I have received my samsung oven on 26th Oct 2018. Order ID OD[protected]. The Installation and Demo was Scheduled on 29th Oct 2018. Today I neither anyone called nor anyone contacted my about my product. I didnt get any number whom to contact about this problem so I called flipkart Customer Care they told me the person will come on 2nd Nov 2018. I am so disappointed in flipkart and if no one contact me tomorrow then I will cancel my order and purchase same item from Local Market.

    There is most issues in flip cart exchange offers I Have echange my old mobile Samsung A5 and there is no any damage in my old phone but your old phone buyer team said me your phone is not good condition so we can’t take your old phone .and they suggest me please you make complaint to flipcart so they are considere your old mobile phone .and second time face this issue .

      I've ordered motorola one power mobile from flipkart (Od[protected] and later cancelled the order due to unsatisfactory camera performance and bulkiness of the product. Dotzot courier service delivered the item to my office address as done for a normal courier, they didn't handed it to me personally but just left the courier with the office security. It was a prepaid order and what security check flipkart is doing to make sure the delivery is done to the intended recepient. And as the product is delivered, flipkart cancelled the refund request and now i'm. Not able to get the refund by returning the product. The seller only. Accepts replacement which i'm not looking for as the order was already cancelled.

      I sent mail to the flipkart management team and got response saying the issue has been escalated, but didn't receive a proper resolution and call from the escalation management team till 29th oct even though 26th oct 9pm was the time-line mentioned in the message received. I regret using flipkart from 2014 onwards and the customer service is pathetic and i will purchasing from amazon only even if a product is having more price at amazon. I recollect how smooth the customer service is at amazon.

      Flipkart accepted the return request and refunded the amount through IMPS. Return was accepted as the order was already cancelled by me on Flipkart.

      In other sites like Amazon, they send an OTP before delivering the product and it need to be entered for taking the delivery of the order. In Flipkart, the courier service guy just delivers it as a normal parcel (I'm talking about a prepaid order worth 14.5K inr) and now flipkart denying refund saying the delivery was made and hence I cannot get the refund.

        Hi,

        I purchased MI note 5 pro mobile from Flipkart on 11/10/2018, and i received the product on 13/10/2018, i just started the phone to check hows is the phone, it was all fine and then i kept it as is and tought o[censored]sing in somedays, Yesterday 28/10/2018, i thought of actually using the phone, but it was automatically shutting down, frequently, when i called customer care, they asked me to go to MI service centre at marathalli, when i went their, they are saying that Mother board is having issues and now they are saying some more hardware is defective, how come a new phone has hardware issues.

        I want to replace complete phone, but they are not ready as i have crossed the deadline of phone replacement. I can not use an defective phone.

        This is rubbish and very disaappointing. Please help.

          My order was to come by 31st october (Date they gave) and when i had the time to use it they delayed the order to 5 november.. Basically my order is delayed by 5 days and the courier which they are sending cannot be tracked by me order is i am writing to track my order is invalid and on flipkart tracking it's in the same manner from 3 days. So can u please make sure i get it by tommorow or day after tomorrow

            The website say 52% discount and English willow bat. what i received today was a local kashmir willow bat and that too damaged at bottom.

            Please don't put this luring discounts offers if in the end you are trying to sell fake products and fooling your customer.

            i will never buy sports good from flipkart if you cheat people like this

              I bought a mobile phone ( POCO F1 Rosso Red ) via Flipkart.com under the order number OD[protected] and it had some defects . The Flipkart team refused to address my concern telling that the rerund period was over . I also factory resetted my phone under the request of one of their customer executive and I lost all my files and all in the phone . Then they changed their concern and told me that this was none of their concern ! I highly doubt that they had sold me again a product that was returned to them !

                Hi, I have ordered honor 9N mobile in flipkart and it supposed to be delivered by 22nd Oct 2018 (Monday). the delivery person called on 20th Oct 2018(Saturday)and upon discussion he said to deliver by 21st Oct 2018.But till now(28.10.2018), no response from the seller and we contacted the flipkart 3-4times and given alternate numbers 2times but no reaction from flipkart. At finally they said it will be prmosely delivered by 28.10.2018 7pm but flipkart showing out for delivery at 6pm in their app. When checking flipkart that they saying again wait for 2days and doesn't have seller contact details. Also they don't know that the product ll be delivered or not.. We have paid the amount and waiting. All this happen and thay saying ll escalate the issue in flipkart. So the product is not delivered, amount paid by us and without seller details and verification flipkart is registering as seller and selling products. Seller name: IndiFlashMart

OD[protected], Ordered a "LG 123cm (49 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV 2018 Edition (49UK6360PTE" on & it Delivered on 17/10/2018. & for Installation and Demo Service brand authorized service engineer came on 20/10/2018, he open packed box and there has been no progress on the return request places and neither are the processing a refund. Whenever i call flipkart customer care they give me valuable answers. They say technician will visit n give report. There have been 3 technician visit so far but no progress on the return yet. When i asked for refund they say need to wait for technician report whereas technician has submitted the report on 20/10/2018.

                        Hello,

                        I had ordered moto z2 force on 10th of october (Order no : od[protected] and it was out for delivery on 13th of october (Yayy) though it hasn't been delivered even yet. I called logistics guy and he informed me that my mobile was missing from his side on 13th only.

                        Now, as you will be able to see i have raised complaint regarding this & i have been assured min 5 times (On different days of course) that my mobile will be delivered in next 2 business days. (So smart of you!) but sad part is it hasn't been yet and no one even cares about my product. Nor the seller neither flipkart!!

                        Now, i seriously request you to arrange delivery of my product (You can ship another piece of moto z2 force in case of missing) or i"ll go to each and every way possible in my own capacity to sue you.

                        You really don't get that how much of pain, frustration i am going through seeing my mobile not delivered after 19 days of order placed. (Even when it was out for delivery on day 4th).

                        This mail is my last hope from you.

                          Flipkart blocked my id without giving any information.

                          They told "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

                          I don't know where you are find it i reselling the items. Then why you are allowing your customers to buy more items from your platform. You can restrict it before buy it know?!

                          I asked you to send me the invoices for purchases. But, you hold that intensionally and no responses from you.

                          So, i want to return back the items purchased from you. Kindly arrange to reverse pickup soon.

                          I have booked water geyser with order -OD[protected] and then cancel my order, they said they will return my full amount, and after few days they started showing money is refunded, but yet no money has came in my account and I am still waiting for my money.
                          So kindly solve the problem.

                            In my case I have track the problem cause as product lost at shipping partner end. Flipkart is not even able to know this and I have mentioned them by contacting shipping partner the issue that product is lost during shipping. My order number is OD[protected].

                            I am facing similar issue. I ordered on 11th October. Delivery date was 18th October. Till date I have not received the product. They are keep on giving me new delivery date.
                            Flipkart is the worst online seller I have noticed till date. This firm is not even able to track thier Shipment status and location while being a customer I have tracked all the issue with my order OD[protected]. I have ordered a Redmi note 5 pro 6gb+ 64gb mobile from flipkart on 11th october 2018. The phone is about to reach on given address by 19th october 2018. But it is not delivered till today and on 23 october 2018 it has shown me delivered status. I have already paid for the product. So I didn't get the product or my money back while flipkart is extending date to resolve issues. It's been 36 days now and now flipkart customer care are just telling me please wait for 48 hours since 29 october and they haven't found any solution.
                            I have talked to Shipment executive sagar express Jodhpur for my product Shipment number FMPP[protected]. He told me that the product is lost during delivery on thier end and they have sent email to logistic of flipkart as well as us.
                            Now I have no solution except filing a fraud case against this worst firm and initiated for it also. I have also asked national consumer forum to help me and they also told me to email, speed post letter to flipkart or file a case in consumer cort against flipkart. So I think I am going to stretch flipkart in legal procedure now. I have seen on this portal that there are various sufferer like me. This firm should learn a lesson with a damage si that they learn a lesson to not cheat people.
                            Hope now only legal procedure can help me in getting my monkey back.

                              1) i found stain on display (Right side upper level # upper side on volume control button). Which clearly visible on locked screen.
                              2) abnormal beep sound is there in between without any media or massage or system alert. (Without any reason there is abnormal beep sound)
                              3) multi select-copy/move function is not working, exactly where is the stain on display. When i tried to copy or move option with multi select photos the same option is not getting reflect on screen.
                              I have raised replacement request on 25th oct’18 on flipkart, against the same replacement request flipkart has arrange the technician visit to crosscheck. One person has come to crosscheck on same day (25th oct), which was from flipkart’s 3rd party service provider network jeeves. (Ticket id 8j25-27013flpkrt-7313204 with jeeves). The person was fully unprofessional. He just looks the phone & took the photographs where stain shown clearly. He accepted that there is problem with display. And he said that he will share the photos & condition of phone display to fliplart.
                              But surprising thing is that, the same night i have received the update that replacement request has been cancelled. So, i called to flipkart customer care to know the exact reason. Then came to know that there jeeves has been updated that no problem with display & phone found ok. Complete fake update, there is no any photographs was shared by technician.
                              Again, i have requested to escalate the issue. From 25th oct to as on date i’m continually calling to flipkart customer care & try to get the update of replacement request, but till now i have not received any support from flipkart team. Every time they used to speak the same thing that the team is working om the same & your issue has been escalated to higher team, issue will be resolved on priority. It is shocking that priority level support is such pathetic & time consuming by flipkart.

Od[protected], ordered a "lg 123cm (49 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv 2018 edition (49uk6360pte" on & it delivered on 23/10/2018. & for installation and demo service brand authorized service engineer came on 25/10/2018, he open packed box & found the product is damaged after the technician visit on 25/10/2018 there has been no progress on the return request places and neither are the processing a refund. Whenever i call flipkart customer care they give me vague answers. They say technician will visit n give report. There have been 2 technician visit so far but no progress on the return yet. When i asked for refund they say need to wait for technician report whereas technician has submitted the report on 25/10/2018.

                                    I ordered nokia 6.1 plus (Blue,... With order id od[protected] on october 11, 2018. It was expected to be delivered on 22 october, today is 29 oct and order is still not delivered. Order is showing out for delivery since 20 october but there’s no update after that. Even after my numerous calls to customer care there is no resolution till date. I was very surprised to find out that even flipkart’s customer care is not able to track it, very pathetic processing from flipkart. Now what are the options left, can someone from flipkart advise when can i expect my delivery? I am a very frequent online shopper, shopping online from last 6 years. I never experienced such a worst service from any ecommerce site apart from flipkart. This is the second time i ordered from flipkart and tasted the flavour of their pathetic service, and hence have completely lost my faith on flipkart.
                                    Please advise when can i expect my delivery and resolution of the issue??

                                        Flipkart has sold an used mobile to me the pack was open and the mobile was configured. When i tried clicking the return button it said only replacement is available from seller. First of all flipkart is getting away form their responsibility and instructing me on conditions from reseller. They should have told it before selling. Secondly now they have refused for replacement also. They are just waiting for 10 days to get over. These acts are not healthy and they are spoiling the image of bansals. Non sense and third grade customer service they have. I will make sure that they refund my money. They should be ashamed of cheating customers by selling tampered mobiles

                                        Flipkart is harassing me, one of their staff calls and confirm that they will refund the money and will pick the tampered pack. Today they are calling and telling me that whatever executives confirms that is not mentioned on call logs and so they cant comment. They are cheating customers openly. They will have to refund the money at their cost. Their CS is useless and CS Head is just sitting at home and enjoying. Seems Bansals will be required to lopped in for the Fraud Flipkart is doing. Also Competitors of Flipkart must know the cheating they are doing with customers

                                        They are just misleading. Flipkart has ensured that 10 days are passed. They have for Ed me for replacement despite their confirmation sent for refund. Their customer service is Hopeless and the plea they are taking is that their call Centre executives does not update the call discussion so they don't have record. Flipkart is cheating customers, I will make sure they refund back. They should be exposed in front of their competitors. They are liar and cheaters most unreliable company. No scope to reach out to management. Binny Bansal should see the fraud it's customer service and sales team is doing by selling tampered and used products to customers
