I had purchased a vu 55 inch tv vide order no. Od[protected] on[protected], having invoice no.#faaa3q[protected] dated[protected], sold by consulting rooms pvt. Ltd., bangalore
Along with this i had also purchased an extended warranty 2 year by flipkart protect vide order no. Od[protected] dated[protected], having invoice no. #0xvw[protected] dated[protected], sold by jeeves consumer services pvt. Ltd., bangalore.
The tv has developed a problem of vertical black lines on the screen. This is a serious problem and i wish to have my tv replaced.

Flipkart Customer Care's response customer has raised the issue with regards to the defective product as we have interacted with the customer and arranged for the technician visit and customer states that the technician has visited and they have informed customer that Television will be replaced within 10 days and customer states that he will follow up the case with jeeves and brand hence closing the compliant from our end.
