I have ordered mobile phone with price as Rs 9898/- in Big billion days, Expected delivery time was 15th Oct 18. On 17th Oct 18 I received mail from Flipkart saying, Seller will not deliver your order, so cancel your order from your end and reorder the product.

I was able to see the same products are available in this seller (Vision Star). But still they are not shipping my product. And if I reorder the product then now seller...

I am ankit dixit and i have ordered realme 2 mobile phone on flipkart big billion days sale and i have paid online with hdfc credit card through which i get 10% discount of rs1100/-. Flipkart has cancelled my order without my permission and they are suggesting to place a new order but they are not giving me the same discount due to which i am getting a loss of rs 1100/-. Please help...

Shipment has arrived at nearest hub 2 days ago, but delivery not done till now. i have done so many call to customer care that i can pick my order from your location because i have to go out of station for 1 week. but no support form flipkart.

I ordered flat sandals, i wear size 8 but its 1 size larger for me. I m trying to return it since 2 days from app/website but its showing something went wrong neither i m able to get the refund. I got one tempred glass which i m not even able to return, its 1 inch samller than actual tempered glass all waste of money in big billion sale worst of all i was not even able to review the product. I have ordered poco f1 on 10.10.2018 via order no. Od[protected], the delivery date is 17.10.2018. Today is 17th oct, still the product is not even packed or dispatched from the seller (Vision star). Sir i have purchased 13 different products on big billion day till 15 october 2018 it showing order confirmed and some dispatched but suddenly on 16 october 2018 all items showing as cancelled if i contact customer care they are not helping they are saying sorry we are refunding your money. They not understanding we have waited for big billion day to get good offer and purchased they are easily saying they will refund by cancelling orders....

During the sale big billion days i place an order for mobile asus zenfone 5z (64 gb) on 11th oct. At 12:34 am, as it was under a huge discount of 5000 and additional 10% discount using hdfc card. Rs 22898 was deducted for my phone and complete mobile protection plan.

I am writing this in utter dissatisfaction from the customer handling of flipkart. (13th-oct) my phone was scheduled to get delivered. The delivery executive came and examined the device and said he was not qualified to take any decision as he is a junior. He requested me to wait for his senior to arrive. Apparently, i was told that the senior guy would arrive in 30 mins. But he didint. After i called that junior executive now he is saying...

I ordered lenovo ideapad 330 on flipkart during with order id : od[protected] big billion sale with an exchange offer of my old laptop which was valued rs 10, 000 by flipkart. It was mentioned in the terms and conditions that if the laptop does not qualify for exchange i can still get the laptop after paying 9900 to the delivery boy. My laptop didn't qualify for exchange but flipkart refused to give me the laptop even when i was willing...

Please ban on this sales. The most product are found damaged and that's why sale in lower price and after online booking, the product will found damaged and return by customer. Its only for flip kart add. And no replacement and automatically cancelled without notify to customer and refund in there account. For offer product and its businessmen strategy to cheat people and make money.

There is very absurd behavior of delivery boy who delivered mobile i. E. Infinix note 5 and sudden and rude denial to exchange my previous mobile for this phone ordered from flipkart, this is an act of person working against the customer policy of your company and this leads to detrimental to growth of your company.

I ordered poco f1 from filpkart on big billion sell. (I paid full amount which is rs.21148). Product received on 16/10/2018 by ekart courier company..
The mobile is completely dead.
I have requested to return the product but they are making delay now...
I want my product replacement or my full money, as soon as possible..

How can they cheat their customers?

I have ordered laptop in big billion sale by flipkart. I have received the cancellation l message and the reason is that they tried delivering many times but they could not as i did not respond. But the truth is they never called me and contacted me on this
If i speak to customer care, it is different reason for cancelation. Reason is they did not deliver it in time hence cancelled it.

This is one way of fooling...

Against order no OD[protected], which was cancelled on 11th Oct 2018, refund was promised by flipkart by 15th October. The amount is yet to be credited to my bank. When contacting customer care, they only say that refund has been issued by the seller, but the same is immaterial for me as I have not received the same in my bank. When I ask them to give bank transaction id for the transfer, they just parrot that refund has been issued...
