Hi,
I have ordered a phone from flash sale which is too much difficult to order on 26-06-18 from flipkart by pre payment.
In my order section the order status is showing approved and accepted. While tracking the order it says it comes ti near by my location. But they it says the order get canceled.
Flipkart jr executive says the order canceled due to bulk order and if you want the same product create new account and then order. I was not satisfied with the answer as its not valid. Then call transfer to senior executive and he told that its canceled due to operational issue from seller side and also he assure me that internal action will be taken for junior executive for wrong detials.
My concern is why the order get canceled i am trying to book thay phone from last month but due to its demand and flash sale i didnt get that phone but now when i get that phone the order canceled due to nonsense reason. May be they don't have enough quantity to full fill all the orders. My time got wasted. Wilk you please look into the process and take serious action against this fake process of flash sale.

    Hi,

    I have ordered Redmi Note 5 (Gold, 32GB) from Flipkart on 20th June 2018. I have clearly mentioned delivery address as RAYADURG, Andhra Pradesh. But Flipkart has delivered the product on 23rd June to Dharmavaram which is 100 kms far from Rayadurg. I have lodged the complaint to Flipkart Customer Service on 24th June 2018, and they had promised to resolve the issue by 29th June 2018. When i had called customer service on 30th June 2018, they had requested for an additional time of 2 working days. Again i had called them on 3rd July 2018, Flipkart Customer Service Executive are taking another additional time of 2 to 3 working days. I have requested them to return the money which i have paid online using my card, but they have refused to refund the money, instead they are simply postponing to resolve the issue.
    I have attached screenshots of Delivery Address which i have updated while ordering the product, and delivered address as "Dharmavaram" from ekart Logistics.

      Dear Flipkart,

      With many of emails, calls & messages on Fb, i have requested to flipkart that please resolve my issue immediately or refund my amount of rupees 40, 274/-

      I have purchased a product (name called as DJI OSMO+) on dtd. 26.06.2018 from flipkart online website with a bajaj finanserv loan of rupees 38, 274/- (bajaj card number: [protected]) including a gift voucher of rupees 2000/- (gift voucher number: OD[protected] i.e. total amount rupees 40, 274/- which means full amount i have already given to flipkart in advance.

      I had received this parcel (no product only a stone inside this box) on dtd. 27.06.2018.

      And when i openned this box, i found a stone inside this box from flipkart.

      As per many of my requests to flipkart each and everytime flipkart customer care gave me a new date for my resolution but actually they didn't resolve my issue till 02.07.2018.

      I have already lost my money rupees 40, 274/- in an order through flipkart.

      And flipkart didn't help me.

      Now i am feeling very seek and looking for a consumer court the best way to get my money back.

      As per my advocate advice- This is a intimation to flipkart that i am requesting to them & giving a one last request to resolve my issue till 04.07.2018 11:00 AM.

      If flipkart will not resolve my issue till 04.07.2018 11:00AM then i will register a case against flipkart in Local Area police station and also in consumer court.

      Please flipkart refund my money rupees 40, 274/- as i am requesting you earlier many times & now peoples are laughing on me why i ordered a product from flipkart.

      Hope CEO of Flipkart respected Mr. Kalyan Krishnamurthy & Group Chairman respected Mr. Sunil Bansal & Group CEO respected Mr. Binny Bansal will help me to get my refund of rupees 40, 274/- at the earliest.

              display of alarm clock of my recently bought redmi note 5 pro is distorted

              I bought redmi note 5 pro on 27th of june in flash sale from flip kart. It was delivered on 29th of june. Everything looks fine but there is a problem in its alarm clock display, hour portion of it's is distorted or can't be seen. Rest two that is the minute and am, pm portion is visible. Having problem in setting alarm, please do have a look on my issue as soon as possible....

              I ordered redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and after receiving the product i started having issues of hanging and lagging and overheating. After showing it to service centre they disowned the product saying it is a used product and when i asked flipkart to replace my phone they shamelessly denied and now i am stuck with a used phone which is of no use as it constantly boots every hour or so. Kindly help me and take necessary action.

                I will never buy anything from flip kart. I Registered a complaint in this before. I received a call before and they said they will contact me with in 24 hrs but they didn't Me( I waited like 4 days).. And yesterday I registered another complaint and today I got a call but actually I was busy with driving so I said them to call me after few hours but they didn't call me.. Really very bad customer care.. You should keep your responsibility with the customer.. I never expect this from flip kart.. I used to suggest flip kart to all my cousins and friends but after this incident(got a damaged shoe) I lost my complete trust on flip kart this is my 10th product from flip kart but after this incident how can I recommend flip kart to others, I have already spend a rupees of 10000 with flip kart . I beg you please take a step to resolve this or else I will face the law and I will stop buying from flip kart .. And please call me on this number :[protected]

                    Purchased Billion capture plus mobile in November and it stopped working after six month ( not charging ). When I emailed them they told me to visit their nearest customer service center with phone, which is 200 km far from my home. So the phone has become scrap for me and I am unable to avail the warranty despite that mobile being in warranty.

                        I've ordered three seater sofa set through flipkart on 25 may and the schedule delivery date is upto 12/june/2018, but at the time of reaching the date it is further extended to 20th june and then when 20th june has been came then flipkart extended the same upto 30th june and after that it further extended to 5 july i've not get my product upto now, and in the meantime whenever i complaint to the flipkart regarding this issue they dont have any information regarding the delay of my product and just give me the assurance of wait for the next promise delivery date and told me that u cant cancel the order just because your order has been shipped amd once the order has been shipped it cant cancel and my order has been shipped on 28th of may, flipkart is not good at all.                           This fraud is nothing but a scam which flipkart is committing. They are selling refurbished mobile in the name of brand new.

                          I ordered so called brand new lenovo p2 mobile from flipkart on 26th june 2017 which got delivered to me on 17th july.

                          All the lenovo mobiles which i ordered from flipkart used to get couriered to from secunderabad hub but this time this lenovo p2 mobile was couriered to me from delhi hub.
                          The same day i communicated this doubt to flipkart customer care, but they reassured me that my mobile is original and not the refurbished one.

                          After 10 months it had defect in speaker, so i visited lenovo service centre in varanasi for repairing. After checking my mobile's imei warranty status in their database they told me that my mobile doesn't comes under warranty and it's warranty status is either void or unknown. And the only way i can have my mobile repaired is to update its warranty and to update its warranty i have to send my imei number screenshot and invoice bill soft copy to service centre email id which in turn they will send to lenovo tech team.

                          This was the first time in my life that i was using a mobile believing the assurance from flipkart that it offers 12 months after sale warranty. But it was a fraud as ai was using my mobile, whose warranty status was unknown, null and void.

                          Flipkart is not accepting their fault and compelling me to send my invoice details to lenovo tech team. Which i don't want as it as against a customer's right, who is rightfully demanding it's warranty from the day he purchased his mobile and he not have to update it whenever his visits service centre which shows that flipkart's fraud behaviour

                          Kindly help me in my fight against such fraud and scam running by flipkart and help me in getting my rightful demand of 100% refund.

                            Poojitha and syed imran from customer care team are the most useless people. They were trying to fool me and trying to act smart.
                            Poojitha called me back after i requested a call back and was trying to get away by misinforming me. When i asked for supervisor transfer she put me on hold for long time and came back to say she will transfer to senior in one minute but again put me on hold for long time before transferring to me. Then this guy imran came who was very rude and obnoxious and trying to mislead. His attitude was like he does not care and when i asked him for his name he said take my full name (Like do anything, nothing will happen) he transferred to uday the supervisor who was good and courteous and helped out. Senior management level at flip kart should look into this.

                              This is to bring to your attention that i have purchased an msi laptop from flipkart. I first tried to process the payment through debit card but it was failed. Then i proceeded to confirm the order through net banking. But my statement shows that the amount has been deducted twice and i seek refund for that transaction which was debited by mistake. The price for the product was 64, 990 and hence the same amount was deducted twice from my bank account. I attach the photo of my statement showing amount deducted 2 times from my account. P. S. The customer support said the amount will be refunded soon but it hasnt happened yet

                                On 6th may 2018 i ordered symphony air cooler from flipkart which was defective and on 17th may flipkart promised me to replace same by 23rd may which was not done then after continuous follow up on 20th june flipkart mailed that they will return pick up the product by 27th and refund the amount and then automatically cancelled same refund and now sent replacement and now not ready to listen to me

                                Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

                                I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

                                  I purchased product from flipkart and at the time of order they confirmed that there is cash back on this product. I have not received cash back from them and upon query they are denying. I have already shared proof where there call center executive confirmed me for the cash back.
                                  Even after multiple follow-ups through emails and calls they are not giving the cashback.

                                    From last one week i am unable to login my account, after so many complain on phone no one try to resolve my issue, yes once i got response from executive and he stated in mail that flipkart system observe my purchase history and its shows that i am a reseller. I strongly dine this alligation, can you please explain how can any person become a reseller after buying 1-2 items in month worth 3-5k (For some penny profit). Are they hire a spy agency or there is any police verification. The best way to do this thing they have to call me and ask to explain if they found anything wrong. But they blocked my account without any discussion with me or explaining that they found this -that unethical things related to my account.

                                      I have buy a laptop from flipkart a gaming laptop msi. From first day laptop has issue i got complained on flipkart to exchange it but they are not either exchnage the product or refund product. I am trying since last 2 weeks to do the process but their executives refuses everytime and cut the phone call from their end. It is really a rubbish activity fro flipkart. I don't expect this types of activity from flipkart. Flipkart and its services really gone down. I am totally dissatisfied with product and specially with flipkart employees.
