I have Ordered Portronics 20000 mAh Power Bank on 3rd February in flipkart but Flipkart delivered defective item to me & the return policy is over on 15th of Feb, 2023. No electronics gadget is getting charged through this power bank so I want to return this power bank & when I am trying to return this defective power bank on 13th Feb, 2023 after having the conversation with Flipkart customer care I suddenly have found my account gets locked & i am not able to login in my account. Now flipkart customer care is saying that its not possible to refund my hard earned money because my account gets locked & no resolution flipkart is giving me..I am very old prime customer in Flipkart never I have faced this kind of issue that after raising return request & having conversation with customer care on 13th Feb morning my account gets locked. Now Flipkart is not return my refund nor flipkart unblock my account..Flipkart intentionally delivered defective power bank & steal my hard earned money. I am very old customer in flipkart but this time flipkart is want to steal my hard earned money,

Its my earnest request please help me to get my refund..

      Subject: realme TechLife 2023 AC replacement delay-Return Approved Pending

      I have received realme TechLife 2023 Range 1 Ton 4 Star Split Inverter 4-in-1 Convertible with Flexi-Control Technology AC - White (104SIAA22BWR, Copper Condenser) on 2nd Feb.The installation process was happened at 3rd Feb.While installing technician was confirmed this product have Gas Leakage issue so you will get another one.Technician is said wait till sunday, I am doing followup on this.So i have waited till 5th then again check with technician, he said please do return from your side.

      First time I raised a return on the 6th but it was cancelled.
      Replacement rejected on 11th Feb.

          I have booked my air travel ticket using flipkart platform. But i was not able to travel because of covid 19. So, as per the guidelines, i cancelled my booking directly with the airlines. And in return airlines issued me a e-ticket which was valid for 1 year. And later i have to cancel the e-ticket as well.
          Now its been long that the ticket is not refunded provided airlines confirmed that ticket has been cancelled.
          As per the flipkart, i have to provide them the cancellation status and the refund status from them. And why i being a consumer should provide those details. they can directly get the same from Airlines.

          Need support on this.

            Dear Flipkart Support Team,

            ORDER ID: OD[protected]
            INCIDENT ID: IN[protected]

            I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you in regards to the Order ID: OD[protected], which I placed on 21st January 2023 at 10AM. Unfortunately, the order has been a complete nightmare and I have been trying to resolve the issue for the past month now.

            As per my records, I cancelled the order on 22nd January 2023 at 11:10 AM and I have attached the cancellation confirmation email as '1.jpg' for your reference. Despite the confirmation of cancellation, the order was still showing as not cancelled. So, I had to cancel the order again on 22nd January 2023 at 11:20 PM and I have attached the confirmation email as '2.jpg' and '3.jpg' for your reference.

            I was informed by the customer executive that I would receive a refund after the item is returned to the seller. However, even after multiple attempts of cancelling the order, it was rejected and delivered to me on 24th January 2023, without any call from the delivery agent or OTP. I did not receive the product and have been trying to get in touch with customer support for a refund ever since.

            I have attached a screenshot of my recent attempts to cancel the order as '4.jpg' for your reference. It has been almost a month now and I have not received my refund yet, despite numerous attempts to get in touch with customer support. I have also tried to file a complaint, but it was automatically resolved.

            I request your immediate assistance in this matter and kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received and I do not want to take any legal action.

            Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

              I ordered a phone cover for my phone and while checking out i paid for the same and the amount ALSO got deducted from my bank account but flipkart still shows the order as pending
              i even tried contacting customer services about this but they were of no help terrible service

                I have been facing replacement issues of my defected Realme 9pro mobile [ Order ID - OD[protected] ] which I bought from Flipkart. I got a defective Realme 9pro on 19th January, 2023 and has asked by the customer care to contact to the Realme Service Providers. Then we contacted them on 24th Jan. Now, Mobile with all the accessories are already received and certified DOA by the Realme Service Provider [ Debojyoti Infotech, 17/36, Dakshindari Road, Ultodanga ] on 1st February and they had asked to contact Flipkart customer care again to know the procedure to get my replaced item. Now I have call again and again to Flipkart customer care but no one is going to give me a perfect solution. On the exact same day I got two calls from Flipkart. One said that Realme would be the one who will provide me the replacement and has asked to contact to the Realme Service Provider agian, the other one said we have to submit pic of DOA certificate and after that I have to bring back the defected handset from the Realme service centre for replacement. So many different replies I got from Flipkart. After talking to Realme Service Providers and to the Realme Service Centre (Debojyoti Infotech, Kolkata, where I hv submitted the defected product and got the DOA) the representative of the service centre has asked us to make a conference call among me, Flipkart customer care and them. During this call, Realme clarifies all the details regarding replacement procedure, then Flipkart has asked me to submit the ss of DOA which I have already mailed them 36hours back(9:15am, 5th Feb 2023). When I said that, Flipkart has promised me to contact and resolve the issue within 9pm of the following day(6th Feb, 2023). But, as always, Flipkart Company didn't bother to contact me.

                Then the above mentioned Realme Service centre asked me for my DOA certificate and they send a copy of it to their higher authorities. Then team Realme has contacted us and take all the details of the defected model. Then *Realme have officially mailed us that I have to contact Flipkart for the replacement.*

                *Then again I have contacted Flipkart but they are denying and saying it's Realme's duty to replace the product. Hence I asked them that I want an official mail from Flipkart stating that. But they are denying that too. Most of their representatives cut the midway. Even the senior representatives have done the same. Sometimes when we request a call from senior representatives, they promised me that a call is allotted but they just rang one time and cut the calls on their own.*

                Special Mention : I have found the internal scratch in the lense of the ultra wide camera during the open box delivery and denied to share the required OTP. But the delivery guy [ph no : [protected] ] who is forced me to give money first before unboxing, has again forced and harassed me and my mom for 40-45 consecutive minutes and tried to walk away with my money. Is this the way Flipkart gonna treat their's customers specially when they are women?
                When I have complaint about the delivery man who harassed and forced me to receive the product, Flipkart has promised me to take necessary steps and promised me to notify with every steps they will take. But as always, they didn't do anything. How much corrupted a company can be?

                  I placed order a phone Called Oneplus 10R 5G On 6/2/23 Through Flipkart amount of 34, 999. I got a massage on 10th February out for delivery of my order. While the delivery boy comes and asked me for money before giving percel.I paid full amount via Cash, they simply given percel and leaves from there.While I comes home and opened I am really shocked and heart there nothing anything, Empty percel delivered to me intact sealed condition, There complete phone missing. I contacted flipkart their customer support team said, We can't Raised return using item was missing, Kindly raise return from your end by choosing options wrong item and maintain comment item not received it's missing. I raised return from my side but flipkart first return rejected without any communication with Me. I raised second times return request yet not refunded my money. Big trouble on flipkart shopping. I am pretty much disappointed and upset. Flipkart doing scam with us, I am humbly requesting here to national consumer forum who doing such scam with us please take further step against flipkart. I earned money by hardwork my old mother is crying all day and saying God who always hurts us, I am holding my feet, I will return my money or I will die.

                        I got used product, items were dirty and informative documents were torn, i requested refund within 10 mins of delivery, there was no communication after that from flipkart, i was taking feedback but everytime customer care was giving update as concern team will look into it.. and after 4 days now the return/refund is rejected.

                          I ordered Pawwfect veg biscuits online from Flipkart but instead of it i received a green colour wrist watch from Flipkart. So I contacted their customer care team and told them about my issue and they created a return request for the wrong product (green colour wrist watch)since it was not what i ordered (Pawwfect veg dog biscuits ). Customer care team assured me that I will be helped and they created a replacement request on my behalf on 2 Feb because according to their policy my product was a non returnable item and only replacement was the option.I was told that they will get the wrong product picked up and replacement will be delivered on 7 feb.I was okay with it and said yes for replacement because I thought it's fine and atleast I will have my original product for which I have paid .I was waiting for the delivery on 7 Feb but their courier service provider denied my pick up and replacement delivery because he said that Flipkart has not mentioned the right reason needed for pickup and replacement delivery and asked me to contact Flipkart customer care team.Without wasting any time I contacted Flipkart customer care team and told them about the situation.They registered my complaint and said that they will provide me a resolution for the same on 9 feb.I got calls from Flipkart two or three times for my complaint verification and after every call they extended the time for resolution to 10 then 11 and then 14 Feb and then 17 Feb .I was waiting very patiently because one of their customer care executive told me that they are working on my complaint and I will either get my product delivered or they will initiate a refund within the given timeline.But they have closed my issue without even telling me and have cancelled my replacement and return.I don't think that Flipkart is being fair towards its customers first they made me wait for so many days and now they have cancelled my replacement and return and not even refunding my money. I have tried to reach their customer care team multiple times on calls emails and messages in Flipkart help center but no one bothers to listen to my problem, no concern towards customer and his time This is so unprofessional and their behaviour towards their customers is so rude .So shopping on Flipkart has become a waste of time and money, but i am not gonna accept their resolution because it is very unfair, I have been waiting patiently for so many days I want my refund as soon as possible because I will not suffer because of their poor service. I'm sure that I don't wanna do this online shopping thing again on Flipkart, since they do not value their customer 's time and money this is unacceptable and so much disappointing.I am sharing the images of product i have ordered as well wrong product i got with you.                             I have started getting the error message "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" from last few days and it does not allow me to play any of the games on the gamezone except free fall.

                            I have never cheated or used multiple accounts ever to play games. I have however won games multiple times in the past. So is my account blocked from playing games just because i keep winning which does not "seem fair to me".

                              I have never cheated or used multiple accounts ever to play games. I have however won games multiple times in the past. So is my account blocked from playing games just because i keep winning which does not "seem fair to me".

                                I am not able to login in my flipkart account. I have tried using different platform like mobile app, mobile browser and desktop as well. I need to reset my password.

                                Please help me rectify this issue at the earliest.

                                Worst part is customer care number is just for the show, automatic answering machine voice tells us to visit "my order section in the flipkart app" which I can't access without logging in.

                                  I bought a set of 2 Ikea Toilet Brush on Flipkart where they mentioned the MRP to be Rs 899 and that they are selling them with a 64% discount at Rs 320. On receiving the product, I found that the MRP of each item (as mentioned on the label) is Rs 111 and there was an attempt to disfigure the printed price with a permanent marker. Effectively, the actual MRP of the set is Rs 222 (2 x 111) for which Flipkart is advertising the price as Rs 899. Even their discounted price is more than the MRP.

                                      I have ordered Iphone 14 Purple color 128 Gb through Flipkart, but you delivered Iphone 14 Startlight with different color than which i have ordered. I have asked the delivery person I have received worng product on the spot and he advised to raise return request in Flipkart and get replacement, I cant do anything from myside whatever they gave i have delivered it so please check with them only he said. Now if i raise return request in flipkart now you guys as sellers rejected the request. Its not acceptable wrong product was delivered and i have raised for return and you guys are rejecting. I want my product which i have ordered not the product whatever you provide. Please accept return or refund my money. I will file complaint if not.

                                        I ordered LEVI'S pant of 36 size online in Flipkart App with order ID OD[protected], but they delivered 34 size. I requested for return of the product on 28/01/2023 and refund my money, but the seller is not responding since then and Flipkart also not taking action against the seller. Both are not concerned about the customer. They are looting the public/customer money by showing one thing on Flipkart online platform and delivering another. So please take the action against the both seller and Flipkart not being responsible for there actions.
