A defective dell laptop was delivered to me then they did not bother to call me for more than 24 hours even after the complaint was registered. When a request was made to them that since dell, or flipkart are unable to deliver products which is defect-free then they should replace with a better version of which i am agreeable to pay the balance. That too, was turned down by them. My experience with flipkart has been very bad and there is nothing which is known as 'flipkart assured'. The only assurance that you can get is of a defective product which will neither be returned nor replaced.     Hlw this is a flipkart user
    I've ordered only 1piece redmi 5a mobile on 18th Jan. 2018 SALE and order has been succesfuly placed by your side infact it was packed and shipped to my address but however it is return without informing me to u and when i enqired from flipkart coustomer care i found that ny product may be lost or damaged by your side and i've place my order again in next redmi 5a sale
    U knw what difficulties user faced while placing their order in any sale and i want to know u that, this was my 1st order of this phone
    So plz sir it is kindly request to again place my order so that i can receive it as i was waiting for previously
    I will be vry grateful i[censored] kindly accept my request...

      I did buy an iphone from flipkart. It was damaged from its corners. It doesn’t work properly. It has ten days replacement policy. There is no appearance of replacement in the app. Please resolve my issues soon as possible. Please replace the product soon as possible before the expiration date of replacement policy.         Dear sir,
        I umesh singh kushwaha purchase a reebok shoes od no.[protected] on dt 15.10.2017 approx. Rs 7221 (Mrp 12999) by flipkart but recieved a reebok shoes mrp 2999 with diffrent style and colour so i contact flipkart customer care and tell about my issue they say for return request, after many time wait no one come for reverse pick up and automatic cancell reverse pick up 2/3 times.
        After many time contact with customer care then they courier guy come and pickup my product but next day return to me my product & saying it is not match with flipkart description and tell me kindly talk and update issue flipkart customer care.
        When i re-contact with customer care then say - we update to courier & now pick up compelet no issue but after re-pick up and cancell my pick up after reach on office... Till time my parcell put courier office w/o refund/replacement after copleted approx. 2 month.
        Also my account suspended which is i can't login...

        Kindly look into this do needfull.. I want refund/re-placement as soon as possible.

            I ordered redmi note 4 in republic day sale and paid for same, it was suppose to come by 22nd january but just got a message saying its cancelled and refund will be transferred, flipkart let me make it clear to you apologising and refunding will not get back that experience which consumer was expecting, product is still available but saying the lame thing, it got over with seller.
            You should close flipkart or start working and find those loop holes in your system.

            Would have bought something else from near by shop atleast he would have returned the money there only... Now i can't buy anything but to wait for the money to come back.

            If the product is over then how it got packed and came till bamnoli sort centre but didn't reach my house.

            Hope i'll not receive a soap or stone for my 11k.

                I have ordered a new phone iphone se 32 gb variant on 9 th january, it has to be delivered by 12th january but it is not delivered still date. I dint expect that i will be robbed by a company like flipkart. And when i call their customer executives they are claiming that the product is misrouted and they cant deliver that product and are asking me to cancel and order a new product, i have purchased this product at a lesser price and now the price has increased which will be a lose for me if i purchase it again.

                      My friend ordered samsung galaxy nxt with exchange. Order id: od[protected]. Delivery was expected on 19/01 but came only 20/01. Person picked up the replacement item is defective and can't be taken and he left. Looking for payment of remaining balance amount (Taken for exchange) and give the product. No one gives answer for it and only response getting is, place new order and pay. Refund of first order will be credited in 6 business working days.

                      Product is same, payment 98% of payment was already done. Now flipkart expects new order and make payment.

                      flipkart policy says something but reality is different. When the order got cancelled, amount should have been credited in 6 business days. No response to the complaint raised.
                      Today I am seeing flipkart offer the same product @ 9, 999. In my case, Rs. 10, 200 is already paid. Why not the product be delivered to customer?. My friend is in dilemma to buy from shop / choose other online seller. Overall, this experience changed mindset of people with flipkart.

                              If i'm using 2 sim in my phone.. 1 st jio and second vodafone then i'm using data of my vodafone the jio network is not available and port not work. My mia1 phone order id : od[protected] my name gurdeep singh. Flipkart not replacement this product. If you complain tech vist come and send fake report.. Ten flipkart telecaller told you go to mi service center and check your phone.. But not replacement this product.

                                  Ordered a laptop on flipkart using emi facility, from last five days, the product is at nearest delivery hub to my place but they are not delivering it. I can't understand what the problem is and flipkart customer service is the worst one i have ever seen.
                                  My delivery date is in between 17th to 20th jan. 2018, on 20th jan. The customer service people are telling that the product is going to deliver by 24th jan. 2018.
                                  It was so urgent to me i'm waiting for the product from the last 5 days even though the customer service people can't understand the consumer problem. The deliver hub is also not so far to me i even requested them that i will go to hub and collect the product but even tough they are not willing to say the delivery hub address.
                                  And the customer service can't even explain what the problem is and why my product is not delivering.

                                      I am sharath kumar, i had given a two orders in flipkart on december 5 -2017. At the time of first order i paid through debit card after the payment is completed the order details are not showing in flipkart my account but the money has debited from my bank. At second time same as first order process has done payment has completed but the order details are not showing in my account. Two times money has debited in my bank account. I had maken a phone call to flipkart customer care they said "in 8 business days your money will refund". I had waited for that time of days but money is not refunded. Then i had called again i asked him about money refund process but he said your order is not conformed. So i decided to complain about. From december 5 till now they not responding to this refund process. So please resolve my problem. I have proof of transaction id of two order payments.
