After multiple follow ups with flipkart executives not less that 12 times follow ups it's finally found that flipkart didnt resolved this problem and given blent excuses everytime.

Today is last day of my buy back gurantee and from tomorrow it will be lapsed and i was struggling since 15 th oct when i have purchased new mobile but it got auto cancelled.

    My name is vishal bhande, i was ordered redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and my product was already in my city, but unnecessary it delay from 29th oct 2018 to deliver it to me so why this much delay by one of courier partner of flipkart

    Now is this kind of fraud tell me i want to know bcoz kopargaon is place of around several kilometers so surely its not issue about distance to get deliver my product from 29th oct till now 31 oct??

    I am facing similar issue. I ordered on 11th October. Delivery date was 18th October. Till date I have not received the product. They are keep on giving me new delivery date.

      I have ordered apple mac book air core i5 5th generation 8gb/128gb through ur the one billion sale day. My order id is od[protected] but as per ur terms user can not cancel orders. But why flipkart cancel this order at their end. May i know the reason. If product is not available why u keep booking open. I[censored] are not fulfilling this terms u have to pay me 50990 rupees i[censored] are not keeping ur inventory proper that is not our problem. I[censored] are saying seller denied to provide. I think ws retail is ur own entity only. I have wasted my precious time checking ur # deals. If are not providing this item on prescribed price. I will share this experience with face book.         I have booked this tv product with order id od[protected] on 13th october assuming it will be deepavali offer. I purchased this product by paying credit card for rs 42700 through online portal with seller name vikalp retail, 2nd floor, no2017, h. D. Complex otc road bengalore -560002. As per the update message it was delivered on 25th october by ekart team at 7pm. Delivery guys were not handling product smoothly so i told them to be care full while handling but guys used to say "sir you have return policy" without asking about any thing. Next day lg guys came to install and show demo and came to know that its screen is damaged. Eventhough i am calling flipkart customer care daily still i am not getting the proper status on return of the smart tv. I am writing this to tell flipkart team pain point of the customer. Please return the lg smart tv as early as possible since i want to use it for deepavali festival. Kindly help on this.

        today I was trying to call Flipkart customer care but CSR is deliberately disconnecting calls. Today i called more than 10 times but csr was not ready to raise request for returning product which i raised on 26th of october was cancelled saying issue is resolved eventhough still issue exist. Today i again raised return request through flipkart portal. kindly look in to this with high priority and return the product or refund the amount as early as possible. thanks for your positive response .

          Hello there,

          My product is not even packed even after 8 days of order & already paid the order.

          Order id: od[protected]

          Ordered on 24th of october & has to be delivered on 26th of october.

          It's have be rescheduled to 29th oct & then again rescheduled on 1st november.

          There were plenty of call i did, talked ofr many hours to theirs executive but no resolution. Everytime got answer that you'll get resolution after 24-48 hours.

          And still no commitment of when it came be delivered.

            My name is anjali aggarwal. I tried to place order for poco f1 on 26 october 2018 using my axis bank credit card to avail certain offer. However, the order could not be placed/ completed due to failure of payment. Therefore, i placed the order again with my axis bank debit card. However, to my surprise two sam product (Poco f1) delivered to me. When i tried to return one as i needed and placed order for one phone only, the flipkart customer care informed me that the phone can not be returned and only replaced. I explained them the complete situation and told them that i dont need two phones. However, they said that they cant accept my return request. I am surprised to see the response of flipkart.. This is completely a mistake at their end wherein two orders have been placed even on failure of payment and forcing their consumers to purchase/accept what they dont require.

              I ordered the samsung s8 4gb /64gb variant on 25th oct at price rs.29691/- benefiting from the then ongoing sale 24th-27th oct.
              The order was approved & product was supposed to be delivered by 31st oct 2018. (From seller truecomretail)
              On 31st oct 2018 i tried calling them inquiring abut my delivery status. Where the flipkart customer care responded by saying the package is wrongly sent to another city & hence you will not get the delivery. You will have to place order again. I repeatedly asked him since the package is miss routed correct your mistakes & send me the package accordingly. He kept telling me its sent to wrong city & you to order again.
              Why should customer suffer because of there unprofessional behavior. He asked me to cancel the order i told him i am not interested & want my package delivered. To which he assured that there is no other way out.
              So i asked him to do it at there end as i was not going to cancel the order.
              Within few minutes of ending the call received a mail from flipkart customer support that they were making sure that product reaches on time and now that it has been canceled, you will have to place order again.
              Firstly they made me cancel the order bcoz of mistake on there part and now they are blaming me for cancelation.

              I am in no mood for refund as they are enforcing me with. Rather i would be happy to get my product delivered & i would like a better management & communication from them.

                I have ordered vu official android tv 43 inch, it is delivered in 12 days, it is official android tv and i'm not able to install any application like jio tv, amazon prime, netflix from any source, not a single useful application is present in google play store
                Not a single browser found in google play store
                I have raised this query with customer care, they are also not aware about this, asked me to consult the vu customer care.
                Installation agency jeeves also have no idea about that
                Both are saying we will do replacement, but how come all these things will run in tv which will replace same model
                I have raised return with refund option.
                Please return this tv, refund the amount so that i can invest in better tv product

                  I have ordered a redmi note 5 pro on 24th of october. Still, i did not receive the product. Each and every day they are telling me to wait. I was supposed to get the product by 27th of october. On 25th i spoke with the delhivery logistics they told me that, 25th evening before 8 pm i will get the product, but there was no response till 8.30 pm. Next day they told that they are sorry and i will get the product on 26th before 8 pm, the same thing happened that day also, again on 27th morning these delhivery logistic people called and told that i will get the product on 27th of october before 8p. M.. But till 7.30 pm there was no response from them then i made a call to those delivery people they told that they lost the package, and get the refund from the flipkart.

                  Same time i informed this issue with the flipkart people they assured me that they will look into this issue and they will resolve this issue within 24 hours, but nothing happened. Next day they told that they will give me the product by 31st of this month and all my problems will be solved. On 31st of october morning, around 11 am flipkart customer care people called me on my request and they told that today before 7 p. M, i will get the product. But i did not get the product and around 7 p. M i spoke with flipkart customer care people, they told me to wait for 1 more day that also not for product, just to check with the logistics what went wrong.
                  That means all these days they did nothing, still, they want more time to look into the issue. This is really poor service from flipkart. I have never faced this issues with amazon and it was the biggest mistake of my life to order a product from flipkart. I really regret that. I will wait for one more day and i will see what will happen otherwise i'm going to the next level. Because of flipkart, i lost lots of money, i was expecting confirmation calls of many bank loans. My personal loan request has been canceled because i was not reachable it seems. Now i'm using others mobile. One more day. Thats all flipkart.. Thank you for this wonderful experience

                    I have ordered redmi note5 pro from flipkart on oct 11 and cancelled within 3 hours. As per order track item dispatched from seller warehouse but not reached flipkart warehouse to further dispatch, strange. As of now item not reached back to seller as per flipkart update and escalated 3 times to flipkart but no response/resolution/refund. Its already 20 days to trace item in bangalore locally. I would like seller to investigate from their side to trace disappeared item and further refund.

                        Dear Sir
                        I ordered a Nokia mobile from Flipkart with exchange of my old phone coming to total value of 10339
                        but at the time of delivery person denied to take the old phone and told me to give cash of 3400
                        I paid cash and the delivery guy left without giving me any receipt of the cash.
                        Now I am asking Flipkart customer care to give me receipt of 3400cash and proper GST invoice with value of 10339 +3400 = 13839/-

                        But they deniying to give proper invoice.

                        I terribly feel that flipkart or seller is doing fraud with GST payment to goverment.

                          i am really feeling disappointing to writing to you because service level of flipkart is absolutely going done and no one sitting in your customer care to take the responsibility.I am talking about order ID : OD[protected] its a Sony Bluetooth Headphone and i was facing sound issue with every phone then i placed a replacement of this product. Today i received the replacement but when i open the box it was damage its a used product and product was damage too and most important its a duplicate sony Headphone. Superom et was your authorized seller and how they send me a duplicate and damage product. Then i called to your customer care my call was transfer to escalation desk where Neha was speaking with me and she was rude and arrogant instead of helping me out she told am well trained enough to deal with the customer like me. Then she disconnected my call. Again i called to your CC and am speaking with escalation manager he told me i have to take the refund of this order as of now seller don't have the replacement option. I am asking you why should i take the refund first your seller delivered me a duplicate product and damage one then he don't have replacement option. I am also sending the recording of this call so u can listen it. its your seller instead of asking question from him how he send me a duplicate product you want to me to accept the refund. See am not going to accept this option and i only want a brand new Sony headphone. i hope i will get the resolution other wise i have the recording where your manager is accepting that mistake is made from seller and your end . I am really fed up with your services. You people gave me the tag of flipkart plus customer and how you are treating with me. I am really feeling that in future i have to choose another site for my online purchase. I hope i will get the resolution as i have the recording of this call here no option to attache that file. Their manager is accepting that its a issue from their seller end but nothing in his hand apart from raising it out. How could your seller dispatch a duplicate Sony product in case of replacement after that forcing me to accept the refund. I am sorry but i will not accept refund and i only want a delivery of original Sony headphone to me.

                                  I have purchased a nikon d7200 camera on 27th oct 2018

                                  On that day i prefered to book with emi for 12 months. But after 2 days knowing that the interest rate is 14%, now i decided to make full payment. I have contacted more than 5 customer care executive, they are cancelling my call or ignoring this saying its banks duty, but this is not on bank side.

                                  Now i need to make a full payment or i have to return my order.

                                  Customer raised the issue with regards to EMI conversion, as we have interacted with customer and we have escalated this issue to the team and we have informed the customer to get in touch with the bank and pay whole amount to the bank as bank will assist you further. So customer agreed hence closing the case from our end.

                                    iam ordered vivo v11 mobile through flipkart website on exchange basis,

                                    ekart delivery person came and asked you buy mobile on 100% advance payment or emi basis, i said emi basis, he checked my old mobile and said, your mobile back cover have nail scratch, if you paid 100% advance payment we will take your mobile in any condition, i[censored] pay in emi we want like new phone,
                                    but in exchange condition, only mentioned physical damaged or crackes, screen damage, any mobile software or working problem not acceptable, not mentioned even small nail scratch,
                                    2 yrs used phone not even smaill nail scratch, how to use sir,

                                    after 3 mobile verification, finaly came senior person for verfication of my old mobile, he said this mobile is acceptable for exchange, last 3 verification came by new delivery boy, they given wrong information based on that we reject your old mobile,

                                    its realy hurt us, iam not understand why flipkart doing like this,

                                      I Ordered 3 products in Flipkart but i received another product which is no use for me. I try to raise complaint to their useless customer care. after so many tries connected with long hold. than customer care executive pathetic response with so many times sorry. I asked escalation (Long Hold) he/she also hope less one more escalation(after Long Hold) (They sad escalating but don't no he/her is escalation officer or not) he asked me 24 hours time to resolve (their competitors take max 2 to 3 hours) after 24 hours no response. called back to them they sad this was handled by other person I don't no. I asked Customer care executive to transfer call to him. she sad i can't.

                                      when giving order they are taking money in advance while refund or to deliver proper product no response ( Flipkart policy for refund 8 to 10 working days) .Did flipkart rotate customer money in this manner.

                                      How to penalize them by way of legal.

                                      due to this incident I lost my daughter happens (That movement) which cant be compensate by any one.

                                        I have made a order on 14th Oct, Order ID :OD[protected], Delievry was expected on 19 But not delivery again its been postponned 3times . I have escallted this issue in SOCIAL MEDIA but no one botherd to resolve and call me back .Till now i have not recevied my order .Flipkart is cheating customers.
