Hi ive ordered a water purifier from flipkart, Brand name Bluestar, Order ID - OD[protected]
Blue Star Excella 6 L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier, well the product had some issue as to which i had to raise a return request the services were so bad they were like the technician will come today then it passed to day after n then it gotten into month n den aftr almonth finally they picked up the product for which i was expectimg the refund in a week or two n still my refund has not been given in my original payment mode i spoke to the customer care they r like we have refunded ur money but i checked my bank statement theres no refund in debit card and credit card as well i cudnt find the actual refund amount at all the amount was 7790/- i then called again n asked them for the reference id they are like we cannot provide u that due to privacy i then planned to take a step towards this ive had a bad experience through this website my money has not been refunded yet also the product pick up was after a month! Kindly Help me solve this issue!

      I ordered it because it was having one day delivery but its been 3 days the order is not yet shipped and i need my order urgently because its a phone and i need it for exam purposes i need the order as soon as possible
      Flipkart services are always slow and nobody cooperate with the customers

        I have recently ordered SAMSUNG 345 L Frost Free Double Door 3-Star Convertible Refrigerator on 21st Apr 2023, and It got delivered on 24-Apr-2023 with some dents and scratches. We have disused same with delivery person, he asked us for replacement through Flipkart app or site. I immediately placed a replacement request, and was subsequently assured by your customer care team that the replacement would be processed shortly.

        As per conversation with Flipkart executive, the product should be replaced by 6-May-2023.

        But today I have got an email as “Sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand.”

        The resolution is showing on Flipkart as issue resolved by troubleshooting.

          I bought this mobile OnePlus 11r from Flipkart 7th April and I had noticed the white small dot in the display. And I make replacement or refund but Flipkart team still cheating me.

          Fake technician visit update and and not able to contact technician.

          I need replacement from Flipkart and they waste my time and make me depressed for one month

            Showing as delivered But I am Not Recieved the Product From April 9th 2023. No SMS or Call Regarding the order From Delivery Person. Lot of Deliveries Happend to that same Address in the Past. I contacted Flipkart HelpCenter But No Use With False Promises. Its Pure Scam for Prepaid Orders.This is my First worst Experience in Long Journey with Flipkart. I want My Money Back..I quit as Flipkart Customer.. For Wasting my Precious Time. EKART is Worst No Security measures for the Product they Handled.

              My name is Priyanka and I am a Flipkart customer, my account falls under mobile number [protected].Recently i ordered a dog feed from Flipkart, order ID -OD[protected], under brand name Active dog food quantity 6 kg .But when my parcel was delivered, i received a complete different product i.e.Purepet dog food quantity 1.1 kg.I tried to contact your customer care team several times but no response was given.So i tried again and again and finally received a call from your team member.I explained her my situation that i have received a wrong product and want my refund for the wrong product.But she said that your product falls under no return category and nothing can be done . I have gone through your no return policy and it is mentioned that in case of pet supplies a return can be raised in case of wrong, defective and damaged products so I want you to either deliver my original product or refund my money. The resolution given by your customer care team is not acceptable since I have paid whole amount for 6 kg not for 1.1 kg .There is no way that this resolution is acceptable.I want you to look into this matter and provide me with a solution that is fair . Please issue me my refund and arrange a return of the wrong product delivered to me .I am attaching the images of order details, wrong product delivered and your no return policy. Regards.

                Recently I ordered a smart phone which is Redmi Note 11, it was delivered.

                    I have order product on 10 April 2023, Actual delivery date 13 April 2023 but delayed 2 days. Installation date as give 15 April, next date as give 18 April. But installation not happen. 19 April 2023 installation canceled with inform the customer and i have contacted customer support team every day for the update, around 30 calls. I have tried to return the product with support of customer care. Return accepted on 22 April 2023 and pickup date as given 27 April 203. After the delay I got confirmation as return as been canceled without informed yo the customer and still not even supporting the flipkart for resolution. Now I am unable to use the product. Please help on this issue.

                      I purchased a phone from flipkart for my friend. She told me to order it because she doesn't know much about tech. I ordered the phone in her name because she gets reimbursement. The flipkart delivered the phone but the invoice is made with a different name. I called the flipkart executives for help but they are not responding. I want to get the invoice name changed.

                            I have bought the product, But the product is not delivered to me and the status is delivered on Flipkart. I have talked to Flipkart many times, I have not received the product. Please look into this. They gave me the same reply, We can't help with this and close the query open in Flipkart. I have attached the conversion. Rs 1399 is not a small amount for me. I bought it for my daughter's safety. I want a product or amount. Please help me.

                                Dear Flipkart team,

                                I have been trying to contact your customer care over last 10 days for the same issue. I have ordered SPEEDYZONE Hight Premium Quality Inline Blue Color Skating, the product is damaged(It has scratches) and the wheels are not running smooth. When I have raised a return request the pick up executive is rejecting the return request stating that there is a product name mismatch.

                                I have informed the same reason to your flipkart customer care team to document it in a complaint before raising a return request, today the executive from ekart team called and again rejected stating there is no comments stating about a product name mismatch in the return request.

                                I have been trying to call the flipkart customer care but no one bothers to respond nor my calls are getting disconnected. I want my refund of Rs 1749 as the received product is not good.

                                Please help me to resolve the issue!

                                    Flipkart has taken 2032.03 as principal amount and 287.78 as EMI on 23/03/2023.

                                    I haven't purchased anything from Flipkart.

                                    I was shocked of seeing this deduction in my credit card.

                                    That amount has been added along with the months total due amount and 12th May is my due date.

                                    Please do the needful to return the money.

                                      Dear sir/ma'am .my sister bought kurta from flipkart on april 11.but when parcel receives on april 14 we have doubt on product then we check product in front of delivery person the product completely different i bought kurta but i received rope type something. after parcel open delivery person denied to take parcel back they said contact on flipkart .then we contact flipkart support and they provide replacement of same product .when replacement comes on april 18 the second delivery person does not accept that wrong product was deliver .after that we again contact flipkart and tells complete incidence .then we decide to return the product and take refund for that after two days of return request pickup arrange on april 20. we received for out for pickup at 9:17am and product was picked up by same delivery person who denied for replacement at 1:10 pm product picked up by delivery agent after pickup the product 2 hours later we received massage at 4:35pm pickup rejected. at that time i am stucked because of delivery person misbehave. they pickup that wrong product after product collected from my side they denied in logistic office they didn't pickup product .they show that product was not pickup but reality is product collected from my side after collection they denied .i complaint flipkart and discuss complete incidence with flipkart customer support on same day april 20 .they provide me resolution date april 25. i regular complaint on this incidence on flipkart by contacting flipkart customer support and writing mail again and again but there is no response from flipkart without contacting me they closed my complaint .but i regularly complaint again and again on flipkart. atleast 50 times i contact flipkart but they didn't hear my concern and didn't provide any resolution on this issue. firstly they provide me resolution date on april 25, after that april 28, then april 29, then 1 may to 2 may then 3 may then 4 may but they didn't contact me a single time and not resolve my issue .i again and again contact flipkart by call and mails .but my problem not resolve by flipkart .they didn't provide my refund and didn't hear my concern. sir/ma'am i request you please take serious action against flipkart and provide me my refund of amount 364 .what wrong product i received i provide you image and other document regarding product .thankyou for understanding my concern, please provide me a resolution as soon as possible .once again thankyou .please understand my concern
