Worst service ...taking lots of time ...before buying just they showing only 2- 3 days delivery but after they doing bad things 9- 10 days ...worst service and product rate also decreased after buying this ...need refund

If they are keeping the rigid non refundable policy on some items, company should also insure that the concerned product should reach to customer without any defect.Item was entirely broken .

Worst services. Will never book with Flipkart.
I was order a product and paid money online after some days cancel order but money is not refundable in my phone or wallet

    I bought nokia 6.1plus from flipcart. Next day i complain flipcart helpline for display problem. They snd mobile engineer to check the phone. He checked the phone and he write problem is not solved. Next day i contact flipcart for problem. They spent my time 11sep to 18. At last they say to complain against nokia and hotstar app

      I have placed the order realme2 mobile in flipkart on 11th sep amount has paid online and expected delivery date was 13th september but it was not delivered when i called flipkart they said me to wait up-to 18th september regarding this complaint there is no such mail reply from flipkart. And now today when i check in flipkart it shows 21sep. I called flipkart but they all give the same answers please wait... Seriously such a worst experience on flipkart and if i cancel the product also for refund process it will take time and after that time frame if amount is not credited in bank account flipkart will just share the arn number and will say to check with bank and bank will say to speak with flipkart only... This will be my last product on flipkart. I need my product should be delivered which i paid for it

        I had earlier ordered for a mattress of specific size. But the received mattress was not as per my specifications. I requested for change but same size mattress was delivered which seemed to be used one.

        Thereafter i had requested many times to cancel my order and refund the money (My earlier correspondence in this regard may be checked from inbox). Still no action is been taken. Last mail received stated that in several days my complaint will be resolved. I am surprised to see that instead of specific time duration, the company is using the term several days. What does that mean? Already the time for returning the product (If not acceptable) is running out (10days). The last day is 18.09.18. Thereafter who will be responsible.

        You are hereby again requested to take an quick action in this regard and sort the problem.

          Pls note have ordered the subject product, which reached our city and lazy courier person not attended for delivery, who called and said that the order has been cancelled. we do not know who has cancelled. now your message says that we have cancelled. sorry am regular purchaser, this makes bad impression on the flipkart because of the courier.

            Product received without tags and now not able to return. Ordered a t-shirt from flipkart and received it without tags. Now when i am not happy with the product and want to return it, flipkart is denying to pickup without tags. I have original invoice. Call to customer care as well but no help.                 I had placed a complaint with flipkart for refunding a failed transaction (In[protected] of rs.1733 and i received an update that the amount will be refunded within 5 days on 27th aug 2018. Till date i have been following upon this issue and they are very much un responsive to this issue and i did not receive the refund till date. Even with multiple followups i am not getting any help from the customer support team.

                  Seller had arranged tech visit to check if the product is working fine or not. As per the technician report after analyzing the handset, he informed that there is no problem in the handset. Hence, the return was cancelled. Customer came back and informed that to process with refund. As per seller's 10 days replacement policy, we informed the customer that we can request for replacement again and technician visit will be arranged again but customer didn't agree. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                    Ordered my Oppo Find X for 59, 990 INR through Flipkart on 25th July, they had an offer of 3000 INR gift voucher which they set the date themselves as 12th September.

                    It's already 17th and they haven't provided vouchers, they keep calling and leaving messages that "We tried calling you about the voucher but you weren't available" instead of just emailing me the voucher.

                    A company like this shouldn't be allowed to openly scam people by breaking their T&C.

                    I tried contacting their CS which wasn't able to help me at all and just provided your typical "We have escalated your complaint" response and I'm still waiting.

                    All I want is to be emailed the voucher. I don't want any more calls from your CC. Just email me the goddamn voucher.

                    Don't keep calling me whenever I'm busy and then using that as an excuse "We tried to reach you but blah blah blah".

                    I'm done being polite. Don't break your OWN T&C or keep offers if you can't meet them.

                    The voucher matters/'ed to me. I will not let this go simply because your company thinks your consumers are ### and you can get away with anything.

                    Look at how they're blatantly lying to consumers.

                    Can someone from ICCF please suggest me a way out of this?

                    I've never seen a company blatantly trying to scam people despite claiming a time period of 1.5 months from my order date and still not able to deliver a voucher they promised to the users for a NICHE product I might add. This is not a product that everyone buys.

                      I booked Realme 2 mob on 11th Sept-18 for my brother for his birthday. During booking it has shown expected delivery date was 15th Sept-18. Today is 17th Sept till mob has not delivered to given address.
                      Now what is the use of that mob as it was a gift for my brother.

                        I ordered MI Note 5 Pro on 14 Sep. 18 at around 10:11pm, Neither i got any confirmation message nor my cart was be empty and amount was debited from my account. Therefore, i further order the same product and same issues was also again faced by me; money was debited and didn't get any conformation. So i immidiatly called the Custmor care person, they suggested to me wait for 8 hrs and after eight hours both the orders got confirmed and further i cancelled one order for which money will be returned back till 25 Sep.2018 so ultimately, i am complete devoid of money as[protected] for each order) was debited from account. Further, on today afternoon, the mobile came for delivery with exchange of my old mobile, where he said that as top cover from where sim is to be inserted is not properly close hence, now exchange cant made; you cancelled the order. I request him to see the mobile carefully as the top cover from where sim is to inserted and its obvious that it may open many times hence there is possibility that is not as company fitted but you look for the other side of same top cover it is properly fitted, and that gap is also less then 0.3 cm which is due to company provided openable site there but they don't agree with the matter hence i further called to customer care but they again told to wait till 20 Sep.2018. SO why are u harnessing a customer if you have full proof system of confirmation of order and expert who can see the exchange products within a day so TOTALLY DISSATISFIED BY THE SERVICES AND POLICY OF FLIPCART AND NOW ON WARDS I NEVER TRUST AND PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM FLIPCART

                          Re: order OD[protected]. I received the wrong colour (off white)in this order so i asked for a replacement in the correct colour (white). I received the replacement today September 17th but to my utter frustration realised they had sent me the same off white coloured item again. So i called the customer toll free number. A girl answered and she told me that she would help me with the return and refund procedure. She then asked me for my bank account number and ifsc code. I was confused as to why she wanted these details as i had paid with my debit card and the refund would be sent to the account of the debit card as usual and i told her so. She told me that the seller wanted these details. I was a little perplexed about this and became very suspicious as she asked me to give her the otp number on my phone inorder to confirm it was my account which i refused point blank. She then.threatened that i would have to send the product back on my own if i did not comply. I disconnected at that. It is very obvious that this person was trying to con me. The problem with flipkart is that you do not have a customer care email or chatting system. So the clients are at the mercy of these call centre people.

                            My account on mobile number +91 [protected]. I placed an grocery order on 16th sep, 2018. Which was cancelled after 30 mins of successful placement, the reason stated my customer support is that i used and international card. Why did flipkart deduct money from my card if they had to cancel my order. I have to wait for 3 days to get the refund now. Also when i tried placing the order again with deals of the day product, i could not add them as i have already placed an order with them. This is pathetic as you cancelled the order. I need resolution as this is customer harassment. Flipkart blocked my money for days, which they dont have any right to do.

                              This is madhu vamshi a flipkart customer since 7years i order each and every product which are essential for me and my family from flipkart only if you can't trust me you can check in my orders i have so many orders and i am one of the flipkart happiest customer but in recent times my account has been blocked and the reason got from flipkart side is that due to high number of returns my account have been blocked but i want to clarify that the orders i have returned are damaged or somewhat dissatisfying so i have returned the product and if it is the problem from my side i apologise you and from now i will order the product after giving a look on product reviews and i promise you if i return/cancel any box my order you can block my account permanently, i apologise you once again sir.                                 I have ordered he deo in which 2 bottle was ordered... I paid rs425 but one bottle was empty completely... Just now i took and opened then i saw that it's empty. If i have paid such a big amount then don't u think i should get my product... Well payment has been done but product is empty from inside... It's a he deo... Reply as as u can...                                   I ordered a mobile on sept 13, 2018. It was promised to get delivered by 16 sept, 2018. But today i tracked the status of the product. It is showing as the product is misrouted and went to hyderabad sort facility. Please let me know when this can be resolved and the product get delivered?

We have interacted with the customer and informed that delivery was delayed because shipment was mis-routed within city due address-pincode related issue. Customer has confirmed that the product is delivered on September 18, 2018. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                    I placed an order on Flipkart by Sep 10, 2018, and they confirm to deliver it by Sep 12, 2018, but it is not delivered so I raise an issue for delay deliver. Now It is Sep 17, 2018, and they asked to pick the Order from Hub...Why am I picked it from hub if you guaranteed to deliver?
                                    It is a Birthday gift which I sent from Pune to Gurugram.

                                      I had purchased online a mobile handset Infinix smart2 thru Flipkart. The material received is faulity does not catch any mobile network, on asking with customer care of Flipkart didn't get any favoured response or any support / suggestion. I need replacement of faulty devise or refund of my money. I had attached the invoice I got for the material

                                        My order was not delivered almost 6 day and suddenly cancel my order by flipkart.

                                        Many times i complain costomer but he not soul my problem i always say i can't any do more

                                        Delivery boy not attend my address and rejected product.

                                        And then flipkart say i cancel my order
                                        So how can soul this problem
