I have ordered mi fitness band from flipkart. I didn't cancel my order but it cancelled. Flipkart team saying it is cancelled by seller. Seller did not try 3 attampts. So why cancelled. Flipkart has 0 words about seller details. I want my order with the same price. Even i have called flipkart a day before and they assured that my product will deliver in 2-3 days. And today i got notification that it cancelled. Call was recorded also by them....

I have ordered asus laptop on 11th october.
They were showing that it will be delivered on 15th october.

No delivery till date.

I am daily getting calls from back-end team, at least thrice a day to cancel the order as they have not got any update from logistics team!!

I m requesting to deliver the product bu not getting any meaningful reply.

Same laptop is now costing five...

Order ID OD[protected]..Ordered MI led smart TV 4A 43inch..With this bought I provide exchange the product (Samsung LCD TV).. Exchange amount is rs 3900 rs..
My return exchange TV working properly.. no dent no scratch on the TV. Pictures Quality also good.. while delivery the new TV..Return exchange TV refusing without providing the valid reason.only delivery boy came .No technician came for checking the TV..Simply cheating...

I have bought LG refrigerator in big billion sale in Flipkart I got offer but they have sold faulty product. And they are not ready to exchange and if I buy same product again price is on MRP now. So I asked to exchange. But they are not ready to solve my issue. Please help me out. And customer support was pathetic. I want compensation for this pethatic service and mental torture....

Full useless products very fraud company just fooling people with big stars advertising this hopeless online store actually i ordered the product from this waste fipkart company and after receiving the product the product performance is waste as he'll and i called the guys regarding refund amt but this useless people are saying the refund is not available replacement is available ok do tat atleast i said then there is no pickup it means...

I have ordered nivia ultra armour gloves from flipkart, on 11 oct, 2018. At the time of the big billion days. It said that it will be delivered by 23 oct, 18. And said that it will be shipped on 16 oct, 18. But now it has crossed it's date. It is packed but not shipped still now. It is sold by retailnet. I have also ordered some other items. In big billion days i have ordered too many products and after 2 day i checked that half of my orders are cancelled and after1 day my account got blocked and i am unable to login. I have reached customer care too but they said they will fix it in 24 hrs but no response i got back from their team. Which leads to great loss to my orders which i ordered...

49, 990₹ product macbook air of order id od[protected] was ordered by me on the recent flipkart sale. It was expected to arrive on friday, 19/10/2018.

I had placed order for usha sewing machine on 10 oct and i was supposed to get the delivery by 17 oct... I got an update it would be delivered on 13 oct, but it didn't receive any update but in the eve i got a message that it could not be delivered when i connected to the executive from dhelivery he mentioned he had some personal issues... From then on i dint receive any update... I then to flip kart executive and everytime i was assured...

I received a dead iPhone 7 and wasn't even turned on even after it kept for charging around 7 hours. As per flipkart representative said I submitted my phone in a iPhone service centre and they coudnt recognize the issue. Then I contacted flipkart again and they told me this will be fixed by Oct 24th. Finally, guys you know how they fixed it. They are telling they can't replace the product and instead I should again go to iPhone service center....

I have purchase a mobile 24 sep' 18 rs. 17, 999/- on flipkart at emi basis. But the total amount was deducted from my credit card instead of installment basis. At this moment credit card statement shown full amount to be paid but flipkart didnot bothered and also didnot help sbi credit card.

I am harassing both of these company and i want compensate my money back asap...

Please transfer my full amount on emi...

Up to yesterday no one spoke from the other side, today morning again i picked a call and one gentleman started communicating with me and he told me that he is talking from some courier company and i have placed a order from flipkart which haven't played, even my flipkart account is abeyance from last few months...

I ordered a slipper from Flipkart. And when I received it, it was a size larger. I tried it on and didnt even use it for 5 minutes. I ordered a return on the same day. But the delivery person said he can't take a used product. Why do you have a return policy if you cant even take an unused product. I want to return them asap. They're unused and new. I even have the bills and the cover it came with....

I ordered honor 9n in exchange with my old vivo v1 max mobile they said that it will be exchage at the price of 3300rs but they refused to take the mobile at the time of delivery saying that it is damaged piece so i have to pay them the extra amount, how could you claim the stain is equal to damaged. Please clarify this otherwise i will go to consumer court....

Ordered one smartphone during the big billion day sale offer on 11th october 2018. The expected delivery date was 13th october but it got misrouted and the date of delivery got delayed. Contacted the customer support of flipkart who assured me it will be delivered on 15th october but again it got misrouted and got the text message from flipkart that it will be delivered within 3 days.
I am still waiting for that day when my product...

I have cancelled an order od[protected] home size sizzler 275cm curtains on sep 21st. I have not received my refund as of now. Every time customer care gave me the same excuse that refund will be processed in six business days. I made that payment through credit card. Please look into this matter n refund my total amount. Credit card is also charging me a late fee n interest charges....

I ordered 5 mobiles for my family members and to gift my aunty in last 4 years. Now fipkart blocked my account claiming that i am reselling mobiles. If i would resell mobile i would be ordering more than 5 mobiles in 4 years. And i would have created many fake accounts but not a single account. Do you have any proof saying i am reselling mobiles ordered on flipboard....
