I ordered a phone on 12th oct 2018 and the expected date of delivery was 17th oct 2018. It has reached bangalore and is been misrouted so many times in bangalore. It is so irresponsible of e-kart. Everytime i call flipkart customer support, they trll me to wait for more 2 3 business days. I have waited for 10 days patiently but now this thing is not getting solved and i need my phone by tomorrow. I can't even cancel and reorder it as it was under the offer. Please resolve the issue asap.

Problem solved. But Flipkart customer support did not help me at all. They did not even give me hub's fontact details. They just told me to wait. I tracked the package and went to the hub myself and took it.

    I ordered for 3 pairs of curtains but i received only 1 pair and that to different product and they charged me for all 3 pairs when i called them they gave me resolution that was really bad now my money is gone and i just have 1 pair that too of pathetic quality and colour as dint expect them to do such thing to a regular customer. I will never purchase from this site.

    Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was missing in the package. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on[protected]. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.
    I took Oppo f3 plus 23 October 2017 with a buy back guarantee.when I trying to redeem my buy back guarantee There is a message show on the screen that ABB is not enabled for this account.
    I will order the 11oct 18 real me pro smart phone on flipkart online shopping but till date not received my phone and not any confirmation by flipkart .

      I have booked a mobile real me 2 pro on sale of[protected] at 7:28 am.
      The order number is od[protected].
      It was about to dispatch on[protected] & delivery on[protected].
      But as of now it was not shipped.
      I was made a complaint on[protected]. The representative escalated the issue & informed me to wait till[protected].
      Today i got call & instructing to cancel the order & for rebooking.

      The product is not available at this moment. If it’s not delivered why they have not conveyed at very instant. Are they thinking customers are fools for keeping such a long time in waiting.

      Customer complain was he did not received the product on time so he cancelled the order so apologized and info given that seller will make sure this won't be repeated in future, customer agreed and refund timeline also given to customer and closed the complaint.

      I have ordered the poly-cotton bed-sheets but they have delivered the polyester bed-sheets.In the delivered bed-sheets, it is printed as the polyester.I have attached the the screenshots..There is lats of differences between poly-cotton and polyester.

        I received redmi 5a mobile on 13-10-18. But i got incoming call receiving problem & censor problem. L had given replacement compliant. Three times your jeeves engineer rishikesh visited & not solve the problem. He got problem after that he says to flipkart no any problem in the mobile. What kind of strategy of jeeves engineer? I talk with flipkart superwiser vijay mishra he said your problem is sure solved.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that the as service engineer has visited multiple times and confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. And requested customer to visit the Authorized Service Center. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
        I have ordered the above mentioned bag .
        And this bag has been torned .Either i want a replacement for it or you should refund the cash. I will approach legal proceedings if there is no action regarding this complaint

          Hi team,

          I have ordered whirlpool refrigerator on 12th oct'18 and received today but when i checked there was dante and damage at right hand side bottom of the fridge. So i requested for replacement today itself and it has policy to replace till 30th oct'18 but only refund option is available while submitting the request. So this is really not fair, i want replacement instead of refund because i have purchased during big offer days and if i want to purchase with full mrp price why should i go for online shopping.

          So requesting you team to intervene in this case and help to resolve the same at the earliest.

          Return date has been modified twice first it was 23 and then 25 oct. And now its 27 oct still ur representative have not come to receive the refrigerator. Kindly take your product and refund my money as soon as possible. Or else escalate this case internally.

          I have been trying to login to my flipkart account link with email address alhaj.[protected]@gmail.com but i always received an error msg "login unsuccessful, please try after few minutes". I also tried to reset my password many times but it always says "unable to update the password"
          Another cable of WiFi is missing from package. It's really worst I am very disappointed about it
          Flipkart daily schedule my deliver order but courier partner never delivered my product this thing happen around 5 times.

            Hi team,

            This complaint i am registering on behalf of my friend because he is not aware about consumer rights. So he purchased a wireless logitech keyword along with wireless mouse in combo. Which he received on proper date but when he tried to connect with laptop then only mouse was working but keyword isn't i. E. Keyword was not getting detected on laptop. So referred to product model code of both keyboard and mouse there was mismatch. Keyboard was with proper model code that is mk240 and mouse with improper model code mk212 but on box it was written mk240 that means no original product has been delivered or it is molest with the original product. So this is really no expected from such brand names.

            Now, that he approaches for replacement but only refund option is available then. So at last he requested for refund for twice but it is cancelled by flipkart which is really terrible. It's there mistake then too without giving any specification they are cancelling his request.

            So consumer complaints team requesting to intervene in this case and help to get this resolved at the earliest. Please find the below mentioned details for your reference.

First order was cancelled by the seller and when i ordered a new tv which came today the box wasnt ladies properly while half of the box is damaged and there is pegion # on top of the box and side of the box.                 My email id is [protected]@yahoo.in flipkart sending me emails for the non payment of my flipkart pay later bill of rs. 1799 whereas i tried to open my account for last last 3 weeks which had been blocked by flipkart due to some returns. If customer don't like the quality of the product why they will keep it. I contacted to them about it through email and through phone also. By email they have assured to assist me that time. But they haven't tried to even assist me. I have all my emails in my id. Even when they blocked my account i have contacted flipkart on their helpline no. Also send them various emails regarding it. But haven't got any kind of reply from their side! I have purchased so many things from flipkart. They themselves blocked my account they themselves aren't assisting me so how can i pay the amount without opening my id? Here are some proves which will show you that how i tried to get in touch with flipkart. They keep on harrassing me by not assisting. I have called them 15 times within past 3 weeks. They are not helping at all.

                They dont render me any assistance, just keep forwarding me emails that this issue will be resolved.

                They allowed me to access my account but again blocked it after a purchase was made.

                  सर मैंने 10 अक्टूबर को numeruno शूज order id - od[protected] आर्डर किए थे जिसकी expected date 16 oct थी पर वह ऑर्डर मुझे अभी तक नहीं मिला । एक और आर्डर जिसका ऑर्डर आईडी नंबर- od[protected] है जो मैंने 13 अक्टूबर को ऑर्डर की थी और 17 अक्टूबर को मुझे मिल चुका है । और यह दोनों ऑर्डर सेम अकाउंट से है ।कस्टमर केयर वालों से कई बार बात हुई पर वह कोई संतुष्ट जवाब नहीं दे पा रहेलास्ट टाइम जब कस्टमर केयर से बात हुई तो वह मेरे को खुद ऑर्डर कैंसिल करने के लिए बोल रहे थे और एड्रेस मिसमैच भी बोल रहे थे जब मैंने उनसे पूछा कि यह दूसरा आर्डर कैसे आ गया तो वह कोई जवाब नहीं दे पाए ।मेरा आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरे ऑर्डर को जल्दी से जल्दी पहुंचाया जाए नहीं तो मुझे कानूनी सहायता लेनी पड़ेगी और हरासमेंट का केस डालना पड़ेगा

                    Product price is more on website and product quality is very poor. How flipkart can sell product on more than double mrp on flipkart website. Product mrp is 287 inr rupees than how flipkart can sell it on mrp 599 inr. It is totally fraud with customer so return my money back asap. I have called to customer care for the same but no action has been taken so far. There is very poor customer service provider by flipkart and we are not excepting this from flipkart.

                            Sorry to say bt your delivery boy was so rude when he came for exchnge i tell him to wait only for 30 minutes bt he didn't stay there nd now your website is not receiving exchange requests. One may have some problems at the day of delivery it is your duty toh help us. When i have already paid for that item. This was very bad service atleast give us 3 days some one may have problems. This is not good at all. You hav to check about your services at agartala.

                                  Subject: flipkart-ordered iffalcon television-exchange of my samsung television-defect noticed by unprofessional delivery person-reg

                                  Ref: my order with flipkart id order no. Od1 [protected] dated 21.10.2018

                                  I have ordered an iffalcon television with flipkart through online vide in the reference cited above. An amount of rs.27599 (Twenty thousand five hundred ninety-nine only) had been sent through my credit card to the flipkart. Subsequently today (21.10.2108) a delivery person named mr v. Rajesh (Mob no:[protected] from instakart (Ekart logistics) came and inspected my old television and sent a picture of my television display to his manager (Mr aathi thran, mob no:[protected]) and informed me that my old television is not fit for exchange due to its screen display shake.

                                  Then i spoke to the manager mr. Aathi tharan about the present nature of my screen display and the way in which the delivery person took the video. The same is not acceptable because the delivery person sends the shaky video and moreover he shared the video to his manager through what’s app, which will reduce the quality of the original television screen (Old tv) display, this can also be the reason for the manager to inform the delivery person to not pick the television for exchange.

                                  Though the exchange person’s decision of my samsung tv has screen display shake, i cannot see any such point in the flipkart exchange terms and conditions which only clearly says about display checking points as follows: discoloration, spots, lines or static on a part of the screen. Muddles or no display, my old samsung tv has no issues mentioned in the t&c while placing the order.

                                  I have the following issues to be considered on priority and resolved as quickly as possible:

                                  My main intention to buy a new tv is only increasing the size to 55-inch screen, to have a good viewing experience. But for that my old television is functioning nicely.in those circumstances, i could not accept the rejection of my tv by an unauthorized person who is not having any experience in the electronics. This attitude highly hurt me and my values, as if that i am hiding a few facts about the original condition my samsung tv.

                                  Hence i request you to kindly depute an experienced technician along with his id proof to inspect my old tv and resolve my issue by the delivery of the new 55 inches iffalcon tv if my old tv deemed to be fit for exchange. Otherwise, i may please be permitted to send a report on the present condition of my old samsung tv through an authorized samsung service person for the favor of your acceptance to replace with new tv based on the previous terms and condition.

                                  Besides an amount of rs 27599 has already been sent to flipkart account on 21.10.2018. If you are rejecting to replace with the new television the refund amount should be with interest to my account.

                                  But, overall i strongly believe that the outsourced person (Instakart) are not interested in exchange with the old television. I also heard the same issue by a few more customers around me. The flipkart is only luring the customers by the way of announcing a lot of benefits while placing the order but not effecting the commitments.

                                  Hence i request you to kindly bestow your personal attention to resolve my issue and replace with a new tv.

                                  Also, please find the attached letter stated by the delivery person's reason for not picking my old tv

                                    On big billion day sale i purchase a new phone from flipkart and i placed it on exchange with my oneplus 2 phone. I already mentioned over there that the side buttons are not there. Previously the price was showing rs4000 and after giving details of side buttons price reduced to rs3500.
                                    Now after so many days the person came to pick the phone and now he is saying that we cannot take this phone as side buttons are not there. I said i already mentioned this on site and they reduced the price of the phone. But now i dont have my new phone and already i have paid the money. Also the discount in big billion day gone. So flipkart is just making fool o[censored]s. The people working for flipkart are not in sync with each other.

                                      I have received damaged product of samsung on8 mobile it having heating issue too.

                                      I have requested many times with flipkart for refund as it is second incident to me earlier same problem found while bought mi note 5 pro in june 18. So i want refund. However flipkart agreed to replace and send message alert same is shown in website too. But, don't know today they sent message that replacement is rejected.

                                      And while called customer support they replied that we have not received any request from you. It means there is no any trackability for customer complaint..

                                      Please help to resolve my issue..

                                      Very Dissatisfying replies from Flipkart executives. There is no any tracibility against customer complain. After discussion of 1 hour there was no any solution. And replacement rejected without any clarification.

                                        I had ordered three items from flipkart during the recent sale... One mobile which was supposed to be delivered yesterday but was not... Entire day i waited at home for the delivery but it did not happen and when i tracked it today morn it shows delivery failed due to no response from the customer... I received the second product a full sleeve jacket one day prior... But on opening the parcel the jacket is a different piece from what i ordered and of a different size... What i fail to understand is what kind of responsibility is flipkart holding... When i call your customer care either the system is down or i have to wait for the next working day for the item to be delivered... Where is the accountability... What is the point of sharing tracking details when i can't track the damn product... The courier service is equally clueless as to where the product is... I am extremely disappointed and will ensure that i never buy any product from flipkart again... I will also ensure that i tell my friends and colleagues of this horrendous experience and ensure that they don't associate with flipkart either...in the end i would request if someone from flipkart could give me a status update on my mobile that i ordered and return my money for the jacket or replace it as suitable...
