I have order mitashi ac 1 ton but i have recieved 1 ton outdoor unit and 1.5 ton non inverter indoor unit on 28th of april 2018, i have recieved a wrong product from the flipkart and purely its not a my mistake, i have contacted flipkart customer care for several times and i asked them to keep my case open but still i didn't get any help from them, i have order this ac for my recently born baby as he cannot survive in this summer, but now the date is 11th of may its been almost 15 days, if you dont take any action within 24hrs i will take this very seriously, its upto you guys how soon you will react on this issue.

This is the last time i am contacting you after 24hrs i will proceed legally and will lodge a complaint against flipkart in consumer court.

Note : i want you transport guys to pick up the wrong product immediately and delivery me the product which i have ordered,

I ordered an item on flipkart and they shows the item will delivered on 2 may 2018, but item was not delivers yet.And I don't get any notification about the delay. They add extra delivery charge for the product, if they can't deliver the product on date then why should the the delivery charge.

    I ordered a 4 door spacewood classy engineered wardrobe from flipkart order id is od[protected]. The item was faulty and i ordered for replacement which flipkart agreed but they emailed me to ship the item back to them which is totally harassing the customer as i am not liable for arranging a return pick up. Flipkart is liable for arranging the return pick up through their courier and send me replacement. I lodged a complaint with them and i got an email that the return pick up will be done by 11th may 12.30 pm and i got a call from flipkart executive too regarding return pick up within 24 hours which was not done. I have tweeted thousand times called them mailed them but no return pick up done yet. The product has been uninstalled and packed by their partner jeeves but flipkart has not yet picked up the product for return which is their responsibility. I have paid 20000 for product and am being harassed as flipkart is not picking up my product. Please help in replacing and arranging a return pick up from flipkart of my faulty wardrobe.

    Flipkart has not yet picked up the product for return and replacement. There is no clause in the product return and replacement policy which says that customer has to himself pack the product and return it back and give me new product.

      Sir i cant login my flipcart account it says invalid login details. I think my account has been deactivated from your side.
      Please help me for that.
      Last time when i was used my flipcart there was some technical error in ordering the product the product was cancelled automatically.

        Flipkart is duping me of delivering a production, which i placed on 3r may, after 30 customer care complaints and 11 days later they cancelled the order. So i re ordered the product again, and again it got delayed, they are cancelling the orders without notice, the delivery team never called me but in the app it says - (Delivery attempt failed because of no response from customer) which is not what happened

            Dear sir/madam,

            My order id: od[protected]
            I bought panasonic eluga i7 mobile phone and it delivered on 24th april 2018. As it was overheating from day i requested for return on 25th april. But flipkart sent technician to check. Technician
            Visited on 27th april, didn't resolve the issue and given fake update to flipkart. And flipkart rejected my return request. Then again i requested for return on 29th and same technician visited and without solving the issue mentioned in report "issue resolved". This time i mentioned in remarks that issue not resolved. Pleasr find the attached copy of report. But still again flipkart rejected my return. I requested again for return on 1st may but flipkart rejected saying that "check with authorised service centre". But still the phone was under "10 days replacement" policy.in between i have sent over 50 mails but not getting any proper response. Then my phone started with many other problems like hanging/freezing, 4g network issue etc. Then finally on 4th may i requested again for return. Technician visited on 10th may and couldn't resolve it. Technician left my place without informing me and without preparing any report. When i called him he didn't respond to my calls. Immediately i called flipkart and explained everything and they assured me to wait till getting the update from technician. And then to be my surprise i received a message that my issue resolved and return rejected. Then i sent multiple mails. Also called and tried my best to explain that my issue is still not resolved and technician has given fake update but everything went on vain.

            Literally disappointed the way flipkart team is handling this issue.
            Its pity to say that flipkart is associated with such agencies with
            Incompetent technicians and believes them blindly.

            Kindly look into this incident on high priority and resolve this issue as after investing my hard earned money i am not able to make use of the mobile phone from day one.

                On 8- may-2017 i, Sajeevan made a payment of rs 4791 for ordering 4 items on flipkart, the payment was success and i got message from my bank regarding the debited amount but the order wasnt made or confirmed.Still the items i ordered is in my cart and there is no orders in my order menu.I called many time to flipkart and they told me to wait 8 business days to get refund.Till this day i didn't received any email or message or refund and my order isn't confirmed.Now they are telling me to contact my bank but it isn't my banks problem it's flipkart's problem.Please look forward to this problem and take necessary action please

                  During the flash sale on 10 May 18 of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 mobile has been added to my cart but immediately before my payment it has shown out of stock.

                  I am not at all happy with your service. Because once the item was added to the cart how can it be added to some other one to purchase.

                  This is complete cheating of customers.

                  The offer lasts until the stocks lasts with the seller, request you to check out as soon as the product is added to cart. Request your understanding.
                  The same has happened multiple times on Flipkart for the Redmi Note 5 pro sale as well. Its a terrible flash sales experience. A product should not go out of stock for at least 5 - 10 minutes after being added to the cart. We are not playing 'fastest fingers fast' with Flipkart.
                  Stop the concept of flash sales flipkart. It doesn't help at all. Please stop this marketing gimmick for heavens sake. Customers are desperately logging in at 12pm during flash sale just to get disappointed.Today I had logged in well before time which by the way is the 4th time that I'm tryjng and the moment the clock struck 12, Zenfone max pro went out of stock, that's absolutely nonsensical and ridiculously insane. If you want to increase sales revenue and your wallet share please allow customers to buy normally without creating artificial shortage, else you'd lose all your loyal customers to your nemesis.
                  Same has happen to me today I was waiting to order Zenfone max pro M1 from 11 am. When it was 12 noon
                  I selected the product and was about to enter my payment details it was showing Sold out by 12.01PM.

                  Flipkart is cheating the customer by giving false flash sale advertisements. It looks like they are promoting the brand.

                  They are making big money out of this flash sale concept where there will be more no of visitors to there website and more not clicks, this will generate revenue from the service providers.

                    I have placed an order (Od[protected] on 5th may 2018 and supposed to receive on 7th may. Every day i call customer care but they are saying they have no information from logistics/vendors and cant help. Some times they keep me on hold for more time, today (10th may 2018) i asked them to transfer it to escalation team if they are not able to resolve the issue. I am still on hold now while submitting the compliant, it's been 1hour 26 minutes, but no one is attending. Flipkart is cheating customers. Very poor service and cant resolve the issue for more than 4 days.

                      I have buy a 24" led tv of marq company (Od[protected] from flipkart and after only 05 days it's not working. I have placed replacement to flipkart within 10 days but they don't agreed to replace the product. Second time i facing this kind of problem of defective piece.

                        Dear sir / madam,

                        I ordered ac from flipkart on 8 may 2018 before ordering the product 2 times i spoken to customer care executive about assured delivery which is showing on the website (Within 2 days which means 10 may 2018)
                        So i placed the order and the product shipped 9 may 2018. As per flipkart confirmation the product should reach today at least before 9 pm or eod but the product will not reach on mentioned time.
                        I called courier logistics which is gati and informed them my docket no. Of the order. They said the product will reach you by 15 may 2018 and within minute i called flipkart customer care executive and informed them that discussion between me and gati courier logistics but flipkart saying you will product by eod.

                        After spending some times i came to know that gati courier logistics is absolutely right that my product will reach me by 15 may 2018 or before that.

                        Flipkart is just selling them products through their sellers and gaining targets.

                        Even i ask them for refund of my money back to my card so i can book through someone else but they refuse to refund immediately or within 2 days.

                        This is ridiculous.
                        This happen with me but till the times many people already faced the same issues.

                            First of all, the sale of this phone was not started at 12:00 pm. It was almost 4 min late and when i tried to order this phone, it got out of stock! I was hoping to gift this phone to my mother on this mother's day! She liked this one too much! Thank you, flipkart for this experience.
                            This is very much disappointing! I can only urge you to please send me a device if possible. I'm ready to pay the amount.

                              Flipkart is totally cheating there customer by telling that the sale for asus zenfone max pro 4gb/3gb + 32gb/64gb varient is open sale instead of which is totally a flash sale. I am tried 2 times in their last sales and both the time when i am about to complete my transaction it's saying that the product you are ordering is out of stock. Such cheating by flipkart with there customer is totally unacceptable.

                                I m trying to buy asus zenfone max pro m1 from flipkart since last two sales but couldn't succeed.in today sale (10 may 18) flipkart site was hanged from 1159 to 1205 showing that 'coming soon' and at 1205 hrs it was showing out of stock. I was refreshing the site every second and my net connection was also ok.
                                I am the frequent customer of flipkart and also gives the good feedback to others.
                                But this is very disappointing for me.
                                I want clarification about this.

                                  I have returned liviya 1080lvsb 16 l small backpack (Black) with order idod[protected] on 23 april 2018. I have done payment by debit card via phone pe on 23 march 2018. By which debit card i have done payment, that bank account is closed on 9 april 2018. Before returning i asked flipkart due to my account is closed, so how i get refund. Flipkart executive told me that it comes in your phone pe wallet you will transfer any other bank account. That, s why i have returned product. I have returned product on 23 april 2018, after many calls to flipkart, phone pe they gave me 28, 30 april 2018 date for resolving issue, but still i didn't get refund. Due to my bank account is closed bank told me that, any transaction is not possible in closed account. So, your refund goes reverse to credit source. Plz kindly resolve my issue.

                                    As u promised before 15th may I'll get refund, still I didn't receive my refund, customer support simply telling refund is completed from seller side, please I want to talk with grievence officer and higher authority, I'm not going to leave flipkart untill k receive my refund ... remember I'm a trusted customer of flipkart using flipkart for more than 4 years...dint lose a customer like me, please refund my money

                                      Bought an 1.5ton ac of carrier, i paid hole amount via internet banking canara bank, but didnot get 1500 rupees as an extra discount if i pay via cashless mode as per your terms and conditions. I have complained to you multiple times but mine issue is still not resolved. I spoke to your costumer care also they promised me that it will be resolved but not yet resolved

                                        Flipkart gave 100rs gift card on 18th jan'18 as a compensation for the inconvenience caused that time and was informed that i can use it wen ever wanted. Today when i try to utilize it, it is not showing. Raised a complient and the service rep contacted me. I am not happy with the solution provided so requested for manager but rep disconnected the call after on hold for few minutes. My issue still not fixed. I like to have the gift card as promised before because the expiration was not mentioned while provided.

                                        Customer raised complaint regarding E gift voucher got expired with out usage, we have interacted with customer and provided new gift voucher on behalf of seller he agreed hence mail sent to customer and closing the case from our team
