I ordered a slipper from Flipkart. And when I received it, it was a size larger. I tried it on and didnt even use it for 5 minutes. I ordered a return on the same day. But the delivery person said he can't take a used product. Why do you have a return policy if you cant even take an unused product. I want to return them asap. They're unused and new. I even have the bills and the cover it came with.

    I ordered honor 9n in exchange with my old vivo v1 max mobile they said that it will be exchage at the price of 3300rs but they refused to take the mobile at the time of delivery saying that it is damaged piece so i have to pay them the extra amount, how could you claim the stain is equal to damaged. Please clarify this otherwise i will go to consumer court.

      Ordered one smartphone during the big billion day sale offer on 11th october 2018. The expected delivery date was 13th october but it got misrouted and the date of delivery got delayed. Contacted the customer support of flipkart who assured me it will be delivered on 15th october but again it got misrouted and got the text message from flipkart that it will be delivered within 3 days.
      I am still waiting for that day when my product will be delivered. Hope flipkart has given the correct expected delivery date to ekart logistics which was 13th october 2018 and not 2019.

        I have cancelled an order od[protected] home size sizzler 275cm curtains on sep 21st. I have not received my refund as of now. Every time customer care gave me the same excuse that refund will be processed in six business days. I made that payment through credit card. Please look into this matter n refund my total amount. Credit card is also charging me a late fee n interest charges.

          I ordered 5 mobiles for my family members and to gift my aunty in last 4 years. Now fipkart blocked my account claiming that i am reselling mobiles. If i would resell mobile i would be ordering more than 5 mobiles in 4 years. And i would have created many fake accounts but not a single account. Do you have any proof saying i am reselling mobiles ordered on flipboard.

          I bought many items for my aunty who stay in a village where Flipkart doesn't have any delivery services.even after saying this they didn't try to understand my concern and not showing any interest activate my account.They should block me when they caught me selling some products but not just based on trend of buying products.

            My recent order nova hair straightner was broken when delivered to me, after that i had requested for replacement but the courier boy was denied for replacement and told me that contact to the company nova. Then i had contacted you and i had again promised for replacement in 48 hours, but i didn't got my product instead i had received one call again promise for replacement in 48 hours, but after that i have got message of cancellation of my order.

            I like to know that what are these notorious things are going on and now what is the fate if my money that i had paid you for broken product delivered also what about my time.

                This is regarding the order with order id od[protected] placed on 13th oct 2018 for an acer predator helios 300 original price 1, 09, 990/- at an offer discount of 59, 990/- on the big billion day. Now, on 16th oct when i check the order status, there is a notification saying: shipment undelivered due to damage (See attached images). I then called their customer care and the resolution provided was to place the order again. Now, i am certainly not willing to pay 30, 000/- additional for no fault of mine.

                After some searching online on this issue, and i find that customers have faced this issue during the earlier sale period of 7-9 oct this year, on the exact same laptop, and by the exact same seller.

                I urge you to look into this matter with utmost urgency and sincerity, as this is extremely fishy and may be deceiving us.

                I have ordered Acer predator Helios 300 laptop via Order ID OD[protected] on 12th Oct 2018 during big billion day sale @61, 990.
                The estimated delivery date was on 19th Oct 2018 But it hasn't been delivered yet. After checking tracking details it was shown " undelivered due to shipment damaged"( shipment got damaged from Flipkart's own shipping partner ekarts end).
                When I called the customer support, they say it has been damaged during shipping and asked me to cancel this order and place new order. The price of laptop is @89, 990 now which is 28, 000 more than at which I ordered it. Even though I mentioned about the price difference and I bought laptop in big billion day sale, I was told the same as to reorder ignoring everything I said.

                As a consumer I feels that I been cheated by the flipkart's service of providing me with offered price at which I made the purchase for laptop and failed to deliver in its promised delivery time.

                Night I messaged the grievance officer at 12am and order got cancelled at 2 30am without my knowledge, they keep bluffing customers like this with names of big billion day and some xyz deals to make our time, money waste.

                  After realising the laptop is being defect then the flipkart has agreed to the replacement of the acer laptop swift 3 on 13th october and promised the replacement of the laptop till 18th october and still the product is just ordered and no further updates on it! If the product of that replacement laptop will not arrive at the promised time then i want the complete refund... Because i have suffered for 13 days and i have been in a depression that why are they not giving proper service they are stuck on there so called policy. I have already suffered please forgive me and give me the refund.

                    I ordered a product casio watch with order id od[protected] and on 12/10/2018 and on 16/10/2018 i got an sms stating that my product has been delivered but i did not not receive any call on that and the product was not delivered so far. Even flipkart website shows that my product is delivered but i have not received it.

                    I am really pissed off with this and so upset. Cost of my watch is rs.10, 809 /-. I felt like cheated.

                        I have ordered Redmi note 5Pro(6Gb Ram Blue 64GB) on 11thoct18/ 8:14am, payment also approved, seller also processed order, I have received message from flip kart also your product will deliver on 14thoct18.But as on date I am not even receive single update from flip kart.                         Past 4days I am waiting for my product, I have check with Ekart executive he says your product has been damaged, so we cancelled from our end, but he not met me & not see my exchange product also regarding this, also he is sending some other mobile photo to my whatsup, but its not my exchange mobile, I am really got lot of pain regarding this issue.

                        I need extra 20% offer for my exchange because I have paid in my credit card
                        pls do the needful for this issue.

                            This order was to be delivered on 18th october. The ekart logistics person called me for an early delivery on 15th october which was not possible since i was in office. Through the bridged no. We co-ordinated and he confirmed to come and deliver the product at 6. However after that the no. Was switched off.

                            I also got a message stating
                            On monday-
                            Undelivered: google pixel 2 xl (Bla... With tracking id fmpp[protected] from flipkart.com could not be delivered today. We will deliver tomorrow.

                            There was no delivery yet. When i raised the same with your caller on flipkart. They all told me that the same will be delivered again. Today i got a call from aarti a caller stating that the order is returned and i need to rebook it.

                            This is unfair as 1) i have ordered it in big billion sale and have earned discount.
                            2) the date on which it was promised to be delivered is tomorrow
                            3) the ekart logistics guy is fraudulent as he switched off the phone at 5 so that i couldn't get thru him on that day.

                            I cannot rebook as my discounts will not be there and the product will be expensive again.

                            I have been a honest and faithful flipkart customer. Have bought all my phone's thru flipkart. I want my phone to be delivered tomm as promised that is 18th october

                              I would like to complaint against delivery issue of order id - od[protected].
                              I was booked vivo v9 phone on 12 oct 18 on emi option and expected to delivered on 16 oct 18. But product not delivered to me and when i track the order it showing returned whether i don't initiate any return.

                              I was for bday gift to my wife and this is very unexpected from flipkart.

                                I am enable to reactivate my flip cart account. i try to find how to reactivate it but most of the says that 'you have to open this account in desktop'
                                then i am open it into desk top but as is not reactive my account
                                i also try to call to the customer care helpline number for reactivation but it will says that 'all executors are bissy call after some time ' i call again and again in the interval of 1-2 hour but it gives same reply
                                i wish to give me a way how i reactivate my flip cart account

                                  I had ordered a pet bed which was supposed to be delivered by 14th october 2019. As i was out for some work the product could not be delivered to my house. I informed the delivery person to get it on 16th october 2019 to which he agreed.                                     I have bought a refrigerator with the exchange of my older one. Order id is od[protected]. It is prepaid order and i have paid rs.31590. It was out for delivery since 15th oct 2 pm till the end of the day. But it did not come to my home for delivery.

                                    According to flipkart condition delivery and examination person, both come to gather, and if my old product not eligible i can pay rs.2900 cash at the time of delivery. I have a screenshot for that.

                                    My old product disqualifies without any reason and only examination person come at home without a new product. I am ready to pay extra amount if my product disqualifies with valid reason.
                                    Examination person who comes to my home blackmail me and ask for bribery to take old product under exchange policy. I did not agree with his offer so, he has not delivery my new product.

                                    On the second day, i write a mail to flipkart that i agree to pay rs.2900 if my product disqualified. And on the same day seller cancel my order by saying a customer has refused it.

                                    My order canceled by the seller.

                                    I have a cctv camera in my society, so i can prove that the delivery person did not come to my home.

                                    Now i thought and conclude that the seller just wants to make customer fool. He makes an attractive offer and take money from the customers and use it for a week. And seller makes an attractive offer so, the customers do not move to another seller or other online platform. And after one week reject the order by giving any non-sense reason.

                                    As a resolution, i want the same product at the same price.

                                    Otherwise, i will make a group of customers who are suffering from the same problem and on behalf of all of them, i will issue a complaint in consumer court as well as in fraud complaint against flipkart and seller both.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I have ordered vu pixelight tv (50 inches) in flipkart during big billion days offer on oct 12, 2018 and it was also packed on oct 15, 2018. My order id is od[protected]. On the same day i have received a message stating that i have requested for return and so my order was cancelled. But i haven't sent any return request and my order was cancelled without any notification. While i was ordering the tv, it was available for that pincode (635122) address. Now they are stating that it was not deliverable to that address and there was a technical issue with the seller and courier partner. I must know the reason why it can't be delivered now. I haven't received any satisfying reply from them.

                                      They have refunded my amount of rs 33499. But i need the tv for the same price as i have ordered. I am ready to pay the cash during delivery. Please kindly check into it. Thank you.

                                        I ordered a psp named as nxt power grand classical gcl psp with mp4 player but i received a damaged product and the product does not matched the description so i requested replacement. Since, multiple reasons returns are not available with flipkart therefore i contacted customer support for a few times and they said for the refund. I gave them my bank details on 16th october 2018 and they said pickup would come on 17th but no person for pick up came and when i saw my orders in flipkart page i saw the refund was cancelled and said refer to flipkart return policy and no new notifications about refund cancellation came to me. I received the product on 6th october and the refund policy was valid till 16th so for me refund must have been processed why was it not processed?
                                        The refund order was done by flipkart customer service and i also talked with their seniors but however the refund was cancelled even it was done in valid period of time. And one more awkward thing is that the refund cancellation time is going on changing.
                                        I just want my money back from flipkart.
