This to make cheating & harassment complain against flipkart. We had booked 2 prestige sandwich makers during the offer was going on for which we received the product with the attached invoice mentioned quantity as 2 hence we paid inr 2, 494/- but when we opened the product there was only 1 quantity in it since then we are continuously calling their customer care (Toll free) to lodge our issue to which everytime a new representative attends which is obvious so each time when we inform them our problem they always place our complain in wrong code like replacement, return of product, etc instead of lodging our complain in missing product & as per their policy after cancelling a complain for the next new complain you have to wait for 48hrs hence everytime they put it in wrong complain code which obvious they do it at their end after we raise our complain we are asked to wait for 48hrs so this entire process has taken 2 months now & still we neither got the missing product nor its refund as assured to us in our company's bank account (They already have the details) global travel xperts pvt. Ltd. (There is a supervisor of flipkart named lakshmi he had taken our company’s bank account details which they have verified with our otp, he had assured we will get the missing product’s refund inr 1, 247/- but till date no revert rather they are sending their delivery boy on daily basis to collect the only 1 product what they had given us)

Updated by Global Travel Xperts Pvt Ltd It is 1 month today still we neither got our missing product nor its refund. Flipkart is a fraud company, they have sticked wrong invoice on its delivery product taken money of 2 & given 1 product & its employees are also big yime frauds instead of helping us they are putting our complains in wrong complain code like Replacement, Return, wtc since a month.

You guys called us & assured that by 10th Nov., 2018 you will refund us INR 1, 247/- for the missing product and then later you guys are sending email that we are lieing and inspite of receiving 2 products we are saying that we got 1 product.. Are you guys nuts or you think we are fools here ???? Dont examine our patience Ok, you CHEATERS FRAUDS it is 1 and half month this issue is not resolved from your end neither we got our missing product nor its refund on the contrary you are blaming us. I told you ample times dont treat this issue casually as we are on the verge of taking legal action.

Ltd. ) go thru the attachments & send it to your seller as well who claims that he has given us 2 products moreover do you even realise that doing such kind of fraud not only to an individual but also to a Pvt.Ltd. company can lead to what damage to you guys ???????????
You guys are such shameless people that evenafter complaining in Consumer Forum with Bad Ratings given to yyou ( Flipkart ) still you people have not refunded us our missing product's money of INR 1, 247/- coz if we take legal procedure then obviously we would charge you in such lumpsome way that evenif you later beg to us to do out of the court settlement it would go to deaf years apart from being more damage to your so called Brand.
So why are you guys testing our patience since 2 months & mentioning in Consumer Forum page that you will revert back to us and on the other hand emailing us saying that we are lieing that we didnt receive 2 products, do you still have hope that you guys can run away with this ?? PLS DON'T BE IN SUCH ASSUMPTIONS as in anycase we are not gonna leave you unless you not only pay us back our money & then causing to further complications if you further delay in refunding us our money of INR 1, 247/- of the missing product.

I strongly agree with you... they conduct the Billion Sale festival to fund their business... i booked a phone on 14th Oct'18 and still awaiting the arrival of it. it has been 21 days now. This is a big scandal in the name of bogus offers which they dont want to service... and their customer care is totally useless... they just give timelines which im sure are not meant to be honored...
these guys should be brought in front of law...
