    I have ordered samsung galaxy on8 on 24th march, 2017.
    And i have received mobile handset which is packed in galaxy on8 mobile box.
    When i switched on my mobile handset, it also shows galaxy on8 only.

    However, when i checked imei of my mobile handset on 18th january, 2018, it shows that the mobile is samsung j7.
    Hence, i have complained same with flipkart for it.

    Flipkart has accepted the delivery of wrong product and also agree to pick up the product and refund amount charged.
    Hence, the wishmaster from flipkart has come to pick up my mobile handset on 19 january, 2018. But he has not accepted it as the charger and earphone look like it is used and cancelled my return request.

    I again contacted flipkart and explain the above things, and also suggested to mention the details of my return case. So that the wishmaster does not have any issue with it.

    But again when wishmaster came to pick up mobile handset on 22nd january, 2018 and he refused it to pick up as the mobile handset model number is of samsung j7.

    Therefore i again share all the related information with flipkart and requested to share it to wishmaster who is going to pick up the handset. So that handset return would be hassle free.
    But this time on 23rd january, 2018, wishmaster did not came to pick up mobile handset. Hence, again at 06:30 p. M. On 23rd january, 2018, i contacted flipkart for not picking up my mobile handset. The flipkart customer support executive had assured me that on 24th january, our wishmaster will pick up mobile handset and we have shared all the information to him to complete this pick up.

    Now on 24th january, your wishmaster has crossed the limit.
    Without visiting my home and without reviewing mobile handset, he had cancelled my return request quoting that the mobile handset is damaged. And above fact has been informed to me by flipkart customer support executive by call at around 05:00 p. M. I have also confirmed that wishmaster has neither visited my address nor reviewed mobile handset.

    Now again at 06:00 p. M. Another customer support executive call me and after explaining all the details he informed that we escalate your issue to concerned department, they will reach you can resolve your query.

    It becomes harassment for me to deal with flipkart.
    Flipkart accept that they have delivered wrong product and also agree to refund me amount. But they did not sent their wishmaster to pick up mobile handset and keep on giving me different dates for pick up to delay or refuse refund of payment.

    Flipkart has picked up the product and refund the amount to me. However, they take 28 days to complete all of above. But yes, they have resolved it. Thank you.

    refund is completed from our end.Hence, closing the complaint.
    Rather than resolving issue, Flipkart now keep on saying that we have escalate your issue to back end team, back end team will contact you soon.

    However, no any person from flipkart contact me to resolve my issue.
    Flipkart has picked up my mobile handset on 29th January, but now it was almost 10 days from pick up but flipkart has not refunded my amount yet.

    And even after raising issue and making complain no one has responded it yet.
    I have requested for return of mobile handset on 18th January. which should be picked up within 2 days. However, Flipkart has picked up after 15 days on 3rd February. This had happen after continuous follow up with Flipkart.

    Flipkart had informed that the refund will be credited withing 3 days of return is picked up by Flipkart.

    16 days have been passed but still Flipkart has not refunded amount to me. Every time they keep on saying that it will be processed in 24 hours.

    More than 288 hours have been passed, but I don't know when 24 hours of flipkart will be finished.

    Now, I feel that Flipkart is not processing refund to avoid refund of my amount.

      Hello,

      I have ordered a hp pavlion core i5 laptop against order no. Od[protected] on[protected]. I received the laptop on[protected].

      When opened the box product guide/operating manual was missing and when tried to switch on the laptop it was not showing anything on the screen. I have verified the same thing by connecting the charger the result was same. It seems the supplier (Maxtech 27, kemani building shop no-3, p. M road mumbai - 400001) have supplies old/used laptop as it not contain any manual or accessories.

      This is the worst service from flipkart the product cost is 56970/-.
      These people are regularly looting the people in such way, henceforth i cannot trust anymore on flipkart - a fraudulent company.

      My humble request to you, please look into the matter seriously.

When i placed complain reagrding this flipkart deactivated my account with a mail so many returns were placed there. I want to access my account, also want my refund back...           I have booked honor 9 mobile in exchange offer and waited for 5 days after 5 days executive comes and telling lie that my screen is damaged though my touch pad is having cracked he is telling so apart from this i said ok i[censored] don't exchange as it is having cracks i will pay full amount give me mobile without any exchange but they are telling flipkart policy.
          Now the problem i had booked this mobile and waited for 5 days after 5 days flipkart executive comes and tell so and flipkart telling our policy means customer s are fool as flipkart make there own policies which are fully favoured to them only as customers have to wait for so long and he is ready to pay full amount inspite of this they wasted my time and energy and not given me mobile it means customer s are fool and they don't have any value of customers time they make there own policies which are against customers and fully favoured to flipkart.
          Now the problem at the time i booked i am having so many offers on other websites despite of this i have booked on flipkart and waited so long time now other web site don't have any offer means flipkart hurted me and wasted my time and energy and money.
          My order no is od[protected].
          Now i want consumer board and consumer court to take action against flipkart policies who's policies are against consumers and they hurt me a lot and wasted my time so take action against them.

          So 3rd class company having all flipkart favoured policies and no one listen though they agreed what I told though they know they have wasted my 5 days and I am paying full amount of mobile cost and without any exchange still they are telling flipkart policy we can't give u book one more time .
          Means they think costumer is having too much time to book and wait and again book and again wait means you don't have customers time value we are fool .
          Flipkart behaviour hurt me so much and wasted my time energy and my wish and desire to take it after 5 days though I was ready for full amount and without any exchange offer .
          So rude behaviour and 3rd class policies hurted me a lot.

            I purchased a mobile of rs 2429 but i am satisfied with the performance of the product. So i filed a return of the product within 4-5 hrs. But customer support executive told me that you can't get refund this product. Now, i see myself in a mid, neither i'm getting a refund nor i want to use this product.
            I'm not satisfied with this policy of flipkart.
            If a person filing a return within that day only, then i'm not understanding what's the problem.
            Flipkart has given bad experience to me.

                  Hi team

                  I failed to login the flipkart account, hence i tried to recover the same by clicking "forgot password", on both my mobile app and desktop browser.

                  I got otp on both email and phone number but it said that "please try again after sometime.." when i input the otp and new password.

                  I have tried couple of times and tried to reach customer care at[protected] but all in vain.

                  Also, if i try to sign up as a new customer, with my mobile number, it says that the mobile number is already registered. (Flipkart has discontinued social logins/signups, so i am unable to create a new account using my other email id.)

                  I hope this information is enough, and you will respond to this asap,

                    I have ordered redmi 5a on 4th jan 2017 from flipkart (Orderid od[protected] through cash on delivery. On 11th jan my order status has been updated to delivered but i didn't get the product. I was urgent to get the product. I have raised the complaint on customer care of flipkart but they said you have to place new order. The courier guy (Streetwise courier) deliver it to another place.
                    It took so much time to place new order because redmi 5a is available only on thursday sale on flipkart. I have ordered again on 18 jan 2017 through cash on delivery. On 22nd jan i have paid 4999 through netbanking. Courier guy refused to deliver the product because i have said i have paid the amount.

                        I have order washing machine on 3rd jan received it at 9 however it was damage product. So take replacement request, i haven't receive the product and date is showing as 29 jan.
                        Same product when i m trying to purchase newly, delivery date is showing in next 4-5 days only with (Offer price less by 2000) and for replacement it's takes more 18-20 days for me and not receive yet.
                        What's the hell about service, customer care executive are disconnecting the call or keeping on hold for more than 30-40 min.
                        I am mentally harrash because of there behavior and product service.
                        Is there a way to file complaint in police station or any court to avoid such cases in future.

                          Sir or madam the mobile infinix note 4 which i had took at first was working good the calls which would come i could receive but now if some one calls it doesn't vibrate or ring and even doesn't show who is calling even after the phones ring volume is 100 % and i also tried solving it by various types but it was of no use.                             i ordered redmi 5A mobile from flipkart on 18th Jan 2018. they send it through Ekart logistics courier service.
                            when i was ordering my product i checked first its availability at my place using pin code and they show its available at this address.
                            but at[protected] when i track my order they show “9:30 am Received At MORADABAD Hub” 11:42 am Out Of Delivery Area (Pin code-Address Mismatch)”.
                            my question is only that if they are unable to deliver product at pin code then why they show its available at their site.?
                            after checking status i try to contact flipkart customer care and they give me ans that “we are sorry to deliver this product to your address”. tell me that i[censored] unable to deliver the product then why should you show its available.they only say sorry to me nothing do else to solve my problem .he said you have to place new order now. i m very upset for that after waiting 6 days for my product i have to face this kind of rubbish problem from flipkart and their Ekart logistics courier service.

                                Model : zeb - be380t item was received by courier but it is not working. I already given complaint. Then we got call from customercare and given suggestion to formate the sd card and re insert sd card into the piece. Then it automatically works. I alredy tried but no change was there.
                                So i want to deceided to reback the piece to you.
                                So i request you to arrange my money to me immediately.

                                  A moto g5 lunar grey 16 gb was requested to be returned as and when it was delivered on 15th jan 2018 as there were some scratches on the product it seems it has been tried to open {order id no. [protected]-00}. Even after repeated emails to flipkart we only get a message that your product will be picked, however nothing constructive has happened yet. As per replacement policy only 10 days time has been given to a customer to replace their damaged electronic product. All this has already consumed more than a week in our case. Kindly do something.

                                    I was ordering a pen drive, a watch and a trimmer yesterday[protected]. I then ordered through debit card o[censored]nion bank of india. After i paid the amount, i received a message that the amount is debited. But the order is not placed. I send an email to flip cart and i got no response. What should i do?
                                    I had tried to connect with the toll free number but it is not responding.
                                    I was an amazon customer earlier as flip cart is having good offers i turned to flip cart but the situation is very bad. I should get the refund.

                                    My Order ID:OD[protected] .I bought and received Almond 500 gms pack.After delivery I have to open a parcel am very shock .The pack already opened inside a parcel and missing around 200 gms.Please take action to corresponding delivery person and return my order also.

                                      Hi, I tried to order mobile with exchange, which placing order, the website accepted the request, approved the mobile with IMEI number and took money of 10599 and today on 23rd delivery guy came and refused to deliver saying my mobile display has gone, but is it working fine. no were it asked me if the glass is broken and if they wanted to check the mobile before delivery of the product, why would they accept money. Now I am stuck. Also, the delivery guy removed the tempered glass.

                                      After this i called customer care and spoke to 4 guys who told themselves as manager, told me it's a very simple issue (how my 10599 is a simple issue?) but none of them are ready to resolve this. 1 manager promised for call back in 2 hours, i waited but i didn't receive so i called back and again a manager told we cant promise, you wait for 48 hours, when I asked for compensating for removing my tempered glass, he said we cant do anything. I requested to give some solution, the only answer they have is "we can't help you and wait for the call". They are not helpful at all, for a second I felt they are harassing me and doing timepass because I was requesting them to help me with the product. After even mentioned that I would go to consumer court, they didn't bother to take this issue on priority. All they did is, reading a script.

                                      My question is- when the order was not 100% sure, why they took money?
                                      I want to try and order in other website but the money is stuck because they will take 7 to 15 working days to transfer the money
                                      As they promised on recorded call, why no 1 called me back, after i called also, they showed bad attitude that we cant process your request on priority.
                                      When the order was approved, my payment is accepted, I need my product back.

                                      Please help me with this.

                                        I order Iphone 6s worth rs.34999 from flipkart and money deducted from my credit card but I didn't get any update regarding refund or approved order.. What should I do.? I talked with customer care executive he told me for 8 hours to wait. it's more than 8 hours but still I didn't get any updated what I have to do.?
