On 16th sep 2018 aquaultra a500 14 l ro + uv + uf + tds water purifier got delivered at my address. It was all working fine for a month then on 22nd of oct 2018 water purifier stopped working so i launch the complaint on flipkart and they gave me aquaultra customer service number so i called up them and they gave me 3rd party service provider number so when i called up them they said its will charge rs250/- for technician visit and i said ok thats fine. And on the next day technician visited at my place and checked the ro purifier. He declared the power adaptor is not working as well the uv light and again at a same time i called up aqua ultra service number and now they are asking me to send that non working product to them through courier in gujrat. So my concern is i ordered this product from flipkart and the ordered id is od[protected]. I have 1 year warranty of the product and just in one month ro purifier stopped working and i agreed to paid rs250/- visit technician fee and now they want me to send that product courier to them so they will check it and revert me back in 15-20 days. So i cannot take this new # product with the pathetic service. Either replace the product or refund me the full money or else i can dispute for this transaction on my credit card and the worst part flipkart is not co operating properly which i cannot tolerate as i am there genuine customer.

      Flipkart has blocked my account without any reason, it says due to misuse of policy my account was blocked but i haven't misused any policy, i have joined flipkart 8 years ago they didn't care for such a truthful customer also. I used to ask other to buy product from flipkart but now i will not recommend flipkart to single person also. I have to return few product which has been not working but did not returning the product. Even i am not able to pay the flipkart cardless emi also. When ever i choose for payment link on my mail it directs me to flipkart application and there my account doesn't work as flipkart has blocked me account then how i can pay the amount. Flipkart has sent me the used mobile without accessories they are not returning this also, they just send the amount to my mail i want to ask flipkart how could i know you have send the right amount?. Flipkart is a big fraud company. It's name should be fraudkart not flipkart. From the last 15 days i am continuously calling then to solve my problem they are just telling our back end team will call you, but i haven't received any call from them since last 15 days. Their service is extremely poor. Now they are behaving like a thief first cheat the customer then block the account.

      Today is 4th November 2018 I called them again and asked them why you are delaying this as it is a big issue that first you have blocked my account without any reason and now I am unable to pay the cardless emi payment as delay in payment will leads to fine of some amount, also some item given me in used condition and it should be return and I also requested them to solve my problem today itself but as we all know Flipkart is extremely poor he told me to wait till 5 November 2018, extremely poor service . We must them fraudkart

      Still I have not received any information on reason of my account block . I can't check my purchase history. You have send me the used items and now you are not returning it . Most important thing is how one can pay the cardless payment of Flipkart without account to be unblock because the payment link send to our mail I'd directs to Flipkart account and if account is blocked then it can't process for payment. Whenever I called them even their senior team also tell that, their back end team will call me and they only can solve my problem but in 20 days only once their back end team has called and replied me that they are not the one which handle this type of problem . Now I am totally stuck. What should I do now, when Flipkart all it's team is saying that they can't solve my problem then to whom I should call . Now I am left with only onen option I am going to do FIR on Flipkart . Then only they listen me . Flipkart has done many fraud with me I need reason of all fraud .

      Today also I haven't received any call or email from Flipkart . They are not listening to my problem . They just give the date and never calls . Flipkart has spoiled my Diwali . Flipkart is a biggest fraud company .

      I am continuously complaining about frauds of flipkart done with me on this website since 2nd November but Flipkart is completely relax, this clearly shows it has accepted a new name i.e fraudkart . I have left with No words to ask fraudkart to correct your frauds .

      Flipkart has imposed the fine of 3% on my due amount of Flipkart cardless credit payment which is truly unfair . One of his senior agent has told me that there would not be any fine charge will be imposed on it because Flipkart has not solved my problem and still my problem has not been solved I am still waiting for resolution . You ### Flipkart, what you think of your company, you will do fraud with me I will accept it . I will drag you to the court, I will not pay any amount until you resolve my problem.

      Flipkart is a name of group of frauds, even after 1 month of complaint there is no effect on Flipkart. I have never expected all these things . I am continuously updating my problems to tell all my friends please stop using Flipkart, otherwise they are waiting for you to do Fraud with you . You can check I have made my 1st complaint on 2nd November 2018, and I am facing this problem from 10 October 2018 after failing to get resolution from them I have posted my complain on it . There is no limit of frauds in Flipkart . Daily my 4 to 5 hours wasted on these problems . Major problem is one of the family member is having cancer, hope you understand how difficult situation it is . I request you all stop buying from Flipkart .

        Highly disappointed with such service..
        I have placed an order for pureit water purifier and my order id is od[protected]. I have placed this order on 14th october 2018. The technician visited our place to install the same but he found an issue that this is not suitable for your kitchen as it requires water with full pressure and he suggested to return the product and order another one of pureit. We agreed on same.. Very same day i applied for return by selecting resons of return but then a mandatory option came to choose replacement without which it was not proceeding further.. I mentioned clearly that i want to return the product and not replace it and tried reaching them lot of times.. Every time i got an answer from customer executives that we will try our best to return this and give you your refund.. And then they rejected that replacement and again the status in the app was that you can now apply for return but again the mandatory option for replacement came.. I am completely fed up with this.. I request you to resolve this earliest as i want water purifier for my home and i can’t buy another one before returning this..

          Hi, Today on Nov 2ns 2018 my card was used for fraudulent transaction on Flipkart. Although I have reported it and got my card blocked but how do I complain it to flipkart to cancel the item which has been ordered fraudulently, . I have been trying to reach them but somehow on Flipkart there is no way to report a fradulent transaction.

            Realme 2 order by both emi and exchange but due to mobile exchange verification failure your ekart person cancelled my order on 13th oct and refund accepted on 16th oct message i got but still now didn't received refund and i complain to your customers care two times but every time asking details but no solution and today two times i received call from your customer care same old question again asked and i booked mobile by pay credit card but your personal asked about my bank account details it's not relevant to credit card please ensure my details and refund, i have doubt about your customer care call please revert to me correct information and but as per last customer care executive phone conversation wait until 02.11.18 but not yet received refund money

              Dear team,

              I have booked a redmi note 5 pro 6gb phone on 14th oct'18 thru flipkart and at the time of booking the delivery date provided was 24th oct. They failed to deliver the mobile on that date and since then i am continuously following up with them. The customer care doesnt give any details but ask us to wait for 24/48 hrs every time i calls. I have repeated this so many time in the last 10 days and still i dint get any further details on the same.

              The status shows in flipkart website says that my shipment reached the hyderabad hub on 18th. This place is very near to my home, so i asked the address details to pick my parcel in person, but they failed to give any details.

              After this, since they failed to give any contact details, i started using the social media, and just for this purpose i opened a twitter account and started tweeting them. I even tweeted mr. Sachin bansal who is the owner of flipkart, but in vein.

              I strongly believe they have no intention to deliver my shipment and they just used this to utilize the money for their business. I think there are more people who may be suffering in the same way... They have utilized my money for almost a month's time and maybe waiting for me to cancel my order so that they can refund the same. This is definitely a scandal for pooling the public money for they use for a short period and then return it back.

              I suggest these fraudsters should be brought to law and be given stringent punishments.

              I booked this mobile to present to my wife for a special occassion and that have now passed by...

              I am attaching all tweets i made so far for your reference. Also i have recorded some audios of their customer care.

              Kind request to help me with getting my phone delivered to me asap.

              Dear Team,

              After fighting with Flipkart for my order delivery for which I have already paid the money, my order was cancelled by Flipkart even without intimating me. However I received my money back. I want an explanation from Flipkart why my order was cancelled without my knowledge.

              This is unfair on their side to cancel the order after almost one and half month... all this time they were enjoying my money. My bank has already charged the EMI along with GST to my credit card before i got the refund from Flipkart.

              After numerous followups they finally informed that the parcel was missing at the delivery hub. The same information was earlier gathered by me from their courier partner and this was duly informed to Flipkart thru their Customer Service Cell, but Flipkart kept me in dark all these days explaining that there is some technical issue at their end.

              I would request that I get the Phone at the same price at which i booked and also compensate me with the interest for my money for the period 14th Oct'18 till 29th Nov'18 (47 days). Flipkart is ready to give me the phone at INR 13001, but they want me to book the order at the prevailing rate and then request them for refund of the differential amount. I already have this bad experience with Flipkart and dont want to accept this option, instead I have asked them to get this written consent from the Seller stating that he will be returning me back the differential amount. Flipkart is not ready to give this commitment. This shows that they will not be refunding me the differential amount.

              Please help me with getting the Phone at the same price at which i booked and also compensate me with the interest for my money for the period 14th Oct'18 till 29th Nov'18 (47 days).

                    It is submitted that i have ordered cubelelo cyclone boys g5 5x5 stickerless vide order no. Od[protected] to but they sent me some different brand/product i. E. Qizheng s 5x5 (Qiyi cube) which is also not good quality. Further, i request for replacement with my actual brand i. E. Cubelelo cyclone boys g5 5x5 strikerless, but they again sent/replaced with wrong brand/product i. E. Qizheng s 5x5 (Qiyi cube). I also contacted them over helpline no.[protected] and request to replace the item as i ordered but they denied for further replacement and told we can refund option after a replacement.

                    It is submitted that I have ordered Cubelelo Cyclone Boys G5 5x5 Stickerless vide order No. OD[protected] to but they sent me some different brand/product i.e. Qizheng S 5X5 (QIYI Cube) which is also not good quality.                       I had purchased bosch washing machine during festival offers on od[protected] dt 19th oct 2018. I paid fully online & were waiting for delivery till 27th oct 18. Finally they reached with product but rejected my exchange offer & were forcing me to pay money instead. I requested for appropriate written instructions but delivery boy left without any notice. We contacted call centre & expressed our desire to pay cash. Still without any intimation my order cancelled & refund were processed. My money was being used for 10 days & cancellation were forced on me without intimation. I belive they had too many orders to cater & were rejecting customers.
                      I am of the firm opinion that filpkart must have done this with many customers & used interest free money to fund for their business. They must be penalise for this act.

                      I strongly agree with you... they conduct the Billion Sale festival to fund their business... i booked a phone on 14th Oct'18 and still awaiting the arrival of it. it has been 21 days now. This is a big scandal in the name of bogus offers which they dont want to service... and their customer care is totally useless... they just give timelines which im sure are not meant to be honored...

                      these guys should be brought in front of law...

                        Highly inconvenient payment system. I ordered a phone for rs 9499 under cash on delivery system. I was not provided the facility to use my atm card to make payment, delivery boy said he is not carrying card swiping machine. The situation was highly inconvenient. You must mention in your order that payment will only be accepted in cash and card transaction won't be done under cash on delivery system.

                        Unique problem mic works on normal calls when switch on speaker the mic stops working and peer cannot hear my voice.

                        Checked various forums there are several mic problems but they are exactly opposite to mine. Their the mic works on loudspeaker and does not work normally. No headphones used.

                          This is to inform you that i have ordered one mobile phone which was supposed to be delivered by 24th oct 2018, however i am still waiting for my product to be delivered.

                          This kind of service in such a red ocean won’t take your company further.

                              I've ordered shoes flipkart knowing that if i don't like the product i can get a refund... So it was delivered on 29th oct... I didn't liked it.. It differs from image shown in website... So i didn't used it for even single day also... And placed return on 31st oct... So when i was returning the product... The delivery guy didnt accepted the product because it didn't have price tag... The truth is i didn't received any price tag... So when i called for customer support... They said price tag is necessary refund is not possible at all... They are cheating the customers by not sending tags and not giving refund...

                                This to make cheating & harassment complain against flipkart. We had booked 2 prestige sandwich makers during the offer was going on for which we received the product with the attached invoice mentioned quantity as 2 hence we paid inr 2, 494/- but when we opened the product there was only 1 quantity in it since then we are continuously calling their customer care (Toll free) to lodge our issue to which everytime a new representative attends which is obvious so each time when we inform them our problem they always place our complain in wrong code like replacement, return of product, etc instead of lodging our complain in missing product & as per their policy after cancelling a complain for the next new complain you have to wait for 48hrs hence everytime they put it in wrong complain code which obvious they do it at their end after we raise our complain we are asked to wait for 48hrs so this entire process has taken 2 months now & still we neither got the missing product nor its refund as assured to us in our company's bank account (They already have the details) global travel xperts pvt. Ltd. (There is a supervisor of flipkart named lakshmi he had taken our company’s bank account details which they have verified with our otp, he had assured we will get the missing product’s refund inr 1, 247/- but till date no revert rather they are sending their delivery boy on daily basis to collect the only 1 product what they had given us)

                                It is 1 month today still we neither got our missing product nor its refund. Flipkart is a fraud company, they have sticked wrong invoice on its delivery product taken money of 2 & given 1 product & its employees are also big yime frauds instead of helping us they are putting our complains in wrong complain code like Replacement, Return, wtc since a month.

Ltd. ) go thru the attachments & send it to your seller as well who claims that he has given us 2 products moreover do you even realise that doing such kind of fraud not only to an individual but also to a Pvt.Ltd. company can lead to what damage to you guys ???????????

                                You guys are such shameless people that evenafter complaining in Consumer Forum with Bad Ratings given to yyou ( Flipkart ) still you people have not refunded us our missing product's money of INR 1, 247/- coz if we take legal procedure then obviously we would charge you in such lumpsome way that evenif you later beg to us to do out of the court settlement it would go to deaf years apart from being more damage to your so called Brand.

                                So why are you guys testing our patience since 2 months & mentioning in Consumer Forum page that you will revert back to us and on the other hand emailing us saying that we are lieing that we didnt receive 2 products, do you still have hope that you guys can run away with this ?? PLS DON'T BE IN SUCH ASSUMPTIONS as in anycase we are not gonna leave you unless you not only pay us back our money & then causing to further complications if you further delay in refunding us our money of INR 1, 247/- of the missing product.

                                  I placed order product hp deskjet ink advantage 3835 all in one multi function wireless printer (Order id od[protected] on 16 october 2018 and delivery date was 30 october 2018 but i did not receive order till now. I contacted to flipkart and they said due to fault of gati courier service this order is not delivered. I asked for shipment tracking id and they provided me tracking id[protected] when i checked this tracking id in gati courier website it showing invalid then i contacted to gati courier customer service they said the flipkart provided us invalid id and then i contacted to flipkart they said this the fault of courier service and gati courier service said this flipkart fault i do not who is on fault but i did not receive my product till now.

                                    On october 13th and the promised date is 27th october. Till now those are not delivered and they are saying daily 24hrs. I have flipkart plus which need to deliver as early as possible but it is not happening till now they are not giving any reason and it's an issue with a logistic side issue i am.                                       I am and seller on flipkart known as shree rhythm lifestyle jewellery,

                                      I have sold goods to flipkart on 18.7.2018 order id od[protected]. Order dated 14.07.2018. I have seen that i have not received my payment. When i call and asked flipkart about my goods status they said me that the goods is under return. Usually flipkart send goods return to me. With in 15 to 20 days. But when i enquiry them they told me that with in 60 days. We will send the return on asking them why you need 60 days that they says that we have changed our policy for return. On 10.9.2018 i again enquiry them that i have not received my goods they says me that we have already delivered you the goods on september 2018. I told them i have not received my good and they told me we will check and get back to me. But no phone call was there as i told them you please share me your details and give me a call back. But they didn't i saw there email it has pod copy on verify there details i call them and said that the seal and signature is not my. You can clearly see that the signature has round signature and the seal is dark in colour. My signature as provided shared by flipkart logistic manifest is straight in signature not round and my seal of stamp is light in colour. Flipkart which has send me the return shipment copy is not good in condition even what is written on it is not readable.

                                      I have also attached the file as sent by flipkart you can see and verify that both the signature are different, even my seal has copied. It is illegal to use the seal & signature without the permission of the proprietor.

                                      I have also shared the image marked which has round in shape.

                                      I request honorable judge to see and give me the resolution. As we are small seller and we try to increase our business by doing offline and online sales.. If online seller will cheat us then. How we can do business.

                                      I request honorable judge to give me justice. We are small traders and they know that small traders will not go to court for small amount. But this is small amount for flipkart but in this money we run our family expenses. Government says do online business. But if this going to happen we cannot even sell online. As flipkart is a big company

                                      Please do the needfull and avoid suffering loss to us.

                                        I ordered redmi note 5 pro mobile from flipkart big billion sale. Expected delivery date was 18th october, but till date i have not received it. They did not deliver it and keep on giving me new delivery date.

                                        No one providing me the information why product delivery is delayed this much. They simply say "due to logistic problem". Nobody listening my problem and ready to solve the issue.

                                        I asked grievance officer contact details multiple times, but nobody given the details.

                                        I escalated the issue multiple times, but nobody is taking any action other than giving new delivery date or resolution date. Every time i contact them they simply ask me to wait for next date.

                                        I am tired running behind them.
