      My name is Bapan Hossain. I am regular customer of Flipkart. My registered mobile number with Flipkart is [protected] and Email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. I order grocery from Flipkart on 1st February with order ID: OD[protected] containing total 17 items. But I received only 15 Items. Hence I raised a complaint with Flipkart and they refunded money for one missing product only. So I reopened the issue for the another product. Then my account has been closed permanently by Flipkart without giving any proper resolution. I want my account and money back. Kindly help me with this.

        There are multiple issues I want to list!
        1. The order value generated by Flipkart for my chain which I sold for 20, 000+ was 2, 500 rupees only, I don't know why and how was this done. How can a company place my order value at 2, 500 which I sell on their own platform at 20, 000 MRP at 27, 000. Makes zero sense right?

        2. The reason listed in the claim rejection is that the item does not have seem to lose its value, which is utterly and completely baseless, the chain I sold was worth 20, 000+ and made out of real silver, and what I got back is made of "steel"

        3. To prove I have received I have an opening video of the return parcel, with barcodes visible, and it clearly shows the item in the picture i.e. the item I shipped and what I received are completely different. The value lost according to the realistic calculations and not what your team has done, My product net settlements after Flipkart MP fees (16, 000) Value of the product I received (100 rupees)

        I had all the video proofs, and everything yet Flipkart keeps rejecting my claim, saying the image shared does not match the actual product, of course, it does not. That is why I have raised a claim, against a scamming company, and I am planning to leave Flipkart soon, hope this company makes more and more losses.

        Now I will file an FIR, and let them get the best of judicial servicing

          Now customer care is denying my request that its not returnable and also not transferring my call to senior authorities.

          I lost my time and rs 1500

            I purchased three novels through Flipkart on Friday 10th Feb and my order is not been processed yet (order pending) as it says the order is not been processed by the bank but my money is debited from my account (RS933 total). So i need a refund as soon as possible or confirm the order soon.

                  I ordered a mobile from flipkart and have to delivered in 2days and it has been 5days and they are playing with me "misroute (Same state misrouted)" and saying to wait for another 2 business days or 24 hours.
                  I got my previous items to the same address within time but for this order they are saying location misroute issue and telling to wait 2 days and the shipment will be delivered and till now I didn't receive my order. Please help me.

                    I have ordered 3 items for the same product. The order id for all the 3 quantity shows OD[protected]. I got one product instead of 3 items. So I am returning all 3 orders, but I have only one product to return. Flipkart has issues with more than one quantity of products. It delivers 1 instead of 3 and marks all the orders as delivered. It's a serious mistake in the Flipkart system. I have nothing to return on this product. I am retuning one item for this order - OD[protected].

                      Hello team
                      I purchased my first order from flipkart oneplus 10R mobile phone
                      Order Id OD[protected] at 12 january 2023
                      Order delivered 15 january i recived defective product not working
                      So i create return request
                      I already file complaint at national consumer helpline my docked number is 4203668
                      No one come for pickup no any call or message recived regarding pickup
                      25 times return create by my side and customer support team
                      But all return cancelled by seller
                      One month already complete but pickup not complete yet
                      I already contact multiple times with customer support team by call and mail but company not responding
                      I have all recording calls they make fake promise
                      Please help me

                        I have purchased one battery from flip kart and cancel on the second day
                        30-jan-2023 but from that day i am following up with flipkart but from their team first given 7th feb then 9th feb then 11th feb then 13th then again he given now 17th feb and hw will do always upset no resolution .

                        Kindly look into this and refund .

                            I order an Puma brand sleeper and i got worst sleeper ever without brand and i ordered that 21jan 2023 and today 14feb2023 they are not giving refund and that are not picking up the order many times i done return but whenever delivery agent come he refuse to take he told me we can’t take flipkart didn’t updated me to take this product and after that when i call customer care they always they will pickup the order but they never do help me out otherwise i will lost my money 1527rs they are doing with many peoples it was the 1 time for me … they are repeating the same thing always always tell nischint rahiye aap the same thing like i am very angry after listening that and i am complaining in this now please help me give my refund you can see image i have attached that .. what i ordered and what i got please take strict action to flipkart, ekart they are the main provider Ekart delivery agent .. i want my refund

                              Poor customer service of Flipkart:
                              I'd initially ordered three hoodies Size: M, M and L. Out of which I only recieved two out of three.

                              Customer support 1: I reached out to help centre and the customer support agent and made the return request on my behalf for replacement of two recieved hoodies with the three initially ordered hoodies. Instead, replacement delivery executive only brought one hoodie with himself and exchanged it with one of the hoodies that I had already recieved and I still have only two hoodies instead of three that I should be having ownership of.
                              In a nutshell, I have only two hoodies when I've paid for three hoodies i.e. rs. 1111.00

                              Customer support 2: I reached out again and the second agent was very rude first of all. He at first suggested keeping the two hoodies and refund of one but I needed the 3 for a specific purpose so if I don't have the 3 as ordered, then there is no requirement for the remaining two. And since these return and exchanging took so long, I requested a return and refund on my bank account on call. And the agent was asking for my personal details on call like account number, for which I refused saying I cannot give my personal details on phone and there should be a link where I would fill my bank details and he completely denied it and said these are the policies of Flipkart(asking personal bank details on phone) and when I asked him to share with me the policy document, he said he couldn't find the document of such policy right now and to call again later. This is a gross misrepresentation, fraud and misconduct on part of Flipkart.You cannot ask for personal bank details until you are authorised so(the agent never shared with me the position he holds in his department) even the RBI has this in its circular of not sharing details and as well as the Indian legislations have tried to protect us from falling in such kind of cyber scams or frauds which take place in the same manner. And when I said asked him that if it was possible for me to compose a mail to flipkart..he said that mail services of Flipkart is not available. Flipkart is such a big and prestigious company and reputation as it's foundation..they don't have mail services available? I even, still dropped a mail to flipkart customer care 2 days before but there is no response even now.
                              The agent made it very clear that if I cannot share my personal bank details with him, he has no other way of helping me.

                              Customer support 3: Directly indicated that she couldn't help me!

                              My money is stuck with Flipkart and they are keeping it without providing proper service.
                              Now, I no longer need the product that I never recieved altogether and would like place a return of the whole product and refund of the same on my bank account but Flipkart isn't taking responsibility and I never expected this from Flipkart.

I belongs to a nuclear family, I ordered a phone Called Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite Amount Of 20038, The Seller and flipkart delivered Empty box sealed intact conditions. Times of delivery I have no doubt about the issue, I expecting normal course of business. I contacted flipkart customer support they raised refund request, but flipkart continuously rejecting refund request day by day without Understanding my situation How I am upset and struggle. I am raising here complaint against flipkart, After waiting 8 days from my issue faced. but flipkart still rejecting my refund request and avoiding refund. please take action on it and refunded my money immediately. Try to understand my position already 8 days crossed on the issue. Flipkart also my all open issue marks as resolved without resolving. please take action on it and refunded

                                    Order Received in damage conditions and deffective first order from groceries and flipkart had given me garbage of groceries

                                    All Sunfeast biscuits are damage received of Marie 3 qty of 1 kg

                                    Unity Rice of 10 kg insect are there totally expired old stock given to me

                                    Ruchi oil 5qty received damage it is leak and bad smell is coming from oil it is old stock

                                    All product damage received totally frustrated Rs 1345 wasted totally

                                    Please arrange this deffective and damage product back to you and Refund my money back in Flipkart Wallet account of rs 1345

                                        I have Ordered Portronics 20000 mAh Power Bank on 3rd February in flipkart but Flipkart delivered defective item to me & the return policy is over on 15th of Feb, 2023. No electronics gadget is getting charged through this power bank so I want to return this power bank & when I am trying to return this defective power bank on 13th Feb, 2023 after having the conversation with Flipkart customer care I suddenly have found my account gets locked & i am not able to login in my account. Now flipkart customer care is saying that its not possible to refund my hard earned money because my account gets locked & no resolution flipkart is giving me..I am very old prime customer in Flipkart never I have faced this kind of issue that after raising return request & having conversation with customer care on 13th Feb morning my account gets locked. Now Flipkart is not return my refund nor flipkart unblock my account..Flipkart intentionally delivered defective power bank & steal my hard earned money. I am very old customer in flipkart & purchased lot of things but this time flipkart is want to steal my hard earned money by blocking my account & Flipkart is only giving dates & dates nothing else..
