Dear sir/madam,

Greetings!

As it is known, flipkart is one of the leading and loyal group of the society. Here, we are going to share our on the worst experience for online booked product of order id: od[protected] and product is nokia 6.1 plus (Blue, 64 gb). As per your advertisement for sale on nokia 6.1 plus (Blue, 64 gb), we were very enthusiastic to purchase this gadget and waiting for it from last three days. As per your guidelines, we have successfully booked this gadget with order id: od[protected]. We get confirmation message of booked gadget as well as status of dispatch of product from seller to courier company and next stage are updated. But suddenly we received the message of return of product, that was totally shocked for us. So, we immediately call at customer care number and request to provide update on this issue, but they are not being able to give any valuable reason and response. The response we received are very shocked kind, it’s look like there are big scam and fraud are going on the sale product with customer. After whole incident we felt like filpkart are cheated with us and completely lost whole trust from your esteem organization.

So, through this written mail i am complaining related to issue of order id: od[protected] and request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and provide your valuable guidance.

As a part of that group your seller should be equally loyal to your customer and show ethics of business. It affects your credibility as a pioneer organization.

Kindly do the needful.

Hope we will getting positive response from you to our booked gadget.

If your organization would not be able to provide any valuable suggestion. May i request you to kindly suggest us how we can resolve this issue by legal procedure.

    Hi,

    I have ordered a watch from filpkart on 25th august worth inr11995.

    The watch which i have recieved was not the one that i have ordered. My order id is od[protected].

    I have lodged several complaints regarding it but i have not recieved any response from their side. On call they always confirm that they will replace the product with original one. They asked me to wait for 24 hourse always. 7 days have passed but they have not provided me any solution. Please help.

      Hi team,
      I have order a ‘winsome deal flip cover for motorola moto g (2nd generation) multicolor prrflip c grnmotog2’ from ‘pratishtha enterprises’ (A-58 madangir village, new delhi - 110062) against the order id: od[protected] on 22nd august 2018 (Tax invoice is in attachment) but when i received the parcel, i found that instead of a mobile cover i received a ‘woodland money bag’ (Also attached the photograph). I described the full scenario to the sealer over phone and they confirm that they are not able to provide that cover so they will collect the ‘money bag’ and refund my money within 3rd september 2018, but till now they didn’t take any initiative against that.
      Now, please clarify me when or how you will start that process and please justify why you people confirm an order when you don’t have the sufficient stock. I am not able find any positive initiative from your side to rectify this mistake and it’s really frustrating.

        Within one second three times transaction was done . I received an OTP on 10-37pm & I had not shared the otp with anyone & I have not shared my debit card with anyone account. The payment are follows

        Sir I have received only one OTP & I have not shared my otp but transaction was done twice within one second & at 10: 38pm another transaction was done . I don't know how it is possible??

            Highly disappointed, they say i am a priority member and i am kept on hold for 12 minutes, worst service. Nothing was informed. Chat team says call cx care. When i called in as a flipkart+ member was connected to priority plus helpdesk which put me on hold for 22 minutes then disconnected. I quit flipkart, worst cx service, flipkart u lost a high value customer today.

                I purchased one voltas 1.5 tonne air conditioner from flipkart with order id – od[protected]. The product was delivered on[protected] and installation party came on[protected] who said that there was problem with the product and needs replacement. I called up customer care on[protected] and the customer care executive assured me that the product will be picked up and i will get back my refund. Actually, i had asked for replacement but i was told that the same product was no longer available; so, i had to settle for refund. Till now, the product has not been picked up and on top of it “refund rejected” has been shown in “my order” section since[protected]. For no fault of mine, i have been made to face this problem. I’ve contacted customer care many times but to no avail.

                      I have placed a Samsung S6 black mobile phone order - OD[protected] with flipkart. I have received a golden colour phone. The seal on box is like temporary printed tape. The back cover of the phone is pasted. It is open from one side. The gum marks are there. I informed the company and asked them to return and refund the money. But they are saying either keep this phone or they will see if it can be replaced. The seller is a fraud as he is giving local assembled products. But the flipkart is not taking any responsibility. We are purchasing from Flipkart as we are expecting genuine products. Kindly help me in returning this product and process my refund. The company is not picking up the product after return complaint. And please verify the seller and don't allow the fraud/crooks on your website.

                          I have received an SMS showing offer from Flipkart which is attached below. To check the veracity of offer, I called on the helpline no and asked him send me his ID. He has sent me the ID which is also attached. The offer appears to be fake and I want confiemation for the same. Also following things are notable.. 1. Fliplart genuine sms comes from FLPKRT not FPKART. 2. I did not see offer in my flipkart account. 3. The ID may be of a flipkart staff who connived with others to dupe customers.
                          Kindly confirm if it is true and at the same time penalise this staff.

                            I orderd a bluetooth speaker of mi of worth 1800rs through flipkart on 3rd september of orer id : od[protected] the delivery date was 5 th september .
                            I waited 5th september .I called to their custemer support for asking details they said that it will come on 6th september
                            on 6th september i again called them alot they said that it will come on the 10th september .Means s days delay

                            actually im waiting on my hostal only for this for two days .We have 8 days vacation now .On each time i call they says it will come on today, otherday

                            when i track the order it is on malappuram hub .It is only 8 .5 km from my room .So i asked them that would i get the product by go to there .They replied that "will not"
                            so i doubts my product is not there .The gives fake information to custemer

                            my prouduct coast is only 1800 rs .But its not a issue of 1800rs.In my openion the delivery of the prouduct on or before the date is their responsibility.

                              I m calling flipkart no. They r just alloting 2 hours waiting time since two days

                              Ordered a seiko watch on myntra at a great price in a special promo, myntra kept selling the same watch after the offer was over but never shipped mine. Then they called me & cancelled the order giving some excuse and refunded the amount to my cc.

                              Ordered another casio g-shock watch at flipkart (Seller was flipkart owned retainet) under an offer, paid via cc. They again kept selling the watch post offer at full price for a week via retailnet only, yesterday the watch was sold out at full price. Guess what? Today i received a call that the seller is unable to fulfill the order so i should cancel it & buy another one at current price.

                              The thing to note is myntra, flipkart & retailnet are all of the same group & they did this twice in 10 days with me. I see a pattern here that sell at discount & then sell at full price, if you can sell out your inventory at full price then cancel the orders taken earlier at lower price else ship the product to buyer who bought it at lower price. Is this even ethical?? Its a bloody scam these guys are running.

                              The said watch is again available for purchase at flipkart, when i called them, then they first told me that they cannot serve at my pincode, then i told them the same watch, same seller i. E. Flipkart owned retailnet is available at my pincode right now, only difference is higher price of around 3, 000, they refereed me to see the terms o[censored]se saying that a seller can cancel a order if he wants to without mentioning any valid reason.. My money is still stuck with flipkart as they want me to cancel & they will not..

                              Just placed the order in cod at full price, will not accept the delivery... But lets see how deep this rabbit hole goes...

                                I have purchased a google pixel 2 xl phone on www.flipkart.com on 16th may 2018 with hdfc credit card and there was an cashback offer of rs.10000/- on hdfc credit cards and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date (Before 30th august 2018). It is september 2018 now. I have not received any cashback til now, (Confirmed with my banker)

                                When raised query with flipkart customer care they gave me some ridiculous and lethargic replies. And most of the guys whom i speak has no idea of what he is speaking and says only 2 things,

                                1. Sir, network issue sir.
                                2. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

                                I don't think they understand my concern, which is why i am here.

                                I have attached the tax invoice supporting my purchase for your perusal.
                                Please look into the issue and do the needful.

                                  Me ordered fastrack mens watch on cod mode with the order id of od[protected], had receive the product i saw packaging in wrost condition also i open that i saw ordered product duplicate also in problem condition i am realy upset this i am a never expect this kind of fourtury never seen for flipkart ordered products i will defenitely rasie complaints in consumer court with the rights to the product act flipkart should give the answer and needful on this same

                                  Delivery person getting this product In e kart by manual mode there is no tracebilty also I am waiting for this product around 5 days I am too upset in flipkart were flipkart deliver duplicate product for all consumer???

                                    Reference IDOD[protected] for two sets of Glowflow Uplight wall lamps returned to Flipkart as one set of the lamps was found broken. However, one set has been replenished whereas the other one still not sent to me though I have already paid for two sets of lamps.
                                    Concerned persons may be suitably directed so as to deliver the goods further loss of time.
                                    This kind of delay in replenishment raises questions on credibility of Flipkart.

                                      I've bought a dining table on Flipkart and its been delivered to me on 27th of August 2018 and it is supposed to be installed by them by 28th of August 2018. But till now its not yet done. Regarding this, I've already raised a complaint with them 31st of August. Till now they are saying that they are working on it.
                                      I said I will return the product when you can't install the product, they are saying that return can't be done without installation happens. If I ask for do the installation, their answer is that our team is working on your complaint since a week. No progress till now. Everyday they are saying that give us 24 hours more.
