Product: lg 8 kg fully automatic front load washing machine silver & lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb).
Order amount: ₹33226
I bought above mentioned product during big billion days sale with hdfc credit card merchant emi. The order was cancelled on same day october 11th, 2018. Refund was processed for ₹33226, the same amount was refunded back to my credit card. Credited amount ₹33226 in my credit card still not reflected, its blocked.
I contacted bank regarding my issue and came to know that flipkart processed only refund without cancelling merchant emi, so ₹33226 was in block. Hdfc explained clearly bank is not responsible for merchant emi, flipkart needs to cancel the emi to release the amount back to card. Bank said me to get reference number for merchant emi cancellation.
I contacted flipkart through email regarding my issue [incident: in[protected]] and got reply as
"hi amarnath,
This is to inform you about your lg 8 kg fully automatic front load washing machine silver and lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb) with order id od[protected].
The seller has already approved the refund on[protected] requesting you to kindly check with the bank with the payment reference no.
Pzt[protected]f55yl08 for the further issue

The person ankur sharma not read my concern clearly. He send the default words. I given reply as to read my concern properly to cancel the merchant emi to release the blocked amount. But no response for my email.
So again i contacted on 25 oct [incident: in[protected]] with my concern, no reply from flipkart.
Again i contacted on 26 oct in call, the guy who spoke with me is not knowledgeable and he even not to how deals with the customer issue and also not able to speak english. After a long struggle call was transfer to the next level, i spoke with the person name sakshi i explained my issue from the beginning she acknowledged me that my issue will be resolved immediately. I got reference number for the same [incident: in[protected]].
I got reply again as same with the new reference number [incident: in[protected]]. The refund was completed on october 16, 2018 by seller to your bank account. It should have been credited by october 17, 2018 as per standard banking procedures.

I don't know how in flipkart sending the same reply without reading customer issues. My issue was regarding merchant emi cancellation but i am getting reply for refund.in my all email and call clearly mentioned that i got refund, the refunded amount got blocked in my credit card due to not cancellation of emi from merchant.
For the [incident: in[protected]] with the person sakshi still no response.
Because of the flipkart customer service irresponsibility, i undergone lot of inconveniences and frustrations, no words to explain more.
I am not able to use my credit card because ₹33226 was blocked and my credit balance is in negative.
The merchant emi have to cancel immediately for the order od[protected] to release the blocked amount ₹33226 in my credit card. I need reference number for merchant emi cancellation.
If i not get the resolution immediately, i take this issue to other level.
Faced lot of problems in flipkart. The policies will be only favor to sellers as well as flipkart. Flipkart will spend lot of money only for advertisements and make the people to attract and to buy, after buying you will be put in trouble if any issues with the product, delivery, seller, etc... So my humble request to people i am customer please be cautious before you buy anything in flipkart.
