We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the product was delivered to customer on (October 27, 2017), as per the sellers 10 days replacement policy, we shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the order.     I have been using flipkart since a very long time. I've purchased so many products from it. And as a loyal customer they provided me pay later limit which was very helpful to me. I also paid my pay later bills regularly. But one day all of a sudden they blocked my flipkart account without my consent. There after i had to shift my purchases towards amazon. But i think of flipkart better than amazon so i hope this will help me regain my account. Thank you

          I am not able to login.
          When i am logging in with my credentials its saying "account doesnot exist"
          And when trying to sign up its saying "account already exists".
          Also forgot password is not working. When i press forgot password it says unable to process. I purchased some items from flipkart earlier but now its not working.
          I want this issue to get resolved as soon as possible. Please help me.

              I placed an order of sony headphones few days back and the tentative date was 14 and the order was not delivered, and later cancelled. The delivery guy suman called me and said he will deliver one day after the tentative date and on next day on inquiring i find the order getting cancelled on its own. The customer care says the seller canceled it.. Without even trying to deliver.. And customer services say they tried thrice without calling me even once.. And when i called avoiding me and getting me call some random fellows for the delivery... Really a very bad experience with flipkart..

                  Sir, we have received the order with number:od[protected] on dt: 22 aug'18 and we have requested for size change on 23aug'18. But sorry to say that till date (I. E, 15.09.18) no one has come to take our material for exchage. We have complained to customer care many times but they are always extending the days in a gap of 2. Already 24 days has passed we are awaiting for material to be picked. Will anyone solve our problem??? Or shall we throw the material as it is of no use.

                          The delivery person is not delivering to the address mentioned. He is saying an junction and asking us to pick from there. He says that they only deliver in the urban area of nuzivid but not to the rural areas of it. But a delivery is done as per the pincode but not by whether the delivery is to urban or rural area. The address i specified is having the same pincode as that of nuzvid. It in the outskirts of the town. There are many deliveries done to the area by many online retailers. Then why would this delivery not done? N he accuses us that we are giving the wrong pin code and getting it delivered to our address. He is also so arrogant, saying that give a complaint if needed but he's not delivering to this address because it's rural, as per him. Given it a thought, it can be taken as a discrimination shown. I'm from hyderabad and i'm ordering it to my family member. How can my family member be denied a service, which he's 100% privileged to? N how can they accuse us of cheating by giving wrong pin code and getting it delivered to a different address when i have legitimately given the right pin code of the area to be delivered and the right address. It has been almost 1 week since i raised this complaint with there customer care but they didn't resolve it yet.

                            At first the order kept getting delayed by 10-12 days with commitment of 3 different delivery dates. We believed flipkart has the full control over the product quality but thank you for proving us wrong. As everyone expect the new product on ordering, we received the used piece of pressure cooker, whose lid is damaged and inner side has scratches which clearly shows its been used and cleaned. Even the bottom side is black which is another sign of that been kept on gas before packing. The upper lid is missing the ring and the sides have a damp. Really upset with the level of product quality flipkart delivers. I can furnish images of the product on request.

                              I had ordered for "yu yureka black matte black 32 gb mobile" from my profile on 14-august-2018. It was delivered t me on 24-august-2018. The "delivered one was a fake product which is not a mobile,"a bluetooth speaker and a pair of ear phones they are not branded". I had made return request and the flipkart team contacted me on 25-august-2018 and the promised me a replacement against that fake delivery on 3-september-2018. But as i found in my profile that it was cancelled by seller on 1-september-2018. I made another request for return and i had spoken to flipkart customer service and they said some team will contact me and i had received a message that they will be contacting me on 2-september2018 before 19:30 hrs but i had not received any call from flipkart. This repeated for four times in total they cancelled my requests with out any prior notice. They did'nt provided me with a resolution till now order id is"od[protected]"

                                    I have ordered honor 6 from flipkart on 15th august with union bank debit card payment of ₹16489. I cancelled that order on 6th of august still my refund amount does not credited to my account. I called flipkart regarding this they ask to check with bank people while bank people say that we didn't get any transaction from that seller.

                                      I have purchased google pixel 2 xl phone on flipkart on jan 22nd 2018 with hdfc credit card.. And there was an offer rs.10000 cashback on hdfc credit card and the cash back should be credited within 90 days from purchase date as flipkart promised and it's been 90 days i have not received the cash back amount of rs.10000.

                                        Sir,
                                        I am a law student who lives in a campus in Suburban Hyderabad. Three weeks back, I ordered the above phone and received a damaged product. I submitted a replacement complaint and your employees came some days later, collected the damaged piece and told me that the new order will be delivered within three days. SInce then, I have not received it, and my account shows that the phone has been delivered on the same day as the older one was taken by you. I have for the past two weeks been trying to contact your customer service agents but I either got hung on, was asked to wait for humongous amounts of time without receiving a proper reply, and have till date neither received a replacement nor a refund. I hope you guys do the needful, because the only remaining alternative that I can come up with is to go to Consumer Court, and that is something which is both time consuming and problematic. I am a law student with no source of income, and I wish to tell you that this isnt the first time flipkart has been so irresponsible with product deliveries to our college campus, which is, as I already told you, in Hyderabad Suburbs.
