urgent requirement of fresh bill for sale of infinix note 5

There is very absurd behavior of delivery boy who delivered mobile i. E. Infinix note 5 and sudden and rude denial to exchange my previous mobile for this phone ordered from flipkart, this is an act of person working against the customer policy of your company and this leads to detrimental to growth of your company.

I ordered poco f1 from filpkart on big billion sell. (I paid full amount which is rs.21148). Product received on 16/10/2018 by ekart courier company..
The mobile is completely dead.
I have requested to return the product but they are making delay now...
I want my product replacement or my full money, as soon as possible..

How can they cheat their customers?
This is completely fraud..
How can they sold me dead product?
I am very angry and unhappy at this moment..
I want my mobile replacement or my money which i paid, as soon as possible..

    I have ordered laptop in big billion sale by flipkart. I have received the cancellation l message and the reason is that they tried delivering many times but they could not as i did not respond. But the truth is they never called me and contacted me on this
    If i speak to customer care, it is different reason for cancelation. Reason is they did not deliver it in time hence cancelled it.

    This is one way of fooling the customer and flipkart did this for many others as well. They claim that flipart is just a platform they are not responsible for this.

    Could please let me know of there are better way to deal this?

          Against order no OD[protected], which was cancelled on 11th Oct 2018, refund was promised by flipkart by 15th October. The amount is yet to be credited to my bank. When contacting customer care, they only say that refund has been issued by the seller, but the same is immaterial for me as I have not received the same in my bank. When I ask them to give bank transaction id for the transfer, they just parrot that refund has been issued by the retailer. This is really frustating delay tactic of flipkart and will only wane away the customer. If the company is under impression that they are monopoly in online selling, they cant think that and take customers for granted as always its customer who help them achieving the heights they are reaching.

            I placed 64/6gb 16999.00

            I please the order of same and under the exchange of redme 4a,
            The seller picked the phone and deliver a product but surprised delivered redme 6, and i am calling flipkart for same but nither replacing nor replying, even my replacement mobile has also taken by them.

            The cost of redme 6 is 9000 only.

            Please anyone will help how to deal this type of companies.

              I got 3 order in big billion day's, and i got call form delivery boy at 15th oct. Then i seys i was out of town, i pick up my order next day, and the next day i'm not received a delivery boy's call but i got message form flipkart. That was (Your order is cancelled and your refund adde) but i not cancel my any order but a delivery boy cancelled my order and can't do anything for it. Because no any rules for that in flipkart. I call in customer service but, no any one way on this situation to get my order get me back without my mistake..

                I have been ordered samsung evo plus 64gb micro sd card during big billion days season. I have been ordered on 14th october 2018 @₹949. The delivery date was as guaranteed delivery on 22nd october. After the completion of the season i have been checked again for the product and i have noticed that the price was remains same and the delivery date was as guaranteed delivery in 3-6 days i have been disappointed and i went to amazon and verified the same product and i have noticed that the price was remains same and the delivery date was as guaranteed delivery in two days and i was shocked and felt why flipkart is doing like that
                Please flipkart send my order soon as possible
                And don't do like that

                  I ordered samsung galaxy s8 during this big billion day 2018 and today was the last day to be delivered. I haven't received my product yet and i m been told to wait till 7pm till the last date. Still it didn't came. I missed my cab because of it and all i m hearing is that it will be delivered and some excuses like giving 100 ruppes reward as forgiveness. They are telling me that order is not misrouted yet i didn't received till last day. I. E 16th oct. Ecom express were responsible for delivering and now ecom express is telling only pincode is written so they can't deliver and that its the fault of flipkart. Flipkart is saying it's the fault of ecom express as they can see the address mentioned.

                  My AWD NO. is :234254527. I contacted customer care service. They gave me Nagesh phone number. His number is 9591378484. He ignores my calls and avoid talking to me. Last time he told he will call me back in 20 min and tell where my product is . The annoying part was that I didn't told the AWD number still he disconnected stating he will tell where my product is !

                    I have ordered an inverter ac of voltas from flipkart on 15/oct/2018. Without any notification my order was cancelled and initiating a refund on that. This is not fair flipkart. Order id of the product is #od[protected].

                    The order has been placed on 15/10/2018 and was successfully placed in the website on 11/10/2018. I received a mail from flipkart on 16/10/2018 stating that the order was cancelled due to an unforeseen issue.

                    Called to flipkart and spoke with representative on 16/10/2018 and he was unbale to explain about the unforeseen issue.

                        I have ordered oppo f9 on 11th october 2018 with exchange of my phone redmi note 3 and order delivered date is 12th october 2018. Delivery agent who came to my house was very rude and declined to come upstairs on my building, so my wife has to go downstairs to collect the phone, as i was in office. Without having knowledge of checking the phone he refused to exchange the phone and go back without delivering the order, and then i received the message that order was declined as product was not matching.

                        I have called customer care and they promised that order will be delivered as soon as possible, but today 16th october 2018, i received a message that my order was cancelled. I have called them everyday and they promised that your phone will be delivered shortly.

                        I have formatted my phone due to exchange and kept my phone at home only, so that delivery guy will come and exchange the phone and i have to use different person phone. These few days are almost torture for me and i have suffered a lot, and still they cancelled my order.

                        Therefore i want to complaint and want to take strict action against flipkart as soon as possible.

                            I have purchased asus zenfone max pro m1 6gb varient and received the product on 11 october 2018 as i opened the box the phone is damaged and dent on the back panel and the biggest thing is that aa we chek imei number by dailing *#06# it shows 000000 in place of imei number. Placed replacemnt request but wishmaster denied to pickup as imei number is 000000. Flipkart is just cheating with customer in big billion day sale. My issue still not resolved even after complined to customer care on call and email.

                              I've purchased mobile phone on 14 may 2018 with buy back guarantee policy, so according to that on 154th day i'm eligible to upgrade to a new phone with a value of rs 15, 401 by returning my old phone, so exactly on 15th of october 2018, i could not avail it as it gives out error on both desktop and mobile platform saying abb is not enabled for your account / imei / warranty details as undefined,

                              Nearly 05 to 06 conversations have been done so far over phone and email they have promised me twice that issue will be resolved but solve my problem.

                              No response yet!

                              By far i've missed all the offers running on website and couldn't get my new phone for the policy that i was covered during the purchase period,

Also used product send. Which mean seller become over smart he send used product to customer and think didn't notice. See picture and confirm seller mind setup. He send wrong model to fool customer. Shame on it. Next time didn't do that.

I called him and asked about my order, he said your order was misplaced cancel the order like that, i purchased this mobile in prepaid, tommorow i'm going to my home town so i want my delivery in between 3 to 6.                                     Past one week i have been struggling to get refund credited for orders i canceled.

                                    I received no support from their end, however, i connected with the bank, escalated the matter and they have mailed to my registered mail id that there is no such payment with the given reference id [protected] has been sent to my bank account from anyone. Bank also confirmed there is absolutely no problem with the bank account as i have received another different refund from flipkart on 11th october and one more from amazon too.

                                    I have sent them detail of mail from bank and my current dated bank statement copy. It is a clear case of cheating/misleading - all other refunds including from flipkart, are being credited except this particular one they are claiming with bank ref id [protected].

                                    My bank account statement clearly showing the payment has not been credited, bank also written the same. Now it is very clear whatever they demand, they have not refunded the amount - there is no proof they have given so far.

                                    I have received the balance 521 credited on 20th October. As per Flipkart the same was refunded on 10th October, but after much struggle at last the refunds were credited on 19th and 20th October. Not a single person tried to find out if really the payments were refunded (that too for an order cancellation without any shipment/return hazards) - if it is not credited then where the amount is stuck. The only monotonous reply I got "the payment has been refunded by the seller vide bank ref id 1549935395, please lodge a complaint with your bank" - I am sure this was pending with Flipkart itself and after escalation I have received refund. Thankfully this transaction was a small amount, but the harassment can be for bigger products like washing machine or AC as well - I have bought those products earlier from Flipkart !! Not at all a place to shop online anymore - credibility completely lost. At the end of the day, Flipkart lost one customer only because of non co-operating and robot type unfriendly customer care and escalation team, who are keen to give blunt responses, not assurance.

                                    Despite giving all proofs I haven't received the refund, and bank's confirmation the person kept on insisting me to raise a dispute with bank's higher officials.

                                    Call from escalation team is extremely irritating as they absolutely give blunt recorded response and not interested to solve the problem!! I have never seen such blunt people like their escalation team!!! It's more substandard than customer care since they are expected to be better.

                                    Even if we imagine there was a problem with bank for this transaction, still the refunds must have gone back to flipkart as this evidently has not been credited to my account. That is a standard process and Flipkart stands responsible for not admitting the same.

                                    Not a single person tried to find out if really the payments were refunded (that too for an order cancellation without any shipment/return hazards) - if it is not credited then where the amount is stuck. The only monotonous reply I got "the payment has been refunded by the seller vide bank ref id [protected], please lodge a complaint with your bank" - I am sure this was pending with Flipkart itself and after escalation I have received refund.

                                    Thankfully this transaction was a small amount, but the harassment can be for bigger products like washing machine or AC as well - I have bought those products earlier from Flipkart !!

                                    Not at all a place to shop online anymore - credibility completely lost. At the end of the day, Flipkart lost one customer only because of non co-operating and robot type unfriendly customer care and escalation team, who are keen to give blunt responses, not assurance.

                                      I order honor 9n in 14th october 2018. My order id od[protected].
                                      I got the product in 16th october. When i open the product it was a powerbank. There was no bill/ invoince. The seller name was different. I bought from indiflasmhart but received from health & happiness pvt ltd. It was a prepaid product.
                                      What should i have to do? Plz help me.
