Hiii I'm prateep...Im a flipkart plus member from 2018...Recently I have purchased mobile phone (oppo f19 pro plus) from flipkart and ORDER ID-OD[protected]...Its delivered on 20/01/2023..the product I have received is defective(headphone jack not working issue)..So I requested flipkart to create a return request for this issue...Then flipkart arranged technical visit from JEEVES..then after 2 days the jeeves executive came for mobile inspection and he confirmed that there is issue in mobile headphone jack...And he told me that flipkart executive will pick up my product within next 2 days...when I called flipkart for return status, , , customer care told me that your product will be picked up within 31 january and refund will be initiated within 1 days after pick up...but later flipkart rejected my return request and refused to take back the mobile phone..Now flipkart account also blocked...also I have purchased mobile through flipkart pay later option..now how can I return the defective product...so pick up the product and initiate refund..
