My product has not yet been delivered to me, because when the courier boy came, i was not at home. But when i call him back, he says he will give it today, he will give it tomorrow. Same thing he has been speaking for three days.. But he has not yet delivered.. But its status is showing delivered.. Please do something..

Dear sir,

I had ordered for a mobile phone redmi 5a on 15th may 2018 & on the same date i had paid for this. The system was showing expected delivery on 18th may 2018 but till date i have not received my order.
After waiting a sufficient time i had lodge my complaint to customer care where the executive told me that the issue has been get escalated & delivery will be get done by 24th may or 25th may 2018. After this i had received a call from a flipcart logistics on 24th may 2018 in evening & the person asked the location of delivery & told me that the order will be delivered in next day i. E. 25th may 2018.
Now on 26th may, i received a call from flipkart customer care that we are not able to deliver your order & suggested me to get the cancelled my order.

Now i am unable to understand, as per tracking if the material had been shipped then why the flipkart is not able the deliver the product.

I request you to look into this & get my order delivered soon.

Cannot log into my flipkart account. The compny say that i place a heigh amount of returns but i creat only one return request. I request to return my nike shoes which is larger in size and i can not place a return request they block my flipkart account and iam no longer able to log in. And they sad that reply to our email that we have send to your registered email but i not receive any email. That is all they have done and fraud with me

I have ordered a laptop with order id od[protected] and i have cancelled my order on the same day i. E., 13th of may 2018 with my american card express credit card. Till now i have not received the refund back to my credit card. I have been calling multiple times to flipkart custimer care and they are assuring me of call back from senior guy. But i did not receive any.

I want flipkart to urgently look in to my issue and provide me an update.

I ordered thid pre order from flipkart in exchange offer with my lenovo k4 note.
There is color issue only on outer frame of phone, which is negligible.
Phone's battery, display, speaker are working at it's best, back cover is in company condition.
Hence your # executive denied and cancelled my order.
I can prove it it was your executive's fault.
How can i avail get the offer an my order.?
It's really disappointing.
I will ever never suggest a single person to visit your site and app again.
Service are bundled on it's highest peak.
Please don't do this kind of cheating with customers.
It's super weird.
Now i want to and i will complaint in consumer forum for this type of misbehaving and behavior.

In the product description of this item, it was specifically mentioned that this specific item comes in smaller size and that i will have to order a size higher than my usual size. Because this, i ordered size 10 and got the same delivered yesterday.

When i tried, the size was too big and hence want to return it.

Now, please understand that i have taken just one shoe from the box and tried it on. Upon realising its too big i had kept it back in the box. The whole packaging and the original invoice is intact.

However, the return pickup executive said there has to be a price tag with this product. I have not received any price tag and i have searched my whole house at least 5 times.

The product was delivered on 25.05.2018 and i had raised the return on the very same day.

Now the flipkart team has straight fowardly denied to pick and refund due to a price tag which was not in the package delivered. I have tried twice to reason with them but they have a formatted response saying its not possible.

Please help with returning the product

Hello as i ordered micromax battery on 17 may 2018 it has to delivered on 25th may till now didn't get any call status of my order and in tracking order it has shown no response from customer.. Without getting any call or msg from delivery boy how will i respond.. One of your executive said it will be delivered today for sure and other is saying it won't delivered today itself are you people playing with me.. Need to respond correctly to the customers.. Its very unfair.. Worst service i have seen.. So plz look over it.. I

I bought a micromax air conditioner from ur online portal and it was a faulty one, it has been over a month now that no resolution is provided to resolve this issue, the call center guys are not reachable at all at any given point of time and ur team keeps on giving new dates everytime to resolve an issue which takes barely half an hour.

Requesting you to kindly look into this as its been over a month with lots of sleepless nights (Thnx to u guys) as no solution provided yet.
Neither i can repair on my own nor u guys are willing to fix this so pls guide what should i do.
Hoping this mail will help me in getting things move faster.

When i got call from your end then your support team member misbehave with me.

I am really very disappointed. He don't know how to behave with customer. He talked very rudely.

When i asked to please transfer this call to your senior then they hold my phone more than 25 minutes then they disconnected my phone.

Why you are appointing this type of people?
They are giving very bad impression to the flipkart.

I have ordered mi 43 inch led tv on 17th of april and i got the delivery on 8th of may. The product delivered was a defective piece and i raised for replacement and the pick up should be completed by may 25th and it is not done. I called customer care and they are asking me to wait for more 5 days for the pick up itself. Its been 1 and half month that i have ordered the tv and paid for it and till now i didnt get my product. I will never trust flipkart again.

I purchased honor 10 on 16th of may still its not delivered to me, your promise date is 25th may. Same issue is already told to customer care but still issue is not resolved. Also not giving me the exact date of product delivery. I am very much disappointed from flipkart. Very poor customer care service and issue resolution is very poor.

At the date of 10th, there was an f6 error came in the system. I tried much time to get in touch with flipkart, jeevs, and billion company but every people just give me a false commitment that technician will come and resolve these issue but no one came only one time one technician came and resolve the f6 problem in the morning and at the same day evening ac working stop at date of 23rd. I called flipkart at 24th and i had a word with miss hina she said on 25th technician will come but no one came and hence every time people committed wrong.

There is a big fraud being organized by flipkart. The recent 200 reviews of the seller (M/s flashstar commerce) are self explanatory. I had ordered redmi note 5 18th may, 2018. The item had not been dispatched till 25th may late night. After a lot of requests and phone calls but nothing happen. Every time flipkart excutive has not provided and exact reason why product has been not delivered. Every day resolution is extending by flipkart. Today morning it was showing product will be delivered on 26 may now showing that product delivery date is 30 may. My order number is od[protected]. Please take necessary action against flipkart.

On 16 th may 2018 i have ordered casio watch. From flipkart on offer for rs 1847 order id - od[protected] which was actually advertised for rs.1847 through out by flipkart. At the time of booking the price was 1847. On 21 st may 2018, i got the info on track orders that my shipment is "undelivered due to wrong city dispatched. When i contacted customer care i was informed that my delivery will be done by 25th may2018. But on 25th may 2018, i received a call at 9:10 pm from flipkart customer care saying that the shipment was at wrong city and the product is not delivered. So there is no option other than cancelling the order and the order got cancelled from their end. From that it is to be clearly make out that flipkart and retailnet seller is making fools of their customers understanding the demand of the product. I request you to take action for this fraud and provide me with the watch which i have ordered for price rs 1847 as a compensation for my waste of time and money getting locked up for these days.

I asked the delivery boy to wait for 5 mins but he left as i reached n whn i asked him he mentioned tht he will b coming nxt day to deliver but i didn't receive any info regarding this no call bo msg so i raised a complain against it n they provided me with a new delivery date n suddenly i received a message that it has been cancelled i ordered that product before two weeks n now it has been cancelled what a service. Also the price of product is raised nw n they are asking me to make a new order but i need my order at the price the time order it

I have here by informed you that the redmi note 5 pro black colour mobile order dated 9/05/2018 via phone pe payment is not placed to your company but amount of rs.14999/- be deducted from on my debit card of punjab national bank bhiwandi branch so i want our amount of rs.14999/- is refound to on account. And i also attach the bank pass book copy showing debit on 09/05/2018 to eom[protected] payu flipkart p 14, 999/-.. I will request you flipkart please refund my money and solve my problem urgently

Worst experience with the delivery service.
The delivery guy doesn't call nor receives one.
Better change ur delivery partner.
At the end product is cancelled or rejected by itself due to worse delivery service.
The product has already been delayed by 12 days amd still the drama continues.
Please change your delivery partner to avoid ur loss.

I made a payment on 10 may 2018 for flipkart pay later . my flipkart account is associated with email - [protected]@gmail.com and my money has debited twice in row.if you want any reference number or transaction id or bank statement i m ready to give you .
But This i just so fraud. How can you even do with customers. why u didn’t refund my cash yet. u told me to go the bank. M going their twice in a day.. i even had a conversation with bank manager. she said the money has debited twice from your account.. there’s was no failure. And also she said the money has credited to seller account.. so please now refund my cash.. i have all my transaction id and reference id. so just refund.. other wise i will take legal actions against you and i will insult you on newspaper and media. How can u even think about it. How long i have been your trusted customer . now i think amazon is far better than you.. now refund as fast as you can . Otherwise i will take legal step

I have ordered the below mentioned book once and it got cancelled and prompted for an alternative to order again so i ordered it again and again it got cancelled.

Can i now the reason for repeated cancellation of the product and what is the assurance that it will be delivered if i order that product again.
