Dear sir,
I have booked the above mentioned sarees - qty. 10 nos. (Ten numbers) on cod basis in my delivery address at trivandrum. The details are given below for your kind reference : order id : od[protected] and od[protected]Inv. No. Faazbt[protected] & faazbt[protected])
At a total amount of rs.3810 (Rs.1905 + rs.1905). The items are to be delivered in my address (Lathika, vijaya press, vazhuthacaud, m p appan road, trivandrum - 695014).
The delivery of the above item was made vide courier no. Awb no.[protected] &[protected] on 27.10.2018. The sealed packets (2 packets) were opened in front of the delivery boy and found only one saree each in packets instead of 5 sarees in each packet.in total i have received 2 sarees only instead of 10 sarees and i have been forced to pay the full cod amount of rs.3810 as insisted by the delivery boy. I now request you to sent the balance quantity immediately or treat the order as cancelled. At your instance i would only like to return the items to the address as inform by you.
I still feel flipkart would never cheat an ordinary buyer like me. If i fail to hear from flipkart within 10 days, i have no other option but to take up with media and other agencies for this lapse from this eminent online shopping firm...
