I have ordered this tv on 10th of october and i got the delivery date as 15th of october. However i still didn't get the product. Here most annoying thing this is that even the status details are not updated in app properly. Even today also it is showing that it will be
Delivered by 15th of october. I don't know how flipkart will deliver the product on past date. This is how effectively the app is working.
I called around 10 to 15 times to flipkart support team and those people are not helpful at all. Everyday they are saying the same thing again again and asking me to wait for 24 hours to get a call from logistics team, not
For to get the product. I am also waiting from last 48 hours to get a call and asking me to cancel my order. They said they are not able to contact concerned seller.
Again i called the support guy today and finally they confirmed that flipkart can't do anything and they can't deliver the product on time.
Support guys are also saying that there
Higher officials are also useless to provide any further details on the product.
I waited for almost one week by paying the total amount to get the product.
Flipkart as big organization cannot arrange alternative seller and organize the tv is very

From last 4 days they are saying that they don't have any info on product from courier facility and asking to wait for 24-48 hours. However the problem is not getting resolved. This incident has made me to avoid flipkart for future orders.
Very disappointed.
