I had purchased honor mediapad online on october 15, 2018, with a promised delivery date of october 23, 2018, and i have been following with them until now and every time they say that it will shipped within a short period of time. I have contacted them both my email and calls for more than 4 to 5 times, but still it has not been shipped. They say that it will be shipped and i will get a confirmation mail and sms regarding tracking of the shipment from time to time. I have not received even a single message either by email or sms regarding the shipping or processing of the same. Please look into this.

Complaint marked as Resolved After many follow-ups with Flipkart and after one month, the product was finally delivered to me. According to the courier personnel, they do not have enough staff to deliver the stock and so it was delayed.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Scorpion134 Hopeless service. Cancelled the product. Never ever order anything from Flipkart. Amazon is a way much better.

Updated by Scorpion134 I cancelled the shipment on October 27th, but still as of now, they have not refunded my amount as of now, ie, November 6th. I have been calling them 100 times regarding this, but still they reply that we are still looking into this. How much time do they require to solve this. Flipkart should select their sellers who are authentic and not fraud who do not deliver the product and the consumers have to bear the brunt.
