Hi,
I purchased MI note 5 pro mobile from Flipkart on 11/10/2018, and i received the product on 13/10/2018, i just started the phone to check hows is the phone, it was all fine and then i kept it as is and tought o[censored]sing in somedays, Yesterday 28/10/2018, i thought of actually using the phone, but it was automatically shutting down, frequently, when i called customer care, they asked me to go to MI service centre at marathalli, when i went their, they are saying that Mother board is having issues and now they are saying some more hardware is defective, how come a new phone has hardware issues.
I want to replace complete phone, but they are not ready as i have crossed the deadline of phone replacement. I can not use an defective phone.
This is rubbish and very disaappointing. Please help.
