I purchased a product flipkart order id od[protected] invoice number # fab2ga[protected] generated by consulting rooms private limited. There was no availability for gstin input while booking or post booking. Customer care executives denied to help in this issue. Is there any mean of just deducting gst amount? I need to input my gstin in bill for tax benefits. Flipkart is a big platform of e-commerce but such types of issue are disgusting for flipkart. Please resolve this issue and provide me revised bill including my gst number 08abmpa6679a1zo.

    Where is my order flipkart??? I order (Moto one power) on 11th oct actually delivery date was 17th oct. I received a message saying my order will be delivered on 14th oct sunday i waited for the phone call from delivery agent no one call me and in the evening received message saying address incomplete, wtf!! I received all the orders that i placed online on the same address that i provided to flipkart, i called that delivery guy and asked for my order, he said he wasn't on work today (Sunday) he don't know why his number was update for delivery. No help. So i called up customer service they said they will try delivery my order on next working day, i told them there isn't any problem with my address. I never received a call from delivery agent they apologize blah blah blah.. Next day monday i called that delivery agent he said he is going to office and will check about it. But no news about my order, so i called up flipkart customer, they said your order will be deliver on 17th, i said okay i will wait. Nothing happened in happened on 17th. I called flopkart customer service they said the same your address was incomplete, i told them more 20times that my address is correct i never received a call from the delivery agent, again same thing apologize blah blah blah no help. I called up dotzot they told me same thing address incomplete i told them the same thing. Address is correct your delivery agent didn't call me and he doesn't even know that why his number was update for sunday delivery, again apologize blah blah.. I asked where is order now, they told your order is at mahipalpur, even the flipkart customer service told me that my order is mahipalpur, i told my address is in mahipalpur my order is in mahipalpur why it is too difficult to deliver my order, dotzot guy told me that they are waiting for flipkart order to proceed with the delivery. Called up flipkart no help, all they want is more time and they want us to fill the survey. Am tried of giving strongly disagree to the agents. I already paid for my order till today no news no update and they want time till 23rd oct, said it will be resolve before 1pm. Am still waiting.. 23rd oct will be last i gave more time to flipkart, what they did was they provide flase information to their customers. Big billion day is over flipkart owner busy counting the money, don't even bother what's going on with customer order. Please deliver my before 23rd oct.

      I am extremely disappointed with you as your poor packaging of redmi note 5 pro that i ordered on Flipkatrt has resulted in my receiving a damaged phone.
      I submitted my old phone to flipkart as my new redmi was bought on exchange.
      Now am without any phone because of your carelessness. In the last 3-4days i suffered huge losses in the form of disconnection from friends, defaulting on financial promises to my creditors, loss of face in the family etc. It is very clear that your are greedy about your profit and do not care about the inconvenience and distress you cause to customers.
      Could you please conduct an honest investigation plz!

        I had ordered three phones during the big billion day sale. One reached by the stipulated time. However, the first two phones i had ordered on 10 oct have not yet arrived. They were to be delivered by 14 oct and have not been delivered till 19 october. There is a huge communication gap between the customer support guys and the ekart logistics. They just do not work together. I keep getting messages that my issue will be resolved by a certain date. Then i get another message that there will be a further delay. Will this issue even be resolved?

          But due to some fake reasons your executive did not exchanged our cellphones
          We are more than 8 to 10 people in our group who faced same problem
          Hope you guys be responsible & provide proper solution on these matter.
          Or else we will have to take these matter with all proff bill, terms, cellphones, etc to social media & through legal departments

            Hello,

            I have placed a order for a smart watch huami amazfit, order date 12/10/18. But i haven't received the order up till now.
            After having telephonic discussion with the back end team of flipkart got to know my order is misrouted and product is return back to seller.

            How this magic has happened let me know?
            Why the order is misrouted, did i mentioned address of any other planet?

            As per suggestions by support team of flipkart, i need cancel the order and reorder it, but since the product no more in stock, how can i re-order it?

            Due to technical problem or co-ordination, why do i suffer.

            I have been shopping since many years from flipkart because of best quality of services, and this thing has happened with for the first time.

            Kindly note my complaint and provide me resolution asap.

              I had ordered 2 carpets and i received a single blanket in a pack where as on top of the pack it was maintained 2 carpets its a fraud by flipkart first of all they gave me a single product with a bill of 2 products and that single product was also a wrong product and when i asked for cancellation they accept the blanket and returned me money of single carpet where is my money of other carpet

                I am naveen kumar sharma, sbi account holder in your bank acc no:[protected]. On 5th oct i purchased a apple charger of rs 1599 through internet banking. First time my money is debit from my account transaction id[protected]igaemqokx2), but order is not placed. As discussed with merchent or flipkart they told me that vendor didn't received money, please contact to your bank. I contact to my bank they registered my complaint ticket no :[protected]. They told me that they discussed with merchant and money is successfully transferred to merchant account. Today also i discussed with merchant they told me they didn't received any money of this transaction id. Please look into this matter. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                Note - same amount rs1599 was done on same day with transaction id (Pzt[protected]vj2yk01igaemrzer9). Which was successfully done and order is placed.

                  I had ordered a lenovo k8 note and a srt back cover on 10 october 2018 of total amount 8393/- of which 1000 i paid through gift voucher and remaining 7393 through my debit card but the order was not successful even the amount was debited from my account. Now as per flipkart customer care the amount was refunded on 11 october and the amount will be credited after 8 days in my debit card but till date i have not received the 7393 amount in my account.

                    I have purchased my items on flipkart and my account is running normally and my 400 -500 rs was on my flipkart wallet and everything was fine.
                    Less returns less complains. Every thing was just ok but suddenly yesterday i checked my account its showing blocked without any reason
                    Then i contacted flipkart and they said they do not have any reason
                    Flipkart is working very arbitrarily. They are closing accounts without reasons and without information please help me i was the plus member of flipkart and i have money in my flipkart wallet

                      Hi,
                      I have purchased mobile on 11 october 2018. As per status update my order received to nearest hub i. E warje hub pune on 14 october 2018.
                      After i called several times but still order not delivered.
                      Everyday flipkart updates as product out for delivery but delivery and mark it as failed as wishmaster didn't reach my address.
                      Everyday i calls flipkart but they just gives me date as my order is escalated and will be delivered by 20 october 2018.
                      On 19 october 2018 again i have called them and got surprised that now flipkart saying wait till 23 october 2018.
                      I have asked them for cancellation but everytime they says it is system issues and that's why they can't my order.
                      Moreover they says that once wishmaster is at your doorstep then deny the delivery and it will be cancelled.
                      But till i didn't got call from wishmaster and noone came for delivery also at my shipping address.

                      Flipkart is doing it this unethical business and not delivering the product.

                      Please extend this to as many as possible and let the truth get highlighted.

                      I received call from Bangalore on 20 October. I think lady who was talked with me is from grievance team.
                      She told me to wait till 7pm and product will get delivered surely.And if it not delivered then maximum by 22 October 2018.It will be delivered.
                      But what if it is not delivered by 22 october 2018 also.
                      She just it will get delivered for sure.
                      Now flipkart has to deliver it by 22 October 2018 or refund me as I am not able to cancel the order.

                      I got below SMS from VMEKRTL today at 7:55AM.

                      Shipment Delay: The delivery of Asus ZenFone 5Z (Meteo... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com has been delayed. We will deliver within three days.
                      Even I faced Similar Issue, I ordered Redmi Note 5 pro in prize 12,[protected]and Mobile is high in demand, If i Sold in Market to any Shop in 14999, within a minute can be sold, Delivery Date was 16 on 15th October i got message Customer has Requested delivery on another date, I complain to Flipkart and DTDC/DOTZot, they told will resolved issue in 2 days, Again on 18th October I Got message From Dotzot Customer has Requested delivery on Another date and Same thing happen on 19th And I call Flipkart and DTDC customer care on 18, 19 and Inform your courier guy is lying, But Flipkart call me to tell if Dotzot Unable to Deliver product will be Cancelled ?

                      My Question is Since I ordered in Big Billion days, And On Order canceling Flipkart, Seller and Dotzot will be benefitted, Suppose when product would be canceled And Mobile high in Demand, And Seller will earn 2000 RS and Gave commission to Flipkart 500, Dotzot-500 and Keep 1000 Rs with himself and in Addition Flipkart will refund money in 10-15 Days and if they do with 1000 0customers means They will have Crores RS to Invest for Bussiness purpose . IS They are doing to become Big Billion Company?
                      I received call from Bangalore on 20 October. I think lady who was talked with me is from grievance team.
                      She told me to wait till 7pm and product will get delivered surely.And if it not delivered then maximum by 22 October 2018.It will be delivered.

                          On 13th of October i received the realme 2 pro i ordered and since day one i have been facing problem with the Battery of the phone, the phone gets from 100% battery to 0% in almost 6-7 hours with minimum usage and to top it up the battery even draines while the phone is turned off. I have complained thrice but they keep rejecting my request.

                            I have created my account and made a first order as i purchased a mobile for my self and next time i ordered same mobile for my brother they cancelled my order so i called customer care to know the reason of cancellation and next day flipkart deactivated my account. Then i send mails to flipkart they replied u are reselling the mobiles that is why we closed your account.
                            I have purchased just one product with my account and i am reselling it what the hell. Flipkart is doing nonscence and doing what they want without care of any government. So please help me. That was my personal no. Please help me to open my account

                              I had ordered "nike retaliation tr 2 training & gym shoes for men" from flipkart by the seller retailnet but the company has automatically canceled my order and also payment has been deducted. I asked the customer care, they told me to book the shoes again but now the price has been increased more than inr 2000 from existing price.
                              Flipkart is bluffing customers by showing additional discounts during the sale, which they are unable to fulfill so they cancel the orders. Please resolve the issue as i want to buy the shoes at the existing price.

                                    I ordered a laptop acer swift 3 sf315-52g on 10th october during the big billion day sale (@ 44990 inr). The estimated delivery was on 16th october 2018 but it has not been delivered yet. When i called the customer support, they say it has been damaged during shipping and now you have to reorder it. The price of the laptop is 64990 inr now, which is 20000 rs greater than at which i ordered it. If there is stock, why can't flipkart replace the damaged product. They don't even tell me the sellers/retailers name so i can file a complaint in consumer forum.

                                      I ordered titan watch having order no as od[protected] i got bad quality item so i want to return, inspite of raising return they cancelled return request and closing flipkart a/c i dont know why this cmpny are still running they should be closed what about return policy i spent 21225 but its waste its seems i have been cheated by them i dont know what to do now only 5days are over still my phone is eligible for return

                                        I ordered 2 products on big billion days deal, one should have been delivered by 17th oct 2018 but still didn't receive. I called twice to ecomexpress delivery customer executive they told it will be delivered within 24 hrs i waited for 3 days but still didn't receive. Later i called to flipkart they are still saying it will take 2 more working days but still not sure will be delivered it not. Another product is still not even packed for delivery. This is my worst experience with flipkart. Not sure in future i'll buy anything from flipkart or not.. Very annoying.

                                        Even I faced Similar Issue, I ordered Redmi Note 5 pro in prize 12,[protected]and Mobile is high in demand, If i Sold in Market to any Shop in 14999, within a minute can be sold, Delivery Date was 16 on 15th October i got message Customer has Requested delivery on another date, I complain to Flipkart and DTDC/DOTZot, they told will resolved issue in 2 days, Again on 18th October I Got message From Dotzot Customer has Requested delivery on Another date and Same thing happen on 19th And I call Flipkart and DTDC customer care on 18, 19 and Inform your courier guy is lying, But Flipkart call me to tell if Dotzot Unable to Deliver product will be Cancelled ?

                                        My Question is Since I ordered in Big Billion days, And On Order canceling Flipkart, Seller and Dotzot will be benefitted, Suppose when product would be canceled And Mobile high in Demand, And Seller will earn 2000 RS and Gave commission to Flipkart 500, Dotzot-500 and Keep 1000 Rs with himself and in Addition Flipkart will refund money in 10-15 Days and if they do with 1000 0customers means They will have Crores RS to Invest for Bussiness purpose . IS They are doing to become Big Billion Company?

                                        Even i orderd product from Amazon, and Amazon Delivery boy i asked is DotZot is Amazon Courier partner they said no, I was happy but my Money was blocked and Offer like Durga puja Sale over and from 24-27 Festiver offer but Money is blocked in Flipkart
                                        I ordered Can bean bag product on 24th-Dec-2018, order id is OD[protected] .
                                        the product delivery date is Jan 4th-2019, but till now shouldn't delivered (still didn't receive).
                                        I spoke twenty more times to flipkart customer care customer executive, they told it will be delivered within 24 hrs i waited for 2 days but still didn't receive.
                                        Later i called to flipkart they are still saying it will take 2 more working days but still not sure will be delivered it not. Product is still not even packed for delivery. Seller is not responding and i am not get a call from seller,
                                        Still flipkart customer care customer executive people says the wait for Jan-11th, its head ache to recive call s from flipkart, even they dont address the issue and they dont share infromation well and people who are dealing with front end calls they not polite to talk.I am not ready to wait for longer time.I am palning to lodge compalin in Consumer form.

                                        This is my worst experience with flipkart. Not sure in future i'll buy anything from flipkart or not.. Very annoying.
