Dear mam/sir

This is for your kind notice that i received dead mobile set (Nokia 6.1 plus) on 23.10.18 with order id - od[protected] but when i received the product, it was damaged. Mobile phone is not getting on in any condition.
So i request to flipkart for replacement and then i received a call from your customer care executive and they suggest me to charge the mobile from another charger, i do the same thing which your executive told me but still phone is not getting on.
Day after tomorrow i got email from flipkart that i am not giving you any response of your call and we hope your mobile is now in good condition.
How can you judge or suppose that suddenly mobile is in good condition?

Kindly replace nokia 6.1 plus soon otherwise i have to take legal action. I am already fed up with your service and finally i don't have any option to get out from this problem which i am facing.

    I booked redmi note 5 pro on[protected] and made a payment of rs.8497/- with exchange of my old redmi 4a mobile. The amount has been taken from my credit card but order has not confirmed and after 1-1-2 hours received mail regarding rejection of my order if the order is not confirmed why you had taken amount from my credit card.
    If its a technical issues then why delay in making refund as i got one more mail mentioning my refund will be credited within 6-8 business days. What is this sir first you take money from customer without giving any product and for refund you need 8 days is this what flipkart's business strategy to take money from customer and not delivering goods and keeping our money for 8 days. Pls check with amazon policy if the product order rejected same day they will credit the amounts collected. That is the reason they are no 1. Pls solve my issue at the earliest.

      Hi team,

      On 13th october 2018, i ordered 2 'samsung wired headset' and 1 'boat bassheads 220 super extra bass wired headset'. The expected delivery was 20 oct.

      On 20th oct, i received a mail from flipkart mentioned that the order will be delivered by tomorrow (21st oct) but received nothing.

      On 22nd i called flipkart support and the representative escalated the issue and i have been told that you will get your order by 26th oct.

      Yesterday i got an email and a call from flipkart and suggest to cancel the current order and order the same product again. It doesn't make any sense to me. Why flipkart guys are asking me to order it again when the order is already there.

        We ordered an sewing machine due to handling problems, we told to refund and flipkart agree with our refunding and they not coming for refunding and after finishing the 10day return policy they rejected our refunding. Sewing machine rate is 4550, we want to refund this product in anyway. Now the customer care services are not responding. The sewing machine is manual so we didn't no to manage that, this is our first order to flipkart but we really sad and angry

        Flipkart customer service told to me they will solve the problem on 3rd November but til this day that is 5november there's no reply or solve ing our problem very poor customer service and support
        There's no reply and no refunding for our sewing machine, they told to me they will solve the problem on 4november 2018 4pm but there's no refunding or other reply till 5 November 2018 so we are very disappointed and very poor customer service and support by flipkart

          I have ordered a samsung 7.5 kg washing machine from flipkart on 10th october 2018 and it was delivered as damaged. Next day i requested a return for that product.

          Flipkart has organize a technician visit to verify the product and check which part is damaged on 16th october but technician didn't visit on that day and visit was cancelled automatically on 18th oct stating i requested a reschedule for the visit which was absolutely wrong. I have never asked for reschedule.

          Then they created a new request cancelling my old request and now the technician visit was scheduled for 20th oct. This time the techinician came to my address and verified the product and also took the pictures of the damage part and he said you will get a replacement for this product. He submitted the report to samsung.

          I waited 2 days after that to reflect the same in flipkart but till 22nd oct it was showing the same status as technician visit is pending and on the next day flipkart is showing technician visit as cancelled and guess what.. This is also they can me the same reason as that on previous cancellation. I also have complain number from the samsung where they have mention the technician visit is already done. The complain number is [protected].

          On 23th oct, flipkart as created a new request and this time the technician visit was scheduled for 25th october and this time the technician didn't visit as it was already done but flipkart is showing as pending.

          I asked flipkart to confirm with samsung company and also gave the complain number but they are doing nothing.

          I called to flipkart customer care many times and every time i hear the same thing... "we have forwarded your complain to concern team and they will surely call you or mail you within 24 hours for your resolution".
          But, none of the calls were received from them. It's just only me who calls them again and again but in response getting nothing.

          Kindly help me as i am frustrated now and don't know what next step i need to take and whom i need to contact for this as from flipkart i am getting no response.

            Dear flipkart this is regarding my order no. Od[protected]. I had ordered morphy richard microoven on 20th october 2018. Should be delivered on24th october 2018 but still i received only starter kit not main item microoven. Now as per your tracker this product is delivered. I have contact your customer service regarding this matter i am so disappointed and angry on your service each of you making customer fool either give me a microven or refund my full amount to my account directly this is so stressful i complained but flipkart rejected my complain

              I had ordered the ifb washing machine and the amount has debited but the order hasn't placed. Still the amount hadn't refunded but now the product is also out of stock for my place. I don't know what you are doing always creates a problem whenever i had ordered.. Now give me a valid reply and solve this as early as possible and try to place my order.

                As par above subject i have placed an order. My order has been delivered 4 days ago. But it is not look like actual sofa as my order. I have got two type sofa combination or not my 6 seater sofa. It is very bad and rubbish experience for me with flipkart. Please reverse my money which is debited from my credit card and resolve my issue it within 24 hours because i have no space in my house for your ridiculous sofa set. I have called many times to your customer care since my sofa has been delivered but there is no satisfactory response for me. Please resolve my issue sas soon as possible.

Flipkart is sending me emails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of Rs. 2099 whereas I tried to open my account for last last week but both my accounts have been blocked by flipkart due to high number of previous returns. If customer doesn't like the quality of the product why they will keep it. I contacted to them about it through email and through phone also. By email they have assured to assist me that time. But they haven't tried to even assist me. I have all my emails in my ID. Even when they blocked my account I have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. They themselves blocked my account they themselves aren't assisting me so how can I pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how I tried to get in touch with flipkart. They keep on harrassing me by not assisting. I have called them 5 times within past week. They are not helping at all.

                    Everyday, my issue is bring postponed. They dont attend to my issue at all.
                    They don not contact me on my number at all.
                    If I am not stisfied with a product then I have full rights to return it in unused condition and tags intact.
                    They blocked my account the moment I paid for my order. So, I am now forced to keep the product.

                    I need access to my account, it is purely a violation of their policies.

                      They are not attending to my problem, this is the 3rd complaint I have posted about, but still no assisstance from Flipkart. They have start sending me mails for tge payment but how would I pay if I am unable to log in.

                      They dont contact me neither they revert back to my mails. All they do is send the same auto-generated mails.

                      I am receiving these mails for the payment but how can I make the payment if I am unable to log into my account.
                      This is total harrassement. I have been a loyal customer and Flipkart is offending me like this.

                      They have not contacted or further helped me in this iasue till now. Everyday, I receive a message that the issue will be soon solved, somewill will contact me but nothing is done.

                        Purchased nokia 5.1 plus smartphone from flipkart on 15 Oct 18. Nokia device is defective and comes under 10 days replacement policy. Technician comes from flipkart and in just one minute, he declares that device is correct.
                        I don't understand when the device is defective then why it is so difficult for them to replace it.

                        They are just playing with the feelings of their genuine consumers.

                          My order no. is OD[protected] billed as Jayasuriya S . I placed the order on 24th october 2018 and recieved it on 25th october 2018.
                          I bought a phone for my father as he was getting reimbursement for it from the company he works in ONGC. I forgot to change the name in the billing address section and instead change the user name, when the item came I was shocked to see my name in the bill along with the address instead of my fathers name.
                          I tried contacting flipkart consumer support and asked them to change the bill or atleast take back the product but they refused to help me inspite of my repeated requests. The phone is still inside the product box with the plastic cover still unremoved from the box.
                          I'll be satisfied even if they take back the product and return the money in flipkart wallet, as then I'll buy the product with the correct details.

                          I tried to contact him but he hasn't replied still, don't know if his issue got resolved.
                          I'm very afraid and would be very happy if the issue got resolved, as i'm only from a middle class family.

                            I have booked flights ticket through flipkart application which had been clubed with make my trip.
                            While booking it showed me in website that if I booked through flipkart application I will get instant Rs5000/- discount from flipkart so I have booked flights ticket from flipkart so it had taken me to make my trip web site and I have booked a flight ticket through make my trip but I didn't get any refund.when I lodge a complaint make my trip are telling to contact flipkart for discount as it was announced by flipkart so I have booked another complaint to flipkart so far I didn't get any response from flipkart and no one is giving me correct information and who will solve this problem and who will give money.

                              I placed my order on 11th October 2018, it should be delivered upto 19th October but it got delay till 23rd October then it got delayed till24th October till morning 25th October they updated to wait till 29th October and on 25th October at around 6:36 product got cancelled without notification stating that the seller don't have this product. From 16th October I started calling to customer care they told it will get delivered as per the promise day.As flipkart can't work on there promise why they say promise date.i think flipkart don't know the meaning of promise.please see the photo for s

                                I have ordered a copper bottle but I received wrong product, on the same day requested for the return but your executive is not accepting. As I informed above Its a wrong product he is not accepting & he suggested me to deal with flipkart helpline I have raised a issue and I have received a mail from customer support saying that my issue will be resolved by 24th October 2018 but now when I contacted your call center they are telling its been passed 10 days we not able to accept at any cost.                                   Unable to login in Flipkart account as it shows unsuccessful login please try in minute. As i share in the below attachment. This problem arsises from 23 October .                                     I want to save both time and resources o[censored]nnecessary packing and delivery.
                                    They are neither changing the address nor cancelling the order.

                                    There should be some manual intervention in the system at place as there is no point in wasting that logistic resources.

                                    All the ecommerce website i used in the past like amazon have the option to change the address as it is the common sense that the function be in place to change the address.

                                      I bought neulife nylon badminton net from flipkart.com, it was shipped today i. E. 25 october 2018 by an ekart wish master
                                      I found the net torn from different places.
                                      I am really disappointed with the product you supplied.
                                      If possible please replace the defective badminton net as early as possible on the shipping address

                                        1st complain: At first the service engineer came and set the television. He tell me that all third party apps supported which downloaded via google then he left. But when i download third party apps from google unfortunately this TV not supported it. Also the sound quality is very poor. So i decide to return this television as per flipkart 10 days return policy.
                                        2nd Complain: Another service engineer came next day for verify the issue. He understand the issue and tell me that when your television get picked you will get your full refund from flipkart. Then he left. After an hour flipkart shows your return is rejected (Return id-[protected]). I call to customer care, as per telephonic discussion customer care tell me all the time the seller "OmniTechRetail" refuse to return and tell me once again click for return. I once again proceed for return this item which new return id is[protected]

                                        I could not understand why "OmniTechRetail" the seller is decide return is accept or not, while flipkart is already making a return policy 10 days from buy date??

                                        The biggest mistake of my life is purchase VU Television and bigger bigger mistake than that purchase from Flipkart.
                                        Kindly check my annual purchase list/transaction from flipkart and help and cooperate me to return this television.
