Firstly the product i ordered and the product i got there was 100 miles difference. Secondly after the return request the pick is not done yet and the promise date is over and the the refund is still to be done. The customer care service was too low they keep customers waiting. They don't know how a person is frustrated when he is continuously waiting and still waiting. Plz help me to refund me cash... It's urgent.

    I book redmi 5a on 2 feb 2018 on flipcart. My order booked and delevery shoes on 8-9/02/2018 but not delever and cancelled by seller dotzot untill package show in kota but not delever to me.
    Same as i book a hdd of 4 tb on flipcart and its delevery on 24 feb 2018 but today flipcart massage me that your order od[protected] is canclled by seller.. What i do please help me. Regarding this

      I purchased honor mediapad t3 tablet from flipkart (Order id od[protected] for my father (Business purpose) but the invoice which i received from flipkart and in this case, their sellers, health & happiness private limited, does not have his gstin on it.
      The website while buying does not allow to enter gst information and after purchase also, there is no mechanism to reach seller/flipkart where they can take buyer's gst. I...

        I feel proud of Flipkart Consumer from last 5 years.we ordered Mobile phons, electonic gadgets.Electrical machine.
        Good Service, good offers provided by Flipkart team.
        But i feel very sad to say that..
        Last day i ordered for 215 litres of Whirlpool Refrigerator.
        But the Flipkart cart Service man provided smaller one and Trays r missing.
        Requesting for replacement

          I've ordered "SEAGATE 5 TB External Hard Disk Drive (Blue)" Order ID: OD[protected] from seller: Innovativefashionn on 11th February, 2018 10:53 AM at Rs 4, 999.And on 17th February 5:41 p.m they cancelled my order stating that "our courier partner was unable to deliver to your address" which is purely a false claim as I live in a popular city(Salt Lake, Kolkata) and my pin code was under their service area as I've ordered many products from them before.I didn't even receive any e-mail regarding the same.This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract.Thanks and regards.

            I had ordered mi A1 from flipkart against order number OD[protected], the product i recieved is not as per the invoice.
            Imei number on the product is different from the imei number given on invoice.
            I requested for the replacement of product but the flipkart peoples were said we had file your complaint it will resolve in 24 hour but it is not resolving. After 24 hour i called to flipkart customer care they told sorry for inconvinence give us more 24 hours time. I dont know what the hell these people are doing. I have to gift the same mobile on birthday.

              I was purchase a mi a1 (gold, 64 gb) mobile from flipkart by invoice no.#fabauct[protected].

              I was found that this mobile automatically restart again and again.During a day this problem occurs 2/3 times.

              Some times i was unable to found my contact lists also .

              After restarting the mobile again i could able to got my contact lists again.

              I feel that it may be a defective one.

              And this is very bad as before this, my feelings was flipkart sells only genuine products but this time contradicts the same.

              Kindly do the needful at your end, and if possible replace the same by another new one.

                I had ordered for sewing machine of PV star from flipkat.. but the product received was totally different company... And it's used product..
                Problems such as:
                1) it's not the company we ordered
                2) the box doesn't have adapter, which is actually mentioned in the order specifications.
                3) most of the machine parts are misplaced.
                4) some parts of machine are broken

                I want file a complaint against Flipkart regarding this... They have taken so long time to send this item on top of it which is wrongly sent. Wasted my time and money...

                  Dear sir,
                  I had ordered for a 5TB external hard drive order number OD[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as in stock, I made the order via credit card ( rs. 4999) of the same through my credit card on 11 th Feb, 2018. I received a confirmatory e-mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my house address in 2-3 business days. However, on 14th feb, 2018, they sent a mail to me canceling the order. They now claim that the said product is no more in stock, however, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much available and the site is still showing it as in-stock but only at a higher price of around 12000 rs plus.
                  They canceled my order saying that the product is not available in spite of sending a confirmatory e-mail to me. Even though I complained them they are not responding properly.

                    I bought an Sony 101.6cm (40 inch) full hd led tv in flipkart and the product was I received from Flipkart HUB at Vanagaram on 05-February-2018 at 6.45 pm to myself (Because I request to delivery my home address but they won’t delivery that address that’s why I went flipkart vanagaram hub and I give my old Samsung LCD 32inch tv to Exchange).
                    That Hub Manager open the sony tv box for check and before delivery, but the sony tv display was damage. Then i request to him please keep with this damage TV and replace the new sony led tv as same model. He also agree to take that damage tv and My 32 inch Samsung LCD tv then he given the exchange tv acknowledgment, the manager written delivery chellan as tv display damaged, then i signed delivery chellan (as delivered damage tv). Then he said we will forward the RTO, at the same time I will request to another New Sony 40 inch LED TV replacement order through mobile app. Then process was done well but suddenly cancelled my replacement order without my confirmation on[protected]. Then i went again vanagaram hub and meet that person and explained my problem, then he said will delivered damage TV to your address and you again complaint to customer care, Then they will arrange the technical person and visit the TV after that only you can avail the new replacement TV.. I am really fed up because after one week they said this… Then I talk to customer care on 12th February then explained all the problems they will given the date for technical visit on 19th February one week for one visit.. This is too bad experience with flipkart past 5 years I using flipkart no issues but in this time really worst, Still I having damage tv only. Can you please arrange the technical visit as early because I booked this tv on 3rd February more than 10 days delay, If you cannot arrange, please cancel my order refund my full money. My credit card bill also generated. Please see my mails app screen shot…

                        This message is regarding of cancellationof my order from Flipkart ..After sending update (Packed: Your SEAGATE 5 TB External ... with order ID OD[protected] has been packed by the seller and will be shipped soon. We will share the tracking details once the item is on its way.i mean to say flipkart cancelled my order.
                        I was waiting for this order and suddenly flipkart cancelled the order by saying your courier patner unable to deliver to my address. And The courier partner EKART, every day comes for delivery at my place. So all fake reasons flipkart guys are giving. ..The precious time I wasted over this misery and stuff so whatever it is I need the product anyhow.
                        I will also go to online review-pages and forum websites to post Flipkart experiences with the Flipkart there. Others will doubtfully read flipkart experience and choose to avoid that company then

                        So flipkart have to arrange the product anyhow

                            I ordered Pixel 2 on OCT 31st 2017 which had Rs8000 cashback offer. It's been over 100days I haven't got my cash back. Worst part of it, I raised a complaint using their customer care number on 6th Feb and they are yet to provide an update on this complaint. Really tired of those executives asking me to wait for 24hrs Everytime I contact them regarding this.

                              I ordered USHA sewing machine worth of 7649.0 order I'd

                                Flipkart sold me expired bsn syntha 6 protein blends, i used it without checking there expiry date and it was one of my biggest mistake in my life ever.

                                I got stomach infection, loose motion, fever even my lungs and kidneys are not functioning properly. Whatever i eat that come back with vomiting.

                                The seller was (Supercomnet), using flipkart name these type of sellers are making money, these type of sellers don't # care about customers health, they just want to sell there product at any how whether it is expired or not.

                                I thought i got this product by mistake that is why i ordered again the same product but i had not idea that how much trouble it will create for me.

E panasonic eluga ray x model through flipkart by online, due to bad performence of device with in 10 days i have raised the request for refund my money. But they are not willing to pickup and refund my money - flim kart saying that seller is not interested to give the refund in the mean time they send one technishian to test my device after also same bad performence like heating, speaker and mike problem, ist sim is not working etc.

                                  please find the above communication, first Flip kart asked me the account details, same i sent to them, they have not responded on that and again they are saying that visit the service centre, which is totally unfair and unacceptable .
                                  i am not interested with mobile bcz fist day onwords problem happening so i requested refund of my money, instead of refunding my money they are saying differently.

                                  i never accepted with their proposal as visit the service centres. i am very much stick on that to retrun the product .

                                  please don't relie the flip kart customer care postings they trying to convince the people who are visiting this site, instead of finding the solution, they are trying to manupulate the issue to flipkarrt favour which is totally unfair practice .

                                    I've ordered a titan raga watch in flipkart and i received it after 9 days of ordered date later i received a fake product then i put it for return under return policy they're not even responding and sending any type of processing information via mail or text messages and there is not even a correct info in mobile application whenever i call they'll tell 7 days 12 days etc totally no response from them they'll sit only for money by selling fake products to people please help me to refund my amount

                                      I purchased one sansui horizon1 from flipkart on 11.09.2017 hsn:85171290, invoice no. Faaaqf[protected] but now battery discharge within 30 mins without using data. And very slow in processing. At guwahati sansui has no service centre as per information from your customer centre, so kindly arrange to replace the same, otherwise i will take help of law.

                                      We had interacted with the customer apologized for the issue, informed customer to get in touch with the ASC details, and send the mail. Customer had issue with battery and was asking us to get in touch with brand and replace, as it has 6 months warranty, apologized and stated it is customer who have to get in touch and get the details. Customer agreed and closing the case
