From my last 15 days am facing issue that login is unsucessful please try in a minute when i contact them they gave date on 17 oct then 19 th oct then 20oct now 22oct still neither there team contacted nor resolved my issue as i have money in my wallet i told them that make a flipkart voucher and redem me.. But they refused that it must have to done by myside.. But they can check and tell me that yes i have / but they cant help... Whats going on flipkart? Change your name from flipkart to scamkart

    Dear Sir/Madam, I Made a purchase of Nilkamal Freedom Big 1 (FB 1) Plastic Free Standing Chest of Drawers (Finish Color - Deep Blue & Grey) Under Order ID OD[protected] . The Order Was made on 10th October 2018 during the big billion days offer. It was supposed to be delivered on 16th Oct 2018. And yes the delivery person had arrived promptly with One Box. On the Outside of the box it was plastered in Green Sticker as Box 2 of 2. I asked the delivery person where the box 1 of 2 is. He replied that there is only one box for your order. So I declined to receive the product. Meanwhile In some time I received a call from one Landline number and he claimed that the missing first box was mistakenly came into his cargo van and will deliver the next day.

    But Next day the same box marked 2 of 2 arrived sans box 1 of 2. So I decided to complaint in flipkart's Toll free number to make a compliant, But the representative who spoke to did not get the order information so I could not proceed with the complaint as I was calling him from another number which was not used for ordering.

    On 20th October I wrote in their email ID provided any only received automated response. They were supposed to revert to my query of the missing box but they have constantly trying deliver that the order has only one box.

    I am very sure that this furniture comes in two boxes as I already own one of these cupboard.

    Again on 23rd October I called to the Toll free number and spoke to a representative who had fairly understood my issue and mentioned that my query will be addressed within 24 hour. But no response received from their end.

    I am constantly refusing to accept the delivery as I am confident that once I accept the delivery I become liable for the missing Item and even if I raise a return request the blame will be on me for not returning the box.

    I Require my complete shipment to be delivered. I believe filling a complaint here reaches the right person in flipkart team who can resolve the issue.

      We order a voltas split ac from flipkart. The ac was delivered and after 2 days, it was installed. The ac looked perfectly fine when opened therefore we went ahead with the installation. Even at the time of installation, the workmen of voltas who were installing the ac did not check it properly. When the installation was over, the ac could not be switched on. Upon checking it was noticed that internal part called the display of the ac was missing and the ac cannot be switched on unless that part is fitted. It was not some external part that was missing, it was a crucial internal part of the ac without which ac could not be switched on. Upon inquiring with voltas, they said that they can call for the missing part but it might take weeks. Flipkart did not take any responsibility for the same and stated that the ac can be returned. When we asked flipkart that who will be held responsible for the damage caused to the wall due to installation, they refused to answer. However, there was no cooperation from flipkart. Flipkart acted in extremely high handed and unprofessional manner.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I would like to draw your kind attention that, After ordering a few orders during Big billion Day haven't yet received two products till date. The Order id for those products is - OD[protected]GERUA PATHANI KURTA) & OD[protected]DENVER DEO COMBO) on 10th of October'18.

        Also for your information, the delivery date for those products was 15th of October'18 but till date the same was not delivered.

        Further, I have tried several times to Ecom and Flipkart customer care but no result and still waiting for the same after several commitments by the Flipkart team. For more irritation, Ecom reported that my address is unlocatable whereas remaining all the products are delivered to me as per the delivery date.

        Also when I called the Ecom Delivery person on 24/10/2018 at about 3:30 PM (Number provided through flipkart out for delivery sms) and he replied that "We have shortage in Manpower" and message given at evening "the product is undeliverable due to unlocatable location"

        Now I would give your team to delivered the product within 26/10/18 or I have no other option to go to the legal way. Also I want an apology from Ecom team for the most pathetic service and wrong message given to the client.

          rude delivery guys

          I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart in exchange to my old phone and the delivery was to be done by flipkart delivery partner ekart. Delivery was attempted by a guy called akash who was ill-mannered and was very rude. He examined the exchange phone and said a port is broken so it won't be taken and hence he said he will return the shipment to flipkart within 15 minutes. Even after 2 days he did not and i had to make numerous calls to flipkart...

          Ordered POCO F1 on 24/Oct/2018, everything worked fine till i entered otp, after i got message from bank money was debited, got an error message from flipkarts payment page that my order was not successful. As we have got some offers right now, i request you to refund soon, as promised by them i have waited for 24hrs and still no response. I have got no message from flipkart mentioning that they received the amount, but customer care people told they can see it. I'm surprised how i didnt get a payment message atleast, please update this issue and send us that u received the payment though order was not successful.

            I have purchased MarQ washing machine from flipkart on[protected] in ₹16999. I cancelled my order and request for the refund. Flipkart by default fetch someone else account and send my refund to that account.
            I have neither save that account number nor flipkart ask to add account number to refund but when I call customer service representative they refused to refund my account.

              Hi I have purchased a new TV from Flipkart on 11th October, that time I called them number of times to deliver my TV on time as I have to go out of station, but they didn't bother they delivered me the TV after ten days only, after the days they delivered me the faulty TV again I called them to replace it immediately, but again they don't care and they are taking ten days to deliver, I called them again to deliver me immediately, but they are not taking action and not contacting their seller and not providing me the number also, so need help from you I have spend 58099.00 on TV with order no OD[protected], so please take action on them immediately, so that I will get my TV this week.

                Hi,

                Recently purchased Bosch washing machine from flipkart. Product was delivered on 17th Oct. As per the condition I agreed for the 10 days replacement policy from the day delivery happened.

                The problem is installation and demo service promised by flipkart is not being provided. Initially they promised to get it done on 20th but they didn't. On asking they postponed the service offering to 23th and again no luck. When I reverted again they again postponed it to 27th which is on the day of replacement policy expiration.

                What if the product is damaged or did not start during installation and replacement date is expired and I want to replace it with new one instead of getting it repaired.

                I will not have chance to replace it after 27th Oct. Flipkart is giving false hopes and not taking responsibility to get the issue sorted.

                Am demanding the extension of number of days allowed for replacement...Or assure me with written document to give new product if the product dint do well while installation after 27th

                Please help me out .

                  Being a Flipkart Plus member, I ordered a Pigeon 3 burner Gas Stove during BBDs on 10th Oct'18 with a promising delivery date of 15th Oct'18 but unfortunately it was not delivered even it was arrived to the nearest HUB near my house. I constantly contacted customer care for 3-4 days in return they advised me to wait for 24 hrs every time.

                  After waiting for 4 days I posted my complaint on twitter and got a reply from Flipkart Social Support but the result was same, no update regarding the product.
                  Not Helpful at all.
                  Today is 25th Oct'18 and still they are unable to even track my order or get an appropriate update from the courier service.

                    One of the topest e-commerce company flipkart, started looting clients in big billions days. I made a order of redmi note 5 pro 4gb/64gb gold on 15/10/2018. They firstly provided me delivery date of 21/10/2018 now the are saying that order is rescduled to 25/10/2018. Now the courier guys updates me that due to technical issue the product will be delivered after 4 days i. E. 29/10/2018.

                    I think they are assuming customers as fools as i had already made advance payment for product. Very worst service flipkart, even their customer support are also unaware of product. I request to all kindly go for amazon, they are really very best and delivery period is also short & exact as provided by them.

                      My 1st point is that I have purchased 6GB and 64 GB Realme 2 Pro for Rs. 15, 990.00 however received 4 GB and 64 GB varient.

                      As per the invoice product price listed as Rs. 15, 990 however on product price is listed as Rs. 14, 990, so the 2nd point is that how Flipkart charge more than MRP.
                      I have already raised the request with Flipkat but didnot get the satisfactory answer from there sode.

                          I ordered "haier 565 l frost free side by side refrigerator" on 24th oct 2018. Order no. Od[protected].

                          The guys who came for delivery - they were highly arrogant and had very bad attitude. They had no interest to deliver the product to 2nd floor. First they started by fussing about the weight of the product, then they discussed among themselves and on the phone about how to handle the problem so that they do not have issues their side.
                          Without my permission they clicked photographs at the staircase as a proof to upload their side that there is no space available. When i demanded to talk to their incharge - because the photos are not taken correctly - that guy on the phone warns me — "raise a complaint to whoever you want - i know how to handle the complaints, i have photos as proof". They made a huge scene trying to convince me that the 3 feet wide staircase which is open on 1 side - staircase has 6'x5' area in the turning - is not sufficient to lift the product. Overall - the guys have no sense of how to do a job, how to handle a package, no interest in thinking of a solution or a workaround. They just drove away with the product.

                          Those guys just wanted an excuse of denying the delivery. Each and everyone i spoke to for this order - are very rude employees of flipkart. Even the customer care guy hung up on me when i tried to make a complaint and enquire about cancellation of the order.
                          Only the second customer care executive gave me answers.

                            I m using Flipkart since last 4 year..during sale i have bought some 3-4 mobiles for relatives with HDFC offer ..but after that sale flipkart block my account for permanently without any reason..i have called to customer care and then told me that i m reselling product (without given any proof)...even i have 70 Flipkart plus coins left in My Account and also my Mo number and Email getting all promotional offer even i m blocked

                            Kindly ignore previous Comment. Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                              My order is supposed to be delivered by 15 oct'18. It extended till 18 oct'18 and then 23 oct'18 but till date i did not get my product delivered. On checking the site i found that the product was delivered to "perungudi, chennai" on 13 oct'18 at 12:44 pm. I contacted customer care on 15, 16, 18, 22, 23, 24 and 25 oct'18. After speaking to the customer executives a number of times, i got no solution as they themselves doesn't know what to do next. All of them say sorry for what had happened and they promise a better service next time. It seems as if they are intentionally delaying the delivery so that i will cancel my order. I am getting messages that they were unable to reach me on my primary number so i even gave them alternate number. Without even contacting me i am getting these messages.

                                I had ordered some products from flipkart on big billion days and after the products were delivered, i had placed a return request for two of my orders but they canceled that request and also blocked my account. When i asked the customer service about the issue they told me that flipkart had not blocked my account and it was done by sellers end as they have special authority to block customer's account.
                                When i asked for further resolution they denied and said nothing could be done.
                                The order ids and the reason for returns are:

                                2. Od[protected]The product fabric is cotton and i was likely in search of polyester. So, i want to return it.)

                                  Pl note that flipkart customer service has been conveniently taking customers for a ride. I ordered apple air pods on flipkart on 12th october 2018. The delivery status stated that they will be delivered by 17th october 2018. This was further updated to 18th october 2018. Then it was updated further to 19th oct 2018. Today is 25th october, and there is no update on when will the consignment be delivered. Forget that, on contacting customer care service, they state technical issue and request a call back after 2-3 working hours, or they conveniently increase their query resolution by another 48-72 hrs. An absolute harassment for the customer, given that they are following up for an expensive product, but these guys behave as if a toothbrush has been ordered online and there is no big deal about it.

                                    I had purchased a new haier washing machine from flipkart on 11th october 2018 and it was delivered on 13th october. However, a used product was delivered by flipkart as a new product and multiple replacement requests for the same were rejected without a valid reason being given. The product is not installed either by the company and is still lying in the box when it was delivered. I need a replacement with a new unused product by the company as was promised by flipkart when i ordered the product, or full refund of my hard earned money.

                                      Hi myself sandeep konkimalla, my friend ordered intex power bank worth 399 during big billion days, she changed her mind and asked me whether i am interested to take, i said yes and she requested flipkart for address change request, flipkart accepted that, they shipped the product to the address that was changed, it took 10 long days to reach my shippment hub and the shippment status is in same state since 3 days, i got a doubt and asked the flipkart customer care agent 2 times regarding the status and i also raised concern abaout the product being in same shippment hub for 3 days, the agent promised me that the product will be delivered by october 26, flipkart promises you, on october 25 the product has been cancelled and promised date of delivery is oct 26, the price is more than what i actually order, this is disgusting, i waited for 10 days and i raised a concern about the shippment, finally you cancelled the order, it's hurting for me, this is the second time, i am facing the issues, who is responsible for my problem, their agent accepted that it's their mistake and i told them to process a gift card regarding the same, but they are not accepting.
