The product has been picked up from me on 12th of January, and today is 2nd of feb but still haven’t received any refund yet. So after pickup was done I did not receive any refund, and on the app too refund has canceled, so I contacted customer service and they took a complaint, after few days I received a call from Flipkart and asking me to share the sms confirmation which I received after pickup. So I shared the sms confirmation as a proof and since then it has been nearly 25 days, I contacted customer care multiple times, and they ask me to wait for few days, and that I will receive a call from their team, but I haven’t received any call nor refund, and I too have contacted them multiple times. So I day I contacted them and spoke to their agent, she didn’t understood my issue and created a new return, so I again contacted customer support and their senior told me that, he is cancelling that return, because the product has been already picked up and told me to wait till 30th of January, today is 2nd feb and I haven’t received any call from the team, and just checked the complaint status, which they have resolved. I have shared the sms confirmation multiple times too as a proof of pickup, please initiate my refund or if not then just delivery the product back which I returned.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
