Iam a flipkart customer, not being issued the refund amount for a cancelled product even though i have been repeatedly requesting for same since 8th oct 2018.
The concerned order no. Is od[protected]Seiko analog wall clock refund amount is rs. 2400).
Flipkart is acting like cheaters.
I request you kindly do the needful for initiation of my refund.

    I have used the flipkart online shopping for more than 2yrs in the past from[protected], there are many cheap and irrelevant orders they have sent instead of real products so i use to speak to the customer care, suddenly by the year of 2017 august, i'm unable to login with my account and if i selected forgot password also, it will be showing like unable to update, please retry, there is no reply from flipkart personnel, and i tried to create a new account on my email but my email was blocked for 1st account, please resolve this

        I purchased lee cooper men’s shoes with order id od[protected] delivered on fri, oct 19th '18 through flipkart. I received a fake piece from the seller. I am working far from my hometown so i raised a replacement request after 2 weeks with replacement id:[protected], they agreed to pick up the item and wish to replace by thu, nov 15. They haven’t replaced my product yet. The customer executive said they are already delivered the product. After a long time talk, finally i convinced him that my product not to be replaced. I raised a complaint on 17th and 19th of november. But they didn’t take any step to resolve the issue. Last day they agreed for the refund but actually i want the replacement with the actual product. You can find that i am a regular customer of flipkart. So kindly resolve this issue and replace my product with original piece. I am attaching all the related documents with this mail.

          I have received a different item from what i have ordered. So i raise return request. Pickup person came to my door step twice but refused to pick up the product. I called customer care and complained so they arranged th pick up again and it was also cancelled without any reason. Then i mailed flipkart they arranged the pick up for the 4th time and i was assured that the case is escalated and i will get the solution. But it was again cancelled. I called customer care again and they said that they are escalating the case again. But till now i am waiting for the pickup. From last 10days i am being harrassed by flipkart. I have to take leaves from my job just to return the item so that they don't have any excuses to cancel the pickup. But it seems like i am only wasting my time. No one is bothered to solve the issue

              I had purchased a product from flipkart, the order id of which is od[protected]. I thereafter requested return for this product as there was size issue.
              The company is not arranging pick up of the product. I had registered so many complaints to the customer care of the company.
              Every time they give me a date for pick up but nobody comes. They are neither refunding my amount of rs. 936/-.
              I have all the proof i. E. Recording of the customer care calls to produce if necessary. They once cancelled my refund with no reason.
              I find extreme deficiency in services, professionalism along with mental torture by the company.
              You are therefore requested to look into the matter and resolve it soon.

                Guarantee delivery 12.11.2018 but they didnt delivery product. Because of they lost the product now they keep extending date for resolve the problem. Didn't providing other mobile didn't refund. Next planing to raise a fir, telling one thing and mailng different one. Again they tell like they cancelled order but unable to send a mail. Pure fraud thing they are doing. Now i am taking this issue personally and teach them lesson. They should waste their time like me

                  Hi, i purchased an asus zenfone max pro m1, mobile phone from flipkart online on 9th nov 18. Received product on 12th nov, as confirmed.

                  Damaged product received, as observed a dent on back side of mobile body. Complaint given on same day, later continuously followed up. But no feedback. A technician visit scheduled from flipkart's tech supoprt team - jeeves. Expert visited, report submitted. Later confirmed that i will get the replacement on 20th nov or on 22nd nov. But on 20th message received, replacement rejected. I informed the same to flipkart support, again explained the situation. Now again they are saying on 23 rd, support team will conatct for the same. It is truly a fraud, using iur money. Wasting our time, energy, money. False commitments.

                    I have ordered a shoe, ts delivery date was on 16th and i didnot receive the product on 16th. I raised a complaint and the delivery date was postponed to 19th and i still did not get the product. Its 20th today and they have not yet resolved my issue. What should i being doing whom do i contact regarding this. They just have the same thing to say when contacted they will resolve it by tomorrow. Its been 5 long days, if they do not have the product then why do they provide it in their cart. Please do help me regarding this.

                        I asked them, then what is the reputation for us to buy from the flipkart side .. ??

                          I had ordered a bag tracking id,
                          Fmpc[protected] and anand career, tracking id, fmpc [protected] were not delivered to me. The delivery executives, named premiums and nothing called me up once and said they would deliver but they neither came nor called me again. They don't attend my call when i called them on the number provided. ([protected]). The delivery people are very irresponsible. Both my products got cancelled since they were not delivered.
                          Something must be done to improve this irresponsibility.

                            . If model is wrong then what customer can do. Its cheating only

                              I have been trying to login to my flipkart account link with email address 777. [protected]@gmail.com but i always received an error msg "login unsuccessful, please try after few minutes". I also tried to reset my password many times but it always says "unable to update the password".                                 I had hardware, screen, battery and over heating issues with my new phone asus zenfone max m1. I requested replacement twice with in 10 days of delivery but it got rejected because the tech guy sorted a few problem that time. Now since the 11th day i've been facing the same problem and worse, on complainh they said the replacement time is over and now i need to sort it out with the service center directly. It's absurd. Please reach out to people in flipkart who can help me out.

                                I ordered the phone in delhi. Now i am in sikkim.

                                  I purchased samsung galaxy on6 64 gb blue order no : od[protected]. The product had loose packaging which was creating some noise initiillay. I took it lighky but later on the plastic joits of the mobile started loosening. The product is still 10 days return guarentee as the date of purchase is[protected]. I called customer care but they are not entertaining and saying no to return. Please take necessary action. Please return and refund.
