I am really suspicious about flipkart and completely disappointed with your services. I have placed two orders for acer predator helios laptop one for me and my friend both in different locations. For both the order, different tracking ids are given and both are shown as invalid when i am trying to track through ekarts website. I am trying to solve it for past two days, the only reply i am getting is a scripted reply from your executives "it will be solved automatically".. No it has to be excalated and solved immediately. Are you kidding me i have paid over 1.2lakh and i am not even able to track my order. I need it to be solved right away and some higher authority or manager should call me and solve this because i ask the executives to transfer the call to managers... They keep me waiting for 7minutes and disconnect the phone. Very disgusted with this service. Amazon is way better

    I asked my brother to order honor 9 lite sapphire blue 3gb/32gb version for 9999rs during the first hour of 13th may. He accidentally ordered the midnight black version and paid via debit card. So after that we didn't want to cancel that because of the fear of losing the money. The product seller omnitechretail has 10 day replacement policy. We thought once we get the product we can lodge a replacement to get the sapphire blue version. The product was delivered on 14th may and when we wanted to opt for replacement, there was no option for that. Only return and refund option is available. We requested for return 4 times but everytime it is being rejected. The product comes under 10 day replacement policy so why can't i get a replacement of different colour? It would be beneficial for me if you guys can replace my honor 9 lite (Midnight black) version with the sapphire blue version i want.

      My order id is od[protected] and i purchased haier refrigerator from flipkart, seller: omnitechretail and i paid 7k...

      When i requested for returning the product or replacement, they are telling that there is not return policy they have and for replacement, they will send the same product, that is a big # service..

      I requested three times for return the product but they are simply denying after taking money..

      It is just like fooling people around for money.. I better should have used amazon instead. At least they have better service and return policy with complete amount refund..

      I request you to please take this stupid product off and refund my money.. I will never ever spend at least on flipkart product and never recommend flipkart to any of my friends...

        I ordered a skagen watch from flipkart on 29 the april which i recieved ln 1st may and when i opened the box. It was empty. Luckily i had made a video recording of. It. Since then i have been trying to. Talk to flipkart customer service but they are not helping me. They even rejected my refund request and nothing has happened till now here is the proof

          I order oppo f7 phone with exchange of htc desire 828. When couries person came to deliver a phone then he check my phone and he said phone body is damage. This exchange offer will not be done.
          But htc desire 828 - touch good, no crack in phone, software is good and body is also good.
          But only one slide default that is sim door is broken and there is no problem in all three slot because from last one year iam using this phone.
          This little problem you cancelled deal.

              I am nazeema beevi. I purchased an item (Watch) from flipkart. I got that item. But that item was damaged. I returned that item on 10 may 2018. You should collect the watch and i got a message from flipkart. But the payment was not received on my account. On my flipkart account, i got a message. The refund is done on 11 may 2018. But the money is not received on my account. So you should send my payment clearly.

                Hi All,

                This in reference to the constant follow-up with Flipkart service center on an ongoing issue of wrong product. I have ordered a Vivo V9 phone from flipkart which I got delivered on 11th of May 2018. Post unboxing it has been observed that there was an performance issue with the camera and camera being the USP of this product, hence I requested for a replacement on 12th mentioning the reason for replacement.

                I have called multiple time since then on the product replacement and not getting a resolution on the same hence I have left with no choice sharing my concern with the senior leaders as I know you might be busy however request you all to please look into this and advise a proper action against the inconvenience I have faced.

                History of calls which I have made:

                Called up the contact center on 12th and requested for replacement I have been told there would be a technical visit which would be required as a procedure and I agreed to that and agent updated closed the ticket stating issue resolved on call which is not the case.

                Secondly on 13th I was visited by a technician by jeeves would like to say the guy was not even looking like a technician not even properly dressed no communication skills and he checked the phone and said yes I can see a performance issue will write the same in report and get it replaced.

                Post his visit I can see my replacement being cancelled stating no issue with phone and ticket closed.

                Then I called up the contact center again 1757 and agent named Kanchan was assisting me however she was not able to help me she transferred me to escalation desk agent named Shrisha and the agent was not even polite and was not even ready to understand the concern no talking sense hence I requested her to transfer the call to floor manager (Sunil Chougala) and he after listening to my concern assured me that he will ask back end team to process the replacement without a technical visit again and make sure I will get the product on or before 18th as I am traveling out of country.

                However, after checking and waiting after 24hrs still I have not received any update and got a message of technical visit which is really disappointing. As I spend around 35 min explaining the whole situation to Sunil and the team (Incident number -IN[protected]

                Now today on 14th I spoke to three agents again and circling around the same story which is a real inconvenience. And then I have been transferred to a new floor manager Gaurav Jagtap and he has said the same story that he is escalating the issue and within 24hrs I will be getting a resolution.

                Hence request you leaders to please look into the concern and get me a solution on this issue and would like to share a strong negative feedback for the agents whom name I have mentioned kindly provide a refresher to them on how to handle customer complaints and if customer is not happy with the product they should understand the concerns rather than keep on repeating the scripts they have been given.

                Urgent resolution and revert will be highly appreciated.

                Can you please explain why the refund has been cancelled as I can see in the flipkart portal wherein it has been clearly mentioned that my pickup has been scheduled on 18th and on 17th I can see it has been cancelled without any notice. This is really frustrating as I have a flight on 19th morning.

                Could you please take an appropriate action and get this product picked up by today itself as then I will not be available and I need a refund on this.

                I have already raised a consumer complaint against all this agony which I am facing just because of you guys.

                Need a resolution ASAP.And now I have been on hold with your service center since 45 minutes agent name Sandeep Kumar no one is ready to assist.

                This is not acceptable at all.

                      Ordered a Redmi note 5 on 13th may .
                      Promised me one day delivery by 14th.
                      Received a text that says your product is out for delivery & will be delivered by today on 14th may
                      Waited whole day but no delivery attempted.
                      Called several times on your so called customer support to at-least provide me the contact details of the delivery person but its like talking to a brick wall
                      Then they again reschedule the delivery for 15th may
                      And now after complaining several times they are saying 'we will resolve your issue by 18th may '.
                      I have seen many other people complaining regarding the same issue so i strongly feel that this falls under repeated intentional negligence .

                        I had ordered a product from sivanna colors academy makeup professional eyeshadow 10g(multicolor)...but the product that is delivered is some other product .
                        The product was delivered yesterday (i.e. 14/05/2018) at 11a.m. and the request regarding the exchange was mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com in the afternoon .
                        Till now there is no response from the service provider.
                        The complaint helpline numbers are not connecting me to the customer support executives.

                              Recently i purchased a nokia 6 (Mattle black 32 gb) from flipkart.com. My order id is od[protected]. I ordered it on 29.04.2018 and received it on 02.05.2018. Right from the first day i noticed that there is a major issue with the phone. During using around 4-5-6 minutes and connecting to charger, phone gets overheated even not able to touch the phone. So i filed for a replacement/ refund request with in due date of replacement policy date. The customer care executive told me that a technician will visit my home and give approval for the replacement after verifying the device. Accordingly, the technician arrived. Now the technician followed some procedure to check and sove the issue, which i am not aware, but not given any assurance of resolving the issue orally or in writting. He told me that it is a mattle body set so common problem for all the phones. When i share my freind's experience with same phone where no overheating issue is there, he has no answer. After that he left whithout any feedback taken from me and told that i will report the issue and company will approve the replacement request. He also further told me to contact flipkart again and keep on pressurizing flipkart until they are forced to give me a replacement.

                              Now comes the interesting part. I saw on my flipkart account that my replacement request was canceled because the technician denied. I tried calling flipkart and continuously two time requested for replacement/ refund but they rejected my request saying that technician has resolved your issue. But the problem is still remain same. Now the customer care representative from flipkart calling me and telling that you visit authorised service centre to repair ur phone. I told him to give me in writting the same thing giving me assurance that if service centre could not resolve the issue fully then they will process for replacement but they denied directly.

                              So my question is that why i will run to service centre for defective brand new phone without any assurance. Please resolve my issue.

                              We have interacted with the customer and customer confirmed he has visited the Authorized service centre to get the phone issue resolved. Closing the case.
                              I'm trying to purchase the Hitachi 1.5 Ton 3 Star BEE Rating 2018
                              Window AC - White_RAW318KUD, Copper Condenser, during my website visit it shows prices 23499/- but when i go to purchase the same, it would automatically change into 28000/-. How it is possible, i can't understand it

                              They are trying to make the customers fool.
                              I am getting above error while trying to exchange my samsung galaxy trend gt-s7392 under any other samsung samrt phone category. Mailed to customer care for flipkart and they are just copy paste the terms condition.
                              From 8th March it's not delivered, no option to refund, no proper response from Flipkart customer service. Very pathetic attitude and service.just postponing the delivery date week by week and not giving alternate product too.
                              And I call to flipkart the he Tell me improper reason .There is no explanation about it. I don't know anything I want my product.

                                I bought a laptop from flipkart on apr 26th 2018.

                                It is not even more than a month. Dated 13th may 2018 the charger is not working.

                                I called the flipkart customer executive. They are not ready to take any action on it.

                                I got a very bad response from them. They reacted as if flipkart is not responsible once the goods sold to its customers.

                                Its not even more than a month charger is not working. Asked for the replacement but they denied without even trying to talk to the seller. It is really disappointing such a online shopping site not even listening to the customers.

                                I need the charger of the laptop to be replaced

                                  My phone got switch off suddenly and it not working anymore. Lenevo service center claiming that warranty seal and one screw is missing therefore they can't repair my phone under warranty conditions. And it been only four months to purchased the phone ie lenovo k8 plus, ordered on 8th dec 2017. And i have not open the phone so how the warranty seal got missed??. Please answer my question. And i request flipkart to repair my phone under warranty conditions or replace my phone as soon as possible or refund my money.
                                  Lenovo service center is the first people opened and checked that warranty seal is missing.

                                    Dear team,
                                    What are u doing.?? Scaling with services compromise does not long last. I"ll not prefer and advise to anyone to purchase from flipkart.
                                    It is bad experience. Poor services. Careless team. Somthing wrong with management.
                                    This is very disappointing without any information your team is cancelling my return request.
                                    I ordered for casio watch. 3rd may i received the delivery. When i opened the parcel that moment was very shocked for me. The product was different from which i saw on website. It was a different brand product without tags.

                                    I have raised the request for return the item. The pickup guy came for the pickup and he denied to pick the item, he said that they want a mail from flipkart regarding this.

                                    Then i called to your customer care they informed me that i have raised the request for the same. On 13th may i received the call and your said to me that the have raised the return request now delivery guy will not say for any e-mail.

                                    Yesterday delivery guy called me and said they want e-mail, i said to him that come to location i want to speak, he said that he’ll come in 10 min, after i hour i’m taking follow-up from him again he said that he is coming and no one has come and without any info. You have cancelled the req. I don't know without visit why they have cancelled the return request.

                                    No one is giving proper response. They just saying that we are giving you assurance that the product will pickup soon. Can’t you do a mail to your e-kart team regarding the same so that they can pick-up the product.

                                    I don't know was it is ur seller mistake or not but i don't want this product.

                                    Flipkart do something before you lost your customer, take some actioned against the person who did this.
                                    May i know the reason for this? I need complete details.

                                    I paid by HDFC Debit card but I didt get 10% discount kindly check and return the 10% in my same card.
                                    I have ordered this item on 12th April 2018 got it delivered on 15th April we returned it on 23rd April they promised to refund the amount to our bank account on 24th April and they failed to keep up their promise I just want the money back ASAP in my bank account

                                      In flipkart i bought a voltas ac.1.5 ton through zestmoney gift voucher s. I received order confirmation message. See this (Order placed: your order for voltas 1.5 ton 3 star... With order id od[protected] amounting to rs.28999 has been received. Your delivery is scheduled on tue, may 22, 2018 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. We will send you an update when your order is packed/shipped.) but now saying we not received any amount.
                                      (What is this i loss my money. Iam suffering this issue. Please give back refund.)

                                        On[protected] i have ordered stun gun on flipkart.
                                        I used online payment. Payment has done and amount rs.451 is also debited from my account.
                                        But order is not placed. No order showing in my flipkart account.
                                        It's a humble request,
                                        Either place my order or refund me my amount.
                                        Any of flipkart customer service contacts are not responding. There is no 24x7 customer help. None of their executives are responding.
