Hi myself sandeep konkimalla, my friend ordered intex power bank worth 399 during big billion days, she changed her mind and asked me whether i am interested to take, i said yes and she requested flipkart for address change request, flipkart accepted that, they shipped the product to the address that was changed, it took 10 long days to reach my shippment hub and the shippment status is in same state since 3 days, i got a doubt and asked the flipkart customer care agent 2 times regarding the status and i also raised concern abaout the product being in same shippment hub for 3 days, the agent promised me that the product will be delivered by october 26, flipkart promises you, on october 25 the product has been cancelled and promised date of delivery is oct 26, the price is more than what i actually order, this is disgusting, i waited for 10 days and i raised a concern about the shippment, finally you cancelled the order, it's hurting for me, this is the second time, i am facing the issues, who is responsible for my problem, their agent accepted that it's their mistake and i told them to process a gift card regarding the same, but they are not accepting.
