My order real me 2 pro was placed in filpkart on 11th oct. And 13th was delevry date but till time filpkart not give me my product and just give a date by date on customer care can you help me or not now my passions was gone plz try to resove my problem otherwise we meet on court becose my payment is done on 11th.

    I bought a washing machine and my ticket id 8j15-27013flpkrt-6958339. Since last 6 days i got a msg from jeevs that his service engineer will come for instalation but he didnt come. I received machine on 15 th october but till today no one responce on my complaint from your side. I think your company are not capable to do instalation of all items in time. 2 month back i bought a tv and face same problem.

      Order new phone againest my old phone but delivery boy has not taken my old phone as it has some scratches then i complaint to flipkart n send pic of phone then they send mail phone is ok and will give new phone in exchange i got mail on 14th oct.. But till now not received my phone.

We have interacted with the customer and and informed that order was delivered due not met exchange guideline. However. requested customer to share images of exchange product for which he denied sending. According to this we are not able to do much on this. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        I placed an order for samsung galaxy on7. On 24th sep 2018 i received samsung galaxy j7 which is different model. The mobile phone cover and mobile looks old, i tried switching on the phone it didn't start so i charged it for 3-4 hours but the battery charging percent shows 3%. Simultaneously, i raised the refund request. The product was supposed to be picked within 2-3 days, i didn't receive any updates from flipkart. So on 3rd day i called the flipkart and they told me that the problem will be resolved within 48hours. I waited for the call from flipkart but i didnt receive any response. Daily after multiple follow ups after 10 days the delivery boy came to pick the product but he denied to pick the phone stating that the mobile is not getting on. They only gave me the different model of phone in bad condition and they were not ready to take it back. At the time of refund/return request which i have raised it on the same day of delivery i. E.24th sep 2018 i highlighted all this points. I called the customer care and they told me to be calm and they will raise the new cancellation request on my behalf. They told me again the same thing i will be receiving call regarding the confirmation on exchange/refund and the product will be picked within 48hours but there were no response. After few days i receive the call from flipkart customer care and they blamed us for the product and said they are not going to pick the phone and refund the amount. Again i called the customer care and this is the 3rd time they raised the new cancellation request. After multiple followups through emails and calls the delivery boy picked the product on 4th or 5th of oct 2018 and the amount got refunded by 18th oct 2018. The entire incident took almost 20-25 days to close. I have such a bad experience and i am completely dissappointed by the service. Flipkart being a good quality service now provides such a bad product and poor service to customer. I ordered it for gift purpose but such a bad experience i have lost my trust on flipkart. I never faced this kind of problem with any of the online service but patna flipkart servicd is soo bad.

          Guys, i am just feeling petty on the products that flipkart is offering to its customers in the name of genuine one’s. I had never wondered that flipkart would fall to such an extent were it would be allowing fake product selling. How can you take the advantage of the digital media to such an extent where you are displayingthe genuine lenevo backpack on your site but at the time of delivery you are delivering fake one’s. Very bad buying experience. Won’t buy any product through flipkart nor would recommend to any of my friends i had uploaded the product and the bill copy that proves that flipkart has betrayed it’s customers with fake ones in the name of originals...             I had ordered an asus laptop of the series r542uq-dm251t in dark grey on 11th october and paid for it online. My order number is od[protected]. The promised delivery date was 13th october. I didn't receive it. After which they delayed their delivery date by a week to 20th october by 7 p. M. And still failed to deliver the product. I was fake promised resolution by 24 hours each time by the customer care still saw no update. Each time i talk to them they are just delaying it further and further.
            I had messaged them today at separate times for an update and they just lied to me! Hence i have attached screenshots of what i had been told. There is high level of ignorance from flipkart.

            Order was delivered and E-Gift Voucher of Rs 300 was added to customer's Flipkart Account for the delay. Customer wasn't available over the phone. Email sent with the details. Closing the case.
            I have booked marq led TV on Oct 14, The delivery date Oct 26, Not yet get the TV. Actually i tack my order it shows, shipment local area. But they are not take step for delivery. Pls considered my problem Thank you

              Dear sir,

              Today was the worst day of my life as i trusted flipkart and he has broken my trust and pathetic service experience your logistic partner ecom service has not delivered my order of acer laptop and initially i received message on 18th october that it will be delivered that day but i received no call from them in the end i received message that i was not available which was lie as i receive another order from flipkart which was delivered by e kart on time. But ecom service exploit my patience and same happen today it was supposed to be delivered today but i received no message who will be coming to give i escalated the same to flipkart customer service 3 times since morning and ecom service customer care 3 time that send me executive detail who will delivered me today but i didnt receive any help nor details.

              I got ecom service supervisor tarun number but even after calling more than 30 times he didn't pick up even single time and not even call back i even messaged that kindly send me details of executive and by when my product will reach but no revert.

              When i escalated again to ecom service customer care they were laughing on my situation i am feeling helpless because of this experience.

              Worst day of my life because of you all.

              Request to please provide me laptop order by tomorrow and all details of executive who will come and strict action against ecom service for mentally torching me.

                I have ordered a redmi 6 mobile in this big billion days sale for my brother against an exchange of redmi 2 prime. Today (20th october 2018) the new mobile has been delivered but the nuisance delivery boy refuses to take the old mobile in exchange. He told me there is a problem in the charging port, but my brother show him that the mobile is charging properly without any issue. At last he insisted us to rs 1400 in cash to take the delivery of the new mobile. So requesting flipkart team to investigate my problem and resolve the same at the earliest.

                Today morning I have received a call from Flipkart escalation team. The lady was trying to make me understand that as I have accepted this product and the delivery has been completed successfully hence she will not be able to take the old mobile as a exchange product. She told me "sorry for the inconvenience" 1000 times without resolving my issue. I have recorded the conversation which went about 26 minutes. She added, as the exchange product has been denied by the flipkart delivery boy to receive hence the seller will not accept the product. Being a loyal customer, I can assure you that there is no problem in my old handset and if you guys want a confirmation please send a technical person to my place for a double check of the rejected product. Lastly I manage to take a confirmation from that lady (escalation team) that it was a mistake from that delivery boy, who is of course a part of Flipkart team. I have the recorded the call confirmation of the same and I will definitely keep it with me for future references. Now my humble request is take a appropriate action against this cheating and provide a logical resolution at the earliest. Awaiting for a proper response from the Flipkart team, thanks.

                  I have ordered a mobile phone on 11th oct realme 2 (Diamond black, 32 gb). Order id od[protected] and boat bassheads 220 super extra bass wired headset with mic (Od[protected].

                  They said that phone will be delivered by 17th oct and tracking details are not being updated after 13 oct. When i contacted them, they said that by any means it will reach by 18th oct then on 19th oct when i contacted they said that it will be delivered by 22nd oct now today (20.10.18) when i contacted them they said that it will reach by 24th october. I have no idea what the hell is wrong with those guys. They are just shifting dates.
                  When i ask them the reason that why it had not delivered they said that they don't know the exact reason sometime they say that there is a problem with the logistics side sometimes they say that there is a problem with seller side. And everytime i call customer care, i get highly unsatisfied and annoying answers from them. Its ridiculous.

                  For headset there is extra 30 rs delivery charge. Tell me a valid reason that why the shipment is delayed and why should i pay 30 rs when they are delivering a product 10 days (Expected, not exactly) later.

                  I know guys may have billions of orders and i understand it is not a easy task to handle it. But the question is being asked because they claim yourself to be no. 1 online merchandise company on what basis? No commitments, no value of consumers, order trackers not updated, no compensation.

I want to know that whats going on there and whether i get it by placing another order or will receive same response and you are going to waste my another 14-15 days?

                    Thanks for the visit of your executive at residence for realizing the situation in this connection this is to inform you that, the visit of flip cart executive is not the solution of manufacturing defects products as delivered by the seller. The following problems not solved needs visit to manufacturer`s technical representative to realize the gravity of following situation.

                    01. Finger print sensor all time not functioning/ needs repeated deletion of data with the re setting then only one hour functioning and after that not functioning.
                    02. Battery was draining when the connected with net, unable to play u tube /mobile got overheated.
                    03. The is a 6 gb ram as declared ram and getting hanged when surfing the net/getting overheated..
                    04. The product declared with actual specification / should be proved / the declared specification may not be inside & the mobile getting hanged /overheated.

                    Thanks for sending the flip cart executive, to identify the problems.
                    Pl realize the gravity of situation and send the manufacturers `s representative and the undersigned already been met with the asus service representative in kolkata. This kind of situation after paying full to seller, un expected situation may leads to content the matter with consumers forum for cheated with declared product.

                      I have purchased mi band - hrx edition which was ordered on thu, oct 11th '18 and delivered on sat, oct 20th '18 with order no od[protected] worth rs 999.
                      I haven't read the full description just watched the video of product in which it shows that the band contains tracking of pulses (Contains heart beat sensor).
                      So i just purchased it. But the video is wrong for the product its the video of mi band 2. I complaints on flipkart customer care and they told me that they don't have refund policy for the product and hence i will not get any refund and blaming me for not reading the description. Its not my fault clearly they put mi band 2 adv on mi band - hrx edition so i thought they both have same features just different branding.
                      I just want refund for this product because its fault from their side.

                        I have ordered a my mobile phone on 11th oct asus zenfone max pro m1.
                        They said that it will delivwr by 15th oct and in tracking details it showed that it has reached to a destination on 14th oct which is just 15-30mins far away from the location given to them. When i conatcted them they said that by anymeans it will reach by 18th oct than on 19th oct when i contacted they said that it will be delivered by 20thoct now today (20.10.18) when i contacted them they said that it will reach by 23rd october.
                        When i ask them the reason that why it had not delivered they said that they don't know the exact reason sometime they say that there is a problem with the logistics side sometimes they say that there is a problem with seller side.
                        When i ask about my product details they (Flipkart customer representative) says that they are not knowing the exact detail of why there is a delay of my product.
                        Now to whom shall i ask about my product details. If flipkart representative themselve don't know anything about my product they are just giving a predictive answer they are saying that they are unable to contact logistic department. So it indirectly means that i have to wait until the logistic department contact them they don't have another sources of delivering phone except one logistic department 👌✌.
                        Please suggest me what to do further.

                          My flipkart account has been blocked and regarding it i have called flipkart customer care several times but they are simply saying due to irregularities in payments. I have asked what type of irregularities again they are replying irregularities in payments. Useless customer support called and mailed so many times but no proper reply.
                          In my account there are egv's worth 4500 to 5000 and i also want to return one of the previous order i have placed from that account. I have asked regarding them several times, no proper reply from them.

                              I have ordered a mobile by 11 th of this october, 12th is out for delivery... I called by 12 they said no update we have asked me to wait up to 14... Then also no delivery... Again i called they asked me to wait up to 18...18 i have called same thing they said we dont have update and asked me to wait up to 19th... By 19th i have called they said same thing no update just wait up to 23rd... That too they said by 23 you will get update apart from product...
                              I got frustated i went to ekart office only the mediater with whom my product will be deliveres... That officer said sir by 12th only we have lost that product by my agent we have already sent a mail to them like that i said no man they have no update from you people itseems like that i said... Again i called to flipkart this eas happening they have lost my mobile itseems and they replied that we didnt got any update from them.. But he sent a mail infront of me only then also they are saying no update

                              This is what happening i buyed in offer 23k now it is 33k

                              Delivery delay [OD[protected]], I ordered on 11Oct2018 they told 20Oct2018 will be delivery. On 20Oct morning I got delivery tracking id and the same day night I got message delivery will be delay upto 23Oct. 1st thing this is the second time for order getting delay and that also the same Ecom courier, if I call also the Ecom courier service they won't attend, such a worst service. I have one question are you sending package in Indian Post ? Now a days Indian Post they deliver and they giving good response for the call. Dear Flipkart this is last order coming days I am not going to order any item.

                                I have ordered a pocco f1 phone and paid for the same on oct. 20, 2018 using my debit card. The phone was to be delivered on oct. 22, 2018. The day on which delivery was to bw done the whismaster told me to pay in cash as he was awaiting payment. I was shocked to hear that because i have already paid for it. After getting frustrated by talking to flipkart regarding my issue i have cancelled my order on oct. 4, 2018. The flipkart has initiated refund for the same on oct. 4, 2018. Flipkart promised me that i will receive the amount of my mobile phone i. E, rs. 20, 999 till oct. 17, 2018. But i haven't received this amount till date (20/10/2018). When i have called flipkart customer care they told me that they have completed the transaction on their part and i must contact my bank. But when i contacted my bank they told me that their is no such transaction being done by flipkart in my account and they asked me to provide a mail i'd of flipkart to mail them regarding the same. When i asked flipkart regarding this they told me that they have no such mail i'd and they have escalated my issue. I have not received any solution till date and i have lost hope from flipkart. If you can help me in this regard is would be very great of you.

                                I am also planning to bring a suit against flipkart for the fraud which flipkart is committing against me. Since it is already over a month i even stands to claim compensation for such delay of over a month.

                                Customer complain was his amount debited which was not updated due to which wish master collected money as cash while delivering the order, now he since the refund is completed informed same to customer and he was asking for compensation so politely denied such a provision is unavailable and closed the complain

                                  I received on 19th oct around 11.00am.
                                  I'm facing auto brightness sensor in the device which completely
                                  Went dark 4 times i raised complaint on flipkart they said they will replace it than i received message regarding some technician will be visiting.
                                  Today a person came did some some testing & said fone is ok than went & my cancel my replacement order.
                                  When i confronted with flipkart they said they won't be giving
                                  Replacement & directing me to visit service centre.
                                  This is fresh device which came faulty.
                                  I asked them i have paid for new device now why would i run to service centre to get repaired the device...? & ask about 10 days replacement warranty
                                  They simply refusing to replace & behaving arrogantly.
                                  Do whatever you want we won't be giving you replacement.

                                    I had purchased red mi note 5 pro phone from flip kart (Order id - od[protected] on 11th october 2018 (With full amount paid). I opted the delivery till 13th october.
                                    I tracked my package from start of the order my product came to pune before date of delivery they mentioned.
                                    I was ecstatic feel that my product will reach me a next day.
                                    On that day i checked my order status it was mis routed and shown expected date on 14th october (Please find attach screen shot)
                                    On that day i called customer care to know my order status and an incident had been raised with resolution date on or before 18th october.
                                    I was in touch with flip-kart from 14 to 18 daily to know my order status and on 18 flip kart team assured me that my product would be deliver with in 24 hour.
                                    Each time flip kart team had told me to cancel my order. I wanted to know why would i cancel my order? If i cancel that order so why would i purchase?
                                    On 20th october i got the call from escalation team and they are still working. Attached screen shot.

                                    I want to raise a complain against flip kart so that my issue will resolve asap.

                                    I am facing similar issue. I ordered on 11th October. Delivery date was 18th October. Till date I have not received the product. They are keep on giving me new delivery date.

                                      Exchange policy is totally foolish try with flipkart: in-spite of several follow ups about delivery delays with all flipkart team via phone/email/social platforms, i have got prompt response and an update delivery status
                                      For that reason, i would like to thank you for addressing this promptly, got a call from your representative at today morning. Appreciate that!!!

                                      As per the communication, the delivery person came to my house at 01.00 pm today and he examine the old mobile (Redmi note 3) and it is been rejected due to smudges, slight usage dent on back cover but not damaged, display and glass screen is 100% new. The examination was happened through whatsapp confirmations by taking snaps from the home via delivery person and he sent to another end of ekart logistics team persons who sitting and examine with just pictures at madhavaram and simply rejects.
                                      Practically, we all have this issue with older mobiles, that’s why companies offering some exchange discounts on new mobile purchases but when we go through with examination with delivery team was intentionally rejecting the older mobiles with some silly reasons. Older mobiles surely have slight issues as per above and you cannot expect a 100% neat like a new. I have exchanged with new mobile with flipkart earlier too but this is so unacceptable. I’m not complaining you entirely without understanding your concerns but this old mobile examination process was ridiculous. Seriously!!!

                                      Peoples like us, we value the indian companies than other some mnc companies and we give priority to grow our indian economics by supporting indian companies. During this october big billion day, you have sold double the sales and 2.5 times a jump in sales of large appliances and mobile sales at 65 per cent as per the reliable sources. We are the person’s also feel proud about this unknowingly as a public. And this is not a credit i give, this is a credit you earn. I’m not appreciating this for any personal sake. Sorry if you misunderstood our genuinity.

                                      I did a purchase with mobile exchange to get little valuable discounts. I think, you are pushing me to cancel the order with lot of pressure by giving so silly reasons to reject the older phones as said above. I’m sharing the older mobile phone snapshots just for your reference and do let me know what should i do? But don’t advise me to pay the rest of amount instead of exchanging mobile. If i was willing to pay, i won’t initiate the mobile exchange with prepaid purchase. Now, i was totally felt disappointed and gone through with so much of bitter experiences with my last one order.

                                        Flipkart's customer care is driving me crazy. I ordered 2 watches from flipkart and cancelled the same on the very next day i. E 10th oct 2018 but evn after cancelling the product was delivered on 11th oct 2018. As the order was prepaid, i placed a return request immediately and return request was accepted and picup was scheduled for 12th oct and refund was scheduled at 15th oct.
