My invoice is not found for the orders which has warranty and it's throwing an error and it's being irritating that they're not even responding to any of my calls.

I'm not being able to see the invoice or the order details of my Purchased nothing ear (1). I tried to contact and no one responded

I was using Flipkart paylater service which I closed 1 year ago. The reason behind closing the account is to remove loan showing in my CIBIL. After closing the Paylater account, my CIBIL started showing an overdue in the Paylater account. I reached out to IDFC bank (Flipkart PayLater partner bank) and asked them to remove the overdue entry from my CIBIL. IDFC responded that there is some over due in my Flipkart paylatey account and I need to talk to Flipkart team. Now I have registered a complaint in Flipkart and for which I have provided them with all the documents like my latest CIBIL Report. Now they are not responding on my complaint. Please help me.

This is in regards with flipkart paylater where i have not done any transaction regularly recieving an transaction message from 3 rd feb 2023 .Called customer care twitter everything no one has answer i will not pay any single amount

Flipkart has sent us a defective laptop and now it is not even returning or replacing it, while the technician has given us a certificate. I[censored] don't take legal action against flipkart then i will commit suicide and i have total proof My mother had a brain operation and she is under a lot of tension because of Flipkart. And my mother is also hospitalized And flipkart customer care people are mentally torturing You have taken legal action against Flipkart, I will commit suicide because of Flipkart and we are very poor people.

I have made my emi payment of this month for Flipkart pay later amount was deducted from my bank account but it's not reflected in Flipkart account.Its still asking to pay again

Coming to complaint, The issue persists with the haldi stain recieved on bottomwear part, after creating request for refund the logistic team is kept cancelling the pickup saying i am giving used item and asking flipkart to send approval for same
I had raised issue on social media as well but after repeatedly mentioned to only contact on the number shared in email or chat box, your team is only calling on my registered num, there is allready long delay in response soo kindky look over here and call me on [protected]

I am very surprised that Flipkart is blocking the account of genuine customers. If they feel that customer is doing repeated orders or refunds they should call customer and should understand the genuine reason for it, rather than blocking them. If you see my history of orders, it was never COD, I have always purchased doing online payment. It's ridiculous that they treat their customers like a Beggers. They dont value them. You have never mentioned that how many times customers should make the orders for the products. If we need any particular order in bulk for any function, then definitely buyers will go for bulk purchases. what kind of policies you guys have. I need to return my orders due to bad quality, but I am not able to do that, due to account is blocked. So my money is also blocked. I am calling customer service continuously in the last 4 days . But they are not ready to help me. I request you to kindly take necessary action on this to save our hard-earned money.

I have been facing replacement issues of my defected Realme 9pro mobile [ Order ID - OD[protected] ] which I bought from Flipkart. I got a defective Realme 9pro on 19th January, 2023 and has asked by the customer care to contact to the Realme Service Providers. Then we contacted them on 24th Jan. Now, Mobile with all the accessories are already received and certified DOA by the Realme Service Provider [ Debojyoti Infotech, 17/36, Dakshindari Road, Ultodanga ] on 1st February and asked to contact Flipkart customer care again to know the procedure to get my replaced item. Now I have call again and again to Flipkart customer care but still no dispatcher or courier person contact with me from Flipkart about it and no one is going to give me a perfect solution. What to do?

Special Mention : I have found the internal scratch on the lense of the ultra wide camera during the open box delivery and denied to share the required OTP. But the delivery guy [ph no : [protected] ] who is forced me to give money first before unboxing, has again forced and harassed me and my mom for 40-45 consecutive minutes and tried to walk away with my money. Is this the way Flipkart gonna treat their's customers specially when they are women?

I ordered campus first running shoes in gray colour on dated 19/01/2023
and i recieved parcel on dated 24/01/2023, the parcel contains shoes in red colour which is different in colour so i regestered a return request regarding this, and the pick up boy some how cancel IT, then from there i continuesly requesting my return for the current 4th time, but the flipkart boy not yet come on at my address and continuesly canceelling my pick up of product FROM HIS END. please resolve it . I have ordered a Lubricant oil of amount Rs 274. Then I clicked on pay, opted Google pay as payment mode. Then Google pay shown it is success redirected back on Flipkart page however Flipkart shown as failed. Same happened on the second attempt. Then I opted cash on delivery. I checked Gpay history and bank account history.

274 rs debited twice and also later received debit msg.

Please help me, when I called Flipkart support, so frustrating as due to automated support. Even if w select right option they say thanks and close the call.

I purchased a Dell laptop from Flipkart, before buying it highlighted thr product is returnable within 7 days, but now when I filed the return request after the next day of purchase then also they are not picking up the prpduct and my money is being deducted
