I purchased a mobile phone from flipkart on september 29th and the order was placed under emi request. Usually sms will be sent if any transactio n is being requested to covert into emi.in my case i haven't received any sms confirmation or notice from flipkart. I waited for couple days and then i called flipkart customer service to enquiry about the emi conversion, i was adviced to wait for 7 working days. After the 7th working day i called again and enquired about the status of the emi conversion. Another rep told me to wait for another 7 working days, nothing has happened even after 14 working days (Not resloved). Again flipkart customer service told me wait for 48 hours (1st), no reponse another rep told me wait for another 48 hours (2nd) no reponse. I am not surprised another rep also told me wait for another 48 hours (3rd) almost 144 hours gone. Still filpkart unable to resolve my issue. To end this issue i requested for the refund, after that no one is ready to answer me properly and telling me that i have crossed the limit of return and refund policy. Did i made a mistake anywhere here?. Flipkart prolonged the issue to cover thier mistake and trying to get out this as much they can. This is how flipkart handle the issues?.

    My Account name is NAGARAJAN and my registered mail I'd for the Flipkart account is "[protected]@gmail.com"...Past two days I cannot access my Flipkart account...It shows" login unsuccessful.please try after few minutes"...And Also try to change my password, but no use..The OTP can be sent to my registered mail id..when I entered that OTP.. It said "cannot update your Password"...Account is still active, but does not login...I got 54 coins in my Account for getting membership...Now DIWALI sale is going on, without login ..How can I order the products...Please Find the solution for my problem, if any technical issue..please reset my Account...I hope that your technical team will solve my problem Quickly...Thank you

      I ordered the aux cable . when i ordered company claimed its mrp is rupees 2499 and after discount 239 rupees and i paid 239 online . but when i recieved in the box carton itself it shows 199 as mrp .company charged 40 extra . i am attaching screen shot of product and photo of product i recieved.

        My order no. Is od[protected] regarding mobile phone of nokia. I had brought this with an exchange offer. Your courier services person don't even give the phone. But also uses abusive language and asked for money also without any receipt. Kindly inform me about the status of my order. As this is my first order with flipkart and they are behaving wrongly. Please look into the matter immediately.

            Unsealed. Product delivered to me. The flipkart box was sealed but the nokia box inside had the seal broken. Also the back case of phone is loose.

            Raised replacement complaint within an hour but this was cancelled with the reason 'invalid reason mentioned'. No one visited or called from flipkart to check before cancelling the return request.

            Opened complaint again and it was cancelled again.

            Request you to please look into my complaint.

              I had purchased 3 items on the big billion days through but i received 2 items only, i didn't receive the panasonic er207wk44b corded & cordless trimmer for men (Black)' till now. As per the delivery status, the product was delivered on 22nd october 2018. I had complained several times to the flipkart customer service team through email as well as phone calls. From past 10 days, i am following with the team about the issue, i didn’t get any positive response from the team. The complaint was registered on 23rd september 2018, the first day they had promised that the issue will clear within september 29th, 2018. So i wait until the day they promised and again i contacted them they told to wait for 24 hours but no response from them till. They sent invoice copy through email but the product not delivered in my address.in their website, they mentioned 100% buyer protection, how they can say that guarantee it is ridiculous. I am awaiting for your response., your fast response in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

                Redmi Note 5 Pro (Blue, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) purchased from Flipkart and returned the product on next day itself because camera is worst and also when downloading the images from any social media the quality of the image is blur and it's worst.
                Flipkart and Seller are keep on rejecting the return with out any information or notice without visiting my door step .So I need immediate response ASAP.
                Customers please don't buy any products from flipkart they are delivered the defect pieces. Please be careful buying the products from Flipkart. Thanks

                Flipkart suggested visit service center and check with them if it is really defect piece they will esclate on seller and as well as technician. Same I did and validated from authrozied service center they clearly mentioned it's a defect piece and so for proff I passed this mobile to flipkart customer care and they discussed directly with Karthik Phone Care center directly and they mentioned it's a defect piece then flipkart requested job sheet and service center denaied saying if you need job sheet customer need to get repaied the mobile. Yesterday I today i discussed the problem with below mentioned flipkart senior people and still I haven't get any resolution. Please find the enclosed conversation with flipkart assistant manager.

                  My return request placed on 24 and it picked up on 26 Oct.It's already 7 days my order was shipped but I can't track my order.the tracking link that given by flipcart is not exit.I complain about 4 times but there is no positive action taken by the flipcart costomer care.my first delivery Tate given by flipcart was 10nov then after 2 days its14nov.Too much poor service from flipcart.

                    Which has been cancelled from your side.
                    Why is it so???
                    Shall i take out the tv myself & start using it.

                      I have to return both the mi tv. But even after calling several times am unable to see the return request accepted... every time I call flippant, they say that they are having some internal system problem and to call after 2 hours.. from morning till evening am trying many times..But same problem.
                      Now my fear is that they will never return it back and the money hard earned is gone...
                      Coz simply I cannot call them everyday and every 2 hours...

                      Kindly return the product at the earliest...

                          Hello,
                          I placed order from Flipkart on 10/10/2018 11:17 AM for an electric rice cooker.

                          Order ID: OD[protected]

                          Seller has processed my order on 17/10/2018 12:59 pm.

                          And the order is dispatched on 17/10/2018 13:21 pm.

                          Item shipped on 17/10/2018 15:24 PM.

                          Item reached to Chennai on 17/10/2018 15:24 PM.

                          From here the Problem started.

                          Initially the estimated Delivery Date is 20/10/2018

                          After 20/10/2018 it is changed to 25/10/2018
                          I raised a compalin to Flipkart customer care on 24/10/2018 and they told me they raied the complaint to delivery department.

                          Again on 25/10/2018 the product is not delivered and postponed to 30/10/2018

                          Again I raised a complaint on 29/10/2018 and 30/10/2018

                          Product is not delivered on 30/10/2018.

                          Again I reached customer support and they told me the produce will reach by 31/10/2018 but still I have not received my product.

                          I am not sure what is the problem.
                          And Flipkart customer care is not providing the proper details about the problem and status of the shipment.

                          I want my produce to be delivered asap.

                          After more than 20 days they are not able to resolve one single problem of customer. pathetic customer support.

                          Thanks to take action on Flipkart to not taking action on customer complaints.

                            I ordered the product OD[protected] which was late delivered on 13/10/2018 with the machine missing I am calling your call centre since then but every time I was told that the case is been escalated as because of a technical issue the order cannot be returned back or they can contact the seller to send the missing part many complaint are raised but of no use (IN[protected]. I even spoke to a superior and she said the same script that the issue will get resolved within 24-48 hours it's been more than 17-18 days now. Contact me on [protected] or I will escalate this issue further.

                            Issue closed now as you were not able to contact seller to deliver the machine so you have refunded me back the same amount as gift cart, I have again ordered the product, let's hope this time the products are there in the box.

                              I received a defective product that is mobile and requested for replacement, my order id was od[protected], and i was old customer for flipkart and i know the policy where they will come and collect old and deliver the new one at the same time but now they are saying they will pick the old mobile and after it reached seller then they ship the new one and i know it will take minimum 7 days and i dont have backup mobile and i bought the mobile with my hard earned money and requested them to provide any backup or same day replacement
                              And they where saying we are just platform they are helpless and seller gave only one option now what i have to do please help me.

Flipkart is sending me emails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of Rs. 2099 whereas I tried to open my account for last last week which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. If customer don't like the quality of the product why they will keep it. I contacted to them about it through email and through phone also. By email they have assured to assist me that time. But they haven't tried to even assist me. I have all my emails in my ID. Even when they blocked my account I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. They themselves blocked my account they themselves aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how I tried to get in touch with flipkart. They keep on harrassing me by not assisting. I have called them 5 times within past week. They are not helping at all.

                                  Everyday, my issue is bring postponed. They dont attend to my issue at all.
                                  They don not contact me on my number at all.
                                  If I am not stisfied with a product then I have full rights to return it in unused condition and tags intact.
                                  They blocked my account the moment I paid for my order. So, I am now forced to keep the product.

                                  I need access to my account, it is purely a violation of their policies.
                                  They are not helping me at all and sending me mails regarding payment.
                                  How can I pay if my account is blocked.

However in my credit card it showed that amount of rs 12999 was added as outstanding. When I called the SBI card call center they said that FLIPKART HAS CLAIMED THE AMOUNT FOR THAT TRANSACTION.

                                    So, I want flipkart to kindly refund my amount so that the wrongly charged amount can be deducted from my card.

                                      I had purchased asus laptop, few keys of which are not working. I had already asked for replacement on 24.10.2018 within 10 days as per their policy but no technician is visiting up to now. Asus person visited but not relacement instead for repairement of the keyboard. No one is giving proper solution and just forwarding predefined templates in mails.

                                        I ordered one MI led tv 32" on 12th October 2018 but the item not yet received. initially it shows that expected delivery was 26th October, 2018 then i contact flipkart customer care they said, it would be delivered on 31st October, 2018. On 31st October, 2018 i contact the flipkart customer care again they extend one more day i.e on 1st November, 2018 it will be deliver.
                                        Today is 1st November, 2018 so far i didnt get any message from your side. Kindly deliver my product with in time or give back my money along with the interest rate from the date i made on order.
