Hi, I tried to order mobile with exchange, which placing order, the website accepted the request, approved the mobile with IMEI number and took money of 10599 and today on 23rd delivery guy came and refused to deliver saying my mobile display has gone, but is it working fine. no were it asked me if the glass is broken and if they wanted to check the mobile before delivery of the product, why would they accept money. Now I am stuck. Also, the delivery guy removed the tempered glass.
After this i called customer care and spoke to 4 guys who told themselves as manager, told me it's a very simple issue (how my 10599 is a simple issue?) but none of them are ready to resolve this. 1 manager promised for call back in 2 hours, i waited but i didn't receive so i called back and again a manager told we cant promise, you wait for 48 hours, when I asked for compensating for removing my tempered glass, he said we cant do anything. I requested to give some solution, the only answer they have is "we can't help you and wait for the call". They are not helpful at all, for a second I felt they are harassing me and doing timepass because I was requesting them to help me with the product. After even mentioned that I would go to consumer court, they didn't bother to take this issue on priority. All they did is, reading a script.
My question is- when the order was not 100% sure, why they took money?
I want to try and order in other website but the money is stuck because they will take 7 to 15 working days to transfer the money
As they promised on recorded call, why no 1 called me back, after i called also, they showed bad attitude that we cant process your request on priority.
When the order was approved, my payment is accepted, I need my product back.
Please help me with this.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer and provided the reason for the cancellation due to exchange product was damaged hence order got canceled and same has been informed to customer, hence closing this case from our end.
However, no any person from flipkart contact me to resolve my issue.
