Hi,

I have purchased samsung s9+ phone on flipkart on 15 mar 2018 with hdfc credit card and there was an offer rs.6000 cashback on hdfc credit card and the cash back should be credited within 5th sep 2018 as flipkart promised and given date is over still i have not received the cash back amount of rs.6000. i raised a complaint to flipkart customer service, they are responding or providing any information regarding issue even after calling many times.

Please look into the issue and do the needful.

I have attached the invoice and offers showed in flipkart.

Yesterday we bought Bajaj food processor but grinder motor coupler was broken so that jar are not perfectly fit in the coupler.For that reason we want exchange this food processor.

    Hello sir,
    (Order no - od[protected]
    I had ordered the redmi 5 (32gb, gold) mobile on 02 august 2018. Which was delivered to me on august 06, but there was no mobile in the mobile box. Mobile was missing. I was contacted by flipkart customer care, which was given to me first 5 days but after the expired of deadline, i was given the next time, on the day the return window was closed, my return was rejected, then my on the talk, they talked about sharing my bank details and photo id proof that i also shared,
    But since after then i have been constantly making excuses and given a new time. But i did not recover my money nor any positive help after more than 1 month. There is always given a time to time.
    I request you please investigate it at your own level with help me get my money back.

    flipkart team has ignore this issue after delivery, flipkart has given a next new time after expire the previous timeline on many times, even all timeline had failed. and now flipkart team has saying this product is not eligible for return after return window is closed but fact is that delay reason is flipkart because they have given always time on time .Please get help to recover my payment from flipkart

      I bought a new lenova z2 plus moolam on jan month 2018...But after 3 months i came to know that this mobile does not have warranty and it was already closed by jan month 2018...
      Also when I checked with lenova service center they confirm that this was a refurbished mobile or used old mobile ..
      After that when I checked with flipkart customer care they are not responding properly...For the below issue already i waited for 10 days from 1st september to 10th september.But no one give any solution to resolve this problem ...
      Still you are asking me to wait for 24h, then pls inform what you people are doing ...I think this is worst worst worst service i heard ...

      From my view flipkart is only fooling the customer. Selling such worst product and making fool the customer...

      Customer's complaint : Cx purchased the mobile in Jan. Now after visiting service center they are denying for any kind of service because the IMEI no associated with the mobile shows that this is a used mobile and no service is applicable on this on lenovo website.

      Resolution provided : Informed him to send a email to [protected]@lenovo.com with the details of the service center, his issue and the invoice attached. Contact the service center after the updating the extended warranty on lenovo website. If they still deny for any services then contact the brand via toll free number. If they still deny then get back to us with a job sheet from the ASC. Cx agreed. Hence closing the complaint.

        I purchased av brand pants from 9/08/2018 after my first wash the product is unstitched and the colour is fully changed. I think it's very old product. I got second time in this type of product in flip art. I have a suggestion to flipkart please don't allow this type of seller to sell their product. Because i value my money very much.           In the product description on the site it was mentioned about deep bass but when I received the product it was stereo based and poor sounding headphones. So I placed a return request on 6th of September 3 days after the delivery and it got rejected on 9th of September. And again I placed a return request on 9th of September and it got rejected on 10th of September. I wanted a refund.

              I have brought redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and after using it I found that it was having a bent at its back just below camera. So I contacted flipkart customer care and told them about this they told me that I will get a resolution in 24 hrs after I didn't got any resolution after 3 days they provide d me resolution that it can't be replaced or refunded even it was under replacement warranty. They even don't provide me a proper reason for this again when I call them they told me that they have again raised my complain now wait for next 24 hrs I don't understand why they don't get defected mobile replaced

              Are you really thinking it is right to treat customer like this.

              In the given time still You were not able to provide me resolution today what a promise by your company

              I thought you will be able to provide me resolution but i was wrong.

              I think i had made a wrong decision of choosing you over other online shopping companies.

              You don't respect customer emotions i am suffering from this torture since 7 th sept and now this is 17 almost 11 days.

              But ut doesn't matter to you.
              You just need money for defective items

              and

              one interesting thing for defective products you also wrote below it that it is FLIPKART assured.

              What a trick to fool the customers because once customers buy it from you it is their problem not yours.

                So i ordered a game for my ps4. It was shipped packed and was ready for delivery on time. When my package was out for delivery i called the delivery boy. He said that he will come by my place at 11:00 am. So i waited for him but 30 mins passed by and he didn’t show up. So i called him again. He said that he is on the way. So i stood there for him but he didn’t came. I stood at the bus stand waiting for him. He made me wait constantly for 3-4 hrs. He delivered the package to me at 7 o clock.
                I’ll never buy any thing for flipkart. I prefer amazon over it.

                  Worst experience ever on flipkart.
                  I have ordered a phone in exchange of my old mobile motorola g4 plus. Criteria for exchange is given as phone should not have cracks, no pixel issues and mobile should switch on. I waited for one week for my order. Later delivery person rejected my order for small scratch on my phone (And not a crack). So is flipkart expecting a customer to return a new phone which has zero scratches and that too in a perfect condition? If that's the case then why will a person sell his old phone? And that too exchange offer is not that great just deducted rs.2400 but my old phone's cost is around 14k. So if discount is also not that great amount on what basis does flipkart expect a customer to return a very good phone?
                  Even if it has so many conditions it should be mentioned in the website properly and customer should be well informed so that customer can buy in other good online websites like amazon where they keep customer well informed.
                  I would suggest no one to prefer exchange offer in flipkart websites.

                        I have been placed order, but received the product without battery. When i am trying to place return from mobile application, there is no option under accessory that battery is missing.

                        I called to customer care and they raised return request behalf of me, when executive came to collect product, there was there is discrepancy between what return request raised by customer care executive and what item missing my end. So he rejected to collect the return product (Sept 7th).

                        I called to customer care and it got escalated to higher level on same day (Sept 7th) and they said you will receive the call by sept 12th. It got closed with any intimation.

                        And when i am called to customer they said your account got blocked. Your escalation request has been cancelled.

                        I am receiving mails that your account got locked with below message for all the products including which there in cart without placing order.

                        "system have detected that you've been making unfair use of the offers under our token of apology program. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account."

                        Till now i am not getting any clear information that.. Why my account got locked instead of most generic message as above. And customer care ppl are not giving proper information.

                        Please activate my account and process my return request.

                        This kind of scenarios will create bad impression on flipkat, we may need to think, if we order from flipkart.

                        when i called to customer care they said issue will be resolved by 12th Sept 2018, but no update related issue. return policy going to end by 14th Sept 2018.

                        Flipkart team locked my account with wallet amount of 3300 (aprox) without any mistake form my-end and not proving valid reason.

                        i am only getting information that " we escalated to back-end team, they will get back to you".

                          Flipkart has hidden crucial details of the wardrobe quality on the product description page.

                          1. All the sides of the wardrobe were made of 15mm engineered wood except the backside, which was covered with a thin sheet and not wood!

                          2. Because of the above, the wardrobe cannot be moved as-as when you shift home. It has to be dismantled (Carpenter charges rs.1000/-) and needs to be re-installed at the new home (Again rs. 1000/- charges). So you've to spend 2k each time you need to move it!!

                          3. Flipkart doesn't accept return or give refund for this product. Big fraud to rob the customer.

                          4. Customer support only recites the policy clauses and doesn't resolve. Cs head doesn't even become active, forget about intervention / action.

                                I am trying to place order for 1 headset on the flipkart app but order gets auto-cancelled. I have called customer service a number of times and they have not been able to resolve the issue and have simply wasted my time and said try again later. Obviously i have tried 15 times placing order for 1 headset and each time the flip-kart system has auto-cancelled the order.
                                Each time payment goes out and gets refunded. They should not put the item on the website if its not for sale. Its absolutely pathetic and misleading for consumers trying to buy anything on the site. Order numbers for reference are

                                  I have purchased a mobile called poco f1 in flipkart on[protected]. My order id is od[protected].
                                  They have given me an expected date of delivery as[protected] and didn't deliver the product on that day.
                                  When i have called the flipkart customer care and they changed the delivery date as[protected] and on that day also the didn't deliver the product.
                                  Again i have contacted the flipkart customer care and they have requested the time till[protected] for making a resolution on the problem.
                                  On[protected] they have said that due unexpected issue by courier service we are unable to deliver the product and if you don't want to wait please cancel the product. They even not identified the problem also. I have not canceled the order.
                                  On[protected] they have said that our senior escalation team is working on that please wait for 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue.
                                  On[protected] they even don't respond regarding the issue resolution.
                                  Again i have contacted the flipkart customer care then they have said that i will escalate the problem to the team, wait 24 hours the team will call you.
                                  But till now they didn't identify the problem also and showing the expected date of delivery as[protected].
                                  They are making fraud with the customers by specifying the false dates regarding the problem resolution.
                                  They are not resolving my problem and they are extending the time for making a resolution on the issue.
                                  So please solve the problem and make the product delivered as soon as possible.
                                  If they aren't able to deliver the product then please cancel the product and i have purchased the product for rs.19999 and now it is rs. 20999 because i got cashback of rs. 1000 on the date of purchase. So, please return the amount rs 19999 and cashback of 1000 also because then i can purchase the product for rs. 20999. Otherwise, i will get a loss of rs. 1000 for the internal problem of the flipkart. So, please either deliver it as soon as possible or return rs. 19999+1000 for me and i will order the product again.

                                    My phone, google pixel 2 xl which i have bought from flipkart on[protected] for an amount of inr 55, 699 via hdfc credit card on emi bases.
                                    In 1 out of the 3 offers i got, i was supposed to get cashback of inr 10000 by[protected].
                                    On[protected] i called the flipkart customer care and asked about my cashback. They ensure me to resolve my query by[protected].
                                    On[protected], again i called the flipkart customer care and they told me that in the next 24 hrs you'll get your cashback that 24 hrs are still not over.

                                      Here is my order id[protected]
                                      I received a diffierent product. Its looks like local cheap product. When i received this different product, i contact to customer care executive. I request him for refund of my money back and he said ok your request accepted. After few days when i didnt receive any money i again contact to customer executive she said there is no any such option availiable on your deliverd product. Now my return policy is goona expire in 3 days, but there are no any action has taken against my request. I want my money back or deliverd the original product.

                                        Worst service ever seen and experience. Firstly delivering wrong size of t shirt to customer, secondly no exchange facilities and thirdly pack of fools at customer service and delivery persons. They lie to customers that we will do this and that but cant simply process a return and refund for a request place within 1 single working day due to wrong product delivery without mrp tag and blaiming customer that we are lying.

                                        We've interacted with the customer and apologized for the issue caused, necessary info provided as all F-assured products comes with MRP tag so denied for the return request, however, considering the wrong size product delivered we requested customer to confirm if the product is available customer info as the product is disposed hence feedback noted for the overall experience and closed the complaint.
