I ordered auss 5z from flipkart through the vision star seller which got delivered on 26th nov., 2018. And had lots of technical issues, the phones shuts down unexpectedly, is extremely slow and sluggish slower than a snail, can't download pubg, takes about 10 mins to transfer money through paytm and has worst cellular connectivity called up flipkart's customer support and they initiated a technician visit. The tecnician checked the phone and said the has no hardware issues it only has software issues and we can not do anything about it and he rejected my replacement request. I'll called up flipkart raised a request the second time, a technician comes second times and says the same thing and my replacement gets rejected, called them up the third time and my request gets rejected the third time too. Vision star which is a flipkart seller says that they have this 10 days replacement policy but in reality nothing like that it's a farce. Flipkart is also not interested in this matter, this seller and flipkart is only interested in selling the phones. How i miss amazon i wish i had ordered a smartphone through amazon, they don't give stress to their customers. Can anyone suggest/ help me in this case? I will not stop my campaign against this cheating.

Updated by me computer correction : this Asus Zenphone 5Z got delivered on 26th Oct., 2018 instead.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on November 10, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
