I had buy mi 55" led tv from flipkart and after installation dth connection with it there is output of voice only picture view shows. I had complaint the same to mi tollfree number on 02-08-18 and on 03-08-18 an mi service engineer visit my house to check the led after checking he declare that there is an fault in the mi led and ask me to give me one day time to resolve the issue but after one day whenever i had call him he gave me excuse...

Flipkart is not resolving my problem
It is just cheating on me. Not returning the product or not refunding its being one and half month it is just playing. I have called the customer care at least 30 time but they are not resolving. I have a loss of 6940 rupees. I have order a hearing machine but it was damaged....

I have purchase mobile from flipkart before 1 month i got product is demaged and charger missing in box. This issue not resolved by flipkart.

I have 25 times complain and received two mail from flipkart. Will add 799 in your wallet. But this amount is not reflected in wallet. And mobile cover is damaged.

I had a pickup from last seven days. No one came here for pick up as they said i have to deliver at their office. Finally a guy called and he said he waited but on wrong way and agaim prdouct was not picked and he said again deliver it at their office. If i have to deliver at office. Then why they hired delivery guys.

Hello.. I ordered a redmi note 5 pro from flipkart and the phone is ordered for official use for my company.. When i called and personally told them i need a proper gstin number and vat no. They declined my request saying we dont have an option for this.. The seller fails to provide such kind of bills... I mean how u fair is this.. I raised return request for my ordered product immediately Next day after delivery. Due to Flipkart issue it was not pick up and I did not receive refund. On follow up with Flipkart they raised multiple requests and keep cancelling them without my permission. I am expecting refund for my product....

On 18.07.2018 i had order ladies watch zulla stay 5 nos order no[protected] from flipkart against paylater option. Flipkart delivery me only 02 nos of watch in damage condition. Due to this i cancelled order and requested for replacement. Then on 23.07.2018 i got replacement. But after that flipkart disable my account. I booked temper glass for redmi note 5 but received some other temper glass which is bigger than my mobile size.
Now a days why flipkart charing more on delivery even when my order is more than 500rs.

As per ur terms and conditions i cant able to return the product.
If i received wrong product i should get refund and return the product but why putting rules as favourable to dealers who sents incorrect product.br...

The product did come to the nearest hub as expected but after that they punched in saying there is an address pin code mismatch, whereas i am residing at the same address and with the same pincode. Other etailers like amazon have delivered to me at the same address and pincode.

Even after 2 tech visits flipkart is not replacing my phone as promised. I experienced camera hang, unwanted heating, wrong compass direction etc. Thrice my request is rejected and twice tech visit is done.
The tech visit was done first time and the guy he saw that the camera was in a hang position, he installed and reinstalled the camera, it started working.. Then he recorded simply a video for 20 minutes in fully ac environment....

I got redmi note 5 pro device defected as the sim slots are not working properly. I requested to replace this device, flipkart arranged a meeting with an authorized technician to get my issue. He found the same problem but he updated the wrong information to flipkart that the issue is resolved. Then my request for return was rejected. I contacted flipkart regarding this and they assured me that they will help me definitely. 8 days passed...
