Dear sir/madam,

I have gift card number active till 19th sep [protected]. I tried to place the order same day due to system issues in flipkart website i couldnot place the order. Same day i wrote a mail to them.
Now the card is expired and i lost balance amount. For the last 1 month i am following up with flipkart, the issue is not resolved still. Pls. Help.

    As i ordered the product on 12th october during big billion sale so they attempted to deliver the product and as chose the exchange so the exchange is not fullfill the exchange so agreed them to pay the rest of the money and they agreed and given me the quotation that it will be delivered by 26 and then again i complained so they again given the date 29 and now they are cancelling the order without any intimation
    They had blocked my money for 15 days and now how can they cancel my order. It's there responsibility to deliver the product and now they are saying seller cancelled.
    I am asking them to provide me laptop or provide interest on the money they kept blocked.

      Regarding order od[protected]. Order was placed on 11th oct 18 and promised date was 24th oct 18. I have been following up with flipkart on daily basis but they are not ready to provide any update. On 27th oct they share the courier tracking details and i found out from courier tracking that the order was received at my city hub on 24th oct 18 but flipkart deliberately asked courier to delay the delivery. I don't understand the reason why flipkart is doing this.

        I have ordered samsung galaxy s8 from flipkart.. I received defective piece so i placed replacement request, when they call they clearly rejected my request & told me to go service centre, after convencing for an hour to support manager they agree to send technician, when he came he tried all setting still problem not resolved, then he formatted cell, at that time problem resolved, but on very next day agin same issue arrived so i call them to replacement, but they clearly denied and cut my cell... What kind of service this is, why should i take trouble to very new cwll, & what is the policy of replacement within 10 days, please resolve my problem asap...

            I ordered asus zenfone in filpkart on 15/10/18 and delivered my item on 21/10/18. But when i receive the product is dead. After that i request for return but there was no option for refund of money. I called the toll-free customer executive they say that it's seller policy so only replacement is available. So no other go i requested replacement. Then on 24/10/18 one technician came and verified the product and saying that product working so he cancel the replacement request in flipkart. He also behaved in such a way that he giving in free of cost. Then closed my return request. Then i again spoke with customer and put replacement order. But everyday i am calling and mailing them but today also they say that technician will come and verify the product if he satisfied only they will provide replacement. This is rediculous and my return policy is applicable only 10 days and it going to over. Till now i did not got any solution from flipkart. Everyday i am very much tried and frustrated by their response and also mental pressure in working place also. So kindly look in matter as soon as possible and i want my refund of money for that product in return.

            Yesterday night 28/10/18 I checked my order status as return approved which I took screenshot and saved it. But today morning when checked it's reversed and showing return approvel pending status. Flipkart is playing and the order status has been reversed as the 10 days replacement period is going to finished. So kindly look into this type of attitude in Flipkart and my refund request quickly.

              I had placed an order for lg 6.5 kg semi automated washing machine with order id : od[protected] which got delivered to me on saturday, 20th october. The delivery person informed us that a customer executive from lg will visit us within 48 hours for demonstration. However no one paid any visit to us. We didn't receive any message from the company regarding assignment of a customer executive from the nearest service center for this purpose as well. Please take necessary actions. It will be convenient if we get the demonstration on 31st october, 2018.

                I placed an order yesterday 26th october 2018 of samsung 49" tv through my axis bank card as it had 10% off on that card. But my money has been debited from bank account and the order hasn't been placed through flipkart. When i called the customer service they said the money is stuck in flipkart account which did not go to the seller and will refund you back. But if it is stuck in your flipkart account. Then send it to other seller and give me the product what should i do with the refund when the sale is over.

                      I was placed a order to purchase a redmi note 5 pro through flipkart website via online. My order number is: od[protected]. I was also paid full amount.
                      But it is very shocking for us a delivery name ajay kumar his mobile number [protected] delivered a fena soap instead of redmi mobile. He was not consulted to us. My minor son was playing in front of my house. Delivery boy gave him a forged box and took signature from my son.

                      As you know that as per law of land minor signature is not authenticate. And definitely i would like to share that his intention was clear to make a fraud.

                      No doubt flipkart is a reputed company and in service sector reputation played a vital role. Sir after this incident i have no faith on flipkart company.

                      Sir please resolved my problem as early as possible other i will lodge an fir and also in consumer court as per consumer protection act.

                      Sir here i also inform you if you are unable to resolve my problem i will give details in media to publicize this forged incident.

                      So sir please take action as early as possible and resolve my problem.

                        Pathetic ownership of issue and extremely poor customer service. The product supplied by seller was wrong. Flipkart team got the delivery started but without any concern or ownership of the issue, thereby putting me to extreme inconvenience. Even after 4 days in transit, there is no clarity on where the package is and when it will be delivered. There is no escalation matrix and call center people do not own up the issue except sending response from standard templates.

Lekin jab mujhe phone 22 oct tak nahi mila to maine 23th octo ko call kiya flipcart ko to consern team ne mujhe bataya ke order deleiver nahi ho payega kyuki aap out of delivery area hai. Ye baat unhone mujhe order place karte time 14th se 22th ke bich mein ek baar bhi nahi bataai. Unhone bola ke is order ko cancell kardo or kisi naye address par order karo. Unki is statement ki mere paas call recording bhi hai. Phir maine 24th october 2018 ko ek naya order naye address par place kiya. Jiska maine. Rs 14089-/ debit ke dwara bhugtaan bhi kar diya tha. Or us order ki delivery ki promising date 25th oct 2018 di gayi lekin aaj 27th october hai or mujhe abhi tak bhi mere order nahi mila hai naa hi flipkart ki taraf se koi @mail ya massege prapt hua hai jisa mujhe mansik pritarna ka saana karna pada hai. Jisaka muhjhe harjana chahiye

                            I was ordered a mobile model oppo a3s on 13th of octorber 2018. Order no:od[protected]. My excepted delivery date was 23th of oct18. But my order was not deliverd on given date. On 23th i was called customer care they gave me next expected delivery date 27oct18 but i got a mail that my order will be delivered on 29th oct18. They dont describe exact reason why my order was delayed.
                            I was complaint national consumer forum on dated 27.10.2018.
                            My complaint no is893044.
                            I talk several time to customer care from[protected] to[protected], but they only give me assurance that your order will be delivered soon. But not delivered till now,
                            There is no proper channel to connect with flipkart. Customer care always
                            Says they are busy.
                            Due to this delivery late i was very upset.
                            Please deliver my oreder as soon as possible.
                            & i want reimbursement of 50% of my purchase amount.

                                I have ordered poco phone on 11th oct 2018 and not yet delivered till today (27th oct 2018). Contacted support and responding like they will try to resolve in 24 hrs. It's more than 2 weeks and still they are doing nothing other than 24hrs fake resolution time. Below is my order is. They are not even promising delivery or agreeing for refund.                                   1. I am angad an old customer of flipkart.

                                  2. I had ordered an apple macbook air (Order i'd - od[protected] on 12th oct 2018.

                                  3. My order had to reach on 25 the oct and i had accordingly travelled to the delivery station.

                                  4. My order was not delivered on 25 th nor did i even recieve any message from the delivery company neither any contact no. And i had contacted flipkart a no. Of times. Answer i got was sorry sir product will be delivered to you asap.

                                  5. My laptop had reached the delivery station on 20th as i was tracking it but was not being delivered. Finally i got a call from the delivery guy saying i have to collect it from the flipkart office in the delivery station i. E dimapur (Nagaland) as they cannot deliver it.

                                  6. I myself collected the product from the office late evening on 26th. I had to stay for two extra days in the city and had to bear the expenditure for my stay. As i had planned according to the delivery date i. E 25th oct.

                                  7. I want a proper explanation along with the reason why my product was kept for 6 days with the delivery office and not delivered to me. I was not contacted rather i was contacting flipkart again and again and flipkart representative could not provide me the contact no. Of the delivery company.

                                  8. I was mentally harassed as i had to suffer on my job front being in defence services and as well i had to pay for my extra stay.

                                  9. Poor show from flipkart and i will take up this case with the consumer court after i seek a reply from you.

                                    I had ordered a tempered glass for redmi note 5 pro mobile. A broken tempered glass has been delivered by flipkart and it cannot be returned as well. I'm highly disappointed with flipkart and i will never recommend flipkart to anyone. I'll never buy anything from flipkart. Disgusting service! I don't understand why it can't be returned! I even asked the delivery guy and he told me to return it telling that it's a damaged product! Foul flipkart!!!

                                      As per below statement my last 3 shipment cancelled without any information. Please check below three product.

                                      If you are not able to delivered the products so why are you booked?

                                      So many problems created with end level customer.
                                      Regarding below item i have so many times called to your customer support team. But only 1 answer. "asuvidha ke liye mafi chahte he".
                                      But your team not working on this issue. Repeated three times continue cancelled my order. Why??? Any explanation you have. What is the action plan if your company belongs to iso 9001 company.

                                        Dears sir/madam,
                                        On the occasion of diwali festive season i was placed order to purchase a mobile redmi note 5 pro and i have already paid an amount of mobile.

                                        But it is shocking for us a deliveryman ajay kumar ([protected]) gave a box with soap (Fena) to my minor son. As per law of land minor signature is not valid.

                                        How a deliveryman will gave a box and took signature from a minor person without consultation of main stake holder/ customer.

                                        Sir flipkart is a well known company. People have faith on your company. Brand image is vital.

                                        Sir without a gst details / original bill how a product is valid. Secondary in bill all product details is available.

                                        If you will deliver a product to minor or unknown customer. Its clear your intention is not clear and you are indulged in fraud.

                                        Sir your company have a reputation and for a service sector company image is main thing.

                                        Sir humble request please take immediate action otherwise i will lodge an fir. Secondly i will go in consumer court.

                                        And main thing is i have lost faith in flipkart.
