As it is known, flipkart is one of the leading and loyal group of the society. Here, we are going to share our on the worst experience for online booked product of order id: od[protected] and product is nokia 6.1 plus (Blue, 64 gb). As per your advertisement for sale on nokia 6.1 plus (Blue, 64 gb), we were very enthusiastic to purchase this gadget and waiting for it from last three days. As per your guidelines, we have successfully booked this gadget with order id: od[protected]. We get confirmation message of booked gadget as well as status of dispatch of product from seller to courier company and next stage are updated. But suddenly we received the message of return of product, that was totally shocked for us. So, we immediately call at customer care number and request to provide update on this issue, but they are not being able to give any valuable reason and response. The response we received are very shocked kind, it’s look like there are big scam and fraud are going on the sale product with customer. After whole incident we felt like filpkart are cheated with us and completely lost whole trust from your esteem organization.
So, through this written mail i am complaining related to issue of order id: od[protected] and request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and provide your valuable guidance.
As a part of that group your seller should be equally loyal to your customer and show ethics of business. It affects your credibility as a pioneer organization.
Kindly do the needful.
Hope we will getting positive response from you to our booked gadget.
If your organization would not be able to provide any valuable suggestion. May i request you to kindly suggest us how we can resolve this issue by legal procedure.

I'm Sagar V MAHADEV My Account number is [protected]. I'm writing this mail regarding unauthorised transaction was done without sharing any details of my card & the OTP
Within one second three times transaction was done . I received an OTP on 10-37pm & I had not shared the otp with anyone & I have not shared my debit card with anyone account. The payment are follows
1st Payment RS 1989 at 10:37pm
2nd Payment RS 1989 at 10:37pm
3rd Payment RS 1989 at 10:38 pm
Sir I have received only one OTP & I have not shared my otp but transaction was done twice within one second & at 10: 38pm another transaction was done . I don't know how it is possible??
& I have attached the screenshot of the payments
