I never returned or exchanged anything from flipkart, as a genuine customer plz solve my problems

Spoke to customer on [protected], informed customer we see that you have highlighted the issue after the policy. Requested customer to get in touch with brand, customer was unhappy with the services and said i was trying to create the return request but i was unable to do. Informed customer seller cannot approve the return asked to contact brand, hence customer agreed closing the case.
Delivery not came much late I'm not waiting for it any more
I purchased infinix note 5 from flipkart on 2nd September. Within 2 to 3 days got problem in mobile. Like charger not working and memory card slot issues. I call to flipkart for solved issues and also process for return mobile as per policy. But flipkart only 400 rs credit in my flipkart account without my permission or communication.

    I ordered Nokia 7 Plus which was received on September 16. (order id OD[protected] I could use it only for one day because the phone was turned off at about 10 a.m. on the second day. I tried to run the phone but the phone did not work. Change me the same phone

      I ordered for a vivo v11 pro phone on 14th of September and paid via my HDFC debit card, the amount got deducted but my order was not placed.
      I was being asked to wait till 18th September to get a resolution but still I have not been contacted.
      This is very phatetic work from Flipkart.
      I need the mobile phone urgently.
      And my money is still stuck with you for no reason.
      Please help other wise I have to take some serious step.

        My friend gifted me egv. Before using it flipkart deactivated the egvs. When i first contacted flipkart customer executive, i was told that issue will be resolved within 3 working days. The same assurance was given to me for 3-4 times. But 3 months ago, they said me that the egvs have been deactivated from my friends side. But when i talked to my friend he told me that he has not deactivated any egv. Then again i contacted to flipkart executive. But they didnt provided me ny solution. They are just trying to make me fool from last 1 month. I am tired of doing complaints with flipkart customer executive. Now i want the solution of my problem through consumer court.

        And

        Flipkart does not refund my money. And both of my accounts were blocked.
        Showing login unsccusssfull.

        I many times complaint this site and not any response from flipkart. They have stuck with me.
        If i do not get any reply then i will meet you in court with my lawyer. You'll be ready to be 420 fraud case. Have kept me crazy for 3 months if i do not receive my money in 5 days, i will go to court.
        If i do not get my 10, 000 rupees, then i will not be able to get back one lakh rupees. There is no earning of such a haram.

        Purchased a book named India since Independence last month. The pages of the book were very inferior quality, kindly look into it
        OD[protected] We would like to return the product and get full refund. We are not willing to visit customer care for the same product replacement as we are worried of its consequences. Please help in returning the product asap.

            The order i.d. for my order is od[protected] which i have received on 5th sep 18 and i requested for refund it on 6th of sep the expected date given for that was 10th but product was not picked i again request for refund the date given me was 11th sep again no pickup then the date given me was 18th sep but no pickup up to 18. now i am talking to customer care they are saying mam we are forwarding your request... nobody providing me correct information that my product will pick or not... they are telling me the same which are available on screen... please tell me i made a mistake that i purchased the product from flipkart... i am a very regular customer of flipkart... help if in ur hand

              I have ordered Lloyd washing machine on 8th September 2018 and was to be delivered on 10th of September with Bajaj Finserve Card emi but till now not delivered and I am not able to cancel the order also. Gave complaint to flipkart many times but every time I call them they ask for 48 hours. On 1st October my first emi will come of the product which was not delivered to me.

                Laptop shows fatal error, raised ticket with flipkart as they promised replacement in the listing, now its been 10 days, no response, they keep on cancelling technical visit rude customer service reps

                  Today (18.09.2018) the delivery man gave delivery of the ordered product. Order no. Od[protected] invoice no. Fa agyd[protected]. After opening the packet to my surprise i find the flowing discrepancies:-
                  1) colour is orange instead of dark blue as i had selected & mentioned in the order.
                  2) the size ordered was 8x8 ft. Actual supply 7x6 ft. I'm in utter disgust. I had ordered another 2 mosquito net from flipkart & supply was as per order. That was supplied by neruti enterprise. The supply was exactly as per order. This discrepancy will hamper trust from customer.
                  Kindly inquire & let me know how will replace the defects

                        I have order poco f1 (Steel blue) during the flash sale on 5th sept 2018 and duluy paid for it. The package received states that phone is graphite black rather than steel blue. Further imei number of the product delivered is different from imei number on invoice. Surely a wrong product has been delivered to me and flipkart is not responding to my mails.

                        Since particular imei number has been invoiced to me, which has not been delivered to me, a mis use of imei number cant be denied.

                        I feel little disappointed as i paid for next day delivery and the package received is not what was ordered and paid for. I haven't received any revert from flipkart on my complaint. It has been 12 days since and i am facing inconvenience.

                              After several followup with flipkart, i going to brief the details
                              On 10th of sept. I purchased a new nokia 6.1 plus handset from flipkart. After some time used i found a hardware issue in that phone connecting port was not working properly and it was manufacturing defect. I raised a request for refund/replacement on 16th of sept. As per the 10 days policy by flipkart.
                              On 17th of sept. Around 6.30 pm technician has visited to my location and checked the problem, after necessary checking he found the problem and confirm me accordingly. After a while i called to flipkart for update me the status of the issue, i am very surprised and shocked to listen from flipkart that return request has been rejected as the said technician resolved the issue successfully and customer happy with the resolution. Simply they turned 180 degree, flipkart denied to replace/refund. Even i called to technician while ongoing call with flipkart (At 8.30 pm) with another phone, technician told me the same word what he confirmed me while attending the call in my location. Later flipkart provide me a number to complaint against the technical service provider[protected] but the number is also incorrect, in fact today i tried to call to said technician, but he is not pick up my calls. For your kind information last 24 hours i called at least 22 times to flipkart, simply they misguided and harassed me. For your kind information i raised the refund request as per the t&c of flipkart 10 days replacement policy

                              Since several request Flipkart not pay heed to my words. Why not you refund my money? I don't want this hand set I will go batter one. Even in FK I came to know few customers got refund the money last 14 days. Then why should not I get the same. Once again I request you to refund my heard earn money I will go for another handset.

                              It's a wrong statement from Flipkart which they stated on 19th Sept. The process is not complete yet, then why FK make comments that "Customer agreed and closing the case from our end".

                                I have ordered boat nirvana headphones from flipkart, received defective product on arrival. I requested for return and refund, but flipkart refused return!! When i called up customer care, mr md azharuddin mentioned flipkart doesn't care if seller ships defective product and flipkart cannot accept return!!! Why does flipkart allow seller to ship defective products? So why did i buy from flipkart if i have to depend on seller?? Flipkart is cheating customers by allowing seller to ship defective product and then refuse the return!! Flipkart blocks negative reviews for such sellers and products as they take money from sellers for doing the same!!! Proof shown in the pics!

                                  Hello sir/ma'am,

                                  I have placed an order (Od[protected] on online shopping site for mobiles, electronics, furniture, grocery, lifestyle, books & more. Exclusive offers! On 10 sep 2018. Got an update for delivery date as 12 sep. Later on, got to know that due to some mishap happens with delivery boy order delivery is delayed. That's ok, sometime it happens. I started follow up with customer care and got to know that my order will be delivered by 17 sep 2018. I was very angry that my order delivery was going to be delayed by 5 days. I kept following with customer care on phone and twitter and was getting same reply every time that my order will be delivered by 17 sep.

                                  Now today was 17th sep and today in the morning i called the customer support as i expected my order delivery, but customer support executive told me that they won't be deliver my product and asked me to cancel the order.

                                  They asked me to place a new order. I denied to cancel the order as i have waited already for 5 days.

                                  This type of phones is only available on flipkart. Also this product is coming with flash sale and went out of stock within a second. As they asked me to place a new order so today (17 sep), it was the sale day so i tried once again but unable to do that as it went out of stock.

                                  Now they have my money since 10th sep 2018 and not delivering the product which they are liable to.

                                  They are saying that in these type of rare scenarios, they can't do anything. I asked them to add same product in my cart as this is flash sale but they are denying for that as well.

                                  Also, when i ordered this phone there was some hdfc bank offer was going on so i bought this phone inr 500 cheaper and now that offer has gone. Hypothetical, if i ordered a new phone today i would have paid 500 more for same product which i was getting cheaper earlier.

                                  What a customer can do now? Flipkart stopped replying my mails & tweets. Showing unfair trades and complete negligence towards a customer.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  This is regarding the cancellation of the order (OD[protected].

                                  Your customer care support executive Mr. Akshay Kumar Shalavedi have deliberately cancelled my order without my permission/consent. Your customer support executive admitted that he imagined all this and cancelled my order. I never asked for cancellation or refund.

                                  I asked him to transfer my call to the senior level as this is an insult of a customer and became serious concern for me. But, unfortunately did'nt get chance to talk to senior as they were busy, even I waited for 10-15 min also. But they were busy whole the time. So I asked Akshay to drop me a mail, as per our conversation, but he acted smart and played with words, wrote the mail as mention below.

                                  "As per our telephonic conversation, we are really sorry for the inconvinience caused. We would like to inform you that the product was lost in transit from the courier service provider, due to which we have taken a cancellation request against the same and seller has approved the cancellation request. The seller has approved the refund request and once it is marked as returned the seller will initiate the refund of Rs. 5499/- thereafter it will reflect in your bank account in 6 business days as per standard banking procedure."

                                  I again asked him to write the mail with correct words.

                                  Who authorize him to cancel my order? Is this the right process to deal with your customer?

                                    On august 16 we have received canon 285 camera package. When we open the parcel camera box seems like seal is already opened and pasted with the
                                    Cellophane tape. We are shocked and once we open we see that only data cable and charger were available whereas camera and battery was missing. On the same day itself we called that courier guy and he told that he is not responsible for that and we have to contact customer care. We called customer care immediately and they raised complaint request as well but there were no proper response yet. After 2 business days we received email
                                    That request is rejected.

                                    We had interacted with the customer as per customers complaint informed him that the request for a replacement/refund of cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item to with the product being intact. Hence closing the case from our end.

                                      We have attached what is my order and what is delivered to me, and your customer care saying is sir please wait for 20 september2018. Your company thinking customer are fool how could you my money hold 4 to 5 days in your company. My money is refund to my own account with interest. Otherwise i am going to consumer court.
