I had ordered honor 9 lite from flipkart which was delivered to me on 19th march 2018, after 3 days i requested for a replacement because i was not satisfied with the performance of the device. Since then till the date they are just making me fool and not giving any replacement even though they have mentioned it very clearly that product can be replaced within 10 days from delivery if i am satisfied with the performance. Ordered headphone-jbl which was dead on arrival.. Delivered on march 30 2018... I tried placing return.. Within a second i glt logged out.. And couldn't even open my account..
