Sir/madam
I have placed the order for this mic on august 21, 2018 and received it on august 28... But there was many issues regarding the replacement of the product..

Return request 1:
This was the first time of filing my return request due to damaged usb ports of the device. When the delivery person came to collect the mic from my house he said that a wire was missing so he cancelled the return request and asked me to file another one..

Return request 2:
I filed the return request second time.. When the delivery person came to collect the parcel he said that the color of the mic is not as same as mentioned in the box (Which i didn't notice and neither the delivery person who came to collect the parcel earlier mentioned it to me or in his record and rather marked the mic as "ok").. So i had to file another return request... This was the time i became little angry with your service..

Return request 3:

I filed a return request and moreover complained about the mistake of the delivery person... The parcel pickup was delayed so i called the customer care executive said nothing but sorry (Which he didn't mean at all because if he meant it he would send the delivery person on an urgent basis because i have already spent my precious time for a return).. During the conversation, the customer care executive said that there was no mention of the wire in the specifications of the product (Now this is another point to be taken into account)... This clearly means there is a mismatch between the photos in which two wires are clearly visible and the product specification which only mentions a karoeke mic.. This clearly states how you are fooling the customers and don't value them...

Then finally my return request was completed and i got a new parcel when my important exams were going on (As your delivery person came very much after the committed date of collection) and i had no time to look into the product... When i opened it after my exams were over, the wire which was missing earlier was again missing, the last date for return policy had ended... When i called the customer care executive (Name: amandeep singh), he simply said that return policy has ended, so we can't process the refund of the product... Moreover, when i told him that i was cheated, he said rudely "to hum kya kare isme" instead of forwarding my complaint and after i was able to file the complaint... He didn't have manners to speak to a customer and how can you keep such guy as your customer care executive..

Now following conclusions can be made out of this:

1. You are fooling your customers and moreover you are sticking to your return policy even after fooling them... You don't have any regret of fooling your customers... If you would have any, you would just return the product and moreover give some compensation (Not necessarily money)... If i would have cheated on you (Eg. By creating a fake return policy and returning a damaged product to you), what action your company would have taken? I know very well your company would just not let the matter go and would have taken a strong action against me...

2. You don't value the time of your customers

3. You just cover the mistakes of the people working in your company by playing with words.

Just imagine the intensity of the mental torture after such an incident..

I have ordered many products (Worth more than 1lakh) on the big billion days... I am sorry to say if nothing is done against such incident you will lose me as a regular customer...

    Flipkart policy is extremely disappointing that consumer cannot claim input tax credit of gst as they are b2c company. Why a consumer cannot claim input tax credit if he has the gst number himself. If country's taxation system allows then why flipkart is not giving this advantage.
    This is wrong policy and we will move the consumer court regarding this

      What's wrong with flipkart?
      Yesterday i got call from you and they told me that your refund has been transferred to your bank. Then i made call to axis bank customer service and asked them about refund, they told me that they didn't received refund from flipkart!!!
      So where's my money???
      Is purchasing product on flipkart is my mistake???
      Whole this matter gives me mental stress. If anything wrong happens to my health then who is responsible for this???
      Because i am experiencing high mental stree due to my money involved in your refund request.
      What should i do now???
      ""call me back"" option from the flipkart app has been disabled for my account.
      Is this your customer care???
      Call me on [protected] and give me my refund.
      Should i go to consumer court for my refund?
      Call me as soon as possible.

      Update - 4 days passed away and still i didnt get any refund till this date. Now i am paying interest on that money to the other source.
      I am begging for my own money to flipkart.
      Please give me my refund quickly

          Booked ac in big billion days... Now i feel like... Its just waste of time...ac was booked on 15 th october... And was supposed to be delivered on 25 october, and today its 30 th october and i m receiving answer like.. Wait for 24 hrs.. Since 3-4 days...             I ordered a nike shoe from flipkart order id is od[protected]. Email address : [protected]@gmail.com

            I ordered the wrong size, so i thought to return the product on the same day i received the product (Oct 23, 2018). The wish master rejected my to pick up the product by saying price tag is missing. I spoke with flipkart customer care and informed there is no price tag when i received the product they understood and arranged pick up from by themselves by saying pick up wil be done without price tag. Again wishmaster rejected the pick up by saying price tag is missing.

            Now after mutliple follows ups they are saying they cant accept the product without price tag. Its their mistake and i should pay the price for that.
            Flipkart is cheating the people by sending the customers products without price tag and making sure they don't return or exchange.

            I will never shop on flipkart again. Please address my problem and get my show returned

              I ordered sony portable hard drive 2tb from flipkart.but its not working and not getting detected in my laptop and my tv.so I requested to return that product.After requesting return, I received message that seller will resolve this issue within 24 hours.but no response still now.And even I called flipkart customer care also and they told me to wait for 24 hours.but still now there's no response from the seller in flipkart.                   I ordered an iphone 6s plus for 29, 499rs through HDFC credit card as a payment mode of EMI option on 14/10/2018.Later on the same day i cancelled the order.I called so many times to flipcart customer care, they are telling the amount is successfully refunded to my account but still now the amount is not refunded. I called to HDFC customer care also they are telling that the amount is not refunded from flipcart and the issue is with flipcart only.How many times I need to cal to the flipcart customer care.They are telling the same thing.I mailed to flipcart customer care also .I am unsatisfied with the flipcart.Already 15 days over and EMI option is still active.                     I ordered a laptop through flipkart and the cpu fan was not working. So i requested a replacement of it. The replacement request was raised on 21st oct, 18.
                    I was notified that my past date of pickup was 30th oct. My tech visit from acer was completed successfully and they provided me doa and sealed my laptop. The only thing left was the pickup of the product. I waited till the last date of pickup but no pickup was done from flipkart. Meanwhile, i called flipkart many a times to ask the status and also told their executives that my doa was completed by acer technician and they just had to pickup the product and replace. But i didnt get a clear answer from the flipkart. After the last date, they just cancelled my request and raised a new request for no reason and now my pickup date is 5th of november. When i asked why my previous request was cancelled, they had no answer for that. They keep on saying that another tech visit is scheduled now. I don't know why the visit is scheduled again when i already have doa approval from acer. Also, i keep on calling daily for status and i don't get any satisfactory answer.

                      the flipkart seller cancelled my order without my permission and send the money back and told me place another fresh order. but now there is no offers on the same mobile. the seller give me the old phone exchange offer Rs.6200. but now the exchange offer is only Rs.3000. and hdfc bank give me the bank offer Rs.1485. but there is no bank offer. Totally i lose Rs.4685(if i placed a new order). so i do not want money. I want only mobile with last purchased rate(Rs.12608 with exchange with old mobile). so kindly help me. solve my problem

                        Dear madam/sir,
                        I've recently purchased a laptop from flipkart. The screen has some issue and is giving me a headache whenever i use it. I am guessing that it is due to the low resolution. I want to return the product, however, the only option i have is to replace.

                        I would ideally want to get the money back or atleast get it in my account and purchase something else as per my liking. Since i know now that the issue with the screen resolution then i'd rather buy a laptop with a better screen resolution.

                        [protected] -- To add to the discussion. My return request was rejected without even inspecting the laptop. I regret my decision of buying this product online. The only reason I chose to buy online was because I was lazy to travel to a showroom. The showrooms usually make up to the discount offered online by giving some additional products. This was the worst experience from an online retailer till date.

                              Request your immediate support, since I am now tired from getting support from flipkart customer care team and flipkart social media, no one is supporting at all.

                              I paid for the product on 12th Oct for which delivery was expecting for 17th Oct.
                              On 13th Oct, material packed but not delivered on due date then we contacted flipkart on 17th Oct.
                              On 17 Oct, flipkart told me that it will be deliver today and provided me wrong tracking number (screenshot attached).
                              Then I contacted on 17 Oct, then 19oct was given for delivery of product.
                              Then I again contacted on 19th Oct, flipkart told me it will deliver on 21st.
                              Then I contacted on 21st, flipkart told me that it will deliver on 24th Oct.
                              Everyone from flipkart just playing with the customers, I never received any communication for delay in delivery form flipkart side. Even I told your team to notify me for delay in delivery of product.

                              What is my fault, to use Flipkart for shopping??? Ok then I will not repeat this in future.

                              I am taking follow up with flipkart team on Facebook, Customer Care Call, E-mail, Chat but no support.

                              I am feeling cheated after paying amount Rs 27490 and now daily I am taking follow up and no one is care of it. Is it my duty to contact with you again and again ? I am getting new commitment from your side on daily basis, if flipkart can't fulfill his commitments, then please don't do that..

                              I am your valuable customer you can check my account, I am shopping with flipkart and never experienced this before. one thing more" If you don't give value to your customer, customer will not going to buy the things from company, Root of the companies wholly depends on the customers, Never do the commitments which you can't fulfill".

                              I am feeling cheated, when seller don’t have laptop in his stock why he is selling it. Please take strict action on seller (i think retail net is your own company, that means Flipkart is not able to deliver the product itself ?).

                              Due to Flipkart, I blocked my capital and was unable to buy the product on discounted price at the time of sale.

                              I want compensation for this, please refund the MRP amount of product so that I can order another laptop from another seller.

                              If you don't have resolution of my problem, please don't arrange a call from your team, i am seriously frustrated by contacting your team (jhutte committments).

                              This is only request you to please refund the MRP amount of product so that I can order another laptop.

                              ***One Interesting Fact about Flipkart- " I placed an order of Same product on 24/10 around 11 pm on Cash on delivry and it is already shipped before 8 am on 25/10. Wahhh Flipkart..if a person make the advance payment you don't have product and make them suffer, u cant deliver the product in 14 days for which advance payment is made..but you are ready to deliver the product within 2 days if is done COD basis..

                                In sept 2018, i ordered 3 glucolab test strip boxes each costing rs 730 appox on flipkart for my elderly father.in october 2018, flipkart delivered 1 box of the test strips but took a cash payment from my father for £ 2190 approx.

                                Basically they charged him for 3 boxes but delivered only 1. By the time he opened the package and discovered the mistake, the delivery man had gone.

                                I have emailed and called flipkart but had no success in getting the remaining 2 boxes that are due. Their customer service people are totally useless. They keep sending stupid automated replies such as 'we cannot do a refund' even though i am not asking for a refund - i want them to deliver the remaining 2 items my father already paid for!

                                Avoid this company if you do not want to be cheated. They are rubbish. Hope they shut down soon as they do nothing but cheat customers such as my elderly father. Disgusting.

                                  I have purchased one panasonic 6.2kg fully automatic top loading washing machine from flipkart on 12/10/18 and the same was delivered by 25/10/18( Sold by - consulting rooms Pvt. Ltd, othakalmandabam, village and town panchayat - madukarrai taluk, dist - Coimbatore - 641032).
                                  The item received in damaged condition. When I have opened in presence of panasonic installation assistant, it was found fully damaged and with lot of dust on top, but in well packed condition.
                                  Please process the refund immediately as I have already requested for refund in flipkart website.

                                    I have purchased mobile Motorola through Flipkart there was an offer 10% cash back through phone pay order I did it but they paid me only hundred rupees instead of 10% that is 1600 when I talk to customer care they are saying that the maximum amount you can get through this offer is only hundred rupees so why they are giving false advertise why don't they write you will get hundred rupees on buying this product

                                      I ordered a Queen Size bed via Flipkart Andriod Mobile App. After around 34 hours i realized that the length of the Bed is 12 inches more because of the large headboard. So i decided to cancel the order online.

                                      I tracked the order and luckily the order was not yet packed.

                                      So i contacted Flipkart customer care to cancel the order ( the app and the website didn't have the cancel button).

                                      The support denied the cancellation request stating that the Seller has a policy which is different from Flipkart's policy. And only within 24 hours the cancellation request can be made post that the cancellation will not be taken.

                                      I have explained to the support at all level (including the grievance team) that the Seller's cancellation policy is not visible on mobile App and even on the website its not clear.

                                      The Support and the officer throws the same Seller's policy on my face instead of attempting to cancel. Certainly its not been a good Customer friendly argument and the seller is given more importance.

                                      My complains ares -
                                      1. Why i'm not able to contact / write to the Seller and settle for the right goods ?

                                      2. Why flipkart doesn't take ownership and provide other options (like re-buy etc)

                                      3. Why can't i cancel the order or settle for the packing cost ? (The order is not packed yet) (Moreover the item is @home assembly). I don't understand the reason why the request is denied.

                                      I'm helpful and have explained (~4 hours) my concern but still Flipkart is forcing me to receive the order which i 'm not interested to collect.

                                      Please help !

                                        Hi,

                                        I have ordered SONY TV from frlipkart and it got delivered on 26th OCT, when employee from sony visited for installation he found TV is damaged, after that FLIPKART has arranged technician visit, Technician has given update to SONY but FLPKART is not taking update from SONY, they are not helping to replace the YV & resolve this issue, I have called them many time but every time they are giving new date for resolution.
                                        And we have contacted SONY, SONY is saying we have to pay 16000 for repair.
