I placed an order on flipkart about a painting with order id: od[protected] on sun, aug 12th '18, it was delivered on fri, aug 17th '18, i placed a return on 19th the website told me that the flipkart delivery person will collect on 24th august, okay, i waited and no one came, i talked to them they said he will come next day, i again waited after that no one came and the seller secretly cancelled the pickup without my consent and flipkart didn't send any message or call to me, when i checked it didn't show any response.
I talked to customer care again they told me that it's over 10 days and now we can't refund your money.
Sir, i am feeling harassed they played the game very well with me, without my consent they scammed me, flipkart looted me.
Is this the service i am expecting they are doing fraudulent activities with customers, i don't have time to go to consumer court as i am a housewife.
Kindly help me or this will give me the tension.
