Pathetic service.. getting same response from agents like will get back in 24 hours, having technical problem.. really!!! you are planning to compete with Amazon but you have service like this !!

        Received a defective product .
        The Flipkart authority is not showing any responsibility for the replacement or refund.
        Nobody is handling this problem in Flipkart.

          Myself Anita Deepwani, have an account with flipkart with registered email id : [protected]@gmail.com .
          I ordered a phone to a different adress and flipkart cancelled my order, and stated that i purchase items from flipkart to resell and not for my personal use. That is totally fake i never use flipkart for reselling purpose i am a housewife i buy essential items from flipkart whenever i need and to whatever address i feel for my relatives to order.
          I request consumer forum to help me to get my funds as i had gift voucher with flipkart now i cannot use that since my account has been blocked.
          Please re-instate my account
          Let me enjoy my rights and according to RBI guidelines no online e commerce companies can hold customers money and block their accounts

            I have purchased a Google Pixel 2 from Flipkart on Date: 13 May 2018. During purchase, flipkart promised me to credit Rs. 8000 by end of August 2018.

            I'm still waiting for it to get credited. I consistently contacting Flipkart Customer care from 28th of August 2018. They are just providing dates.

            As per recent update (6 sept), they said, the cashback will be credited within 7 working days. I still didn't receive any cashback. It doesn't look like Flipkart is taking this issue seriously. They are just providing new dates.

                I am again and again asking you people same thing i dont understand why do you people dont reply with the proofs what kind of purchase history you have seen even i want to know what history was there and additionally i have an gift card in my account of rs 2000 which i have purchased it so i need that back or else transfer that card to some other account or transfer it back to my bank account.

                You people dont know the customer problems or their history what are they facing from your technical errors you have also blamed me that i am resealing the phones how many times i have purchased it you are not even ready to reply that and just a computerizes reply copy past i am getting it.. You have to reply my questions as an customer i have to know it why and how..

                I have send you all your history and what problems i am facing from your side all your emails 2 times my money has got blocked after making payment which was credited in your account.

                And you have returned the money after 2 days to me.

                What kind of services is this is been provided to me then i am paying out the money which is asked from your website and you show some technical error and now this time you people have blamed me for resealing the phones can i know how many times you have delivered this phone to me that you could prove it that i am resealing them.

                  September 12th 2018 i have place a butterfly cooker "od[protected]" the amount (Rs.2399) was debited twice for a single product.

                  I have raised a issue via flipkart customer care on the same day. The issue is still not resolved.

                  Initially they gave estimate date to resolve 14th september 2018, later it was postponed to 17th september but still the issue was not resolved.

                  I lost my hope, i m frustrated on the service provide by Flipkart, getting solution from Flipkart customer support team is the worst thing in the world, they are the fake promisers, they simply said be assured. But they never assured and follow the promise which they given. Without provide the solution they simply update issue is resolved. They keep postponed their estimation date of the issue resolvation.

                    Ordered vivo mobile 2days before. Today I received the product in a sealed pack. But while open the pack to get the product find that the headphone was missing. Please take the necessary step as soon as possible, either I will be bound to returned the product.
                    At the time of order given I checked thoroughly and there was no such clause given that I am not able to get the headphone or earphone with the product. So please check that why the headphone was missing.

                      Recently[protected] i ordered poco f1 (Steel blue, 6gb/64gb) on flipkart through cod option.

                      The same day i chose to pay the bill amount using "short on cash (Pay now)" option, in the payment section i used internet banking for the payment, the payment was shown successful (On flipkart, through sms), the money was deducted from my account and i even got a sms with transaction id included.

                      The very next day[protected], i recieved a message saying that the my "transaction was failed, try again" (Both on flipkart and in sms) but still my bank account shows transaction debited 20, 999 to flipkart inb.

                      Now today[protected] my product is about to arrive, i don't know what to do next

                        I have ordered woodland scandals from my brother account on 16-09-18. They have given expected delivery date as 21-09-18. So, i have tracking the order but it has reached hyderabad yesterday only they misrouted the product and they sent back to the shamshabad sort facility. I didn't recieve a single message from flipkart. Your product is ready for delivery. This is very bad to a customer from you. From now onwards i won't suggest flipkart. Very worst delivery from u. If i don't get delivery by the end of 21-09-18. I will file case against flipkart.

                          I ordered kross k-40 26t multi-speed 26 t mountain cycle on 31st august 2018 at flipkart.com with the order id od[protected].

                          I didn't receive my product but it shows delivered on filpkart.com. I didn't even receive any sms or call from flipkart. It supposes to deliver on sep 16th, 2018.

                          On sep 15th, 2018 i opened my orders page in flipkart.com around 12 pm, i saw that the delivery status and shocked it shows already delivered. I call customer care and initiate the complaint they said, please wait for 48-72 hours we will resolve the problem.

                          From monday (17th sep) onwards i called them daily to know my status, they said every day only one word "please wait for 24hrs, our people working on that".

                          I lost hopes on flipkart people after a week also they said to wait for 24 hrs and customer care person cut my call while i'm talking. I do payment from my credit card, from aug 31st i'm waiting for the product and i need to pay interest/emi for that amount without receiving the product.

                            I waited for 30th aug 2018 as per t&c to receive cashback, but didnot received on time. Then on 3rd sep 2018 i complained on customer care and that person told me, i'll get cashback before 20 jan 2019, but in t&c it is clearly writtern no issues will be discussion on this offer after 31 dec 2018. On 4th sep i received email from flipkart that i'll get cashback before 14 sep but still not received till date. Again on 21 sep i called customer care and they told me that i'll receive cashback before 24 sep.

                            Flipkart executive told me that flipkart is a platform, offer is given my redington india ltd. So issue of not getting cashback is not responsiblity of flipkart. But how can i contact redington regarding my issue if no contact no. Or any info is not provided by flipkart. This is flipkart responsibility to given valid address and contact info of redington.

                            I am complaining this issue to rbi.

                              I AGAIN AGAIN COMPLAINING FLIPKART AND FLIPKART IS NOT ACCEPTING MY REPLACEMENT REQUEST
                              I idrees two pair of shoes.but they delivered only one pair instead of two.when i call the customers care they were not able to solve it.They cheating their customer.
                              I got the same SPAM message and also a customer representative calling for it. They somehow have my purchase details. This is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS that even after ONE YEAR, this is happening.

                              There is a huge supply chain. So, the leak could be anywhere.

                              Others, beware of this SCAM. Here are the details I received.

                              Mobile: [protected] (from which I received the call)

                              Also, please observe the following:
                              FlipKart sends its SMS with sender name as FLPKRT or EKARTL. This FAKE SMS was from FLIPKT. Also, in the fake SMS text, they mentioned the FlipKart's name as Flip Kart (space in between). FlipKart will not make such mistakes. So, beware.
                              (Also, there is a good possibility that these fakesters will correct this mistake if they happen to see this forum post. So, still beware of such SCAMS.)

                              If only I had someone known working in the banking sector, I would ask them to get details of this account number and raise a complain to the police to bust this racket.

                              UPDATE: The called me back. I just told him that I have complained to the police giving details of your bank account number and mobile number.
                              Got a message from flipkart regarding a mahindra XUV500 car won by me & i have to pay 6500 as registration.

                                I've purchased below 3 items on 30th jul from flipkart by using hdfc credit card on 3 months emi:
                                Order id: od[protected]
                                1. Power running soes for women
                                2. Bajaj 3l instant water geyser
                                3. Red chief boots for men

                                I've returned power running soes for women & bajaj 3l instant water geyser and got the money refunded. But i've not received the extra amount which i paid through emi and also get pre closure charges. Please find the details of both concerns:
                                1. I paid 1st emi rs. 2323.45 which is more than the amount of the item (Red chief boots for men) which i kept that is rs.1972.00. Till now, i've not received the difference money which is surplus money (2323.45-1972 =) rs. 351.45.

                                2. On 17th sep 2018, flipkart has charged preclosure charges as below:
                                17/08/2018 mer emi, loan precl, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980817005477425) 4572.45
                                17/08/2018 mer emi, loan preclo int, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980817005477433) 4.79
                                17/08/2018 igst-vps[protected]rate 108.0 -27 (Ref# 09999999980817005477425) 4572.45

                                For the above concerns, i've contacted flipkart customer care and they are saying i've to contact bank as they have returned money and when i'm checking bank customer care team, they are redirecting to flipkart as they are saying merchant has charged it and also explain that it is mentioned in the statemnet as 'mer'. Till now, it is happening for 4 times. I've also visited bank too.

                                  I've ordered poco f1 128 gb on 12th september. Delivery date is 14th september.
                                  They failed to deliver me on 14th extended to 15th.
                                  Waited patiently.
                                  Not delivered on 15th and asked me to wait till 16th and again not delivered.
                                  This time they asked time till 20th september to resolve the issue.
                                  Again not resolved and asked another 24 hours to solve the problem.
                                  They are not assuring that i will get my product.
                                  They are stealing money from many people as no there is no effective platform to punish them.
                                  I request you to take action against them as they are doing many such frauds.

                                      I have ordered saregaama caravan 6w bluetooth speaker from flipkart and paid for that online through debit card. But i have cancelled my order but till now i have not received any refund and whenever i call them or email them they say that they have initiated the refund but i haven't got the same. I even contacted my bank but they always ask for utr number but flipkart gave me reference number which the bank don't accept.
