My product lotto running shoes which was supposed to be delivered on 16th october but it is still in yet to be shipped state.
This is really very unprofessional and disappointing. It was a gift for my brother for durga puja. The puja is over. He is asking me where is my gift. Is it for next year puja.
When asked about the status from the customer support people, they are saying, sir please wait it will be delivered soon and the chat is also closed. I am not even able to chat with them. After dropping so many mails. Once a day they call and tell the same thing to have patience. When asked for any compensation. They are telling that is not possible.
Flipkart has promised to deliver it latest by 16th october that is why i have chosen flipkart. But i'm really disappointed with the service.
I want a compensation from flipkart.

        I have purchased asus zenphone max pro m1 on 18th october 2018. When i started using this phone. Camera quality is not up to the mark. When technician visited it's soved. But after some time the noise is occurring while taking photos. Flipkart and seller rejected my request 2 times. Image quality is poor then vga camera. I feel like i became fool. I want to return this product any how.

          On flipcart i ordered 64 gb pendrive but they ordered sd card when i call them to call center they denied to give pendrive on replecment to sd card due seller mistake i had to suffer i want my ordered any how in for days another i post this mistakes on social media everyware and also legally proceed about this problem as soon as rectify your mistake

            We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.
            This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.
            But i mailed them that i have not order those products for reselling purpose
            But they have no given me any reply

            As per you i am using this account for reselling purpose
            But due to my father's big profit in his business he told me that i want to give some gift to his employees that is the reason i order those phones

            I would kindly request you to unblock my account
            As i am regular user of flipkart
            You have trusted me so much from give me flipkart plus to flipkart cardless credit services
            I assure you that those products were for our end consumption
            Kindly unblock my account because it has very good facilities in it like flipkart cardless credit and flipkart plus

              The order was placed in flipkart from kolkata.
              The package of the product was completely torn, the holder sticky portion was filled with dirt, the stand was fully scratched, the joint pieces were completely broken. The person selling such products should be banned. Strict action must be taken against them. I have never received any such product from amazon.
              Worst experience. You take customers for granted. This is not correct. We pay before seeing the product. A feature should be introduced where in delivery boy would make a video if the customer wants to view the product condition before paying for it for those who had bad experiencees earlier

                1st flipkart supplied a defective product. Then they refused to replace it. After fighting for replacement they are now delivering it at wrong address & refusing to help me.
                Pathetic attitude of customer service team. Even after pleading with them they say they cant help & if you have a problem cancel the replacement & restart the replacement process!

                @flipkart this is purely consumer harassment. Biggest mistake of my life to order a smartphone from flipkart. Big billion days is just a joke to make a billion people fools in the name of discounts. I was delivered a defective product which they so called technical expert called non defective. After multiple escalations i got another technical review. This time they acknowledged the defect & promised replacement! Now these guys are doing the replacement at the wrong address! Wow! They will use this as an excuse for replacement failure & then again reject replacement!

                  Flipkart played big billion days sale for 5 days between 10 october to 15 october wherein they advertised to sell phones on discounted prices (Same did amazon).

                  I ordered a phone on 11 october 12:30 am midnight which actually prices at 13000 but during sale they showed it is available for under[protected] so i made online payment and bought this.

                  It has been 10 days and they have not delivered the phone and i have been calling them since 15 october regularly to inform about this case but they say they can't do anything as it is out for delivery as per their system. Please add what can i do from here.

                  If i cancel the order they will refund the amount but i won't be able to buy the same phone at same price again because now they are showing/selling the same phone at 13000 i am feeling that i have been made a fool.”

                    This time i was delivered a phone in good condition but the redmi note 5 pro phone was 4 gb ram whereas i paid for 6gb ram. I discovered this immediately after the delivery and called flipkart. They apologised and told me 'seller offers refund' saying 6gb is not in stock. I requested for the difference amount of 2k to be refunded.
                    I submitted my old moto g4 + as exchange during bb sale and not willing to live without any mobile.

                    I am surprised how seller truenet commerce is unwilling to take this option. I request you to either replace the current phone with 6gb or refund the difference amount (4gb ram redmi 5 pro costs 2k less than its 6gb counterpart)... Not full refund.

                      I have received pen drive dt.28.09.2018, but i have opened pen drive 13.10.2018, because i am very busy in that days & trust on flipkart it is sold genuine products. But i am wrong, both pen drive is duplicate.

                      Please find enclosed pen drive photo with red colour mark.

                      1. Font size of 64 gb & 32 gb is different. (That is this pen drive is duplicate)
                      2. Please check red colour arrow mark – both pen drive number is same. (Number is : sdcz50-032g)
                      3. Also check serial number is same in both pen drive : bh[protected]b

                      Please check & confirm. & replace my pen drive is urgent basis.

                        I had not received my order but while tracking my order they showing my order has been dedlivered.
                        I already paid my product price through phone pay. This not good for consumer. I am totally dissatisfied. This is a complete fraud way kindly solve my problem my problem as early as possible because i already paid a payment of this product.
                        Delivery person not call nither seller share mobile number of delivery boy.
                        I haven't received my order yet. I request to flipkart solve this is issue earliest.

                            I have created a return request against the order no. Od[protected], od[protected] and also talk to the customer represantative. The response is too much bad from the flipkart executive and deny to return the product. Basically complain is both of the product is not recieved as
                            Per the description mentioned of the website and the product is too much heat while when we use for 10 min. And my purpose was not fulfilled of this item so i have created the return. When10 days is over they will said we are not able to return the product beacuse of return or refund duration is over. I have talk many time but still resopons is poor. I have purchase many of the item flipkart but this time flipkart is doing fraud. This is too much.

                                  I ordered this product on 11th october. Today is 21st october. This product is not even in shipment. I called and complaint for the same 2 days ago. And nothing is happening. I was promised a call to let me know the statu s of my order. But nothing is happening. I want to know when i will be getting my ordered product. Its annoying and frustrating. No one is helpful at all to let me know the that on which date i will receive my order. I want this issue to be ressolved within 48 hours. I want my product within 48 hrs. All i am promised is a call back which never happened. I want my order to be deliverd in 48 hrs.

                                    Hi, i have placed an order for fastract watch on sale and it was about to be delivered on 15 october. But product was out for delivered on 12 october since i was not available at my office address that day i was not able to collect. After that i followed up with flipkart everyday asking them to delivery it. But after that no response from their side they said it will be deliver but on 20 october. They cancelled my order stating that seller has cancelled it, please place new order and they also claimed my address is wrong. Flipkart have delivered 5- 6 product to me on same address. All this happened because the watch price has increased again. I wasted my two week and energy for this order with flipkart. Please take some action.

                                      Dis is regarding replacement of my order.

                                      I have received defect poco f1 and then raised replacement request but the jeeves marked the request as completed without properly analyzing the phone. As per the process, jeeves company doing technical visit. First time technical visit completed but he did not submitted right report.

                                      Prob= heating issue
                                      Sometimes sim card not found
                                      Shutdown suddenly
                                      If a customer is clearly saying that he is not satisfied with the product and wants the replacement, how on earth can you guys make him to use the defect piece.

                                        I ordered a bag from flipkart on 13 oct 2018 but my order is still not shipped as on 21 oct 2018.
                                        Though the promised date of delivery is 23 oct 2018. Tell me what to do now

                                        Iam a regular customer of flipkart and ordered many products but this delay is so disgusting and customer care executive is still saying only one word "your order will deliver by 23 oct 18".
