I ordered for bed head tigi hard head hair spray but then i found it damaged. Moreover it leaked and it is almost empty now. What should i do? I can not even return it as it does not have return policy. I have already paid for the product and now i am waiting for my problem to be solved. I have also attached an image for your convenience. I have always relied on flipkart and done most of the purchases from it so i don't want to disappoint myself now. Please help me with my issue or at least help me replace it with the same product.

    Dear sir/ madam

    I placed an order for redmi note 5 pro black, 64gb, with order id od[protected] amounting to rs.13599 on 11th august 2018 and it was confirmed by e-mail and sms alert from flipkart. On 13th august 2018, it was informed by flipkart that the ordered item was “out for delivery” and it would be delivered before 7pm on that day (Pin was also provided). However, till 26th august 2018, the ordered item was not delivered and several reasons were furnished by flipkart like “our courier partner has confirmed that the delivery of redmi note 5 pro (Blac... With order id od[protected] was not accepted”; and which is absolutely not true.in reply, i wrote to flipkart on 26th august 2018 that i did not refuse the item and your courier partner’s information was wrong. Again, on 30th august 2018 i wrote that no one came to my addresstosupplytheordered item and also to pickup the exchange material and requested flipkart to supply the item with no further delay. Then suddenly flipkart wrote on 31st august 2018 that the order was “cancelled by the seller as the exchange product did not meet the exchange related guidelines as confirmed by the wishmaster”.
    Now, from the above information it is quite evident that the statements and claims made by flipkart on several occasions (For the order id od[protected] for redmi note 5 pro black, 64gb) till 26th august 2018 and after that are totally contradictory and not at all convincing. I was waiting for the redmi note 5 pro black, 64gb from 13th august 2018 (Expected delivery date as informed by flipkart) till 31st august 2018 and in the meantime i lost many other nice offers from other companies during the independence day time as it was confirmed by flipkart that the order would be supplied much before the independence day. Now, flipkart is denying to honor the deal for the order id od[protected] with a plea that “exchange product did not meet the exchange related guidelines” which is absolutely wrong and unfair and does not suit for the reputation of flipkart. I have procured so many items from flipkart in the past but never faced such a situation and i always cherished a very high respect for flipkart. This sudden cancellation of the order on a ridiculous reason like “exchange product did not meet the exchange related guidelines” after a long assurance of the delivery of the item before a specific date are definitely andin the meantime furnishing a very silly reason that the courier partner informed regarding the cancellation of the order clearly establish the fact thatflipkart intentionally cancelled the order adopting unfair business practice. Consequently, i lost many other nice offers from other companies during the independence day time.

    In view of the above, i would like to request flipkart to honor the deal for the order id od[protected] dated 11th august 2018 of rs.13599 to supply one redmi note 5 pro black, 64gbin exchange of one samsung smartphone (Imei number [protected]) with (Rs 1500 off). Please inform me your decision in writing within a week of this communication, otherwise i will have no other option but to knock the door of the consumer forum.

        I have received the product larger in size so i asked for return, but it's been 10 days that they have not yet picked up the product. Whenever i contact customer care they ask me to wait it will be picked up by 7 pm. It continues in loop from 10 days. It's more like torture to me. Daily i wait for pick up boy to come.

            My name is Vinayak N. Im from Dharwad, Karnataka.

            My concern is that someone keeps ordering MOBILE(Vivo V7) from Flipkart on
            behalf of me. What Im trying to tell is someone is misusing my address to
            order. Its been 4 times in this month now that Delivery guys keep
            coming to my house to give the order made on behalf of me.

            Please help because Im so tired of telling to Customer Care that
            someone is misusing my address. Also I dont have the Number of the
            person who is Misusing My address. When the delivery guy comes again Ill
            take the number and forward it here.

              Me ordered an IFB washing machine on 28th August and it was dispatched on 29th and reached my area on 31st August and delivery scheduled on 3rd September. but till now they didnt deliver the product, when contact they says will check and do the needful.

              Attaching the tracking information.

              Twice I got message that the product is out for delivery and me waited at shop till 8 pm (normally our shop will close at 6 pm)

                I ordered lotto sandal on flipkart. Size is not fit. I didn't use this product. I heard to return, no one came to retake it, but canceled my return, raise consumer compliants no use, more than one week. Didn't accept my return. Just told seller policy and other unnotify details. Lotto sandal are worst. Customer care told i didn't do any from this. And worst customer care. More than one week, i raised to return. No one heard this. Delivery boy and customer care services blame like cycle. No one take response to resolve thiz. You should give 30days return policy. But ur customer service said this is seller policy sir I didn't do any for this. 2 or 3 time automatically canceled my return, No one arrived. Its make frustrated with ur ecom. Finally he said that, if my customer care sent separate mail to take ur product, only i ll take urs, orelse can't take this. Sent separate mail to him and teach how to speak with ur customers. Such a irritated fellow.

                  We have Purchased a product named backpacks WY00828/American HSN No. 4202AAAA (Americal Tourister Laptop Bag). Invoice No. FAB01L[protected]. Invoice Date 09/09/2018. Price Rs. 1662.

                  After Receiving the product found it was torn from one side. We have received product on dated 10th September 2018 around 3 pm. I saw bag condition is not ok it was damaged or torn from one side. We have paid 1662 on wish that product will be attractive or not in ok condition. My money is totally wasted. Totally fraud service. We need resolution for same as quality is also not as much cash paid amount. We need refund or replacement as soon as possible.

                    My account is around 4 years old. i have done many small and big purchases from this account. i want to continue my shopping spree but ur system does not want this. i am already flipkart plus member and also have monthly limit of rs. 10000. in my last 10 orders some orders are cancelled by seller and about last 3 orders out of which 2 lost in transit and ur team not able to track and not getting any response from logistics and 1 last order delivered to wrong address. after my complaint i have got refund for my order which is obvious bcos orders are not delivered. but after that i received an email from flipkart that ur order is cancelled bcos high number of returns and you will not be able to login from now.
                    please tell me where i am wrong in all this issue. this all mishap done by ur logistics partner. they have done many times in past by not delivering at scheduled date. they always delay while product reached in hub on time.
                    my account also have rs. 2007 money added in flipkart wallet as gift cards. so activate my account to utilise my hard earned money for my household. this need to be done after a prior notice or warning.

                      I write this complaint as response to the unsatisfactory delivery of a product bought from their site (Flipkart). The product which was booked on 5th september 2018 showed an expected delivery date 10th september 2018 and was further delayed to 14 september 2018. On 13 september the order was cancelled and they are asking to place a fresh order. The product is a flash sale product which require me to wait another week. If they had told me a day earlier i could have placed a new order on the previous day (12 september). I requested a solution to this inconvenience by either placing a fresh order of the same product from their side or provide me with an equivalent compensation for the inconvenience caused which both was rejected by the seller (Flipkart).

                        I made the transaction on 6 th Sept 2018 for purchasing Asus zenaphone max pro1 6gb ram worth Rs 14999 but transaction failed due flipkart server problem.                           This is bring to your kind notice, till date i have called eight times to customer care regarding the MI 43 Inches LED Smart TV replacement which was ordered on 31/08/2018.

                          I have received a defective product (Display Issue) on 01/09/2018 i have raised a request for replacement.

                          I didn't received proper response from anyone and the issues is dragging on.

                          Please find the attached field service record copies. (Till date two times technician visit's has been done).

                          1. First visit has been done on 02/09/2018.

                          Second visit has been done on 06/09/2018.

                            I have received wrong item i.e. Hair Dryer inplace of mobile phone vivo v9 on 29-Aug-18. Till now I dont get my refund or replacement after so many complaint. Your team said that seller is ok and I am making you fool. I asked them to visit my address i.e. in my company where I received the item and ask everyone for this fraud. The courier was opened on security gate of the company and all the persons are wittness of this fraud. I have already told the same to flipkart but I donot get any response.                               I had ordered a Redmi note 5 Pro mobile in flipkart on 11 of September and it was promised that I would get the product on 12 of September. But I did not receive the product as promised. I contacted the service desk and they had asked me to wait till 7 pm. But still I did not receive the product and contacted them again. They asked me to wait till 9 pm on 12 September. I had given my office address and I had to wait in office to collect my product. But still I did not receive my product and again contacted them. Then the team had denied that I won't be getting the product and should wait till 13 of September and it would be delivered to me today. I tracked the order and saw that the product had reached my nearest hub but the delivery was not initiated at all. I again contacted help desk multiple times to get information about my order. But the team was not ready to give any commitment or any further information on my product. They asked me to wait till September 16 now. I told them that I will be out of town and will not be able to wait till 16. But still they are repeating the same answer to wait till September 16. This was not the answer provided by one person. But it was told by everyone whom I contacted. Without even thinking they were sticking to their point. If I am not in Bangalore then how will I be able to receive the product was my question and the team asked me to wait till September 16 which was really senseless for me. I am really pissed off with flipkart service. Please help me in getting my product by today or maximum by tomorrow afternoon because I will be leaving Bangalore tomorrow after which I will not be able to receive the product. The team had asked me to cancel the order. But I am in need of the product because of which I had ordered it. The service of the team was really disgusting and makes customers pissed off. I request you to take quick resolution on this and arrange to deliver my order max by tomorrow afternoon.

In This Conversation Flipkart Said They Not Received My Payment They Said My Payment Stuck In Gateway This Is Like ### How This Is Possible Some Amount Struck In Gateway For 2 Days This Is Commen Sense If Any Payment Struck In Gateway That Time After A Minute Or Two That Amount Automatically Back To My Account Either That Amount Go In Flipkart Account, I Want To Say 1st Three Calls They Said They Received My Payment And Ensure Me My Amount In Safe Hands And My Order Confirmed Very Shortly. In That Time When I Complaint Against My Problem That Smartphone Available And Clearly Show In Stock But They Not Action Against This Complaint Immediately And Told Me To Wait 8 Hours. After 8 Hours I Call Flipkart Costumer Care Again And Talk With Supervisor Before This Talk I Talk With Many Of Supervisor Everyone When I Called Flipkart. After 8 Hour Supervisor Said Me Wait Again Till 14 September And After This They Answered Me About My Order Confirmed Or My Money Return. Till This Time Flipkart Only Send Me One Mail And Said Wait Wait Wait. This Is Very Shameful For Big Brand Like Flipkart, In Flipkart Eyes There Costumer Value Not Matter They Harresing Me Everytime They Torture Me, I File Complaint Against Flipkart I Want They Confirm My Poco F1 Smartphone Order Not Return My Money If They Fail To Confirm My Order I Want My My Amount Interest And Then I Surely Go To Consumer Court And File A Case Against Flipkart, I Have All Call Recordings And My Bank Statement And Bank Message Where Clearly Mentioned My Amount Go In Flipkart Account.                                 I was buying a laptop from flipkart which is on sale price 69990 but i was unable to buy through my debit because my debit limit is 50000 per day but i didn't know about that when i used my sbi debit card then the amount of 50000 is deducted from my account but no order place when i call flipkart customer care they asked me to wait for 8 days and today is 27 feb i didn't get my money back and didn't found a single message from flipkart about that money please contact atlaeast once on

                                  Customer complaint was amount debited but order not confirmed so apologized and info given that one amount of Rs.999/- is refunded back for which bank transaction ID is also given and for the amount of Rs.1999/- refund is processed on 15th Sept'18 and for the amount deducted from the E-gift voucher requested customer to ask original buyer to contact Flipkart as per policy, customer agreed and closed the complaint from our end.

                                    I have ordered an iphone from flipkart on september 7th and paid total amount. Promised date to deliver the product was september 10th. They didn't deliver the product yet. It was a surprise gift on an occasion. I am calling customer service daily but no use they keep escalating the issue and giving dates to resolve it. Today is 13th september no progress in the delivery yet. I was told the issue will be resolved by september 12th but again saying it'll be resolved by september 14th. I have paid huge amount for the device. They are really irresponsible and negligible. They don't know the value of occasions and customers feelings. No assurance from the management too. Making false promises and cheating customers. Please do the needful immediately. Thank you in advance

                                    Flipkart gave me a new promised date which is September 15th...

                                    As usual they didn't stand on it.. They called me and saying new promise date is 20th September...This is not fare...We should do something about false promises being made by these people regularly..

                                    Sending emails saying that the order has been delayed. I got this email yesterday as well as today... Don't know what's happening..

                                    It's the worst website to buy costly phones seriously.. Pathetic delivery system and failure customer service..No one are well trained including the senior advisors...

                                      Sir,
                                      I purchase a king size bed from flipkart in the last month of august 2018 and received this product on 02 sep 2018 after installation of the same i observed that product is different from picutre shown on flipkart application.
                                      Then i apply for return on 04 sep 2018 and the return is accepted by flipkart and msg seen on application the return is done by service boy before the 10 sep 2018 and picked the item by 12 sep 2018.
                                      Nobody's come for return on given period by flipkart and i seen msg on 11 sep 2018 "return is rejected". Then i call to costomer care and the care boy siddharth reppiled me your return is rejected by seller and we nothing to do.
                                      How is possible?

                                        My transaction id was s38074955 which corresponds to the order i made for a mi headphone with order number od[protected].

                                        Initially, while making the order i opt for cod but decided later to pay it by card. Even though the sum was deducted i received a message saying transaction had failed, responding to which i cancelled the order immediately. I still haven't gotten back my money and would like you to look into this as soon as possible.
