Hello Flipkart Team,

I ordered an online LG TV on 25/04/2018 from flipkart (OD[protected] the product was delivered by the company on 27/04/2018. As, on 27/04/2018 installation engineer visited our home for Installation, he opened the box and saw that piece is defected and keep it back into the box. Immediately I placed a return request to flipkart for this. Flipkart told me that a technician will visit first and after checking the product then we will decide.

Technician visit date by flipkart:[protected] to[protected]. But no technician visited till date.

Again I called customer care and they told me that technician will visit between[protected] to[protected] for checking. On[protected] technician visited and told me there is screen defect in the product and should be replaced or repaired by cost (22000). So, he suggested me that you can replace this product under replacement policy of flipkart.

But it was shocking to see that my replacement has been cancelled by the flipkart and they are giving fake excuses that technician has reported the product is OK and customer is happy.

But I called LG technician department and talked to that technician, but he confirmed that he has not given any such report to flipkart and they are lying. Already I complained to Consumer Affairs. Below I am attaching all the important papers related to it. Please take necessary action to resolve the issue ASAP.

I Know Given Same Excuse Issue handled by Internal Team. But When will be resolve it by you internal team.. your team is handling from 27 April 2018 and still I am waiting for Replacement now I hopeless from your team. Now I have to go with consumer forum I thing.
or give me best solution with replacement I give all document to you it's not ok for you..

    I am filing this complaint against you to bring into notice that my product BMS Lifestyle shoe rack which i ordered on 13th april 2018 and received the product on 17th April 2018 and on the same day i have requested for replacement since i didn't received exactly as the displayed image .

    As per the order tracking they told me on 19th April 2018 they will uninstall my product and replacement will be done by 2nd May 2018 but am really sorry to say that till now no one has turned up to uninstall or replace by product . Every time i call customer care center they just postpone two days and fool me .

    I really need a fair judgement for this because the shoe rack cost is "Rs.1299/-" which is not a small amount .I want an earliest response when my product will replaced .

    I don't see any improvement after filing complaint against Flipkart in Indian consumer complaint forum still they have not taken any action to resolve my problem.

        I have purchased a TV from Flipkart.com on 21st January 2018 with Order No OD[protected] It was purchased during Republic Day 2018 Sale period. There was a cashback offer on citibank card for the order amount more than 5000 INR. My order was eligible for cashback and now flipkart is refusing to provide the cashback amounting to 2000 INR.
        Flipkart.com is refusing to provide the cashback with an excuse that it does not meet the terms and conditions of cashback. On such response I asked Flipkart.com to provide the terms and conditions that were put up on the website during the sale period. Flipkart.com again failed at providing such an evidence. On the other hand I have directed the customer care escalation team to the terms and conditions of the sale period put up live on citibank website at https://www.online.citibank.co.in/portal/Standalone/Jan18/flipkart.htm. As per which my order is clearly eligible for cashback. Flipkart.com is providing all the random reasons for not providing the cashback. This is very disappointing of Flipkart.com

          We ordered lenova k8 note mobile phone in flipkart. After receiving the phone we know that mobile phone having flash light problem. Then we decided return or exchange the product, then we go through the flipkart site start the return process. After that we got call from flipkart they told that service man come & check ur product then we process the next step. Service engg come & check the product, he not resolve the product issue. Still we not getting any msg from flipkart. Please exchange the product as early as possible other wise we will go to the consumer court complaint on you.

              Dear team,

              As mentioned in the subject line, my redmi note 5 pro black (64gb), has a problem of battery draining, heating & hanging issues. I raise a request for refund & refund approved by seller within the 10 days replacement or refund policy then after 2 time technician visited on 1st visited he has not trace the issues and on 2nd visited he has face the issues in my phone and he is providing return remarks to flipkart, dt - may 02, 2018 after 9 pm.
              I got the return & pick on my orders dictated may 04, 2018 so i ensure for the same date i. E. May 04, 2018 and also i call to customer care before pick please mentioned to call first me by pick up person on may 02, 2018 after 10 pm.
              But on may 03, 2018 i suddenly got a massage (At 9 am) for pick at the time i am at my office so, pick is not done, on same day after 8.15 i got pop in my orders, your return & refund has been cancel.
              I requesting team please re-schedule the pick & then provide me refund asap.

              Customer raised a complaint that the product was defective and so we interacted with the customer and arranged for the pick up of the product and provided the refund from seller. So sent a mail to customer as he was not picking up the call that refund is completed from the seller's end and have provided the details of the refund in his registered email id. Hence, as issue is resolved so closing the complaint from our end.

                I ordered a gold iphone 7 128gb new phone. After unboxing the product, the product is rose gold, the warranty of the product was enabled 15 days prior to my purchase (Verified from apple vi imie number), phone is not starting with charging as well, sim tray not opening, charger dirty.

                The neutrogena sunscreen product which i received yesterday is duplicate. I have compared the details and found.
                1. No ingridients mentioned
                2. The manufaturer's address is different
                3. The quantity mentioned is 118 ml. It either comes in 30 ml or 88 ml
                4. Fragrance is also different.

                If this causes severe skin infection. Will flipkart take the responsibility.

                I have lost the trust in flipkart now and would never order anything again. Please refund my money and take back your duplicate product

                          What on earth is this weird concept of misroute and why is it so popular in the case of flipkart?.. What kind of customer service is this?
                          No one is even able to tell what the cause of this apparent misroute is..

                            Hi,

                            I have purchased rayban sunglasses worth rs 6407 on 21.04.2018.
                            The order id is od[protected].

                            The product i received did not have any warranty card and there was no rayban sticker on right glass (Original rayban sunglasses have that). Also the mrp tag attached on the product was of rs 8990, while its list price is rs 8290 (Even on website the price is rs 8290). Considering the above descrepencies, i decided that the product cannot be trusted and i suspected it to be a fake product as it did not have any rayban warranty card.
                            I immediately called the customer care and explained my scenario and requested them to process the return request. They suggested me to request the return manually on the application/website.

                            After requesting for the return, the wishmaster (Return pickup guy) came the next day and he rejected to take the product back as the mrp tag was of rs 8990 which his application was not accepting and the warranty card was not there (This were my sole reason to return the product). He then suggested me to talk to customer care and tell the cs only to file a return request on my behalf with proper explanation regarding incorrect mrp tag and warranty card not available. The customer care assured me that my return will be picked up and there wont be any issues on the next pick up. But the same issue prevailed and the wishmaster rejected the pick up once again. After that, i had numerous calls with the customer care for the issue and the team assured me about the resolution at the earliest.

                            But its been 03.05.2018 and my return request has been rejected 5 times and during the last call i had with the customer care executive, she told me that my product cant be taken back as it is a flipkart assured product and warranty card should be there with it and the product cannot be picked up for return untill i bring and show the warranty card to the wishmaster. This made me loose all trust with flipkart and then i requested her to connect my call with senior customer care executive, even then i recevied the same illogical argument from that lady who said that flipkart assured product can't come without warranty card and they cannot take back the product under any case.in fact i told them that i am their very old customer who has purchased products worth more than couple of lacs and i deserve the issue to be resolved as i have been provided with fake product without warranty card. But she stood adamant that its their policy and they cant take product back without warranty card.

                            Now i am helpless that i didnt receive any warranty card and i suspect the product to be totally fake, but still they are not willing to take it back and claiming that there cant be any manual error from their front instead i am lying about the whole scenario. I even told the customer executive that the i will lodge a complaint with the consumer forum and sue the company for the same, but she very arrogantly told me to go ahead with my wish to file a case and repeated that they wont accept the return of the product under any circumstances.

                            The sole reason i bought rayban sunglasses from flipkart was the trust i developed over so many years that the company does not sell any duplicate/ fake product if they claim it to be original, but i am extremely disappointed by the manner the whole issue is being handled. Also the flipkart assured policy should be in the interest of the customer and it should not be used against the customer. The whole incident over last two weeks has brought lot of mental torture and i wasted atleast half to one hour daily to resolve the issue which included multiple calls with the customer care executive/ wishmasters, but everything is in vain.

                            I really expected flipkart to understand the issue and process a hassle free return at the earliest but even after two weeks there has been no progress and i have to keep the product forcibly because i did not receive warranty card, it had incorrect mrp tag and mainly because i suspected it to be fake. Even the customer care executive accused me of lying and bluntly said that there cant be any error from the compay's end and its all my problem and responsibility now.

                            I am willing to spend a couple of money more and bring justice to this issue by taking any legal action against the company.

                            You have lost a genuine and loyal customer, and i can assure you to take this issue in every public forum to get the justice.

                              Purchase order for mitashi 1.5 ton 3 star bee rating 2018 inverter ac (Ina318k50, copper condenser) was placed with 100% payment in advance to flipkart on 24th april 18, a repaired, refurbished ac was dumped at my premises which is non functional. It is more than 10 days since i am calling flipkart for its replacement. No initiative for its replacement has been initiated. Flipkart them selves updating their portal that the request was cancelled and ac is working fine. On calling their customer care number a standard answer is being repeated (Ie. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we have noted down your complaint and some one will be visiting your shortly for the replacement). The seller and flipkart both making money by taking the money in advance and dumping defective products. There is no one from seller or flipkart who can be of any help to me in this regard. My sincere advice to all buyers do not trust flipkart for any false statement they are making on their portal.

                                I ordered a product on flipkart on 18th april 2018. For the same i made payment through my debit card on 19th of april and my bank shows that it was a successful transaction but flipkart says that the payment was unsuccessful. For the same i contacted many times with flipkart and asked them to give a written consent to my bank that they have not recieved the amount but they refused to do so and now i am fully mentally frustrated as my amount is deducted and they are not giving any response. Due to these even my order was cancelled but i didn't get my money back. So plz help me to get my money back. I am really mentally harashed as they are not helping me.

                                  I'm totally disappoint with the delivery man.. I usually order things from this company but the rudeness of the delivery is really suck.. No manner, dnt know how to talk with customer... When ever i have order he would called me and talk to rudely... And if i have thangs to return they tell me rudely to go and put back in the office... They would never take the return object to where they deliver i'm fade up of their rudeness behaviour

                                    I had ordered Asus vivobook s15 laptop on 23rd April 2018. The laptop was expected to reach home address in Bangalore on 1st May and it got delivered on 3rd May 2018. The Flipkart company employee gave us a package with proper Flipkart packaging and label .but the guy had not taken any signature . On opening that package found some magazine books .I would like some action to be taken against this company for giving us a fake product. Falsely taking money and cheating.

                                      I have bought infinix mobile phone hot s3 from flipkart bearing invoice no : fabbhd[protected]. Is turned faulty. I have requested for refund but my request is not honored. The device is malfunctioning randomly. I cannot predict when it will hang and become slow. The technician rejected the refund stating he could not find any thing faulty. The phone was reset and tested. How will use a smart phone without any apps. The approach of testing is orthodox. I request a fair judgement and honor my request for refund.
