1. My product delivery date is 31/10/2018 prior to reschedule of date by flipkart and provide new date after 15 days i. E. 13/11/2018

    We recently ordered a product from flipkart i. E. Redmi note 5 pro (Black, 64 gb). The delivered package doesn't contain the mobile phone - we have received a charger with washing soap inside.

    Name : redmi note 5 pro (Black, 64 gb) (4 gb ram)
    Amount : ₹11, 698

    We are really disappointed with this event. I hope to receive proper and immediate support to resolve this issue.

      Hi team,

      In my recent order i have bad experience with flipkart and gati curior. I have ordered. Blaupunkt sbw01 soundbar. This soundbar i orderd on 13th - oct 2018. However my delivery date is 25th. Flipkart and gati curior partner has not deliver this product to me even its 26th-oct 2018. I am regular customer with flipkart and rhey cheated me on delivery promosing date. I called many time with flipkart every time they said we have raised incident and our team is working on it. However this product is order in discount and paid in advance. Even i called with gati courior they also raised incident and keep talking that we are working on incident.
      Gati has made fake comment on their tracking tool that they visited to customer house and concern person is not available. Gatis assured delivery date is 22-oct-2018

      I have only hope from this forum to take some action against flipkart and gati courior and their pude staff and deliver my product.

      I am hopeless now.

      customer has raised the issue with regards to the delay in delivery as we have interacted with the customer and we have escalated this issue to the courier service provider and and now product has been delivered and same has been confirmed by the customer hence closing the complaint from our end.

        My name is prasad mhakale. I made payment for a laptop "lenovo ideapad 330". Payment was successful but i didn't get a message, notification from flipkart. I only got a message from bank regarding payment deduction. But didn't get a single message of order confirmation from flipkart.
        I have contacted flipkart customer service. They told they didn't find any transaction on my account on their system. At the end of a day i got message from flipkart as "your order could not be completed & your refund has been initiated.
        So again i made a call to flipkart customer service they again told me that they won't get any details of my account on their system. I asked them"how much time required for the refund?
        They only told me that it minimum requires 2-3 business days.
        So what's my fault. Purchasing a high cost product through online payment on flipkart is my mistake?
        Please help me
        And still at this time in my orders section on my account on flipkart no any transaction or product purchase is there?
        What should i do?
        Only thing which i got is a "refund reference number"

          I have ordered a product through flipkart during big billion days sale
          Order id - od[protected]

          The order was placed on 13th oct 2018 and expected delivery date was 22nd
          Oct.in the morning of 22nd oct when i saw that the product delivery hasn't
          Changed to out for delivery till now i called customer care and requested
          Them that the product is to be given as a gift next day and its extremely
          Important for me to get it by 22nd oct. They confronted me and promised
          That it will be delivered on 22nd oct by 7pm. When i didn't got any update
          Of delivery till 5 pm i again called and told them the same. They again
          Told me to wait till 7pm. The product didn't get delivered on that day and
          Around 7:30 i got a message from *bluedart (Logistic which delivering my
          Product) that my product is undelivered because of address issues*. I
          Escalated this to flipkart support and told them to deliver the product by
          23rd oct noon. I had been constantly calling support to get my product at
          The earliest on that day but customer care support people were just saying
          "sorry for the inconvenience we are looking into the matter". They filed a
          Complaint and told me to wait till 26th for the resolution. *the occasion
          Passed and i didn't got the product*. I traced the product on bluedart
          Site by provided *waybill number - [protected]* and told flipkart customer
          Care that product it held their location and is not getting delivered. I
          Escalated this almost everyday to support on flipkart and even tried
          Calling bluedart but bluedart didn't even responded and flipkart person
          Keep telling me to wait till 26.
          On the evening of 25th oct i got a call from bluedart as well as flipkart
          That product will be delivered to me on 26th before 01:00 pm. When i didn't
          Received any notification regarding out for delivery i again notified
          Flipkart support that i haven't received any notification of delivery and
          Kindly provide my delivery agent's details. This time they told me that all
          Communication regarding delivery will be done by wishmaster i waited till 4
          Pm and when i didn't received any update on my order i called flipkart
          Support to get update on my order they told me to wait till 7 as it is out
          For delivery. *at 26th oct 06:08 pm i got call from delivery agent that
          Order will be delivered by tomorrow when i asked him how can you do this, it was scheduled for delivery today he told me to file a complaint and he
          Don't care about it*.

          The product is still undelivered and i have lost all hopes of getting it
          Any time soon. This been a very worst and unpleasant experience for me.in
          This whole duration what i have faced -
          1. Careless attitude of flipkart support
          2. Delivering agent's reckless and arrogant behavior
          3. No understanding of customer's priorities from flipkart support
          4. Not at all fast execution
          5. Suggesting me to cancel the product after waiting for so long (9 days
          Promised delivery + 5 days delay).
          6. Not keeping their promises.
          7. Extending timelines without informing customer.

          I just want my order to be delivered asap and in one piece.

            I ordered a Motorola one power on 24 October 2018 from flipkart. The payment from my card was done twice. One amount was refunded next morning but the order got cancelled in the afternoon. I contacted the customer service and they said team will contact you and seller mentioned no reason for cancellation. Next i again called the customer service as i didn't recieved a call from the team and then the customer care manager said the seller cancelled your order as he found that i am reselling the products. The seller doesn't have any right to speak like this about customer and the manager said that seller has found this after doing investigation. I was amazed to hear that. The service of flipkart and the seller is pathetic. They don't respect customer and just play a game with us.

              I had ordered the above product online from flipkart. First of all it took 10 days to deliver the product on october 21st.
              Initially i was verbally informed that installation will be done by 22nd oct. However to my surprise i got a mail that installation will be done by oct. 24th. Too 26th october 10pm, the installation had not been done. Such a pathetic service. I have lodged a complaint at toll free customer service on october 24 and october 25 but forget about resolution, i'm yet to get an acknowledgement of complaint registered.
              This is really sub par service and need resolution immediately and compensation for the agony faced.

                  Flipkart is a worst online shopping website. Never to trust the delivery boy as he did fraud sign on receiving and now saying we have delivered the product which i have ordered. It was a home lgfh2 home cinema amounting rs 10574/-.
                  I have not received the order. After talking to call centre the boy (Dileep gupta) misbehaved and said go to police we dont care.
                  The center head (Rishi pal) also said the same thing that they cant help and they dont care about a police complaint. The delivery boy is saying that he delivered a product but that is not this product, its the another order product of mine.
                  While talking on the call, the delivery boy accepted that he made a fake signature and we have a call recording.
                  I would like you to personally look into this matter and either give me full refund or the product.

                    I am ordered the product on 11 October, , product rec 16octobr, but got different brand (I phone) after that I am place a return of the product, after 3 days seller arrange a replacement . So as I get a wrong t product so I am not use it. Today my replacment product comes, but the Flipkart couriers team did't pick up wrong product due to, the phone is not switch on .( So tell me what is my fault, if any problm in the phone why I should I have to suffer )after a contact the customer care :she said as I am not mentioned the phone is not switch on so it's not pick up. ## that means I have to use the wrong product ? It's upto 16 days over I am not rec my phone. Again I have to wait 72 hour for resolution .It's your company fault, so why should I have to wait for 1 month .                           I have ordered a washing machine from flipkart, when the dussra deals were on. I received a damaged product on 26th October. When I asked for a replacement they are simply saying we cannot provide a replacement. we can only give you a refund. Now for me I cannot get the same product for the same price right now and also the response i got from flipkart is not convincing. They are simply cheating the customers by saying they will provide the best service. There is policy clearly written on their website that we will get a replacement when the customer receives a damaged product within 10 days. but they are changing their polices according to their convenience and thy told me that they cant provide a replacement.

                            I have booked a mobile moto z2 play during big billion day sale.
                            The original price of the product was Rs. 27999, after offer we purchased it for
                            8369 (including exchange) .

                            The order id is :0d[protected].

                            When I saw the status of the delivery it was showing out for delivery since 19th October.

                            When I called ekart logistics they informed me that the mobile is lost.
                            They told me to call customer care of flipkart .
                            We called few times and every day they are telling it will be delivered on eod of the called day.

                            Please look into the issue and help us by delivering the mobile.

                                  I am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience on online purchasing of a product "Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64 GB) from flipkart.

                                  On 11th Oct'18, I ordered it. However, it did not arrive within the stated time frame. When I called and raised complaint i have just got fake commitment and new deadline for delivery. Even after 15 days, i am still struggling to track and get my product delivery.

                                  I paid 13k for this item and I still want it. I have requested to ship another immediately, and provide me with a tracking number but there is no proper response from customer care team of flipkart.

                                  My order number is #OD[protected] . I expect to receive the product with no further delays.

                                    I ordered a honor 9n (Midnight black, 32 gb) from flipkart on 12th october 2018. The order id is od[protected]. The headsets arrived on 15th october. The outer packaging looked intact. However, type seal of the box provided by honor was broken. I immediately call customer support team and return request citing missing complain. He told me before 27th october my issue is resolve. After that, 23 october 2018 received mail your current return request has been closed then i called customer support team he told me before 27 october 2018 contact me any concern department but till now no any call/email received from flipkart.

                                    My account is blocked. I am not able to login my flipkart account so please unblock my account and provide resolution.

                                      Sir i had made a purchase on flipkart a laptop (Macbook air 13 inch) which was on bigbillion day offer and order went successfully placed. Even its dipatched to near facility too. All of sudden seller cancelled the order claiming that the cancelled by the seller as they can only fulfill orders for a limited quantity of this item. This hurt my feelings very bad. I want to claim compensation. Sir please help me.
