I am also a flipkart plus member and using this account since 2014, but i never get any type of problem.
I need know about my account blocked, because i did not get any notice about my account. This is incident happen from[protected].
So i need solution for this incident as soon as possible.
So atleast i want to my why you deactivate my flipkart account.
So please tell me proper details why you are deactivate my account and how will reactive my account.

    I have ordered a mobile by 11 th of this october, 12th is out for delivery... I called by 12 they said no update we have asked me to wait up to 14... Then also no delivery... Again i called they asked me to wait up to 18...18 i have called same thing they said we dont have update and asked me to wait up to 19th... By 19th i have called they said same thing no update just wait up to 23rd... That too they said by 23 you will get update apart from product...
    I got frustated i went to ekart office only the mediater with whom my product will be deliveres... That officer said sir by 12th only we have lost that product by my agent we have already sent a mail to them like that i said no man they have no update from you people itseems like that i said... Again i called to flipkart this eas happening they have lost my mobile itseems and they replied that we didnt got any update from them.. But he sent a mail infront of me only then also they are saying no update

    This is what happening i buyed in offer 23k now it is 33k

    Delivery delay [OD[protected]], I ordered on 11Oct2018 they told 20Oct2018 will be delivery. On 20Oct morning I got delivery tracking id and the same day night I got message delivery will be delay upto 23Oct. 1st thing this is the second time for order getting delay and that also the same Ecom courier, if I call also the Ecom courier service they won't attend, such a worst service. I have one question are you sending package in Indian Post ? Now a days Indian Post they deliver and they giving good response for the call. Dear Flipkart this is last order coming days I am not going to order any item.

      I have ordered a pocco f1 phone and paid for the same on oct. 20, 2018 using my debit card. The phone was to be delivered on oct. 22, 2018. The day on which delivery was to bw done the whismaster told me to pay in cash as he was awaiting payment. I was shocked to hear that because i have already paid for it. After getting frustrated by talking to flipkart regarding my issue i have cancelled my order on oct. 4, 2018. The flipkart has initiated refund for the same on oct. 4, 2018. Flipkart promised me that i will receive the amount of my mobile phone i. E, rs. 20, 999 till oct. 17, 2018. But i haven't received this amount till date (20/10/2018). When i have called flipkart customer care they told me that they have completed the transaction on their part and i must contact my bank. But when i contacted my bank they told me that their is no such transaction being done by flipkart in my account and they asked me to provide a mail i'd of flipkart to mail them regarding the same. When i asked flipkart regarding this they told me that they have no such mail i'd and they have escalated my issue. I have not received any solution till date and i have lost hope from flipkart. If you can help me in this regard is would be very great of you.

      I am also planning to bring a suit against flipkart for the fraud which flipkart is committing against me. Since it is already over a month i even stands to claim compensation for such delay of over a month.

      Customer complain was his amount debited which was not updated due to which wish master collected money as cash while delivering the order, now he since the refund is completed informed same to customer and he was asking for compensation so politely denied such a provision is unavailable and closed the complain

        Dear sir,
        My order : od[protected]
        I received on 19th oct around 11.00am.
        I'm facing auto brightness sensor in the device which completely
        Went dark 4 times i raised complaint on flipkart they said they will replace it than i received message regarding some technician will be visiting.
        Today a person came did some some testing & said fone is ok than went & my cancel my replacement order.
        When i confronted with flipkart they said they won't be giving
        Replacement & directing me to visit service centre.
        This is fresh device which came faulty.
        I asked them i have paid for new device now why would i run to service centre to get repaired the device...? & ask about 10 days replacement warranty
        They simply refusing to replace & behaving arrogantly.
        Do whatever you want we won't be giving you replacement.

          I had purchased red mi note 5 pro phone from flip kart (Order id - od[protected] on 11th october 2018 (With full amount paid). I opted the delivery till 13th october.
          I tracked my package from start of the order my product came to pune before date of delivery they mentioned.
          I was ecstatic feel that my product will reach me a next day.
          On that day i checked my order status it was mis routed and shown expected date on 14th october (Please find attach screen shot)
          On that day i called customer care to know my order status and an incident had been raised with resolution date on or before 18th october.
          I was in touch with flip-kart from 14 to 18 daily to know my order status and on 18 flip kart team assured me that my product would be deliver with in 24 hour.
          Each time flip kart team had told me to cancel my order. I wanted to know why would i cancel my order? If i cancel that order so why would i purchase?
          On 20th october i got the call from escalation team and they are still working. Attached screen shot.

          I want to raise a complain against flip kart so that my issue will resolve asap.

          I am facing similar issue. I ordered on 11th October. Delivery date was 18th October. Till date I have not received the product. They are keep on giving me new delivery date.

            Exchange policy is totally foolish try with flipkart: in-spite of several follow ups about delivery delays with all flipkart team via phone/email/social platforms, i have got prompt response and an update delivery status
            For that reason, i would like to thank you for addressing this promptly, got a call from your representative at today morning. Appreciate that!!!

            As per the communication, the delivery person came to my house at 01.00 pm today and he examine the old mobile (Redmi note 3) and it is been rejected due to smudges, slight usage dent on back cover but not damaged, display and glass screen is 100% new. The examination was happened through whatsapp confirmations by taking snaps from the home via delivery person and he sent to another end of ekart logistics team persons who sitting and examine with just pictures at madhavaram and simply rejects.
            Practically, we all have this issue with older mobiles, that’s why companies offering some exchange discounts on new mobile purchases but when we go through with examination with delivery team was intentionally rejecting the older mobiles with some silly reasons. Older mobiles surely have slight issues as per above and you cannot expect a 100% neat like a new. I have exchanged with new mobile with flipkart earlier too but this is so unacceptable. I’m not complaining you entirely without understanding your concerns but this old mobile examination process was ridiculous. Seriously!!!

            Peoples like us, we value the indian companies than other some mnc companies and we give priority to grow our indian economics by supporting indian companies. During this october big billion day, you have sold double the sales and 2.5 times a jump in sales of large appliances and mobile sales at 65 per cent as per the reliable sources. We are the person’s also feel proud about this unknowingly as a public. And this is not a credit i give, this is a credit you earn. I’m not appreciating this for any personal sake. Sorry if you misunderstood our genuinity.

            I did a purchase with mobile exchange to get little valuable discounts. I think, you are pushing me to cancel the order with lot of pressure by giving so silly reasons to reject the older phones as said above. I’m sharing the older mobile phone snapshots just for your reference and do let me know what should i do? But don’t advise me to pay the rest of amount instead of exchanging mobile. If i was willing to pay, i won’t initiate the mobile exchange with prepaid purchase. Now, i was totally felt disappointed and gone through with so much of bitter experiences with my last one order.

              Flipkart's customer care is driving me crazy. I ordered 2 watches from flipkart and cancelled the same on the very next day i. E 10th oct 2018 but evn after cancelling the product was delivered on 11th oct 2018.               As per the wishmaster the screen is damaged, my question is did they provided you with the pic of the damage part. I mailed flipkart with the pic of the mobile and no where there is any damage. The wishmaster broke my tempered glass in pieces, who will pay money for that. He behaved unprofessionally and doesn't know the ethics to behave with a customer. There was a full rush on my shop and he wanted my time in argument and shouted in front of my customers, i got irritated and i suffered loss of money as i couldn't attend so many customers. I need an explanation who will pay for my loss and for my time. I am not gettproper resolution from flipkart. It seems that i have to complaint to consumer portal to get proper update and resolution.

              I need an explanation today itself, as my sister will be going out of station tomorrow night, so if reattempt of delivery will be done, then it has to be done by tomorrow. Otherwise till 25th it won't be possible then.

                Hi i have applied for my phone exchange and i was waiting for my new phone delivery. Today delivery attempt and he rejected my phone for exchange even my old phone is in good condition...
                This old phone is 1 year old and it has scratches on one side due to this device is used in mobile holding stand.

                I just want to know what the hell is going on from your side.. Flipkart is one of trust e commerce brand i am very much dissatisfied from your end disgusting policies you are having...

                Let me know one thing, do you need a brand new mobile for exchange???
                I think i am not a fool to give a new phone for exchange...
                Phone is working fine, there are no issues in phone not even visited service centre a single time.

                I have attached the scratch photo in this i am waiting for my new phone kindly exchange it...

                I[censored] can't able to favour a customer kindly don't post that fake offers.

                Even I got charged of Rs.100 as pickup charge when I difn"'t get my new phone delivered also cancelled my exchange...

                Now those who will go for exchange offer they will take a brand new phone otherwise due to some scratches they will reject it...

                It was not resolved I have the order history they spoiled my time and still I have not used the disgusting flipkart and will try my best noone in my contact go to trust Flipkart these people are cheating the customers they wanted new phone which I could not give them I have uploaded the pics also but they didn't reverted here because they were trying to cheat

                They offered me 5500 and didn't given finally I had to sell my phone in 2500 just because of them I had changed my mind and ordered a new phone

                  I bought an hp laptop on 11-10-18 from flipkart in festive season sale and today is 20-10-18. If i'm tracking my order (I. E. Od[protected] from flipkart website it is still showing that courier partner has not yet picked up my order. I really doubt i will get my order till[protected]Which is the promised delivery date from their side). Also, without telling me my laptop supplier has been changed. I bought this laptop at 15k discount and it would be extremely rude if they cancel my order and i lose this discount promised from their side. I really want to resolve this situtaion by getting this laptop within promised date and with the quality promised...

                    Installation person mr. Satyam contact no - [protected] was insisting to purchase a wall mounting bracket costing rs1500/-. Already company gave a bracket with the kit, but mr satyam was ready to fix that bracket as he was giving several excuses and he went without installation of the led tv. This is not acceptable, please take a necessary action on this.

                      This message came to my phone and then call after call to say about the offer and ask my personal details. If i want cash, then i need to send my account number. If i want the vehicle, then i have to send my adhar card, voter id, pancard etc. Even he told that he would send the pic of the vehicle to my whtsapp account. They knew my accurate address and pincode. That was the topic of concern. How did they get my address details. He told that i only need to go to the nearest bank and send the registration cost, if ever the total 9999 is not possible, then if i can afford only ₹1000, then also they will send me the vehicle in my home address. He even read my accurate address and pincode. My complaint is how consumer phone number and address are licked to outsiders. Then what is the security concerned?? This is disgusting.

                            I have ordered my mobile on 13th oct 2018, and my promised delivery date was 18th october. On 18th oct they mentioned in the tracking of the website that it was misrouted to another city when i'm asking customer executive that my order is getting late but they are replying like 'you can cancel the order if you want'. I feel it as too rude and moreover today which is 20th oct but still, i didn't receive my order. And when i call the customer care they're telling that promised date was changed to 24th oct else you can cancel the order. I need to take action against the flipkart india and i need a compensation for that rude behavior and bad service. They're not even bothering about my concern, i have to go hometown today, i already have postponed the travel because of this order earlier. And now again i have to postpone my travel for this order. Status is showing shipment is nearby me but delivering to me.

                              I was purchased two mi led tv from the flipkart, but both tv lcd tv delivered to me, i was complaint to flipkart, zooming mi company, but no body resolved my problem they always execause as this tv led but we don't license sale in india, if the company haven't license for labeled as led tv why sale it, it means fraud with consumers. Do needfull, i will go judiciary but through proper channel.
                              Kindly take a necessary action.

                                I ordered nokia 3310 from flipkart in first week of april 2018. As per nokia policy its covered under replacement from the store you purchased. But, flipkart is denying to to place i have been following up with them from 20days now. I want to take legal action against them. Suggest appropriate steps to proceed with.

                                  I have ordered this tv on 10th of october and i got the delivery date as 15th of october. However i still didn't get the product. Here most annoying thing this is that even the status details are not updated in app properly. Even today also it is showing that it will be
                                  Delivered by 15th of october. I don't know how flipkart will deliver the product on past date. This is how effectively the app is working.

                                  I called around 10 to 15 times to flipkart support team and those people are not helpful at all. Everyday they are saying the same thing again again and asking me to wait for 24 hours to get a call from logistics team, not
                                  For to get the product. I am also waiting from last 48 hours to get a call and asking me to cancel my order. They said they are not able to contact concerned seller.

                                  Again i called the support guy today and finally they confirmed that flipkart can't do anything and they can't deliver the product on time.
                                  Support guys are also saying that there
                                  Higher officials are also useless to provide any further details on the product.

                                  I waited for almost one week by paying the total amount to get the product.
                                  Flipkart as big organization cannot arrange alternative seller and organize the tv is very [email protected]

                                  From last 4 days they are saying that they don't have any info on product from courier facility and asking to wait for 24-48 hours. However the problem is not getting resolved. This incident has made me to avoid flipkart for future orders.

                                    Flipkart has blocked my id without any notice & didnot responds of the products issu i ordered before. After complaining by phon they send me a mail that u are shopping products for reselling so you are no longer used flipcart. I reply them that i ordered only for my self & for relative's. But they didnot responds.

                                      Customer care isnt aware of the actual status of the logistics. Even after receiving a text message of out for delivery no one turned up. The customer care says the same thing which i can also see on flipkart app... They also stated that they dont have any information about the seller or the logistics. Thats a fake statement. Even they mentioned that they havent sent any text message of out for delivery.
