I have ordered a redmi note 5 pro on 24th of october. Still, i did not receive the product. Each and every day they are telling me to wait. I was supposed to get the product by 27th of october. On 25th i spoke with the delhivery logistics they told me that, 25th evening before 8 pm i will get the product, but there was no response till 8.30 pm. Next day they told that they are sorry and i will get the product on 26th before 8 pm, the same thing happened that day also, again on 27th morning these delhivery logistic people called and told that i will get the product on 27th of october before 8p. M.. But till 7.30 pm there was no response from them then i made a call to those delivery people they told that they lost the package, and get the refund from the flipkart.
Same time i informed this issue with the flipkart people they assured me that they will look into this issue and they will resolve this issue within 24 hours, but nothing happened. Next day they told that they will give me the product by 31st of this month and all my problems will be solved. On 31st of october morning, around 11 am flipkart customer care people called me on my request and they told that today before 7 p. M, i will get the product. But i did not get the product and around 7 p. M i spoke with flipkart customer care people, they told me to wait for 1 more day that also not for product, just to check with the logistics what went wrong.
That means all these days they did nothing, still, they want more time to look into the issue. This is really poor service from flipkart. I have never faced this issues with amazon and it was the biggest mistake of my life to order a product from flipkart. I really regret that. I will wait for one more day and i will see what will happen otherwise i'm going to the next level. Because of flipkart, i lost lots of money, i was expecting confirmation calls of many bank loans. My personal loan request has been canceled because i was not reachable it seems. Now i'm using others mobile. One more day. Thats all flipkart.. Thank you for this wonderful experience
