Good evening,

1. I am angad an old customer of flipkart.

2. I had ordered an apple macbook air (Order i'd - od[protected] on 12th oct 2018.

3. My order had to reach on 25 the oct and i had accordingly travelled to the delivery station.

4. My order was not delivered on 25 th nor did i even recieve any message from the delivery company neither any contact no. And i had contacted flipkart a no. Of times. Answer i got was sorry sir product will be delivered to you asap.

5. My laptop had reached the delivery station on 20th as i was tracking it but was not being delivered. Finally i got a call from the delivery guy saying i have to collect it from the flipkart office in the delivery station i. E dimapur (Nagaland) as they cannot deliver it.

6. I myself collected the product from the office late evening on 26th. I had to stay for two extra days in the city and had to bear the expenditure for my stay. As i had planned according to the delivery date i. E 25th oct.

7. I want a proper explanation along with the reason why my product was kept for 6 days with the delivery office and not delivered to me. I was not contacted rather i was contacting flipkart again and again and flipkart representative could not provide me the contact no. Of the delivery company.

8. I was mentally harassed as i had to suffer on my job front being in defence services and as well i had to pay for my extra stay.

9. Poor show from flipkart and i will take up this case with the consumer court after i seek a reply from you.

    I had ordered a tempered glass for redmi note 5 pro mobile. A broken tempered glass has been delivered by flipkart and it cannot be returned as well. I'm highly disappointed with flipkart and i will never recommend flipkart to anyone. I'll never buy anything from flipkart. Disgusting service! I don't understand why it can't be returned! I even asked the delivery guy and he told me to return it telling that it's a damaged product! Foul flipkart!!!

      As per below statement my last 3 shipment cancelled without any information. Please check below three product.

      If you are not able to delivered the products so why are you booked?

      So many problems created with end level customer.
      Regarding below item i have so many times called to your customer support team. But only 1 answer. "asuvidha ke liye mafi chahte he".
      But your team not working on this issue. Repeated three times continue cancelled my order. Why??? Any explanation you have. What is the action plan if your company belongs to iso 9001 company.

        Dears sir/madam,
        On the occasion of diwali festive season i was placed order to purchase a mobile redmi note 5 pro and i have already paid an amount of mobile.

        But it is shocking for us a deliveryman ajay kumar ([protected]) gave a box with soap (Fena) to my minor son. As per law of land minor signature is not valid.

        How a deliveryman will gave a box and took signature from a minor person without consultation of main stake holder/ customer.

        Sir flipkart is a well known company. People have faith on your company. Brand image is vital.

        Sir without a gst details / original bill how a product is valid. Secondary in bill all product details is available.

        If you will deliver a product to minor or unknown customer. Its clear your intention is not clear and you are indulged in fraud.

        Sir your company have a reputation and for a service sector company image is main thing.

        Sir humble request please take immediate action otherwise i will lodge an fir. Secondly i will go in consumer court.

        And main thing is i have lost faith in flipkart.

          I received my 2 tops in single flipkart packaging. I didn't like the quality so i requested for a return. My return was picked up by the ecom express guy who didn't check how many pieces of clothes are there in the packet. He assumed it to be one and gave a customer copy of just one piece being picked up. Now my refund for the top which according to flipkart is not been picked up is cancelled. The fact is i don't have the top nor are they refunding me for the same.

              I have booked the above mentioned sarees - qty. 10 nos. (Ten numbers) on cod basis in my delivery address at trivandrum. The details are given below for your kind reference : order id : od[protected] and od[protected]Inv. No. Faazbt[protected] & faazbt[protected])
              At a total amount of rs.3810 (Rs.1905 + rs.1905). The items are to be delivered in my address (Lathika, vijaya press, vazhuthacaud, m p appan road, trivandrum - 695014).
              The delivery of the above item was made vide courier no. Awb no.[protected] &[protected] on 27.10.2018. The sealed packets (2 packets) were opened in front of the delivery boy and found only one saree each in packets instead of 5 sarees in each packet.in total i have received 2 sarees only instead of 10 sarees and i have been forced to pay the full cod amount of rs.3810 as insisted by the delivery boy. I now request you to sent the balance quantity immediately or treat the order as cancelled. At your instance i would only like to return the items to the address as inform by you.
              I still feel flipkart would never cheat an ordinary buyer like me. If i fail to hear from flipkart within 10 days, i have no other option but to take up with media and other agencies for this lapse from this eminent online shopping firm...

                I had order my poco f1 rossi red variant on oct 14 and it got delivered on oct 23. Since then i'm facing back light dispersion issue at the bottom chin. So i contacted flipkart for the same. They sent a technician form jeeves to diagnose the issue. First he told that the issue was real and a replacement will be given to me. After 5 minutes he got a call and then told me that the replacement will not be granted as it is a minor issue. He told to contact flipkart for any other query.
                But the issue is not minor. It is noticable in day to day usage and is very irritating.
                Then i contacted flipkart on oct 25 and the executive told me that i'll receive a call from the team at flipkart and my issue will be resolved. But today is oct 27. Till now i have received no call or any confirmation. When ever i call them they just tell me that i have forwarded for request and you will receive a call. They are just blindly ignoring me.
                Please flipkart give me the replacement!

                  Which got cancelled from seller end before 15days claiming from seller end that refund has been processed but suddenly from 2days Flipkart customer care claiming that transaction is void how it happens iam having statement amount got deducted by Flipkart for ordered products so iam not getting refunded amount which was deducted.hence iam providing one of my bank statement stating regard deduction from flipkart for one of my orders

                      I had ordered on 13th oct still i didn't got my order and the delivery date was 20 october.. I did online payment too.. On 20th october i called them they told me that it will be delayed in delivery they not even gave me reason about delaying they told me delivery will be on 7pm on 22nd october.. Then i called them on 22nd october on 10pm i told to them to connect call to your seniour but they put me on hold and then they disconnect my call and as a proof i have recording with me.. After that, i mail them also but i didn't get any revert from them.. Now they are saying like they are not taking any guarantee about delivery this is really bad experience with flipkart.. They are just showing brand name online shopping website but under these they are making fool to the people as well as customer's...                       customer has raised the issue with regards to the undelivered delay of the product as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the courier service provider and customer has confirmed that he has received the product and customer demands for Rs 1000/- as compensation so informed 149/- will be provided so customer denied hence closing the complaint from our end.

                      You guy's gave assured guarantee about that you will deliver my product within 5 to 7 days...but what happened u gave me my product after 18 days in that 18 days I suffer more than you..you did mentally harrassement to me Even after that you guys not even gave me gud respond..I have proof of of call recording you will know how u treat to me and I can show it to the consumer court also and also I can show all the emails you not even revert to my emails this also I can show to you..and after doing all these things with me you are giving me 149rs as compensation forcefully... I'm clearly saying to you I want 1000 rs as compensation and I will stay on my words for last until you guys don't give me 1000rs as a compensation...

                        My online order for the computer acer nitro 5 ryzen5 quad core with order code od[protected] has been cancelled as your courier partner was unable to deliver to my address because of damage to the item.

                        I got an information from consumer service that i could only get the refund by 6th of november by then which the offer will be over. I have decided to purchase this item now only because of the offer price.

                        If you are not able to refund the money on time or unable to extend the offer for this particular item, it clearly shows the inability to service.

                          This product gopro was on offer for rs 9990 in both flipkart and amazon..
                          The mistake i have done was i bought it from flipkart..
                          They said it will be delivered by 22 nov..
                          On that day they dint call me.. So i called them.. And they said it will be delivered by 27 th... And on 27 i got message that the order has been cancelled because there is no response from the customer.. And then i call the customer care and i chat for around 2 hours.. The customer executive only know to say sorry that too after taking too much time..
                          The product is now of 16990..
                          If i have ordered it on amazon.. They should have delivered it in time..

                              Its been 15 days since i have ordered my phone and there is no update on it yet... Its very iresponsible behaviour towards customer... I had to go somewhere.. And was in emergency for that product... My order was shipped but it didnt reach to my adress.. This is very disgusting.. I have been waiting so long...

                                  When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).

                                    Ordered maxima watch of price 928 rs. When i get it delivered it was not in working condition. When i applied for return my return is cancelled twice. When i contacted costomer care they said that we can't give assurity about return so what should i do now. And their return period is just 30 days after than what should i do. After calling they didn't give me answers which satisfy me.

                                      I received a faulty item from flipkart and the picture they advertised on their website and the item they gave was totally different, poor built quality item was sent, when i asked for a refund they denied and the customer service agent was very rude and said they will not issue a refund what so ever. I need a refund i don't believe in flipkart customer service and the items they sent. This is a mental toture which they are putting me through, this is my hard earned money which i spent on flipkart.

                                        Its been 15 days... And i havent receive my product yet... Whenever i order something... I get my product in 3 to 4 days... But this.. Tym why it is taking so long... Its very iresponsible. Behaviour towards customer... I had to go somewhere.. And was in emergency for that product... My order was shipped but it didnt reach to my adress.. This is very disgusting.. I have been waiting so long..
