We ordered whirlpool NEO 278GD PRM as shown in picture, but received different model Neo 278GD CLS PLUS on 1 February 2023, immediately we called Flipkart customer care and executive agreed for making mistakes in delivering the right model of refrigerator. I asked for replacement but They told me that they are raising refund request from their side
because they don't have stock at that time. But we got message about rejection of refund request from seller side on 5 Feburary 2023. I connected with customer care many times they said they don't have option for refund as per policy. And that time they don't have stock so they are giving refund option but now they have stock so they are giving replacement option. They are changing according to their situation. They replied us after 4days and rejected our refund request because they have stock now. I have urgency to buy fridge to keep insulin. They were ready to refund our amount so we bought offline. Now they are not ready to return, it's big amount for us rs. 24299/-. Please refund the amount.

Sub: Complaint against Flipkart for not refunding the amount Dear Sir, We ordered whirlpool NEO 278GD PRM at Rs. 24299/ on 26 January 2023 as shown in the Flipkart app, but received a different model Whirlpool Neo 278GD CLS PLUS on 1 February 2023, immediately we called Flipkart customer care and the executive agreed that they did a huge mistake in delivering the right model refrigerator. I asked for a replacement but they told me that product is out of stock and when it will stock back it's not been confirmed so the executive raised a refund request from their side. even though we are ready to wait for the stock, he said that the model of the fridge is 2022 and there is no idea when it will be available in 2023. Then we got a message about the rejection of the refund request from the seller's side on 5 February 2023. I connected with customer care many times they said they don't have an option for a refund as per policy. And that time they don't have stock so they are giving a refund option but now they have stock so they are giving a replacement option. They replied to us after 4 days and rejected our refund request because they have stock now. I had urgency to buy a fridge to keep insulin medicine as they have cleared that the model of the fridge we want is not going to come in stock. They were ready to refund our amount so we bought offline. Now they are not ready to return it's a big amount for us Rs. 24299/-. Please do the needful.

      I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

          My return package was to be picked up by 30th jan but was not picked up.Thn wen i raised query they mentioned that due to problem in courier service provider it will be pocked by by 2nd feb. Again it was not picked up. On again asking a query, they said it will be picked up by 7pm on 3rd feb. Was not picked up thn. Repeatedly asking they keep on giving me 24-48 hrs without any resolution. And hence not getting my refund too.

            I hd purchased samsung refrigerator on 2/2/2023 from Flipkart, seller name -Aarna venture private limited, (Akshnav online), this product received defective so samsung technician visited on 3/2/2023 and told that your product is defective so you can return under 10 day return policy of Flipkart, now Flipkart not accept the return despite its own 10 days return policy as well as i also sent job sheet card for return which sent by samsung care to Flipkart but they denied that and told that technician will visit.and give false date regarding resolution.i had raised return request on 2 date still now return approval is pending.I requested to you that please provide solution as soon as possible, i am living without refrigerator since many times.

              Purchased Samsung QLED 4K smart Tv on Dec 19 worth of 1, 64, 999 but received Kodak smart TV instead of samsung on Dec 24 from Flipkart.

              Raised return request on Dec 25 and they have approved my return request on Jan 6 and then given item pickup date as Jan 11.

              On Jan 11 pickup agent or courier services just given me a missed hence i was unable to answer that call, but immediately they have updated in flipkart ticket notes as "CUSTOMER IS NOT RESPONDING " .

              I informed the pickup agent or courier services cheating/fraud to Flipkart team then they have requested me to wait till Jan 14 then to Jan 17 then to Jan 21 then to Jan 23.

              They have changed this replacememt request to refund request after these many promise dates got breached.

              Post they changed incident that i have raised on Dec 24 to refund request they given me the promise date for pickup as Jan 25 and then stated like refund will be done on or before Jan 29.

              on Jan 29 they updated promise date for refund to Feb 01 and then to Feb 02 and now Feb 03 they are still asking me to wait for 24hrs to 48hrs.

              Could you please help me to get my amount 1, 64, 999 -/ back to me.

                    I have ordered Apple IPhone 12 mini on 17th Jan 2023 from Flipkart (Seller - Supercomnet). expected delivery was 20th Jan 2023. Phone was not delivered till 27th Jan 2023 and after continue follow up on delay in delivery I requested them to cancel order and it was done on 28th Jan 2023 by Flipkart executive.
                    Order was showing out for delivery nearby for 9days and it was not delivered till 27th Jan 2023 and Flipkart executive were not providing proper resolution. After cancellation on 28th Jan 2023 now they are delaying in refund processing and yet it a not provided as today is 05th Feb 2023. They are unnecessary delaying refund and not providing response why there is delay in processing refund.Seller has reputation of not delivering on time and not processing refund as it is already above 20days and no response from Flipkart in refund.
                    I request to lodge a complaint on Flipkart and Seller - Supercomnet for harrasment and not providing refund.

                        I ordered flipkart smartbuy stylus pen for my iPad for 1699, thinking that it's flipkarts own smartbuy products and won't face any problem but instead I received a pack of reynolds 5 rs ball point pens and when I placed return request the delivery guy who came for pickup says that he can't pickup the product because it is a different product. But that is the reason for returning the product. How difficult is it to understand. After speaking to their customer care another return request was placed and this time he didn't even call me for pickup but i received a msg at the end of the day that return cancelled because I decided to keep the product. This cycle keeps on happening and everytime the customer care executive assures me that this time product will be picked up but same time is happening for more than 15 times in 5 weeks now. Fed up with their customer service and delivery service. Also the customer care calls get disconnected automatically after a few minutes. Worst experience ecer.

                          I have ordered biotique mountain ebony hair serum 4 bottles for Rs.850. But they delivered one unknown product which costs about Rs. 250. I raised a complaint to them, they replied me saying replacement will come. But now they are saying product replacement cannot be done. I asked then what about the amount I paid, they are not responding properly. In flipkart app, my complaint is showing like resolved. Without my consent flipkart closing my issue and cheating me like anything. Below is message they sent me via email as complaint raised.

                          But now they are sending another email cannot replace and order got cancelled. Then what about my money Rs. 850 I paid I asked for that no proper response from flipkart.

                            I ordered a vr glass from flipkart and instead they sent me an Bluetooth speaker its been more than a month now they have been rejecting my replacement and after sharing all the req images nd consent form for an FIR they still closed the ticket.                               I ordered two Inno3D NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090 X3 24 GB GDDR6X Graphics Card on 21st Jan and on next day it says order is shipped but there was no tracking ID so I got suspicious and decided to cancel the both orders on 22nd Jan(I have emails from Flipkart saying refund will be initiated soon). Strangely on 24 th, it says order got delivered at 11.59 pm. Flipkart customer care actually consider that as an appropriate time of delivery. I called them mentioning that I cancelled the order on 22nd and asked why it showing delivered, cc mentioned that to them it shows order is dispatched but not delivered so I asked them to cancel the delivery of both orders. They raised the complain. I got a follow up call next day mentioning that they are working on it and give resolution in few days.
                              To my suprise, my complain was closed with no resolution so I raised it again. I asked them what happened to old complain they said there is no prior complain from your side. I was like what seriously? So I explained them again how cancelled product shows delivered a delivery which never happened. This time I asked them to send me email committing a resolution. So I got an email from Flipkart saying "If the issue is not resolved with in the next 48 hrs we will request the seller to process for a manual refund." For both orders

                              They issued the refund but only for one order. So two orders ordered on same day (21 jan with few mins apart), both cancelled on 22nd and both showing fake status of delivered on 24th but one gets refund but other one don't.

                              Now whenever I try to raise complain they simply do not acknowledge all the requests I raised before all the process of previous days and simply says that product is successfully delivered and we can't do anything as it's no return policy product. So they successfully let a scam happen while also acknowledging the scam but only for one product while not doing it for the other one. I don't understand reasoning of Flipkart and why they don't have proper ticket system which any basic website have nowadays. Also [protected] is tracking ID given by Flipkart cc. I guess anybody with common sense can understand that's not really a tracking ID. I asked them which shipping service this belong to and they said they can't say.

                              I just want to understand, after promising manual refund for both orders, why do it only for one? What's the reasoning?

                                Hi.. I bought a thomson tv from Flipkart 10 days back, i having multiple issues on Product. I raise a replacement request within 7 days, asking for resolution. I got a message that they will call me and give resolutions, I got no call from flipkart and my return request was rejected..

                                I raised the return request again saying that the tv having multiple issues They promised that we shall contact you and resolution will be given.

                                My request was rejected again without any callback or resolution

                                I called Flipkart customer care also, they took my request and said they will contact and provide resolutions, i got no call no resolution'
                                Now return policy is over, i can't do anything..

                                This is very pathetic and unfortunate. Please help me in this case.

                                3.displays panel moved to bottom
                                . Not at all worth watching.. I am stcuk.. please help

                                  I ordered Thomson 9R PRO 108 cm (43 inch) on 18th Jan, they delivered it on 2nd Feb (delivery agent was asking for money but we denied so seller cancelled it but they finally decided to deliver it) Now I wonder how long it will take for installation. My replacement policy is running out. They usually promise installation within 48 hours and it's more than that.

                                        I had ordered redmi note 12 pro 5g from flipkart from (Seller-
                                        EComyalgarTrade) but since its arrival I started having problems due to which I complained to flipkart the next day, but flipkart did not give any resolution. Flipkart people were showing resolved on their own after complaining through the application.
                                        When I call customer care, they say that no order is showing on your mobile number.
                                        I don't know why flipkart is doing this but whatever it is doing is wrong, after giving defective phone, flipkart should replace it.
