Flipkart has been harassing me for almost 50days. I have ordered a Realme 9 Pro from Flipkart on 18th January. They delivered a defective Realme 9 Pro [ Order ID - OD[protected] ] on 19th. Because it has brand replacement policy, Flipkart was denying and told it's Realme who could/would give me the replacement. Realme had received my phone with all accessories and issued me a DOA certificate against that and officially mailed me that the replacement would come via Flipkart. Where as Flipkart was denying any official mail regarding this. After one month of harassment, Flipkart has finally asked for my DOA and talked about refund. Then they have asked for all my bank details and DOA certificate(again for the sixth time). Then they have again asked the acknowledgement proof that I have submitted the whole box(mobile with all accessories) to the Realme and promised to contact me soon. I did so. Days have passed, but Flipkart didn't contact me. I called again to Flipkart and they take my complain and promised a call back from backend team within seven days. Though as always they didn't call me. Whenever I called, Flipkart had promised me a call regarding solution within seven day. Again seven days has passed. I called again, they did the same. I didn't receive any call from Flipkart till now regarding this.
I want my refund money within 24hours.

      Myself Manu Chandran, two days back someone called on my phone stating that it was from flipkart and they asked me whether i had requested for changing phone number or not. Actually i have not requested for any number change and i rejected tha call. But yesterday they called again and asked for the same. They also stated that for confirming that i have not requested for any number change i have to give the OTP which they send instantly. Due to negligence and unfortune i handovered the same with the one who called, and immediately i lost Rs 5380 from my Flipkart paylater account. Can you please help me to retain back my money. I only have an order id that showed in my account and no other trace is left with me. still after that issue they are calling me again and again.

        I have purchased a brpl 5gram gold bar worth 30, 502 /- from flipkart on 23feb I received a missing product on 23 feb (product was sealed)...
        I have raised complaint and a return request
        Seller have cancelled my return request within 1 day every time i raise a return request seller cancelled it this had happen till 24feb then a had raise a complaint to flipkart concerned team that seller had scammed me and sold me a empty box...they took my complaint and ask me to wait till mar 5
        On 23 feb i get a call from concerned team that sir please wait 4 more days I agreed ...
        I had made nearly 10calls to flipkart customer support evertime I call they ask me to wait 2 working days...this is carrying on till now (25 feb 2023) Every time I call them they ask me to wait 48 hours and says our team is working on it
        I have ask them to give me seller information so that I could file an FIR but they denied
        They told me we are working on it
        Still me complaint is pending and no action is taken on it

                  I ordered the product amazfit t rex smartwatch. I got another product from the box. Delivery boy didn't open the box. So I replaced it. After few days seller has been cancelled it and again I replaced again. Then before shipment my account has been blocked. What i want to do now. Will my product will get or will I get amount back. Or my money will loss?

                      Unable to submit return request. OTP is not being accepted on Flipkart portal

                      Hi,
                      While raising a return request, I am receiving an OTP on the mobile. However when I am entering the OTP even within 15 seconds time window, app/web page is giving error and not proceed from there. I am stuck and flipkart help chat is not responding on this issue.

                      I Purchased MI LED TV from flipkart India and got an extended warrenty for 3 years by paying 3500/-. The TV was purchased on 16th Aug 2020.

                      My TV has developed problem on 20th Feb 2023 wherein I registered a complaint and asked for techinical individual to come in. I was told by Jeeves MI individuals will come in to check it. MI personal took the invoices and asked Jeeves to pay for the display which has gone off. Jeeves has denied the request and has said that they will do it on their own and now are not responding to calls or emails.

                        I have ordered a book on Flipkart on 13th February and it shown delivered on 20 th February But I didn't get the delivery and I was raising the issue since 21 st February but they are always saying we are working on the issue and delaying and extending the time too much every time and I have already paid for the order on app at time of order

                              I’m unable to update my mobile number with the fact that I have no access to my old one. I request to make the necessary alternative method to incorporate these changes easily, so we don’t have to reach you guys again and again, no doubt it takes at least 10-20 tries to get in touch with your busy executive staff.

                                    I ordered 21 products total from flipkart groceries and i got 4 wrong products and 17 products are missing.I gave return request so many time and continuously they are rejecting my request.Their customer care service is also really terrible. Not getting proper answers from them. This is really horrible. I lost my hard worked money.I got 4 wrong products rice (5kg), Bingo(50rs), Choco lotte pie(50rs), and mom's magic biscuit. What the hell happening with flipkart grocery now i hate their cheatings

                                      Recently I ordered Grocery in Flipkart and it got delivered. When I checked the items one item was missing from the bill which is just 80rup. I contacted them and they raised a refund request very next day my request got cancelled and my account is blocked. I contacted them on Twitter I got a response saying my account is blocked due to system detected "Unusual high number of returns"

                                      This is the second time my account is getting blocked for same reason first time social media team unblocked my account and said sorry system is detected wrongly now it's second time.

                                      I have more than 50 orders in Flipkart I have not returned any item so far system has detected wrongly and I won't accept this at all. I need my account back I have many order details on my account.
