Updated by Anikesh Srivastav As mentioned earlier, the same Technician was assigned for the 2nd replacement.
When he visited me for the 2nd time, I asked him why did he reject my phone when it was genuine hardware issue and still persists.
He started to blame customer care and told me that they didn't approve the request. I had already talked to Flipkart customer executive and requested a callback. The Flipkart executive clearly mentioned to the technician that he had cancelled the request earlier. They started arguing that they'll complain about each other and after 5 minutes, the technician ran away with his bike and did nothing for my phone.
I didn't even give him the feedback otp or he didn't even saw my phone, he just ran away after talking to flipkart executive.
Later, I received a text message stating that my replacement is again rejected.
I don't understand why would Flipkart partner with a fraud company like Jeeves if there are so many complaints about it.
Today my replacement period will be over and I'm still not able to replace my phone. I have to use this faulty product and no one is taking responsibility.
The technician was from Jeeves and his name was : MULASA AMRESWARA LAKSHMANA PHANI KUMAR
