I purchased a acer nitro laptop from flipkart by seller "
Retailnet" for rs. 84, 990. It was delivered on jan 25th '18, but i found a issue with the speakers and display and requested a replacement on the 4th of feb. A technician from acer came to my home for diagnosing and confirmed the issue and took the laptop to the service centre. But on 6th feb, my technician visit and the replacement device was cancelled by the seller with no reason. The acer representative had no idea why and they returned the laptop along with the doa form that stated that the laptop was defective on 8th feb.
At this time my replacement was cancelled and i had no means of returning the laptop. I had been making calls ti flipkart support throughout this week and every time i as told "your issue has been escalated and our team will get back to you". But till now no one has yet contacted me even once.
Searching around this forum, i found similar complaints against the seller. This confirmed that this was not an accident but a case of fraud.
I'm now ready to file a case against flipkart and the seller.

A flipkart agent called me and said he was sorry for the trouble and that they would replace the laptop. That day itself, the replacement product was shipped and it arrived today and I exchanged it with the defective product. I don't know why something so easy took more than 15 days, about 20 calls & e-mails and one complaint on this forum to be resolved. Could have been handled better. But still happy with the replacement. Thanks.

UPDATE : Flipkart representative has contacted me about 2 days earlier and they issued a replacement soon after. I received the replacement today. Although this was something that could have been done days ago without any issues, I thank everybody who had been involved in the process. Thanks.
I have order samsung galaxy on nxt 64 gb and i received that order but after opening i found that ear phone was not in the box. after that i want to return the product and in this case engineer says you dont have an earphone so it will not be return .now what can i do?

        I bought a pendrive through flipkart for Rs.754/-. When I used it was found to be defective. As per flipkart replacement is not possible and asked to contact service center. I contacted service center in Bangalore and they are saying that the product cannot be replaced/repaired. I want replacement or money refund. Request to help.

          I had ordered a flower vase for 800 rs...in picture the length was big but i received very very small vase... I called flipkart many times they are not returning or exchanging the product and not refunding the amount even... They talk so ill mannerly... Extremely bad experience in shopping with flipkart... They are the biggest cheaters... So guys please think thousand times before shopping with this bull # flipkart

            Hello sir,
            I made a order of books which were delivered to me successfully and i have problem with some books so i requested a replacement and after the initiation of replacement my account doesn't open it says that "account unavailable please retry"
            So i call a customer care and they says that my account got blacklisted but i want a refund for my books
            The books name is 'think and grow rich' and 'the one thing'

            We had interacted with the customer informed that customers recent return request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in his purchase history. This would also mean that customer will no longer be able to login to Customers Flipkart account.

              I am purchases lenovo core i5 7th gen - (8 gb/2 tb hdd/windows 10 home/4 gb graphics) ip 520 laptop from flip cart and found defective product and complain raised on flip cart. Flip cart fixed technician visit till 5th nov 2018 and delivery of replacement product fixed on 10 feb 2018. As schedule of technician visit completed on 03rd feb 2018 and also lenovo acknowledge for replacement of 6th feb 2018 but flip cart rescheduled replacement time 10 feb 2018 to 17 feb 2018. When delivery men reached for delivery the replaced product on 11 feb 2018 he said to me that product are not damage. I do not understand that is i complain for died product than why executive raised complain for damage. Finally delivery men not delivered the product.
              Why flip cart work to irresponsible with customer and without solving the issue he marked as resolve. He create problems for customer. He work against with customer. My mail id is mishra. [protected]@gmail.com

                Hi.. I have placed some orders but 3 of them have been received however rest of them have been marked delivered but i never received them, i want my money back now... This is really rediculos, i used flipkart first time and m nver gonna use it again... I have raised request multiple times but nothing is done yet..                   I failed to login the flipkart account, hence i tried to recover the same by clicking "forgot password", on both my mobile app and desktop browser.

                      I trust on flipkart.com and ordered two pair to shoes (old school VANS) and each pair was of approx. 2000/- rs, but when received the items they seems are Fake item and not original VANS shoes.

                      I never though flipkart sell these kind of fake shoes now it seems are making fools to their customers. So, please take an action over the same.

                      Flipkart is now broken my trust as I also going to buy AC and a Washing Machine in few days, but now I need to think about it to purchase these items from flipkart or not. So worst service this time. I am using flipkart from last 8-9 years and now they are providing very bad services.

                        I have purchased xiaomi Mi A1 from flipkart on Jan 30th 2018,
                        The product is not working well and its quite often switching off, i called to flipkat customer care as per policy of returns on 10th day of product received Feb 8th 2018 and explained the problem, executive guided me basic trouble shooting, i performed it and told him that im on travelling to madhya pradesh and will be back to hyderabad on 13th jan 2018, if the handset is not working well i will call to flipkart and asked for new mobile device of same, on feb 8th 2018 the exceutive from flipkart told me and given me commitment we will exchange it, but now today i called the customer care again they told they wont exchange and submit in service centre, why should i submit when the product is not damaged with my hands, kindly exchnage with a new one or else take a legal action on this, on high priority,

                          Hi team,
                          I have ordered addidas flip-flops with order id od[protected]. Because of some technical issue i have cancelled the same product several times since it was taking different address where i don't want to get it delivered so i have changed the address and finally got the product which turned to be defective as i have got pair of left leg slippers without any tag or anything. This is what happens if we shop at flipkart and get the product like this and get your account blocked. Kindly revert

                                  Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                                  After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                    And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

                                    Last few months my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                                    Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                                    Entered the code successfully.
                                    After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                                    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    We had interacted with the customer informed that the recent order have been cancelled since our systems observed a trend in customers purchase history that suggest that the purchases are for reselling and not for personal use. As this is not in accordance to our policies, our system will cancel any new order placed. Hence closing the case.
                                    I ordered footwear yesterday by my debit card. Money was paid.but still order details are not shown in my flip kart account.

                                      I have ordered this saree online and already paid the amount by debit card. It was scheduled to be delivered on 9th feb. On that day i didnt receive any phone calls from the delivery person and suddenly a delivery message came that the item had been delivered to someone named dipu to the same address i provided. But i haven't received my product. I dont know anyone of that name. I have complained flipkart about the matter and still now nothing has been sorted out on thier part. They cant even provide the details of the delivery person to me. This is theft. They should authenticate the delivery. Specially of costly items which are prepaid. It is so dangerous if flipkart keeps such cheap people for delivery purposes. Kindly look into the matter.

                                        Someone have used my debit card details for shopping on Flipkart. I have to find out the person Name and Address to which is used for shopping.
                                        Transaction no[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]Date-23/01/2018 from my A/C-[protected](SBI).
                                        I have earlier launch a complain on phone but did not get reply.So I request you to please let me know the Name & Address of the person.
