Dear team,

I have order mobile phone (Honor 7s (Black, 16 gb) on 05th oct 2018 which is delivered on 07th oct 2018.

This mobile phone is having lots of problems like:
1. Hanging issue
2. Sound issue
3. Heating issue
4. Also sometime shock issue while charging
5. Overall performance is poor.

I am not at all happy with this phone. So i want to return this product.

Several times i called to flipkart customer care but not getting proper response. Below is response from flipkart.

1. First time they taken replacement request with
Replacement id:[protected] and just technician visited at home ask that try to use this phone and closed my replacement request without my permission.

2. Second time again they taken replacement request with id:[protected] and today (15 oct 18) morning i got call from technician stating that there is no issue with phone just use it.

However yesterday i got call from flipkart backend ([protected]) stating that we are processing your return/replacement request.

I dont know instead of replacing/returning this product why several times i am getting tech visit/call.

So kindly look in to this replace/return this product asap.

    I was bought a power bank of intex 11000 mah last year in november 27th 2017 now after 8 to 9 months approx power bank not gives full output as well as previously then power bank in 1 year manufacturer warranty so i want replacement for power bank please resolve it soon. I have face many problems for this issue previously the power bank give 100% output but now this was not charge phone like previously not gives 100% output during charging data cable also heat up but the power bank charged properly but not give proper output. Please resolve it and replace soon.

      I order mi led tv 43 inch in big billion days sale at rate 18202rs and pay by hdfc credit card on 10 oct order ships at 14 oct and auto cancel on 15 oct when sale ends then they don't reorder it in same price and said to order at rs 23000 and their customer care cut my call every time filpkart service is very bad they think customer as fool

      becaunse every time there is a issue now installation team refuses to install on prescribed date then i contact dlipcart team to change installation team they told me they don't do anytging just wait for them

        With an order id - od[protected]

        I have ordered indulekha oil in flipkart for 651 rupees. But i got duplicate indulekha oil in parcel.
        It is very disappointing that flipkart is selling duplicate items.
        Flipkart is one of the trust worth online store. But it is not keeping it's trust with customers.
        How can you don't aware of duplicate sellers in your store.
        Definitely it will become a case in consumer court against selling duplicate items to the customers. And with in 2 working days i need refund of rupees 651.

          Flipkart mobile exchange terms conditions for customer it say's that there should not be any crack on the mobile, body and buttons should be in tact, no cracks on screen, power should be on for 30 sec, imei no should match.

          But when the pickup comes even for a very small dent they are rejecting, that means do they need in new mobile condition?

          for 3 years usage, they will be certain tear and wear. (I agree if the mobile have any cracks or battery bulge or any other valid reason).

          It looks like they need mobile in new condition, (without dents, without cracks or something else).

          If they requirement is such they would have mentioned in terms and conditions to the customer during exchange offer. I have attached the terms and conditions during purchase of mobile.

            Dear flipkart team,

            Subject: deceiving the customers on big billion days!

            I had ordered "apple macbook pro core i5 7th gen - (8 gb/128 gb ssd/mac os sierra) mpxq2hn/a (Od[protected]" on 10th october 2018. After 2 days on 12th october (4:50am), my product was cancelled from the seller without any prior notification. After that the product was out of stock and the prices of other products were also increased. I consulted the flipkart customer support team and asked then to escalate the issue regarding the incompetence of the seller and flipkart team.

            I got a call from flipkart team[protected] at 3:36 pm on 12th october. They apologized for the inconvenience caused and told me that whenever the product (Apple macbook pro core i5 7th gen - (8 gb/128 gb ssd/mac os sierra) mpxq2hn/a (Od[protected] is in stock, they will call me and inform me. Also, they told me if the product's price is increased, when it comes in stock, the flipkart will refund the increased amount (The price excess to rs 83, 131 — this is the price at which i had booked the product on 10th october) to my credit/debit card.in addition to this, they also promised to give an egv of rs2500 to my flipkart account as a token of apology. I asked the customer support executive to send me all this information through a mail, so that i can have a proof of this, but i didn’t receive any mail.

            I was waiting for the product to come in stock and on 14th october, the product was in stock. When i called the customer care regarding this, they denied on my face that they don’t have any information regarding to this and they don’t have any documented mail regarding the things that were communicated to me. Neither had i received any sort of egv (Of rs 2500) in my flipkart account.

            So just i want to ask that do you organize "big billion days" just to fool and harass the customers? Don’t you have any sentiments or feeling for your customers? Do you think are you doing justification with your business?
            Henceforth, i am lodging a complaint regarding flipkart in consumer forum regarding your service and fooling customers! You should know that you do business just because of your customer base, which you are losing day by day! I had never expected this type of hospitality from flipkart!

                    Hey,
                    I ordered a lg 260 l frost free double door 3 star refrigerator on 18th september with my hdfc debit card choosing no cost emi option for 9months. The order id is od[protected]. On 21st the product was received in a damaged condition and i returned it on that day itself. I raised a refund request on the same day and it was processed on 21st september and it should had been credited till 2nd october which is not done. The return id is[protected]. On 5th october the first emi of rs. 2698 got deducted from my account. I paid an emi for a product that i didn't even used. It's a request to refund my amount asap. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it asap. When contacted my bank they said the emi is still active.

                          Hi,
                          Flipkart service has gone from bad to worst. They are not at all reliable. I have ordered products from several online portals and no where it has happened where i have cancelled an order, told the courier person not to deliver and then i get a delivery notification that the order has been delivered and the online porta here flipkart is still charging me the money. The courier person is unreachable. I have called him several times and he is not picking up the phone. I have attached my call records, and it can be seen how many times i have called him. I am attaching my mails which i have sent to flipkart.

                          Hi,
                          I am not sure how the order is delivered. For me it looks to be a clear case of cheating. The order of incidence is as follows.
                          1) i placed the order on 10th
                          2) i cancelled on 11th.
                          3) i got a call from mithilesh, the flipkart delivery person on 12th around 12am, and i told him that i have cancelled the order.
                          4) i got an sms on 13th at around 8 that my order has been delivered. I called the wishmaster and he didn't pick my call
                          5) i called the wishmaster several times, his phone was coming switched off and later it was on and he is not picking up the call.

                          I need the following things to be confirmed.
                          1) exact time when he has entered my apartment. I have got the cctv camera installed and cctv footage and that can be checked.
                          2) why is he not picking up the call? I am attaching the message of the wishmaster which i have received and my call log where i am calling this person. Why is he not responding?
                          3) to whom he has delivered?
                          4) please ideally file a fir and put the imei number of the new phone on surveillance. You cannot create problem for your customers for the fraud done by the delivery person.

                          You should also notice some more points.
                          1) why is there a delay in calling me first and then delivering. I got the call from the delivery person and 11 am on 12th october and then it was out on delivery on 13th october at around 8:19 pm. Why is there something much delay in delivering. I have ordered so much from flipkart and amazon and i have not seen this type of delay.
                          2) the more delay you do it is more harrassment to me, since you are charging me for a cancelled order and without delivery.
                          3) i need the complete details of the delivery person along with his address. I will be filing a police complaint against him. If flipkart and the courier company are not part of the scam please pass me the details. I am attaching the name and phone number of the delivery person.

                          This is the response which the flipkart folks are giving me. All the onus is on me to follow up, and they are taking their own sweet time for the resolution

                          After this there was one call and they have dropped n email and they are sitting idle

                          We tried contacting you on 9916* about your order od[protected] for redmi note 5 pro (Blue, 64 gb) but weren't able to reach you.

                          We’re sorry to hear that you haven't received your order.

                          The courier service provider, dotzot has confirmed that the shipment with tracking id[protected] was delivered.

                          We’ve asked them to send us a copy of the delivery acknowledgement that would have the details of the recipient along with their contact number and we'll email this to you within 2 business days.

                                Hello.. I am residing in lucknow, jankipuram extension area. I ordered four products, delivery boy called me at 5:30 pm to deliver the product but i was outside. I had already told him to deliver it on next day, but still he called me back after 9:45 pm twice and i felt like he’s drunk and by the way this is not at all delivery time. This timing was so odd. I felt insecure after the delivery boy’s call at an inappropriate time. Sorry, but this is not cool. And take an action within 24 hours. Otherwise i will suggest every friend and relatives of mine not to buy anything from flipkart.

                                  I have ordered acer predator helios 300 i5 8th gen gaming laptop on 10th october 2018 and get delivered on 12th october, 2018. Then i found that the product is defected product. Then i called flipkart for replacement. They sent a technician for varification. The technician visited to my house and found the laptop faulty. Then i called flipkart for further procedure. Now they are ignoring me day by day everyday when i am calling them they are just saying "please wait for 24 hours and then call back" and when i called them after 24 hours they again told me to wait for 24 hours. Actually they are not trying to replace my product. Such harrassment is not bearable.

                                    I am place vivo v11 mobile order on 10th oct 2018. Delivery executive call me for mobile delivery on 12th oct 2018. But some urgency me and family not available on address. Same things discussed with delivery executive and he said not a issue i am coming on 13 oct 2018. On 13 oct 2018 i am check delivery statue with flipkart customer care live chat center and they said we're working with the seller and their partnered courier service provider to have your product reach you by october 17, 2018. But 14th oct 2018 morning suddenly received sms your vivo v11 mobile order cancelled. But order not cancelled by my side and same things confirm customer care live chat executive also.

                                    I need proper resolution for this vivo v11 mobile phone order. Why??? My order cancelled with out my permission. Why seller cancelled the order. I am sending my lots of time in this issue. I want proper resolution.

                                      I ordered a psp from flipkart but the product i received was dead on arrival and did not even match the description of the image i requested for replacement when the replacement arrived the delivery man i. E from ekart services did not accept it because it did not match the description of the image i contacted flipkart and told me to cancel the replacement and wait for 48 hrs to again order for replacement i waited for 48 hrs and hence the cancellation is yet being processed and the tracking part is showing order has been cancelled.

                                        I had ordered a moto one power phone from flipkart at midnight of the 11, the next day i received a message saying that it would be delivered that day, yet it did not arrive. I tried calling the delivery man but in response he said that he would not come to my sector for a single delivery and then hung up. I complained about this to flipkart and the company assured me that it would be resolved by the next day, yet it did not come again. After contacting the customer care again they said the same thing and gave me an even later date. It is now 14 and the product is yet to be delivered.

                                        Had conversation with customer and informed that due to unforeseen issue, product has not been delivered . Requested to place new order for the same as seller has initiated refund for the previous order
