I had given an order for "led smart tv 4a l43m5-ai/2018" vide order id od [od[protected]] in the name of dipen shah, ahmedabad, gujarat. The order was made through "flipkart". The tv was deliver on 15.10.2018 vide tax invoice "fabbm[protected]". Mi tv is showing sticker of lcd not led.
Request you to please guide and help us to resolve the issues.

    I ordered the product (Thomson 55" uhd tv) on 28th oct. Obviously for diwali on sale for 35, 999 inr, they shipped it on 2nd nov. Which is already a delay but the matter is more serious, the shipment got damaged in transit so the customer executive told me to cancel the order and replace the order again. And when i cancelled it, the price isn't same anymore. Wastage of time!!! Horrible service, really disappointed!

      Dear sir,

      Frequently i am using flipcart service and to be delivered to my office address. But all the time i am forced to bargain with your delivery boy to handover the parcel to said address. His statement is always "this location is not in our service" and demanding etc payment for doingb the same. We are utilizing the services of flipcart, amazon and other e-services.

      Because of this chilly behaviour by this dlivery boys we are loosing the confidence on flipcart services, which supposed not to be part of your esteemed organization.

      Kindly look into this subject and do the needful to avoid this kind o[censored]npleasent stitutation in future.

      Today my shipment delivery is holded (Id fmpp [protected]) and other two more parcels are in due (Exected in a day r two)

        This is regarding my recent purchase from flipkart of honor 10 on 27th and i reported that the device was overheating a lot during gaming and which caused the device to lag afterwards and regarding this a technician was sent which came and said that we do only procedure that seller has told us that was recording a video for 20 mins and checking temp to which i informed him that the issue they check with recording only tests cpu and there is a problem with my gpu not cpu to which i told that he will be forwarding the problem to flipkart and that 50c was way above normal and hopes flipkart does something. After this all this was told to flipkart by me to which i got a reply saying that they are arranging another tech visit inspite of my telling them that issue was hardware and previous tech reporting the same (Special mention of the problem by him as it doesn't fall into the procedure through which they were testing). To which i was assured by flipkart if this time technician isn't able to resolve the issue, they will resolve it later and same thing happened once again the tech guy came recorded video and told me this is only what they are told to do and mentioned my problem in his report and said that flipkart can only resolve this problem so i went to flipkart once again and there once again i made to hear the same words and was told that another tech visit is scheduled (3rd time) and they start pretending like they don't care about the problems and just want 10 days replacement policy to pass so they can get out scott free. And today morning i get a call from tech company which is responsible for tech visits and was informed that they already sent technician 2 times and they have already mentioned the issue to flipkart and there's no point to another tech visit and told me that i need to talk to flipkart. So i once again talked to flipkart and i was made to hear the same exact words like previous time saying that i need to visit for. Tech visit only then the issue will be solved. And i told them about what the tech company said and they seem like they don't care and keep posting the same words.

        So if this isn't a scam i don't know what is i just asked flipkart to replace a faulty flagship device that they delivered to me and i keep getting harassed by them and it has been a week i have 3 days left for deadline and i'm afraid that's what flipkart has been aiming for all the time, so kindly request help to get me my money back cz i don't think they have any faultless devices left with them, theses sale looks like a big old scam to me of selling faulty devices and then making customer keep them by not doing anything.

        Fyi - flipkart chat personale are the worst customer service i have ever seen anywhere.

          The services over the call provided by flipkart are phatetic. I have been put on hold for 30 min just to transfer to a senior.
          They do not has solutions to the problems. They do not read the system update and ask same questions again and again.
          The senior or the so called relationship manager or escalation guy who spoke to me for more than 40 min said he would resolve this issue and get the door replace and raise a complaint with hometown but nothing as such was done. I had to call hometown and file a complaint with them.
          Is this the service flipkart provides.
          I need a solution to this you have wasted a lot of my time. If this issue is not resolved in 48 hours.

            Yesterday i ordered a realme 2 phone which cost 9k but through credit card i got discount of 10%. And all done properly, order was confirmed, expected delivery was 5th of nov, but all of sudden at this morning i see in my orders of product is cancelled, so at instance i contacted flipkart customer support and told me that we are looking to issues and would be resolved by 5th of november... How bad is this order got cancelled automatically

              We have ordered asus zenfone max pro m1 from flipkart on 11th october 2018 and delivered on 12th october, 2018. After using 2nd day onwords phone not working well. We have raised many compliants against this, flipkart not even taken any action on last 3 complaints after that we have raised this all things in consumer complaints portal then only the technical visit was happened, that one also technical person came to our place and flashed the mobile and given us without asking the complients. Still we are facing the same issue (Finger print is not working and whenever phone calls coming from someone it is going to hanging stage, per day it was happening 5 to 6 times). Ticket details given below,

              Kindly help on this to replace the mobile or refund my money.

The seller has confirmed the replacement has been initiated on November 10, 2018 and will be delivered on November 16, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

                I requested for return on 21st october. (Pic.)
                I got email regarding escalation and it will b solved by 25th oct (Pics) and i got another mail saying, return request been received (Pic)
                I got email on 24th, the return request has been closed (Pic). I received another email on the same day, return request accepted (Pic). 3 days ago i got another email, saying return request has been escalated (Pic)

                I received a gift card for the reason of delayed pickup, but am not able to use it (Pic)
                2 days ago, i got email tat email is no longer in use (Pic)
                My problem is, if i don't receive what i ordered what shall i can do other than to request for return pickup and refund.

                If that is not gonna happen, my money spent on the item is totally wasted. And to my vain, am not able to use the gift card also.
                Please do the needful asap

                Call received from. [protected]. Kunal Singh RBI Bank. He spoke only hindi. Immediately he is shouting, because I didn't give the card number he asked for, and said, ur complaint will never recover. Is he really from flipkart. How come he can call for flipkart. Is consumer complaints r really helping consumers and protecting from fraud activities.

                    I bought a pair of Florsheim Shoes order no
                    OD[protected] from Flipkart. The product was available at a certain discounted rate which made it attractive for me.
                    This shoe got spoilt in 2 days. The sole just crumbled.
                    On my first complaint they agreed to refund.
                    The details were as follows. I have copy pasted this from the Flipkart email.
                    “Your return request has been accepted!
                    We will pick up the item shortly and the refund will be initiated within 1 day of the item being picked up.
                    Order Id: OD[protected]
                    Return Id:[protected]”Hi,
                    Then the scam started.
                    The Ecom person refused to pickup saying the package was opened.
                    My contention was that the the sole disintegrated after two wears and that was the reason why I was asking for the refund.
                    So every time I complained they said they would send someone to pick the shoe up. But he refused because the package was opened.
                    On further communication with the Flipkart Customer support, I got a mail from their executive who wrote -

                    “Thanks for writing in.

                    We understand your concern about your order 'OD[protected]' for 'Florsheim For Men'.

                    We are sorry to know that the product you received is duplicate product.

                    As specified by you, a return request has been created for the order and a refund of Rs. 2543/- will be initiated as soon as the pickup of the originally delivered product is confirmed by the courier service provider.

                    You’ll receive an email and SMS with the refund details, after which the money will be credited to your Credit card within 7 business days, as per standard banking procedures.

                    Please keep the item along with accessories and tags packed and ready for pickup in the original product box by September 06, 2018.

                    Also, remember to collect the acknowledgement receipt once you hand over the product.

                    We would like to thank you for your continued trust and support.

                    Please note that she acknowledged it was a duplicate product.
                    How did I know it was a duplicate product? Because the sole disintegrated after two wears. There was no way of knowing it was duplicate by not opening and wearing it.
                    So in spite of their acknowledging it was a duplicate product they kept me on the ringmarole refusing refund.
                    So basically this is how the catch 22 situation unfolds for the consumer.
                    1. A vendor on Flipkart sells a dud product.
                    2. Consumer finds out after use.
                    3. Consumer complains and asks for refund.
                    4. Flipkart says ok, send us the product back.
                    5. The courier guy comes to pick the product up but refuses because he has been instructed not to accept opened packages.
                    6. Flipkart refuses refund because according to them, the consumer did not send the item back.

                    Anyway I wanted to save others from the ordeal by posting a review of the shoe with photographic evidence. I use the word ‘fake’ a synonym of ‘duplicate’ the Flipkart team used in their correspondence.
                    Flipkart sends a canned response saying the review was inappropriate.
                    So mean time another consumer taken in by the picture and the brand name and the discount gets sold another fake product for this nonsense to continue again.
                    I am quite sure there will be no resolution for this and I have said goodbye to my 2500/- ( after all it’s just money).
                    But anyone reading this review kindly note the pitfalls of buying on Flipkart.
                    My experience with consumer complains redressed by this rival company on the other hand has been much more productive.

                      I ordered iphone 6 gold - 64gb from flipkarton 16th october 2018, however i received silver color phone on 19th october on 20th i tried returning it however there was no option of returning available on flipkar instead it redirects a link to service centre, i faced sound problem hence visited authorised apple store and they said that imie no is of iphone6s plus and also the parts were not genuine they asked us to return the product since it has duplicate parts and wrong iemi no. The imie number on phone and invoice is same,

                        From so many days, i unable to login my flipkart account. Whenever i filled all correct details, it shows "login unsuccessful, try again in minute". I also got email about this issue from flipkart support team & i replied on. But i got no reply from the other side. But still my issue not resolve. Please help me & unblock my account. So, i can login my account successfully.

                          On 16th sep 2018 aquaultra a500 14 l ro + uv + uf + tds water purifier got delivered at my address. It was all working fine for a month then on 22nd of oct 2018 water purifier stopped working so i launch the complaint on flipkart and they gave me aquaultra customer service number so i called up them and they gave me 3rd party service provider number so when i called up them they said its will charge rs250/- for technician visit and i said ok thats fine. And on the next day technician visited at my place and checked the ro purifier. He declared the power adaptor is not working as well the uv light and again at a same time i called up aqua ultra service number and now they are asking me to send that non working product to them through courier in gujrat. So my concern is i ordered this product from flipkart and the ordered id is od[protected]. I have 1 year warranty of the product and just in one month ro purifier stopped working and i agreed to paid rs250/- visit technician fee and now they want me to send that product courier to them so they will check it and revert me back in 15-20 days. So i cannot take this new # product with the pathetic service. Either replace the product or refund me the full money or else i can dispute for this transaction on my credit card and the worst part flipkart is not co operating properly which i cannot tolerate as i am there genuine customer.

                              Flipkart has blocked my account without any reason, it says due to misuse of policy my account was blocked but i haven't misused any policy, i have joined flipkart 8 years ago they didn't care for such a truthful customer also. I used to ask other to buy product from flipkart but now i will not recommend flipkart to single person also. I have to return few product which has been not working but did not returning the product. Even i am not able to pay the flipkart cardless emi also. When ever i choose for payment link on my mail it directs me to flipkart application and there my account doesn't work as flipkart has blocked me account then how i can pay the amount. Flipkart has sent me the used mobile without accessories they are not returning this also, they just send the amount to my mail i want to ask flipkart how could i know you have send the right amount?. Flipkart is a big fraud company. It's name should be fraudkart not flipkart. From the last 15 days i am continuously calling then to solve my problem they are just telling our back end team will call you, but i haven't received any call from them since last 15 days. Their service is extremely poor. Now they are behaving like a thief first cheat the customer then block the account.

                              Today is 4th November 2018 I called them again and asked them why you are delaying this as it is a big issue that first you have blocked my account without any reason and now I am unable to pay the cardless emi payment as delay in payment will leads to fine of some amount, also some item given me in used condition and it should be return and I also requested them to solve my problem today itself but as we all know Flipkart is extremely poor he told me to wait till 5 November 2018, extremely poor service . We must them fraudkart

                              Still I have not received any information on reason of my account block . I can't check my purchase history. You have send me the used items and now you are not returning it . Most important thing is how one can pay the cardless payment of Flipkart without account to be unblock because the payment link send to our mail I'd directs to Flipkart account and if account is blocked then it can't process for payment. Whenever I called them even their senior team also tell that, their back end team will call me and they only can solve my problem but in 20 days only once their back end team has called and replied me that they are not the one which handle this type of problem . Now I am totally stuck. What should I do now, when Flipkart all it's team is saying that they can't solve my problem then to whom I should call . Now I am left with only onen option I am going to do FIR on Flipkart . Then only they listen me . Flipkart has done many fraud with me I need reason of all fraud .

                              Today also I haven't received any call or email from Flipkart . They are not listening to my problem . They just give the date and never calls . Flipkart has spoiled my Diwali . Flipkart is a biggest fraud company .

                              Flipkart is not solving my issue . They are not bothering about my concern. Flipkart is full of fraud seller and most importantly Flipkart itself a fraud company .                               I am continuously complaining about frauds of flipkart done with me on this website since 2nd November but Flipkart is completely relax, this clearly shows it has accepted a new name i.e fraudkart . I have left with No words to ask fraudkart to correct your frauds .

                              Flipkart has imposed the fine of 3% on my due amount of Flipkart cardless credit payment which is truly unfair . One of his senior agent has told me that there would not be any fine charge will be imposed on it because Flipkart has not solved my problem and still my problem has not been solved I am still waiting for resolution . You ### Flipkart, what you think of your company, you will do fraud with me I will accept it . I will drag you to the court, I will not pay any amount until you resolve my problem.

                              Flipkart is a name of group of frauds, even after 1 month of complaint there is no effect on Flipkart. I have never expected all these things . I am continuously updating my problems to tell all my friends please stop using Flipkart, otherwise they are waiting for you to do Fraud with you . You can check I have made my 1st complaint on 2nd November 2018, and I am facing this problem from 10 October 2018 after failing to get resolution from them I have posted my complain on it . There is no limit of frauds in Flipkart . Daily my 4 to 5 hours wasted on these problems . Major problem is one of the family member is having cancer, hope you understand how difficult situation it is . I request you all stop buying from Flipkart .

                                Highly disappointed with such service..
                                I have placed an order for pureit water purifier and my order id is od[protected]. I have placed this order on 14th october 2018. The technician visited our place to install the same but he found an issue that this is not suitable for your kitchen as it requires water with full pressure and he suggested to return the product and order another one of pureit. We agreed on same.. Very same day i applied for return by selecting resons of return but then a mandatory option came to choose replacement without which it was not proceeding further.. I mentioned clearly that i want to return the product and not replace it and tried reaching them lot of times.. Every time i got an answer from customer executives that we will try our best to return this and give you your refund.. And then they rejected that replacement and again the status in the app was that you can now apply for return but again the mandatory option for replacement came.. I am completely fed up with this.. I request you to resolve this earliest as i want water purifier for my home and i can’t buy another one before returning this..

                                  Hi, Today on Nov 2ns 2018 my card was used for fraudulent transaction on Flipkart. Although I have reported it and got my card blocked but how do I complain it to flipkart to cancel the item which has been ordered fraudulently, . I have been trying to reach them but somehow on Flipkart there is no way to report a fradulent transaction.

                                    Realme 2 order by both emi and exchange but due to mobile exchange verification failure your ekart person cancelled my order on 13th oct and refund accepted on 16th oct message i got but still now didn't received refund and i complain to your customers care two times but every time asking details but no solution and today two times i received call from your customer care same old question again asked and i booked mobile by pay credit card but your personal asked about my bank account details it's not relevant to credit card please ensure my details and refund, i have doubt about your customer care call please revert to me correct information and but as per last customer care executive phone conversation wait until 02.11.18 but not yet received refund money

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have booked a redmi note 5 pro 6gb phone on 14th oct'18 thru flipkart and at the time of booking the delivery date provided was 24th oct. They failed to deliver the mobile on that date and since then i am continuously following up with them. The customer care doesnt give any details but ask us to wait for 24/48 hrs every time i calls. I have repeated this so many time in the last 10 days and still i dint get any further details on the same.

                                      The status shows in flipkart website says that my shipment reached the hyderabad hub on 18th. This place is very near to my home, so i asked the address details to pick my parcel in person, but they failed to give any details.

                                      After this, since they failed to give any contact details, i started using the social media, and just for this purpose i opened a twitter account and started tweeting them. I even tweeted mr. Sachin bansal who is the owner of flipkart, but in vein.

                                      I strongly believe they have no intention to deliver my shipment and they just used this to utilize the money for their business. I think there are more people who may be suffering in the same way... They have utilized my money for almost a month's time and maybe waiting for me to cancel my order so that they can refund the same. This is definitely a scandal for pooling the public money for they use for a short period and then return it back.

                                      I suggest these fraudsters should be brought to law and be given stringent punishments.

                                      I booked this mobile to present to my wife for a special occassion and that have now passed by...

                                      I am attaching all tweets i made so far for your reference. Also i have recorded some audios of their customer care.

                                      Kind request to help me with getting my phone delivered to me asap.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      After fighting with Flipkart for my order delivery for which I have already paid the money, my order was cancelled by Flipkart even without intimating me. However I received my money back. I want an explanation from Flipkart why my order was cancelled without my knowledge.

                                      This is unfair on their side to cancel the order after almost one and half month... all this time they were enjoying my money. My bank has already charged the EMI along with GST to my credit card before i got the refund from Flipkart.

                                      After numerous followups they finally informed that the parcel was missing at the delivery hub. The same information was earlier gathered by me from their courier partner and this was duly informed to Flipkart thru their Customer Service Cell, but Flipkart kept me in dark all these days explaining that there is some technical issue at their end.

                                      I would request that I get the Phone at the same price at which i booked and also compensate me with the interest for my money for the period 14th Oct'18 till 29th Nov'18 (47 days). Flipkart is ready to give me the phone at INR 13001, but they want me to book the order at the prevailing rate and then request them for refund of the differential amount. I already have this bad experience with Flipkart and dont want to accept this option, instead I have asked them to get this written consent from the Seller stating that he will be returning me back the differential amount. Flipkart is not ready to give this commitment. This shows that they will not be refunding me the differential amount.

                                      Please help me with getting the Phone at the same price at which i booked and also compensate me with the interest for my money for the period 14th Oct'18 till 29th Nov'18 (47 days).
