I have ordered ziya women kurti (OD[protected] for rs 602 from flipkart site on sep 8 2018 since the kurti size was too large i asked for refund on 14th SEP. As i entered my debit card number instead of account number i called to flipkart customer care to tell abt this mistake. but they assured me the amount will be credited within 24th september. but i din receive the amount in my bank again i called to the customer care people they asked me to send the e-statement for the proof after checking they told me i need to get confirmation letter from my bank side. i have send an email to the regional manager but no response till now. even the customer care ppl are not responding properly each giving different different suggestion and not solving my problem. even last month i have been complained in this portal about this but now it shows complain has been resolved which was not true.. kindly resolve my issue

    And my problem is i am unable to update my password & login problem.

    For last 2days my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.
    Then i used forgot button and then received code.
    Entered the code successfully.
    After that it was asking please set a new password.
    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry". Or your account is blocked.
    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

    I ordered poco f1 at 10% discount via debit card amounting Rs 18899 on 23 oct 2018 my order is successful but after 4 days the seller vision star cancelled it without any reason by stating data error...they kept my money till 4-5 days doing fraud...

      I have escalated the product issue 5 times to Flipkart about the Back Camera Damage and Microphone is not working.

      1) First 2 times request auto rejected from Flipkart.
      2) Third time Technician visited to my place and mark as issue resolved.
      3) Fourth time Technician visited and replacement accepted by Flipkart. But Wishmaster(Ekart) denied to pickup product.
      4) Fifth time Replacement accepted by Flipkart but Wishmaster(Ekart) denied to pickup product because of the same reason as I have already mentioned at the time of Raised Return Request (Back Camera Damage and Microphone is not working).

        I ordered navy blue color jumpsuit of size 4xl but it doesn't fit me so i opted for option exchanged product. And this time i ordered same product same stuff same color but of size 6xl (As per your return service policy) and i was shocked to see the product that i received.
        I received navy blue color top instead of my navy blue color of jump suit. And this exchanged product i received on 30th oct 2018. And this time i am very upset with the service of flipkart and for next time i really have to think twice before ordering any product from flipkart. And i really hope that you will take serious action agaist the mistake of deliverying wrong product.

          The product was ordered during big billion day. Nokia 6.1 plus . It was supposed to be delivered by 16 but still now it has not arrived but the order status shows out for delivery. Is this the way how you treat your customers ?

            I ordered mi redminote 5 pro from flipkart site and where other e-commerce sites were delivering in a time span of 1-2 days, flipkart was delivering it within 5-6 days. But still i chose to trust flipkart as previously i was very satisfied with the service. However inspite of the time span of 6 days my product was about to get delivered yesterday i. E 30th october 2018. But the product has not been received till now.in addition to that the courier boy is not picking up the call.in case of complaining to toll free number they are saying that the product is just about to reach you, but nothing has been received till now. The payment was made by debit card and the payment was made earlier only because of the reason that i was about to get the product by 30th october 2018. If the product has not reached within the promise time i should definitely be compensated for the same as due to late delivery of the product i had to go through various problems. Also yesterday a message was received that the delivery boy is out for delivery and will be reaching you. Because of that i had to cancel my work and wait for him. But no one actually showed up. Please look into it and make them compensate for breaching of the promise. If they would have earlier disclosed the real time of delivering i definitely wouldn't have order from the site.in addition to that i received a mail stating that the issue would be resolved by 3rd november 2018. So kindly take a strict action on this

            I ordered realme 2 pro of rs 12591 at order time the money was deducted from my account but order was not completed and the money not refunded in my account...
            Me and my friend booked same phone(Redmi Note 5 Pro-Black) at same time and on same date. He booked it on MI store and I booked this on Flipcart.
            He received the phone on next morning only from MI without any delay. And for same phone I am still waiting for delivery.

            Disgusting Yar. Cheap service is given by Flipcart.
            I have ordered a laptop on 13th October and i got the delivery date of 22nd October and i wasn’t able to track the order delivery status so I contacted customer care and they are now saying your product will be delivered on 25th octobor
            Out for Delivery: 24 ENERGY Power Bank C... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] from flipkart.com, will be delivered before 7pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 152).
            Carrier told no home delivery
            I ordered flipkart power bank in flipkart and estimated delievery date is 24 oct 2018 but not received yet please revert my complaint as soon as possible.

                I had ordered sandisk ultra 32 gb microsdhc class 10 98 mb/s memory card and sandisk ultra dual drive m3.0 32 gb otg drive on 13th october 2018.
                The orders placed are -

                The delivery date as promised by flipkart was 22th october.
                I had done full payment of the products with my phonepe account.

                I have received the product sandisk ultra dual drive m3.0 32 gb otg drive, but the product sandisk ultra 32 gb microsdhc class 10 98 mb/s memory card is not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered. I didn't get any delivery confirmation over email or sms.

                When i did not receive the product on 22th october, i escalated the issue. Within few hours, flipkart updates the orders status on their website as 'delivered'.
                On 23rd october, i again call up flipkart & raise this issue. They just assure me that they will look into this matter & i get an auto generated mail mentioning or call for
                That the issue will now be resolved till 27th october.
                In the last 3 days, i have been getting one call a day where they just enquire from me that whether i got any call back from seller. The seller has not contacted me even once till date.
                They even do not take a request to cancel the order and refund me my money.

                I am deeply disappointed with the way flipkart has managed this order and
                Been through mental trauma due to the several follow ups i have done with
                No results.

                I would have made more than 10 calls to flipkart so far but the customer service is pathetic.

                I am waiting for your immediate action.

                    I ordered for a tamron 18-400mm nikon mount lens via flipkart on october 25th october. I was due to get the product on 30th october. On 30th morning i received the package, when i opened it i was shocked to find usha ironbox costing around 700 rs. I still shocked to see i can get a completely different product after ordering in flipkart. I immediately applied for the return and still awaiting confirmation from flipkart. I request flipkart to kindly look it to the matter seriously.

                        I bought one shoe rack from flipkart and when the installation team come my home and fixing that product from flipkart they found one part was missing. They packed item and keep it ready to return. And i got message from flipkart that your product replacement was approved and our team will come and pickup the missing product from me. But everyday morning i m getting the message that your product will pickup today and whole day i m waiting but till the end no response, 5 days same thing happen and everyday i m contacting customer care they saying in 24 hours it will be pick up. Yesterday 30th oct i received the mail
                        "we are sorry to let you know that your order od[protected] for alquiler lumier engineered wood shoe rack has been cancelled due to an unforeseen error.
                        If you paid by credit card, net banking or debit card, it may take up to 5 to 7 business as per bank procedure. If you paid by gift card, it will be credited to your giftcard used for the purchase in 24 hours.
                        In appreciation of your continued trust, rs. 350 has been added as a gift card in your flipkart account"
                        After getting this mail when i contact customer care they saying order was cancelled and they added 350 rs as gift card. I asked my product value is 3149 and i cannot use this item with missing part (One side plywood). They saying for that reason they given 350 rs gift card. And no refund will be done. For lose of 3149 rs they providing 350 rs gift card that too the mistake was happened from the seller what kind of deal or resolution is this.

                          Flipkart on their website promised ac delivery on the pin code 451111. I booked a split ac paying the full amount on emi for the same through kotak.

                          Every day i am calling and getting the assurance that the team will call and update in the next 24 hrs. But someone calls the recipient, my mother in law, to cancel the order on flipkart.

                          Also, i get an email that flipkart tried to contact me but was not able to contact, which is a lie as i have missed call alert on my number. Flipkart in earlier follow-ups told me that the product is damaged and they will be sending a new one. I checked with gati, they said there is no such case and later flipkart people only said that there is no damage reported.

                          Gati, their courier partner has the package since long and they do not want to connect to the destination as the shipping and handling might be an issue to them. But as a consumer, i purchased only because there was an assured delivery shown to me on flipkart.

                          I politely ask your help here, in this case, either flipkart and gati have to deliver or refund me with interest the entire amount.                               Have purchased mi led tv 43" from flipkart which was received on 30th october after 20 minutes installation person from jeeves services came for fiting of tv he opened the box and checked there was display damage and he took photos and transfered photo to some one he told that he has updated and this would be completed and new product would be received but at evening i checked flipkart there was no update in app so i made return request but yet flipkart executive are not replying one is asking to call after 2 hours one is asking for wait i have to go to us on 4th november so need my pickup before 4th i have my tickets and vis complete please help me if possible order i'd:od[protected]

                                I had ordered for a lg 22" ips led monitor order number od[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, i made the payment (Rs. 7649) of the same through my axis bank debit card on 24th october, 2018. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my office address of morbi, gujarat. And my order is shipped at 9:33 am, 30 october, 2018 but after again at 8:25 pm they said your ordered is canceled. However, on 30 october, 2018, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my debit card account. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price of around 9699 rs plus.
                                They cancelled my order saying that the product is not available inspite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me.

                                  What's wrong with flipkart?
                                  Yesterday i got call from you and they told me that your refund has been transferred to your bank. Then i made call to axis bank customer service and asked them about refund, they told me that they didn't received refund from flipkart!!!
                                  So where's my money???
                                  Is purchasing product on flipkart is my mistake???
                                  Whole this matter gives me mental stress. If anything wrong happens to my health then who is responsible for this???
                                  Because i am experiencing high mental stree due to my money involved in your refund request.
                                  What should i do now???
                                  ""call me back"" option from the flipkart app has been disabled for my account.
                                  Is this your customer care???
                                  Call me on [protected] and give me my refund.
                                  Should i go to consumer court for my refund?
                                  Call me as soon as possible.

                                  Update - 4 days passed but still i didn't received my refund now i am paying interest on that money to the source. Now i am begging to flipkart for my refund

                                    Sir/madam
                                    I have placed the order for this mic on august 21, 2018 and received it on august 28... But there was many issues regarding the replacement of the product..

                                    Return request 1:
                                    This was the first time of filing my return request due to damaged usb ports of the device. When the delivery person came to collect the mic from my house he said that a wire was missing so he cancelled the return request and asked me to file another one..

                                    Return request 2:
                                    I filed the return request second time.. When the delivery person came to collect the parcel he said that the color of the mic is not as same as mentioned in the box (Which i didn't notice and neither the delivery person who came to collect the parcel earlier mentioned it to me or in his record and rather marked the mic as "ok").. So i had to file another return request... This was the time i became little angry with your service..

                                    Return request 3:

                                    I filed a return request and moreover complained about the mistake of the delivery person... The parcel pickup was delayed so i called the customer care executive said nothing but sorry (Which he didn't mean at all because if he meant it he would send the delivery person on an urgent basis because i have already spent my precious time for a return).. During the conversation, the customer care executive said that there was no mention of the wire in the specifications of the product (Now this is another point to be taken into account)... This clearly means there is a mismatch between the photos in which two wires are clearly visible and the product specification which only mentions a karoeke mic.. This clearly states how you are fooling the customers and don't value them...

                                    Then finally my return request was completed and i got a new parcel when my important exams were going on (As your delivery person came very much after the committed date of collection) and i had no time to look into the product... When i opened it after my exams were over, the wire which was missing earlier was again missing, the last date for return policy had ended... When i called the customer care executive (Name: amandeep singh), he simply said that return policy has ended, so we can't process the refund of the product... Moreover, when i told him that i was cheated, he said rudely "to hum kya kare isme" instead of forwarding my complaint and after i was able to file the complaint... He didn't have manners to speak to a customer and how can you keep such guy as your customer care executive..

                                    Now following conclusions can be made out of this:

                                    1. You are fooling your customers and moreover you are sticking to your return policy even after fooling them... You don't have any regret of fooling your customers... If you would have any, you would just return the product and moreover give some compensation (Not necessarily money)... If i would have cheated on you (Eg. By creating a fake return policy and returning a damaged product to you), what action your company would have taken? I know very well your company would just not let the matter go and would have taken a strong action against me...

                                    2. You don't value the time of your customers

                                    3. You just cover the mistakes of the people working in your company by playing with words.

                                    Just imagine the intensity of the mental torture after such an incident..

                                    I have ordered many products (Worth more than 1lakh) on the big billion days... I am sorry to say if nothing is done against such incident you will lose me as a regular customer...

                                      Flipkart policy is extremely disappointing that consumer cannot claim input tax credit of gst as they are b2c company. Why a consumer cannot claim input tax credit if he has the gst number himself. If country's taxation system allows then why flipkart is not giving this advantage.
                                      This is wrong policy and we will move the consumer court regarding this
