he cannot do anything with it. The mobile i purchased is LG q-Stylus.

                                    I requested either to refund me or replace my device but they refused and cancelled my request. The behavior from the customer care was also not very friendly and they pretended that I have not any choice apart from to accept that nothing can be done.

                                    Kindly help me to resolve this.

                                      Please find all the images of the MI phone attached for reference. I am not sure what fault they found with this phone. More than that it was not accepted, the way the shipman and his senior spoke was worst.

                                      I expected Flipkart to have better customer service and ordered one of the costliest products from your site. Amazon had given 500 discount along with exchange for the same product. I always ordered other mobiles from Amazon and never had issues like this before.

                                      This is the best reward that I get. More than 7 hrs of my time at office, I am sitting and following up the issue with your customer care.

                                      Never expected such behavior from your end. Does Flipkart shipman expect a brand new phone from your customers when they exchange phone? It you still have any issues pl contact me at [protected]. For the mental pressure that I go through cos all this Flipkart should actually reward me with goodies.

                                      Expect positive reply from your end for all this I had to undergo

                                        My order no od[protected] redmi note 5pro but i recieved two basic mobile phone kechaoda k88 received on 5th nov18, my replacement request 4 time rejected, i also not received invoice copy in box. Custmber care telling concern agency slove your issue but they not resolve my issue. Please solve my issue
                                        I also provide imei no of both basic mobile phone to flipcart. Always custember support say wait for 24 hours from 5 nov 18 to 21 nov 18. I also attached return id in photo
