I have orderd watch and when i receive parcel ans the time i open the parcel the watch was damaged and it was my second order with flipkart and while i creating a return flipkart locked my account and i am not able to login to my flipkart account and when i ask them to help me they didn't reply to me once. I have called them several times but they put me on hold for 20-20 minutes then cut the call. Flipkart is harressing me and broke my trust for online companies. I am again asking them please help me to resolve my issue.

A wrong product was delivered by Flipkart today. I ordered a Salman khan edition for phone back cover but got something else so I want to return it and want my money back. So kindly help.

    I have ordered the above product based on the display that, it was two shirts of two different colours. But, i have received only one shirt delivered today 20th september.
    The displayed shirts have two colours - one dark and one light - i have received the dark colour. I do want the other light coloured shirt.
    And the customer service officer is biased with the seller and saying that it was only one shirt.
    My question is if it is a single shirt then why two colours were displayed.

      Hi,

      I have placed an order in flip-kart ETA was on 19th sep and today i have called for the customer care and they are informing that order will be delivered by 24th Sep and giving 40 Rs as a cheap tricks.
      i had informed that order has reached the DC and need the order by today / maximum by tomorrow morning they are just repeating same words that we cannot deliver.
      i even asked to provide hub address/contact number so that i can self collect the order but they are not agreeing for that as well and not transferring the calls to the higher authority also . Please resolve my issue at the earliest.

      Still now my issue is not solved. Flip kart people are informing that they cannot delivery the product to me before 24th Sep as my ETA was on 19th and informing me to cancel the orders take the refund back .
      and informing that they dont care about the complaint raise by the customer.and informed to raise the complaint any where they dont have any issue

        I ordered a hair spa from flipkart and received a fake one . I am a regular user of Loreal products and noticed a difference by only looking at the product.
        On opening the package there was this tub that smelled like an antibiotic.
        I have already paid for the product and from my past experiences can clearly tell this is fake.

        Need a refund for this kind of cheating.
        Not expected from Flipkart. I feel badly cheated.

          I Purchased one Pen Drive 32Gm Sony from Flipkart, but it was found not working, hence forwarded request for replacement the products.
          Today I received a call from your EKART delivery and pickup service person- [protected], I have talk with him to pick up the parcel from our delivery address, but he has been refused to come. And also talking like nonsense language.
          Bahut gardiya bath kiya usne, so I want to take action on this.

            Hi

            I had ordered one royal oak berlin engineered wood tv entertainment unit on 2nd sep 2018. Delivery was scheduled on 5th sep 2018
            It got delivered on 5th as committed and personal from your end came on 7th sep for installation. Person who came for installation found that unit is defective (Glass broken) and he informed us that the unit need to be replaced and he himself initiated the process.

            Upto here things were going fine.

            Replacement pick date was given as on or before 14th sep and delivery of new unit was scheduled for 16th sep 2018

            I waited upto 14th and gave a call to your call centre on 15th to get a update, lady name pallavi at your call centre informed me that she don't have much details about this and will escalate this to concerned team and with in 48 hours i will get a resolution for my problem ie by 17th sep.
            After that i got a call on 15th from mr rizwan, who introduced himself as my relationship manager for the product ordered and told me that he will take care of this and will get it done by 17th. He also informed that this couldn't get done as earlier committed date as there is a breakdown with courier guys who came for picking damaged product

            Out of my tension, i did again called call centre on 17th and informed that i haven't got any revert on when the pick up will happen as 17th was the date given to me (48 hours). They informed that, they understand by problem and they are sorry for what has happened. They too told me that need another 48 hours for giving an updation, ie 19th sep 2018

            Today morning (18th sep 2018), mr rizwan called me and asked, whether the damaged goods got picked up.
            As it was yet to be done, me replied in negative

            Now rizwan is saying he need another 48 hours to get further update (Ie by 20th sep, 2018)

            I don't know, where to complain

            Its not the first time i am using flipkart and all through i was a satisfied customer though one or two days delays were treated as ok

            This product what i have ordered is costing rs 13990. Purpose of buying this was to have my leaving room beautified for my daughters birthday, which was on 16th sep. That didn't happen and in turn my living room looks in a mess as three big boxes were kept at the time of celebration

            Any way my purpose is not served
            Screen shot of my order is given below (Which gives all the dates and commitment)

            Request you to act on this and give me a speedy delivery or else if commitment cannot be kept, please initiate refund of the amount i paid.

            I have spoken to call centre on 15th sep - they assured that issue will be resolved by 17th sep
            Then again it was told it will be done before 19th sep and a final date was given today ie 20th sep 2018, 4.30 pm
            No calls or no messages came

            Today again i called, i got a revert that by 24th this issue will be resolved

            Please understand my concern and either replace the product or initiate refund of money paid

              I ordered l'oreal paris glycocell force vector hair mask but the product i got is already opened and used. This is really disappointed, I want my money back. Very bad experience with flipcart. If I don't get my money back, I'm not going to shop with flipcart, and suggest other people the same

                I have ordered sony w830 camera from flipkart.com costing rs 7990/-. On 11/09/18. I didn't get any order status in flipkart but payment was successful through hdfc credit card on.

                When i contact to flipkart customer care, then said dont worry as per your record shows your amount debit 7990/-rs. Please wait 24-48 hours, your amount will be refund.

                But after 10 days today (20/09/18), complaint is under process and they dont know when it resolve

                  This is a totally fraud from filpkart.
                  They have sent me defective phone and instead of replacing phone now they are asking me to go service center.

                  And phone is under replacement period.

                  Please please don't shop from filpkart.
                  Amazon is way way better from filpkart.

                      My ordered product was supposed to be delivered on 14th sep'18, it then got delayed by a day to 15th sep' 18. It has now been delayed by 7 days and there is still no update. The order has reached the sorting center on 12th sep' 18 which is around 15kms from the delivery location, yet the product is not getting delivered. Despite following it up repetitively with the support staff, there is no update except the false promises of delivering it on time. The product i have ordered has a limited warranty period which starts on the day of purchase irrespective of the day it is delivered.

                        My order number with flip kart is od[protected] for above item on 20th aug 2018. Delivery is scheduled for 21st aug 2018. The order was for an exchange of 32" inch samsung tv and exchange value is rs.4000/-. After the exchange value the cost was rs.7739/-which i have paid from my credit card. On 21st one technician from elkart came and checked samsung tv and it is rejected for reasons which is not explained to me properly. I have cancelled the order and refund is initiated on 23rd aug. Since then i have been contacting customer support and they are assuring the refund will be effected next 24 hours. Now i had lots of phone calls with them and now the matter is till unsolved. Every time they are telling due a technical error refund is delaying and to wait for another 24 hours. I am looking for refund to my credit card account or by personal cheque in my name. Kindly check with flip kart and find some solutions for this issue at the earliest.

                          I received the laptop from flipkart on 24th august. From the second day o[censored]sing the laptop, i faced the issue of laptop not switching on as it was taking around 40 mins to switch on. If I'm not wrong i requested for a return on 27th august. I was told a technician would come and visit on or before 2nd sept.. When they called me, i said i would be busy on both 1st as well as 2nd, so mentioned a specific time to give a call. Apparently they called during my class twice. I called them back after 15 mins, to know that my return is rejected because i did not pick the call (this happened on 2nd sept).
                          I immediately requested for a return as the 10 days replacement policy would end on 3rd sept only to know later on that my request got cancelled again without any fault of mine. This has ever since happened for 4 times continuously and each time flipkart did not bother to call me and update on my return request. Once a technician came, said switch on the laptop only then he will be able to take it and since he has 2 near by deliveries, he will come in 20 mins, but never returned nor bothered to take my call.I have spoken to almost 15 different people in flipkart over the due course and i havent received any solution. The company is giving me mental pressure. I even requested yesterday, if they are not willing to refund atleast tell a technician to solve the issues or give me a new product.As an MBA student, laptop is a very high involvement product for me on a daily basis, and because of flipkarts below average poor services im not able to complete my work as i have to depend on others for a laptop. Infact i have received several messages about escalating issues to higher authorities and none bothered to call me till now. Yesterday i called flipkart and told them to give the call to a higher authority. I spoke to them, they assured to call me today after 2pm. Nobody has yet called me. Every person i have spoken to has only made unkept promises. I also asked for an e mail through which i can send my complaints, as the one [protected]@flipkart.com says its invalid id.but the people who picks the call are resistant to give a valid e mail id. I wonder if a company like flipkart does not have an email where customers can reach to.
                          Since it was an emergency to use my laptop, i had to reopen the packaging and asked my friend to temporarily fix the problems, and thats how the switching on problems got resolved for the time being. I do not know what problems will arise in the future, but to continue with the product received from flipkart, im sure they wont be accountable for any issues.. I have invested a large amount in this laptop and i do not intend to use a defective product. With this laid back attitude of customer service from flipkart, i wonder if any customers are even satisfied.

                            I have ordered for 2 tees and 1 jeans on august 16.After days of expected delivery the orders were cancelled by the seller.It was informed that the refund will be completed by september 18.But refund was not paid on respective date.When i contacted the customer care they informed the issue will be considered only on 24 september.One of the representive even told that the refund was completed on september 10.I Checked by bank account but there wasn't any refund.The respective fashion site hasn't refunded my money.And I require appropriate action to be taken by the fashion site for my refund.

                                    It's me rupak singh a regular customer of flipkart (#[protected]), i purchased a gas geyser from flipkart but it was not in working condition, i tried for return order but each time i failed due to your system failure, plz solve my problem. If you don't return it then plz send mechanic

                                    Spoke to customer on [protected], informed customer we see that you have highlighted the issue after the policy. Requested customer to get in touch with brand, customer was unhappy with the services and said i was trying to create the return request but i was unable to do. Informed customer seller cannot approve the return asked to contact brand, hence customer agreed closing the case.
                                    Delivery not came much late I'm not waiting for it any more
                                    I purchased infinix note 5 from flipkart on 2nd September. Within 2 to 3 days got problem in mobile. Like charger not working and memory card slot issues. I call to flipkart for solved issues and also process for return mobile as per policy. But flipkart only 400 rs credit in my flipkart account without my permission or communication.

                                      Respected sir,
                                      I ordered Nokia 7 Plus which was received on September 16. (order id OD[protected] I could use it only for one day because the phone was turned off at about 10 a.m. on the second day. I tried to run the phone but the phone did not work. Change me the same phone

                                        I ordered for a vivo v11 pro phone on 14th of September and paid via my HDFC debit card, the amount got deducted but my order was not placed.
                                        I was being asked to wait till 18th September to get a resolution but still I have not been contacted.
                                        This is very phatetic work from Flipkart.
                                        I need the mobile phone urgently.
                                        And my money is still stuck with you for no reason.
                                        Please help other wise I have to take some serious step.
