Sir,

I have ordered a skybags spotlight 4w exp strolly from flipkart on 13th oct. I have paid full amount i. E rs. 2498/. On 23rd morning i got a message saying that your items is on the way. By eve got another message saying that your items is delivered.

From then to till now just before 5 min (On 11/7/2018) called their customer care several time. I called flipkart and the delivery courier partner delhivery also. But the response i got from them is deeply disappointing. Just a recorded message that sorry for the inconvenience and please wait please wait.. First asked me to wait till 31st oct, within that will provide a solution. But i dint get anything after that,, only getting a message that wait wait!! Till when??.

Not even valuing that i am a customer paid full amount which is 2498/ and not even considering my inputs. Just passing as it is. Each time when i call i have to explain the reasons and not even having option to refer the previous complaint.

I need to escalate this to the higher authorities since i have paid full amount and i have the rights to know where is my item or where is my money!!

Totally disappointed shopping experience from #flipkart #worst.

Cheating common people by providing offer's!!!

I need to get my money back. Please help me to get the same.

I contacted the Flipkart several times for this issue but the are very reluctant towards this matter... They are asking me to wait for 24hrs to solve the problem... But it's since 2 weeks I'm waiting... Several 24hrs passed but there's no update regarding my issue.. and they are not ready to give my refund...
I have ordered Nikon camera, delivery date is 26th Oct, but still not delivered and delivery agent also not reachable. My mobile number [protected]
Yes @Rajkumar.The same answer am also getting from their end. They are not not even ready to escalate this things to the next level also.

    Hello sir/mam this is nimesh jadav, i have ordered an redmi 6 (Gold, 32 gb) with order id od[protected] on 2nd nov 18 it was supposed to be delivered by 10th nov 18 with shipping provider blue dart, the shipping provider told me about he will not deliver my order to my address, he will deliver my order at nearly at blue dart office, and it's 10 km from my actual address, so how can i collect my order?

    Can i drive 10 km and collect my order?
    It's fair or not?

    I just want my order at my right address, i don't want return my order, so please help me and place my order at my address.

      Greetings for the day and wish you happy diwali...!
      Recently i got your response of my placed order id - od[protected], it's unacceptable. I really disappointe with your this kind of customer service. If you don't able to deliver the product in that address or you don't give service in that particular address than you can also indicate at time of order the product. After waisting 6 days of your customer, you easily email and text that your service providers are able to deliver product that address. Is it simple as you say? You know there are a many online service providers and e-commerce websites we can approach and they are available to provide services in that particular address.
      Who's responsible this kind of inconvenience and time waist services, it's really unacceptable. You've to anser for this, and have to deliver my product at any how, this kind of customer services not good for flipkart.

          I have raised a refund against order id od[protected] on 21st october. Filpkart executive shared one refund id with me and asked me to contact bank or bank customer care. Bank customer care says they need utr no. They can not provide any information with arn no. Provided by flipkart. I have contacted flipkart for many times but every time they said raise a complaint against bank.

            I perched several products by flipkart sale by not single product i received yet by default of courier boy he was cancelled my 7 products by updated wrong information by personal issues. He is very bad behaviour person n not interested on there work. I ordered my products because i want it but ur courier boy calling me just one-time n said i[censored] want ur products than u will come my office n recieve it otherwise i will return ur order i said this is not fear u have to deliver my products in door step. Then he misbehave with me n return my several projects n this is not good for flipkart n coustomers too plz take strict action on this matter

              I ordered asus zenfone max 1 on date 26/10/2018 with order id od[protected]

              Mobile had camera issue and i raised complaint on very first day. Their technician named tusar ahire visited my office and confirmed that there is problem is mobile and need to be replaced. But he said he will do false reporting of mobile and will say its ok, as he has pressure to provide pass certificate and want to remain in companies good books. He said i raise complain again after few days and then he will mark as there is problem.

              On hearing this, i started recording secretly without his knowledge. I have uploaded video here, which shows he is confirming problem. Flipkart man is also being heard saying that next time buy from amazon for better service. If their staff says to buy next time from amazon, how to trust flipkart. He did false reporting and i am stuck now because of this

              I raised many complaint but all in vein. Flipkart kept saying today-tomorrow and passed 10 days. Now they are saying 10 days are passed and replacement can't be done and i have to contact service centre

              One more thing, i have audio recording also, in which flipkart staff on phone is saying that, technician has my signature on ok report, which i have not done. This is again case of signatory forgery.

              I am planning to take steps against company soon

              Friends never buy from flipkart again. Share this proof to as many people you can, so that they can be saved

              Conclusion : flipkart replacement policy is fake. Technician has pressure to provide ok report and due to this customer suffers

                  Sub - missing product.

                  I can't share my government id. It my privacy. N sab ko nahi de sakte. Apko kui du? Customer ko bekuf banana bandh koro.

                  Many time talk and bol raha ghar se bahar hu 20 days k liye. I can't provide id n meet. Phir vi harassment kor raha hai.

                  1 month wait korne ko bol raha hai. Mein 20 days bad job ghar pe back korunga uske bad resolution provide korenge. Bohot pareshan ho raha hu. Issue resolve quickly.

                  Missing product 10 days over ho gaye but refund or replacement nahi provide kiya.

                  I can't wait for resolution. Refund or replacement immediately now.

                  Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was missing in the package when it was delivered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as per the update from courier service provider the package was intact when it was delivered and the product was inside the package. Hence, we are unable to accommodate customer request for the replacement to be issued. Moreover, we requested customer to share any govt. ID proof to look into it exceptional basis but for which customer didn't agreed and we are helpless in this regards. Closing the complaint from our end.

                  Her ber clearly mention kiya I can't share Government ID. Phir vi ek hi email kor rahe ho government ID dene ko. Missing product hai responsibility ap log ka hai. mere ko harrasement kor rahe ho?

                  Already 22 days over ho gaye. bohot harrasement kiya. Now refund my money or replacement. product vej do.

                    I have ordered an iphone 6s with an order id od[protected] on 5th nov 18 it was supposed to be delivered by 6th nov 18, but it has still hasn't come it was under the flipkart assured mark. As i am leaving on 8th nov 18 night, i trusted flipkart with my delivery, it disappointing to see such a response. I want my product delivered before 8th, please do the above mentioned request. R i here complaining against flipkart, because i ordered one krx pvc 20 kg combo 2 wb home gym kit product ordered on sun, oct 14th 2018 and flipkart gives delivery date on sun, oct 21st 2018 but still that my ordered product is not reach me.                         Ordered 18ltr maharaja air cooler from flipkart and received on 22.10.18. Made full payment in advance on 16.10.18 while orderingitself.
                        After opening box all parts found damaged condition. Immedietly took photos and also raised return request on 23.10.18. Pickup date was 29.10.18. No pickup done and request was cancelled from flipkart.
                        Again customer care told to raise second time request, again new pickup date was of 06.11.18. No pickup done and request cancelled. Third request again raised and new date of 10.11.18 given.
                        Now portal showing no refund applicable.
                        Really pathetic customer service and logistics mgmnt of flipkart.
                        Will avoid flipkart henceforth for such lame services.
                        No resolution after almost 1month.

                            Hello sir/mam this is abhishek (Maiden name) i ordered a poco f1 and my order id-od[protected]. And i got cracked screen i asked for replacement they sent me but was cancelled by courier boy without proper authorisation and when i said same to flipkart they said me 22 account has been linked to my mobile number but as i now mine mobile no is [protected] and as per my knowledge [protected] is of my friend manish not mine if there is issue with him please contact him and block his account not mine and their is 21600 in my electronic gift voucher or egv wallet please transfer my egv amount to my father flipkart account

                              Sir,

                              I have purchased the mobile honor 9 lite on oct 6th through flipkart application.

                              With in a week, while using the phone was slipped and felt down..

                              The display has been broken.. Slightly broken on both down corners.

                              So far i don't know, how to complain about it. Now my friend advise me to do so.

                              I hope this one will come under replacement warranty, so kindly please do the needful..

                              Customer Issue: Shipment was delivered on 06 Oct 18, 07:09 PM and after using it for a week time the phone slipped and felt down & the display is broken.

                              We've interacted with the customer on ([protected]) and apologized for the issue caused, feedback noted for the same and info provided as the seller will help only within the 10 days of seller return policy if product received is in damaged condition during transit or defective or not as described however, if it is while using it falls under a physical damage the seller will not be able to help and requested customer to visit the service center and get the paid service for the same and denied for the request and warranty details info provided as Warranty Summary 12 Months on handset, 6 Months on battery, 6 Months on charger & 3 Months on data cable, but for physical damage customer will have to check with the service center and get the paid services and customer agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.
                              I bought a lenovo power bank from flipkart during the big billion days i.e. between 11 to 14 October. Now it is not working at all even after being properly charged.

                                Blaupunkt sound bar vide order id od[protected]. Ordered on 10th oct... After great haggleing a dead product delivered on 30th oct... Refund initiated. 7th nov... Return pickup cancelled by the the courier repeatedly... And now refund cancelled..
                                Now i am stuck with a dead product even after a month of purchase..
                                The best business.. Sell a dead product and make money..

                                  I am having trouble logging into the flipkart account and tried calling and speaking to the customer care but of no use as the language they use if terrible and cannot understand them at first. Their approach towards me (Customer) is pathetic, placed on mute without informing, cannot provide the details on why i am unable to login to the account, what is the issue etc. Over to this when i asked them to put me through to his manger, placed me on hold and did not come back for atleast good 20 mins, this happened on 5th nov'18. Today i tried calling them as the email address showing in my account is incorrect and i wanted to get it corrected, which i was unable to as i could not login in the first place, the customer care agent named shubham took the call and all he had to say was try after sometime as the systems are down, and he had nothing but the above answer.

                                    I have ordered a real me c1 phone from flipkart as it was delivered a defective phone there was a flickering issue in display and suddenly display gets off and when pressing after so many time we get the display on so i requested for replacement then from jeeves, technician visit was arranged when technician visited he accepted that there is flickering issue later after leaving my home neither carrying any of my phone videos of defect he reported that phone was having no defect and flipkart denied for return
                                    Again second time i requested for technician visit now technician was so illetrate he visited our home for verification of defect then same thing he also did after leaving my home get updated there that there is no such issues and when he was at my home he was accepting that flickering was there so he gave me one job sheet to fill and he was saying that sir please do signature rest i will complete then when i started to fill the columns then he was getting angry and tried to snitch the job sheet from me and was saying that i don't have time to wait for you i want to see other customers also and was trying to misbehave and finally after leaving home again updated to fake information that phone is not having any issues. Flipkart is biggest fraud company they are targeted to reject as much as possible orders so that they can fill there pockets from hard earned money of customers.
                                    And they are keeping so illetrate people that they even don't have any sort of technical knowledge they only know how to misbehave with customers.

                                      Dear team,
                                      I have a 2nd complaint on this. Last one not resolved yet. Hope u will look hardly on this complaint.

                                      I have ordered for emporir armani watch costing 30, 000 and even i received my order but when i opened the box that brand box was already opened by somone and what i see that watch was not same what i ordered the watch was with same brand with different model number than i instantly called to our helpline number than i got to know about that my account has been de-activated. I don’t know the reason they said high number of return found on my account. The thing is that my several order was cancelled in past by end of flipkart due to limited stock.
                                      I had given several complaints regarding my refund of produt it’s been a week still not received resolution and they used to says we will revert u evenever i used to call there. Hope now it will be resolved by this otherwise i have to take another step for this complaint because it’s not a small amount. Its a big amount of 30, 000
                                      I request u to please reactive my account ad give a proper resolution for my complaint with refund. Hoping for favourable response. Waitnf for reply

                                      Customer raised a complaint stating that customer account has been blocked and return related issue. We have interacted with the customer and informed that customer request for return can not be initiated due to high number of returns. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

                                        I bought a 32 gb sd card 3weeks agofrom flipcart.
                                        Manufacturer is sandisk.
                                        Now it is not working.
                                        Please help me. It was working properly for few days. After that my phone is not showing in the presence of sd card in it. I tried it in different devices. But it is not working in any of them. I am very disappointed with the manufacturer.
                                        Kindly take necessary actions.
