I ordered santa monica shoe whose price 981.in offer but offer is buy 1 get 2 free on flipkart on date[protected]. At 6.53pm. But i got only one shoe where the offer is buy 1 get 2free. I want my another 2 shoe which are included in offer. Otherwise divided total order price money and return it to me.
This offer starts from 6pm and end at 7pm this offer valid only for 1 hour. Make sure it and send me the other shoe

    Ordered matrix shampoo, masque, serum from fliplkart. Order id:-
    Od[protected]. But the received products are not original. Bottles contains some local shampoo, masque and serum. I get it crossed checked from the original store. Really shocked to see that flipkart is doing fraud with their customers.

      Dear team,

      We had received billion ac on on 16 of may 2018
      Installation was done on 17 by jeeves which is a flipkart tie up.
      Everything was done perfectly next day when we started the ac and the room was not getting chilled we realized compressor starts and shuts in like 2 mins even before coming to the required temperature, we request flipkart to please return this ac and refund, we are also giving this in media publications & consumer court if flipkart doesn't take action at the earliest.

        I am placed 2 order on flipkart. One of in exchange offer in big billion day deal... And other without exchange.. For same address.. But flipkart cancelled one of the order which is in exchange offer.. And asks me that this is due to address mismatch. But one is delivered properly. But the both order is at same address. So why one address is mismatch.
        This is the only that they cannot provide me the phone on larger discount. They why they show the big billion deals, if they not have product to customer then why they show offers. Please match these two order..

          I ordered this laptop called acer predator helios 300 which actually costs 84990/- but on an offer i got it for 60490/-. Now after almost a week of waiting the tracking details say that the order is undelivered because of damage. The amount is paid. I contacted flipkart regarding this issue but they just say that they're "sorry" for this and i have to order a new one now for 85000/-. When i asked for contact with higher authorities they made me wait for almost 30 minutes and still provided no contact. What is the use of big offer days now? The seller is retailnet and the courier service is ekart logistics. It just seems like they're joining to dupe consumers like this. I need answers immediately.

          UPDATE: I just received an update that my package has been "received at fkl-Whitefield". Is that in Bangalore? My location is Pune, and it was last received at the nearest hub near me. Why is it sent back? ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT FROM FLIPKART! ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED! NO MORE FLIPKART FOR ME!

                Shopping with flipkart since 2 yrs... But with time the shopping giant is losing whole credibility.. No customer satisfaction... No grievances adressal mechanism.. It's easy to place order but when you got something different... Or stale quality.. Whatsoever... To make flipkart initiate a return.. Is no less than a herculean task... During sale i purchased items worth 5000 rs... Nothing i got wat i ordered... Wen i tried returning... I automatically got logged out.. I dnt knw where to approach.. Betn a consumer and a seller - specially if it's a homegrown entity-are based on trust.. If we are putting our money.. Please adhere to ur commitments... Kindly get me logged in asap..                   There was a problem with adapter i got with the moto x4 phone. And called flipkart they agreed for replacement. And there was a 10 day replacement policy and i got messages and mail from flipkart that a technician will visit for checking. But it took too much time and once verification centre called me and told me that within 2 days replacement will happen. But next day was the last day for replacment and flipkart cancelled the request for replacment. And when i called them they told that it's replacement time expired. And registerd complaints in customer support team. Till no use.

                    I bought a honor 9i two days before, i'm not at all satisfied. Battery drain so fast, i have tried all the troubleshooting steps still the same issue. I don't understand why the refund policy is not there. If all the product has same problem what is the use of replacing the product. No where on the flip kart website written there is no refund.                       I ordered this product (Serial num-wcav3c568123) in[protected] which have one year warranty, but i am facing some issue with this product. So i called with wd customer care for solution. As per wd customer they told me this product is already expired in 2014, so how this possible?, how you sold me that type fake product. I want explanation with my satisfaction other wise i will complaint at consumer protection act.

                        I bought this ac on 29, delivery was promised by 4th may. It was delivered on 7th; that too only after i made at least 20 calls to flipkart and the concerned courier service. Now, people who came for installation found that there was a leakage in the outdoor unit. And now i am stuck with that. The technician whose mobile number the midea sent saying he would visit within a day had his cellphone turned off. For three days i tried calling him. Instead of 12 hours, he came after 72 hour on 11th. I have been now told by flipkar to wait till 28th of this month for the replacement.
                        So, i have a month to wait out before i get a replacement! Do you think you should wait for a month to get the ac you have paid for in advance?
                        That the outdoor unit had a leakage problem was not my mistake. So, can flipkart tell me why should i suffer for a mistake that one of its sellers made? Now, i have to leave for my native place on 20th of this month. I have my tickets booked. Flipkart won't give refund or accelerate the replacement process. I should now have my ticket canceled for flipkart to deliver the replacement unit. This is the price i have to pay for the mistake of buying an ac from flipkart.
                        Ironically, it is the ease of delivery that flipkart has made its selling point in recent ads. I don't know what to do.
                        You may have to spend some extra bucks to buy from a local store but it will give you peace of mind and you will not have to suffer the way i am suffering. Once you pay for an item, the company hangs you out to dry.
                        Beware! Learn from my experience, stop buying large appliances from flipkart until the company changes its return policy and replaces an item on a priority basis.
                        The flipkart team sent me a message on 14 saying product will be picked up for replacement by 22 may. And the replacement will be sent within 1 business day of the product. The product was picked up on 18. But the flipkart people even do not know that the product was picked up. There seem to be no coordination between flipkart, its courier partner and the installation team jeeves. First jeeves said only the outdoor unit will be changed and left the indoor unit hanging. When they came to pick up, they said they wanted both and did not pick up teh product as installation was incomplete. I called jeeves again and on next day, they came and picked up the product and then the product was picked up in 18th. I am attaching the message sent by flipkart and the update on pick up. Despite the message, they have not as yet sent the replacement.

                          And today 19-5-18 afternoon suddenly hanged and didn't start after that try to charge but no signal of charging.
                          So i request for refund but they didn't keep refund option.
                          Only replacement option given why?
                          Didn't expected such poor product from motorola.

It said that i will recieve the product on 19th may. But after checking the shipping detail i got to know this message. I called customer care .he said that cancel your product again you will buy that same product but now rate Rs 3399 .

                              Ordered honor 9 lite & got letv brand phone.

                              I want my honor 9 lite phone and get this hell of a phone back. Already added to return but no one came after 24 hrs.

                                I ordered (Order id: od[protected] iphone 6 from flipkart for rs 25699 and paid by debit card. After 10 minutes i canceled order coz i found better offer for same product. Transaction date is 11th may 2018. I received refund confirmation from flipkart on same date but till today 19th may, amount not credited in bank account. I'm checking bank account through net banking every day several times. I wanted to place fresh order by same money on same date. But till date i'm not able to make order coz i'm waiting for that money. Please help me.

                                    I have placed order on flipkart (Order id od[protected] on 9th may, 2018 for mobile phone using debit card payment option (Debit card no. [protected]) and cancelled that order on same day and ask for refund. But not received refund amount till date. I have done enquiry for the same many times through mail and phone call to flipkart but they are saying that their seller has already done the payment against refund (Ref no. 74332748130812901769686) and they ask me to do enquiry in your concern bank (Sbi bank, kalwa branch). I had registered a complaint in sbi on 16th may, 2018 (Ticket no. Pg[protected] regarding this. I had received a mail from bank saying that within 45 days your issue will be solved. I am not getting any proper reply from the flipkart and bank also. I want my refund amount within 4 to 5 days. Ask your seller to again make payment against the same today only.

                                    Same issue with me. I placed order of iPhone 6 price Rs 25699 paid by debit card. And within 10 mins I canceled order. I received confirmation from flipkart that refund processed and mentioned that it will seen in bank account on or before 23rd May. So I will wait till 23rd May. If not done, I will go for legal action. It will better if we or other victims join against this.

                                      I purchased a product from flipcart, a puma shoe. Now i want to return this product due to size issue. Now flipcart is denying to pickip the product. Where i didn't receive any mrp tag in the shoe. It contains the product and invoice. I contacted customer care and told the issue they assured me the product will be picked up without mrp tag. Now they are denying. I have call recording. It is there fault why they do not attach tag with the item. Bar code attach with the shoes, they can verify it wheather it is right product or not and also the box containg shoe have bar code. But they are only demanding tag which didn't provide. It is cheating by flipcart.

                                        I had placed an order for "asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black, 32 gb)" (Mobile phone) on 10th may 2018.

                                        Order details-
                                        Product - asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black, 32 gb)
                                        Payment - ₹10, 999through net banking
                                        Order id - od[protected]
                                        Order date - thu, may 10th '18 12:04 pm

                                        The promised date for delivery of this item was 13th of may 2018.
                                        The phone was not delivered by 13th and they kept on delaying the delivery date by 2 days.
                                        The new delivery date was promised to be on 15th may 2018 but then also the phone was not delivered.
                                        Finally, i was forced to cancel my order as the product was not getting delivered.

                                        I again placed an order for another mobile phone on 16th of may 2018. The details of this product is as mentioned below-

                                        Product - redmi note 5 pro (Black, 64 gb)
                                        Payment - ₹14, 999through credit card
                                        Order id - od[protected]
                                        Order date - wed, may 16th '18 11:59 am
                                        Tracking id - (Ekart logistics) fmpp[protected]

                                        I am tracking my order through flipkart website and again i can see the product had arrived at a hub near my delivery address (My home) and then being sent back to medchal sort facility because of the same reason "misroute (Same city misrouted)".
                                        I have ordered many items from flipkart using the same delivery address but never had any problem with delivery of other items except these two cases of delivering mobile phones.

                                        Flipkart is taking the money upfront for these items and then delaying the delivery of items repeatedly so as to force the customer to cancel their order and then refunding the money to customer account after 6 working days.
                                        So flipkart is keeping customer's money for more than 10 to 15 days causing mental harassment by not delivering the items for which customer has already paid for, and also not paying any compensation for customer inconvenience.

                                        Please find the attached screenshot of tracking details for both the orders mentioned in this case.
