I have returned liviya 1080lvsb 16 l small backpack (Black) with order idod[protected] on 23 april 2018. I have done payment by debit card via phone pe on 23 march 2018. By which debit card i have done payment, that bank account is closed on 9 april 2018. Before returning i asked flipkart due to my account is closed, so how i get refund. Flipkart executive told me that it comes in your phone pe wallet you will transfer any other bank account. That, s why i have returned product. I have returned product on 23 april 2018, after many calls to flipkart, phone pe they gave me 28, 30 april 2018 date for resolving issue, but still i didn't get refund. Due to my bank account is closed bank told me that, any transaction is not possible in closed account. So, your refund goes reverse to credit source. Plz kindly resolve my issue.
