Hi,
I was able to place the order easily yesterday during the flash sale and order was confirmed, and after some time i received a message that the order has been shipped. But now suddenly they cancelled my order. (Attached the screen shots). Amazingly i am flipkart plus user too, so this is how flipkart treats you.

When i called them to inquire about the cancellation, they are saying as bulk order was placed during the sale yesterday, so seller is not able to process all the orders. Thus we have cancelled your order, and they asked me to try my luck once again during the next sale. How can seller cancel the order, when it has already been shipped? (Attached is the shipment details)

I don't know, why are they making consumers fool, if they can't handle their seller and their software (Plaftorm). It should have displayed out of stock immediately and shouldn't have confirmed my order.

Flipkart, let me tell you on irctc everyday lakhs of tickets are being booked during tatkal, and i have never heard a single incidence that they have cancelled confirmed ticket or bulk order kind of blah blah stuff.

Flipkart is just making fun of it's consumers by creating sale hype and then cancelling the orders, so that the demand and supply mismatch is there.
I want the order to be placed again from flipkart's side and to be delivered as promised on 31st august.

We've interacted with the customer and apologized for the cancellation as it was placed under Bulk order cancellation, requested customer to place the order using their own accounts to who so ever customer is planning to gift the order, hence closing the complaint from our end.
Same has happened to me.
Have they provided you any further resolution apart from refund?

Nope...they are just creating the hype to as alolmost everybody was able to place the order for this phone. And in that case their upcoming flash sales would have been a flop show.
Trying to mke poco f1 as popular as one+6 ...cheap strategy

    Flipkart is refusing to provide gst invoice (Having my gst details mentioned on invoice) for the phone (Poco f1) bought on 29-aug-2018 for business purpose.

    Without gst invoice, input tax credit cannot be claimed.

    Shame on you flipkart.. You are not even providing seller details so that i could contact them directly to revise the invoice.

    Learn something from amazon.. Even paytm is providing the facility of filling gst details to get input tax credit.

      The washing machine was delivered on 2nd of august 2018 and the installation was scheduled on 6th of august, but no one showed up. It was again rescheduled to 8th august but again no one came. I have sent more than 50 follow up emails, messages via facebook, call, twitter but every time i got the same response that we are looking into it. Today is 29 august and flipkart is still looking into the issue.

          I place order tracking id fmpc[protected] a whilepool refrigerator order on dated 23 aug 201. Your team commit to deliver the order on 28 aug 2018 but on 28 aug i got a mail from your side that due to adverse weather conditions we postpone delivery till 1 sept 2018.in morning of 29 aug 2018 when i call customer care number they also confirm same that your order will be delivered till1 sept 2018. But in night of 29 aug one mail also confirm me that your order was cancelled due to you are not connectable from last 24 hour. I get confused by reading same. How can it is possible. I contact their customer care more than 5 times during the placing of order. So plz look and identify the responsibe person who did same. Take stick action against him. I also confirm you that i this is my first and last order with you

            I received one call from flipkart that I won the lucky prize worth 1280000 and he asked to pay tax 12800 and 25600 transferring charge to get it. I paid the money through the bank and money transfer. I paid the to the account name shakeer Ahamed punjab national bank.Then he asking me to pay gst 59000. Please recover atleast my I.e 12800 and 25600. Please do any favor.

              Hello Team flipkart, this is the 2nd complaint in this forun in a week span. My order id is- OD[protected] for an iphone se gold 32gb. The order was placed on 16th of August 2018. Till date it is not delivered. It was being conveyed to me that it is having a label issue. The courier team forgot to label down a tracking id for the order. I mean how irresponsible is this from the ecommerce giant? Today evening I received a call from a backend team of your organization to re order the product. How dare you to come up with a resolution like this? You people don't even know thst if a product is purchased via bajaj finserv card, it takes minimum 4 business days to refund back to bajaj emi wallet account? And since 17th of august 2018 it has been mentioned in the notes that I'll be going out of city on 3rd of September 2018. How can an organization run on basis of such inefficient people? You people should have conveyed me by 21st August 2018 that I should reorder the product. You people stretched the dates for resolutions. Now my bag is full of resolutions. I want to make a clear statement, I want my product by 1st September 2018. I don't know how. I repeat, I don't need a resolution. I want my tracking id and my product by 1st September. I have all the call recordings. So I would request you not to push it to legal action. I won't cancel my order. Is that clear? I want my product. Its your organization's fault and you people have to fix it. Those ekart guys aren't receiving salary for missing a tracking id after a customer places an order. How much time does it takes to generate a tracking id if it is missed? Are you serious? 12 days man. It has been 12days. All I got a resolution is to cancel and reorder? I won't take this ###. I want my product by 1st of September. How dare you people say me to cancel my order and reorder once again?

                    I ordered this headphones today but i am very disappointed by its ear coushion build quality, just after 10 min of its use my ears starts paining hardly and warm.
                    So i did the return refund process but there was no option for refund, there was only replacement option.
                    I want my money back.
                    One the same thing happened with amazon also but that happened so nicely, in just two hours i got my money back because of the product dissatisfaction.

                      Against OD[protected], I have ordered HP 680 Twin pack Single Color Ink. Out of combo of two, I have used one Ink previously. The first Ink cartridge pack was good. Today first Ink cartridge was over and I have tried to replace the second INK cartridge from Combo then I am getting error attached in the photo."Remove and Reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear replace the indicated cartridge I have tried multiple times to install the ink cartridge but i am getting the same error. I have using this printer since more than 1 year but I have not get any error like that. I have again tried with another old Ink Cartridge and old ink cartridge is also fine.

                      I believe that I have received the faulty product from flipkart.com and request to replace the same because of inferior product quality. Also, Flipkart can get it check Ink level of faulty cartridge. Expiry date: 23/02/2020 Sl no: [protected]

                        I ordered the smart phone on flipkart via. flash sell order is also got confirmed but after 02:30 hrs. the order got cancelled by the seller by citing the reason limitted stock. It was not expected from flipkart. Flipkart should give me special previlage to obtain it.

                            I ordered a mobile pocophone poco f1 mrp: 20990 on 29 august 2018. The order had been placed and i had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at 2:25 pm the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as breach of contract!

                            I deactivated my flipkart account some days before as i was changing my phone after i reactivated my flipkart account from a new device the wallet balance is showing zero, please fix it as soon as possible
                            Same happened with me too. My order for POCO F1 was cancelled at 4 PM on 29/10/2018 while it was successfully placed at 12 PM .

                                Hello there,

                                My name is ravi makwana. I have been using flipkart from many years now and had ordered several items from there and i am a very genuine customer. Before a month i ordered a mobile during a flash sale. But they cancelled my order. After several phone calls and emails they told me that my account has been deactivated due to irregularities in my payment methods. As far as i remember there is no such issues form my side. Now i cant login to my account from past several days. So i request flipkart personnel to please look in matter and suggest my the steps to reactivate my account again. I need my account back as the order other items without making other account as i use only one sim card. So to make new account i need another mobile number which i dont have. Please suggest a solution.

                                  I purchased the kross globate front disc brakes cycle from flipkart on dated 17 july 2018 with order no od[protected] and delivered on dated 31 july 18 with damage condition. I raised the concern with flipkart cc and filed the return request for the order. They approved the return request on dated 2nd august & give the expected date to pick up 20 the august. Till date neither the cycle is pickup nor the refund issued by the flipkart.

                                  Spoke to customer and approved refund for the order as the pickup was delayed.

                                    I have ordered a mobile meizu m3 note on 2nd august 2018, after many delays (With out any proper reason) got the product by 23rd august 2018.

                                    After opening of the box come to know that i received the different product. Instead of meizu m3 note i got moto g4.

                                    And raised an return request immediately but till now no person has come o collect my product and last date to return is september 1st 2018..

                                    Please flipkart team respond to this complaint soon and resolve it by 30th august 2018.

                                    If it is not going solve my 30th august i am going to take severe action and for that i am not the responsible person.

                                    I am not understanding why this flipkart customer care is soo reckless.

                                    Product cancel from flipkart side, due to non technical staff came for exchanged product pick up, due to this cancellation my credit limit is blocked and I am in able to buy new product order details are as below.

                                      Dear consumer complaints team,

                                      After contacting flipkart several times i did not get any resolution. I was called today on 28th august saying that it is not possible to return the product. I have written many e mails to flipkart telling them that the product stopped working after few days of buying and it is defective. The product do not solve the porpous hence it should be returned. I requested them many times to take the product back and return my money.in return i was only assured that they are contacting the seller. But they never sent me any communication between flipkart and the seller. I was never provided with any resolution. I am only told that they can not help me returning the product because their return window is closed. Kindly help me and guide me to take the matter to consumer court. Flipkart had a very very poor customer service and simply rejected any help. Not only me but many other people have written very bad reviews about this product. They are also facing similar issues like me. The porpous of the product is to provide clean water and if it's not doing that means it's defective. I am really feeling cheated. Kindly help me as i am really annoyed with flipkart and will take any legal action to make all this correct. Please guide me further.

                                      I bought a product called "aqua sure instant with kitanu magnet gravity" from flipkart online shopping website. It was delivered to me on 4th of august 2018. Order number[protected]. It was written on the website that this can clean 850 liters of water.

                                      I have used it two or three times only in the last few days and now it has stopped working.in place of cleaning water it's coming out from sides that means it's not solving the purpose.

                                      Today i called flipkart to return the product but i was told that return window was for only 10 days so they can not return the product. They told me this product does not come with any warranty so i should contact the company service center.

                                      Aquasure is a small product and the company does not sell it directly. They can not repair it either. When i told flipkart that it's your responsibility to take it back as i am feeling cheated buying it from you. I got no support from flipkart. They have sold me a defective product and now they are not ready to return either. Kindly help me in this regard as i am sure this product is either not original or used. If it says it can clean 750 liters of water that should be taken as warrunty. It's a lie selling a product saying it cleans 750 litters of water when it could not even clean 50-60 liters.

                                      Kindly help me in this regard. I would like to take the matter to the consumer court. Kindly guide me the way.

                                        I ordered two books on 17th august. I got delivered on 22nd august. But sad thing is, one book is missing. I received only one book, but paid for two books.
                                        I raised complaint. Already 8-9 days, no response from flipkart. Pathetic flipkart service. I have no trust on flipkart, for future shopping. Fraud fraud from so called no 1 e-commerce site
