I have ordered bharath life style 3+1+1 sofaset with order i'd od[protected].

It was expected to be delivered on nov 6th. I was continuously tracking this product.

Suddenly today i have received a notification saying it's delivered. But i haven't received the product yet. Could you please resolve this issue. I'm seriously disappointed with this.

    laptop warranty registered before the purchase

    The laptop i purchased had a warranty of only 306 days while its supposed to be 365 days. It had warranty already already registered before the purchase which is on august while i purchased the laptop on october. Which means laptop was already sold and used in august and sold to me later on.
    I received the laptop exactly in a brand new condition but how did it get register on august 2018 in the lenovo website.

    I ordered a redmi note 5 pro blue 64gb on 14th october in big billion days and it's delivery date was 22nd october and till now i have not got my delivery and the product is showing only in one location since 19th october there is no update in tracking id.. And yesterday company called me and said to cancel the order as dey cannot deliver due to unforeseen issues... But i m not gonna cancel it i want my order this is really pathetic flipkart please look into the matter and make the delivery as soon as possible

    I ordered a redmi note 5 pro blue 64gb on 14th october in big billion days for rs.11699 prepaid after card discount on hdfc bank card and it's delivery date was 22nd october and today is 4th november till now i have not got my delivery and the product is misrouted from 16th october it was dispatched to allahabad which is the final delivery station but den it was routed to varanasi and den no update.. Its showing only in one location since 19th october there is no update in tracking id after that. And on 2nd november company called me and asked me to cancel the order as dey cannot deliver due to unforeseen issues... How lame excuse is dis.. But i m not gonna cancel it... How can flipkart even ask for cancellation i waited for so long from 14th october for 20 days my money is blocked and moreover i ordered through hdfc card in big billion days so extra card discount of 1300 was applied now if i cancel and place a new order i have to pay dis 1300 more.. I am saying dat i[censored] cannot deliver it den pay me the difference amount nd i will cancel it and place a new order

    Above is the screen shot of tracking dat it was dispatched to AllahaBad on 16 October which is the final delivery station but till date I did not receive it
    Hey, I am facing same issue. There is some malpractice going on in the name of Big Billion sale. I ordered on 11th October and till date not received my Phone (Redmi Note 5 Pro).

      Hi team,

      I have been a regular shopper from flipkart.com and have purchased the products from all over the category. Recently i added 4300 gift voucher to my account after which i placed an order but after few hrs it got cancelled the same process it repeated 5-6 times but the same thing happened again and again. And in last they blocked my account stating that i am purchasing the product to resell it. I can challenge in open forum to flipkart to show me where have i made a purchase for bulk orders. Additionally i asked them sincerely to return my 4300 in my bank account or in any other way but they refused to do so. Hope the below order id in image works fine for you.

      I kindly request you to please refund my 4300 and i will never shop and will refrain my friends to shop from flipkart.com

        This is with reference to my order od[protected] which was placed for fastrack ng2049sm09 basics watch - for women on 7th september 2018. I would like to inform you that just within 1.5 months the watch stopped working. How can a watch costing rs 2600/- that to from a branded company stop working within 1.5 month from the date of delivery what may be the reason. This definitely shows that flipkart is either selling fake products or old products. As this is practically not possible. Had it been the case of china watches i could have still accept it. I must say that china watches are more good than this branded watches. This never happens to me while purchasing any products from amazon

          I ordered an ultimate nutrition prostar 100%whey protein which was expected to be delivered on 28 october 2018. The date of delivery was rescheduled to 2 november 2018. The date has passed but there is no notification from flipkart regarding the delivery of product. T here should atleast be some notification if the product would not be delivered but they assured of delivery. This is unexpected from flipkart of which i have been a regular customer.

            I had ordered a redmi note5 pro on october 14th.
            The order placed is
            Od[protected]

            The delivery date as promised by flipkart was 22nd october. I had done full payment of the products with my credit card.
            The products are not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered. I get a fake delivery confirmation over email & message.

            On 18th october i was informed that the item is shipped and on 21st october i got a message from flipkart mentioning that i am going to get the delivery on 22nd october. On 21st october, the status of the product is shown as 'delivered' in flipkart application.

            I did not receive the product on 22nd october.
            On 23rd october, i called up flipkart & raise this issue. They just assure me that they will look into this matter & issue will be resolved by 28th october. On 28th october i again called up to customer care they said that it will be resolved. On 31st october i got a call from flipkart saying that the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours. But no resolution till now.

            I am deeply disappointed with the way flipkart has managed this order and
            Been through mental trauma due to the several follow ups i have done with
            No results.

              flipkart - unable to process request. please retry.

              Uanable to reset my flipkart account password as i forgot my last password.
              Tried forgot password process with different platform but got the same error - "unable to process request. Please retry."
              And also tried with laptop, desktop version flipkart site and in app also but the issue still persistant, also tried with different browser but still showing error.

              6 days ago I had received my order that is battery of lenovo but it is not working properly, once it is charged within 2 or 3 hours battery automatically switch off,
              There is no battery backup, worst product I have ever seen, even 50% of 🔋 battery is there also after 5 minutes talking it automatically goes 0%

                I have placed a return request on 8th oct for the product id no. Od[protected] it was picked up on 13th oct but soo after the pick up, a message o[censored]nsuccessful pickup was received and currently the status of the return request is showing as return cancelled on 31st oct 2018. I have contacted many of their senior executives but each time they are not even providing me any acknowledgement. The refund money is yet not credited.

                      I noticed that my account is blocked when i received a mail from Flipkart on 19/10/2018. I have Rs.1000/- Flipkart balance in my account and request them again and again on calls and mails that please unlock my account or refund my balance of Rs. 1000/- which is still pending to use in my account. No one care about it. On calls they say, you have get revert on mail only we can't do any thing and after so many days i didn't get any mail. Please Help!!

                        My order was going to be picked up on 26th oct but didnt then i call flipkart they told me it will be picked up on 31st, then they told me on 1st november then they told me on 3rd novermber now today they told it will picked on 5th november.                           I have purchase apple iphone x 256 gb from flipkart on 18 july 2018.
                          I have paid rs. 96150/-. They have send me invoice in which they have written in bill model no. Mqa92hn/a, but yesterday i have checked the model no. With box and mobile handset. I found that phone are usa model no. Mqa922ll/a.

                          I think i am purchase a phone from flipkart it should be indian model. Usa model are cheap than indian model price.

                          They have done fraud with me.

                                You booked only on 23rd, but i did on 14th and till date there is no whereabouts of my order... i have been following up since last 2 weeks, and they dont have any clue as to what is happening inside their organisation...

                                i believe this is a big scandal unfolding... they are taking public money in the pretex of order and then channeling it to develop their business... there are so many cases coming in light since last few days...

                                this fraud company should be penalized for what they are doing...

                                  Recently i hv been contacted claiming to be from flipkart telling me i hv won 12 lacs 80 thousand as 1st prize as i hv shopped maximum produts this puja from flipkart.. Then they ask me to give my account no. N my passbook copy... There i smell fishy n ask how come i don't received any mail then they said they wl cal me nx day.. But they didn't... That confirm my suspicion. How come that person know that i shop maximum from ur company.. He must b.. As he knows my no. If this kind of fraudulence act s going to occur with no safety profile.. Then in future i wl never buy nor recommend flipkart to any one.. Very dissapointed

                                    I am buying nokia 6.1 plus in flipkart. Since last 15 days but my phone has a problem of heating during charging and its temperature goes more than 44 degree celsius so many time. Second problem is there my battery is draining too fast by the end of day it will be completely empty. The major problem phone defected. I am frequently contact on flipkart customer but no one response for that.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    We are Nokia product lover from 1100 till 6.1plus my family trust Nokia product rather than any brand because of it's realiablity and features.
                                    But we are totally unsatisfied with the recent product received on the very first day itself.

                                    I have ordered a brand new Nokia handset through Flipkart

                                    Model No: Nokia 6.1 Plus ( 64GB ).

                                    I have received the product as on :[protected] around 2.00PM

                                    I have unboxed the mobile and as recommend I have charged mobile and started using .

                                    Problem starts here ...On the very first day itself mobile had heavy heating issue which I couldn't hold in my hands too . I was really shocked. So I kept mobile aside for one hour by switching off mobile data, etc.

                                    And still the mobile was very hot and I couldn't hold it for a minute too.

                                    I made my first call and then I found I can't speak through earpiece because the earpiece is not working . I was shocked because when I switch to speaker I can hear the other end voice but in normal earpiece which I couldn't hear .
                                    Sometimes the earpiece is working for one minute or more . But when I speak for 10 mins or more in between that I couldn't hear through earpiece several times . Which is totally irritating .

                                    Totally unsatisfied with this issue . Really I have used many Nokia handsets but these many issues in a freshly unboxed mobile on the very first day itself really made me feel very worst impression over Nokia Brand handsets.

                                    I have tried to exchange mobile in flipkart online I have selected Nokia 6.1 Plus but when I entered IMEI Number it's showing product not matching.

                                    Please check the IMEI number and kindly send me what kind of quality check undergone for this specific product and I have paid Rs.14999/- for this product.

                                    I need a detailed quality inspection report for the specified handset.

                                    Even Rs.10/- toothpaste is tested with leakage, crimping, neck, cap, product quality (chemical analysis). Final inspection. Random quality inspections .

                                    But how my product was delivered with these many defects ?

                                    From the assembly line till final inspection nobody touched the product for quality inspection ?assurance? Durability? debugging?
                                    How was QC passed ?

                                    I need serious and immediate response for my questions .

                                    Please I would like to file a complaint against this .
