Dear team,
What are u doing.?? Scaling with services compromise does not long last. I"ll not prefer and advise to anyone to purchase from flipkart.
It is bad experience. Poor services. Careless team. Somthing wrong with management.
This is very disappointing without any information your team is cancelling my return request.
I ordered for casio watch. 3rd may i received the delivery. When i opened the parcel that moment was very shocked for me. The product was different from which i saw on website. It was a different brand product without tags.
I have raised the request for return the item. The pickup guy came for the pickup and he denied to pick the item, he said that they want a mail from flipkart regarding this.
Then i called to your customer care they informed me that i have raised the request for the same. On 13th may i received the call and your said to me that the have raised the return request now delivery guy will not say for any e-mail.
Yesterday delivery guy called me and said they want e-mail, i said to him that come to location i want to speak, he said that he’ll come in 10 min, after i hour i’m taking follow-up from him again he said that he is coming and no one has come and without any info. You have cancelled the req. I don't know without visit why they have cancelled the return request.
No one is giving proper response. They just saying that we are giving you assurance that the product will pickup soon. Can’t you do a mail to your e-kart team regarding the same so that they can pick-up the product.
I don't know was it is ur seller mistake or not but i don't want this product.
Flipkart do something before you lost your customer, take some actioned against the person who did this.
May i know the reason for this? I need complete details.
