I ordered lenovo ideapad 520 on jan, 18 for rs 80000. I received the laptop from flipkart on jan -5-18. I was in vacation for a week and started working on it. I noticed that it was a defective and used, there were few scratches. When i checked the warranty in lenovo site, it shows 8 month instead of one year. After a few days, laptop was not starting. Bluescreen only shown up with repair options. I called flipkart for replacement, they refused to do so. I called lenovo cust care, they suggested few repair options. I tried it, didn't work. I visited lenovo center, they said hard disk damaged and replaced. Still the same issue. Laptop is defective and not working at all. It's been only a frustration, waste of precious money and efforts because of flipkart.
