I ordered two products on 13th october. It's 1st november today, haven't received any obviously.
You have crossed the delivery date and i even had to cancel one of the products because flipkart said it can't deliver it anymore, although when i tracked the product it was in 10 mins distance from my address for the last couple of days.
Another product (A laptop) has been promising to be delivered on 1st nov (Previously 29th october, bit later changed as they failed to maintain the date) but i didn't receive any confirmation message or even the number of the delivery person so that i can contact him.
Am i supposed to sit at home till 7 pm to wait for the product??? Shouldn't i atleast be able to contact the person who is supposed to deliver it today? That is of course if it's even at all delivered.
How am i going to compensated if the product is not delivered today?? I can't get it at the same price i ordered it. So is flipkart going to pay for the exceeded price now???

    Tdy i got one call like am calling from flipkart, u won a lucky coupon nd u will get a car,,, send me ur account noumber like that,, i think it's a fake call,, so i have a question how they knw about my phone number,, pin noumber nd address, everything clearly they are speaking,, and they knw which product i ordered also,, how can it possible,,, how they got the details

        Flipkart blocked my account stating that there are more return request, before going to block they atleast check the reasons beyond that..
        The sellers are sending different products from what i ordered so i returned.
        I ordered 10 products out of which only 2 are same what i ordered rest of them are different from what i ordered.,
        Irrespective of size, patterns, sometimes completly different product.
        So the main problem is with sellers, they need to take immediate action on them before going to block customers account. It's completely their problem.
        Kindly take immediate action and activate my account.
        Pay later credit bil raised but m. Unable to clear the dues. If i fail to clear penalty wil be added.
        My aadhar pan are linked to that account of i fail to update my credit it wil affect my credit ratings nd cbil score.

          I'm a long time customer of flipkart but here after i don't want to purchase only because of ekart logistics customer service very very worst customer service i never ever experienced today 6.50pm onwards ekart courier person came to deliver this product he said the total product cost is 3032 which worth packages of four (1206+844+580+402) so i gave that money to him but he didn't give 844rs worth of product and go i called him after i checked and called him to ask about that parcel worth of 844rs then only he came and give that parcel to me, he said he is a don (Rowdy) so he will do anything for money, he pronounced bad words towards me bcz i corrected his mistakes but he is not apologized for that incident he took advantage over and he used abusive words towards me and hit my compound entrance gate, and try to enter my home bcz he is not in normal state full of abnormal behavior my neighbour's also watched this incident they said to complaint the person to local police station i want to register a complaint against that person, we are three girls only living in this house we are really very scared about today's incident he tried to enter our home but we locked for our safety he even tried to hit the gate i'm not eat i'm not sleep i think about the incident i'm very much afraid about it we don't want to purchase anymore to flipkart if anything happened seriously who will take responsibility??? Plz take severe action against this person

              I had booked laptop and make payment for the same as on 11th oct but till 1st nov my product has not been shipped. Have made too much folliw up but their helpdesk execuitives also can not track the product.
              Amazon is far better than flipkart. I had also contacted their grievence officer but no resolution till date.

                I want to express my disappointment with flipkart online shopping. I have expected much more from this prestigious shop. I had booked an order (I. E., smartwatch model number x687, price: 1494/-) on 2nd october-2018 but it didn't successful after transaction failure, and money gets deducted. After two days on 4th october 2018, i again tried the same order with the successful transition and order booked.
                Now the issue is that my first-order money deduction is still in suspense; flipkart said the amount is not with us and same replied given by bank also. Here bank has shown there money detection proof after online complaint. But flipkart customer care told me that they don't have a record of my transaction, on the basis of this they rejected my request. So, i am in big trouble where is my hard-earned money that is 1494/-?
                I had many times to discuss to flipkart customer care regarding this issue, but they disappointed me and telling that they don't have any record of money transaction.

                  I failed to login the flipkart account, hence i tried to recover the same by clicking "forgot password", on both my mobile app and desktop browser.

                  I got message -"unable to process request. Please retry."

                  I have tried couple of times and tried to reach customer care but all in vain.

                  Also, if i try to sign up as a new customer, with my mobile number, it says that the mobile number is already registered.

                    I purchased 3 tv on flipkart 1 cloudwalker 32 inch tv deliverd on 5 oct.1 vu 32inch delverd on 11 oct and another cloudwalker 32 inches also deleverd on 11 oct
                    The cloudwalker 32 inch deleverd on 11 oct was broken the tecnichin came to install and found it to be broken

I saw the mistake on my order list and called filkart helpline and told them mixup.                                 I have booked this tv product with order id od[protected] on 13th october assuming it will be deepavali offer. I purchased this product by paying credit card for rs 42700 through online portal with seller name vikalp retail, 2nd floor, no2017, h. D. Complex otc road bengalore -560002. As per the update message it was delivered on 25th october by ekart team at 7pm. Delivery guys were not handling product smoothly so i told them to be care full while handling but guys used to say "sir you have return policy" without asking about any thing. Next day lg guys came to install and show demo and came to know that its screen is damaged. Eventhough i am calling flipkart customer care daily still i am not getting the proper status on return of the smart tv. I am writing this to tell flipkart team pain point of the customer. Please return the lg smart tv as early as possible since i want to use it for deepavali festival. Kindly help on this.

                                today I was trying to call Flipkart customer care but CSR is deliberately disconnecting calls. Today i called more than 10 times but csr was not ready to raise request for returning product which i raised on 26th of october was cancelled saying issue is resolved eventhough still issue exist. Today i again raised return request through flipkart portal. kindly look in to this with high priority and return the product or refund the amount as early as possible. thanks for your positive response .

                                  My product is not even packed even after 8 days of order & already paid the order.

                                  Ordered on 24th of october & has to be delivered on 26th of october.

                                  It's have be rescheduled to 29th oct & then again rescheduled on 1st november.

                                  There were plenty of call i did, talked ofr many hours to theirs executive but no resolution. Everytime got answer that you'll get resolution after 24-48 hours.

                                  And still no commitment of when it came be delivered.

                                    My name is anjali aggarwal. I tried to place order for poco f1 on 26 october 2018 using my axis bank credit card to avail certain offer. However, the order could not be placed/ completed due to failure of payment. Therefore, i placed the order again with my axis bank debit card. However, to my surprise two sam product (Poco f1) delivered to me. When i tried to return one as i needed and placed order for one phone only, the flipkart customer care informed me that the phone can not be returned and only replaced. I explained them the complete situation and told them that i dont need two phones. However, they said that they cant accept my return request. I am surprised to see the response of flipkart.. This is completely a mistake at their end wherein two orders have been placed even on failure of payment and forcing their consumers to purchase/accept what they dont require.

                                      I ordered the samsung s8 4gb /64gb variant on 25th oct at price rs.29691/- benefiting from the then ongoing sale 24th-27th oct.
                                      The order was approved & product was supposed to be delivered by 31st oct 2018. (From seller truecomretail)
                                      On 31st oct 2018 i tried calling them inquiring abut my delivery status. Where the flipkart customer care responded by saying the package is wrongly sent to another city & hence you will not get the delivery. You will have to place order again. I repeatedly asked him since the package is miss routed correct your mistakes & send me the package accordingly. He kept telling me its sent to wrong city & you to order again.
                                      Why should customer suffer because of there unprofessional behavior. He asked me to cancel the order i told him i am not interested & want my package delivered. To which he assured that there is no other way out.
                                      So i asked him to do it at there end as i was not going to cancel the order.
                                      Within few minutes of ending the call received a mail from flipkart customer support that they were making sure that product reaches on time and now that it has been canceled, you will have to place order again.
                                      Firstly they made me cancel the order bcoz of mistake on there part and now they are blaming me for cancelation.

                                      I am in no mood for refund as they are enforcing me with. Rather i would be happy to get my product delivered & i would like a better management & communication from them.

                                        I have ordered vu official android tv 43 inch, it is delivered in 12 days, it is official android tv and i'm not able to install any application like jio tv, amazon prime, netflix from any source, not a single useful application is present in google play store
                                        Not a single browser found in google play store
                                        I have raised this query with customer care, they are also not aware about this, asked me to consult the vu customer care.
                                        Installation agency jeeves also have no idea about that
                                        Both are saying we will do replacement, but how come all these things will run in tv which will replace same model
                                        I have raised return with refund option.
                                        Please return this tv, refund the amount so that i can invest in better tv product
