I bought Moto G5s Plus from Flipkart (Order Number : OD[protected] and same got delivered on time.
When I started using it, it gets overheated in only 15 min while talking. I have raised a return request for the same and next day Flipkart has rejected it without providing any reason.
Next day again I raised the return request, it is again rejected by stating that they were unable to contact me but I didn't get any call or SMS from any Flipkart person.
So again, I raised a return request and this time a technician has been assigned to visit. When technician came and checked the phone, he said it is not heating but actually it was.
Technician has given me some paper on which I have mentioned that the problem is not resolved and I am not satisfied with it and signed on that paper. Still my return request has been cancelled by Flipkart.
When I again raised a return request again same thing happened, they have assigned a technician. When I called Flipkart asking about this, they replied that according to technician there is no problem with the phone.
Now I know that either technician is lying or he has manipulated the report. I have told to flipkart customer care also that seller who sent me this phone have lots of negative feedback on flipkart but still flipkart guys didn't listen to me.
I have called flipkart many times but each time they ask for some more time to resolve this issue. Every time I have given them the time whatever they have asked for. After some days I get mail like we have tried to contact you but unable to reach you so we have cancelled your request. But I didn't get a phone call indeed.
When I called to flipkart again, they said you have to go to Lenovo service center to get it fixed we cannot process your return and they have cancelled my returned request.
My question is Why should I go to Lenovo Service Center if I have purchased phone from flipkart and phone is defective.
This complete drama went for almost a month and I am left with no choice but to complain.

Complaint marked as Resolved The defective mobile has been taken back by Flipkart and the amount has been refunded to my account.
