Hi, I ordered a laptop from flipkart on 1st december and received the same on 3rd december. The laptop has an issue with the audio headphone jack where the audio gives intermittent static noise and also a very jarring crackling noise. I tried to resolve it on my own thinking it to be a software issue but no use. Flipkart is one of the worst online portal I have used till date, even the new start-ups have better customer services then these cheats. They make fool of clients by first delivering wrong products and then sitting on the return for weeks (that too on a returnable product). Have been getting dates over dates without any resolution. Would highly recommend to avoid it if you want to have peaceful time.
