I am ordered the product on 11 October, , product rec 16octobr, but got different brand (I phone) after that I am place a return of the product, after 3 days seller arrange a replacement . So as I get a wrong t product so I am not use it. Today my replacment product comes, but the Flipkart couriers team did't pick up wrong product due to, the phone is not switch on .( So tell me what is my fault, if any problm in the phone why I should I have to suffer )after a contact the customer care :she said as I am not mentioned the phone is not switch on so it's not pick up. ## that means I have to use the wrong product ? It's upto 16 days over I am not rec my phone. Again I have to wait 72 hour for resolution .It's your company fault, so why should I have to wait for 1 month . This kind of services you have to customer ?? So now please return the wrong product and refund my money .I want my money back now, I am lost my faith from flipkart. (order no OD[protected]

Updated by Ghosh D Sudip Today again the replacement comes and the wishmaster did't pick up it due to same reason that they don't have updated as the different brand not turn on the devices. Its now very ridiculous. And my return again cancel.
