I placed an order on 14 june 2018 with order id od[protected]. It was cancelled by flipkart itself but refund has not been initiated till now. Even they are not giving me the refund refernce no. For the same. I have called them many times but of no use. If they have refunded the money then why they are not giving me the refund refernce no. For the same. I want my money back asap....

Dear flipkart,

I have purchased a new ac 1.5 carrier (Carrier 1.5 ton 2 star bee rating 2018 split ac - white (18k ester pro - 2 star/cas18er2n8f0, copper condenser) and delivered on 1st aug 2018. I got the delivery from ekart logistics.

After delivery, while installing ac we found the freon gas is empty. Then i have refilled. The amount spends 2100 rs.

Kindly help on this it should fill fully...

I have purchased 32 inch intex make led tv through online portal flipkart which have delivered on 21st july 2018 and as per their policy it has to be installed by 24th july 2018 but till date it has not been installed. I have made complain several times but so far my complain has not been resolved. Kindly do the needful to resolve my issue.

Please note that i bought vivo v9 from www.flipkart.com order id: od[protected] on 23-july-18 and after using it for 3-4 days i found there are some issues with the handset and raised complaint about it in flipkart. They sent technicians once and he did some troubleshooting but the issues were not resolved. Their seller's policy is if there is some issue with the handset they will replace with the old one...

The flipkart account of lakshmi hv order has not been processed but the amount of 656 has been deducted from bank for two times. And the customer service care is worst and not responding properly. And there was not even a message that order has been placed so kindly refund the money or cancel my order. A gift card was provided to me by my company and i added the amount to my wallet. On 26.07.2018, i ordered one 1tb hard disk and tried to pay the amount via my wallet balance. But, nowhere the wallet amount was getting reflected.
I contacted the customer care and they told that balance is available as per our records and why you are not able to use it.. We will forward the complaint to higher level.
But no solution was provided...
