Missing product hai. Complain raised kiya. But concern team harrasement. Its called cheating. Not expected to flipkart. Refund my money immediately.

Kya service hai. Job k liye abhi bahar hu. Sab kuch explain kiya. But koi reply nahi diya. Stop harrasement refund my money.

I received order Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 grey 64 gb on[protected]. Due to
defect in this mobile I applied for replacement. The replacement was about
to come on[protected]. It came but instead of product i received laptop
battery in the flipkart box. From that time onwards I am struggling for
getting resolution. And your team gave me deadline date of resolution on
[protected]. But no feedback from your concerned department. Its my humble
request please provide me resolution. Do contact me at [protected]

me

    I can place 28th oct 2017 moto e4 plus mobile with exchange offer.in exchange offer not provided my location for delivery area.. So i can place my address and postal code different.. When i reach product the courier office with my original id the courier person does not give the product..

    I think the exchange product only for city persons only.. So flipkart does not give her after exchange offer mention only for city side...

      I have send the memory card to balaji solutions pvt. Ltd. On 12/10/2017 by messenger but they have said that the card is not of sumsang company i have recorded the conversation over telephone from outside as they have denied to give any thing in writing the recording of the conversation is attached as phone number [protected]. I have mailed every thing in csflipkart.com, support_indiasamsung.com, vendorflipkart.com, businessflipkart.com from the mail id from which it was purchased as adviced by personal of flipcart after posting grievance in flipcart face book page though the personnel stated that the grievance will be solved within 72 hrs from date of mail from the mail id from which it was purchased. But more than 15 days has lapsed no reply is received even mail acceptance reply is not received. The email id csflipkart.com is no longer in use i have mailed it but following message is displayed or reverted

          But, flipakart team send this below sms on for pickup for replacement.
          I have returned the product its also delivered to flipkart warehouse before 15 days but they send me we will pick up the item for replacement

          When i was calling to flipakart team they only told me to courier back to us flpkart warehouses but they struggling me more than days.

          No solution are given still they telling same dialogue pls wait for 24hrs,
          Only they saying always when i was calling more than 20 times i am following up them no solution still now.

          Pls help me someone to the solution.

                I have ordered moto c plus on 21st october 2017 from flipkart on pincode 370465. Which was showing deliverable at the time of placing order.
                After 5 days without any intimation it got cancelled and reason given to me that product is not deliverable in my place.

                When spoke to customer care executive he asked me to reorder same product on same pincode and product will get deliver next time.

                I ordered product again and after 4 days again showing pin code mismatch and when i spoke to customer care executive mr. Jay informed me that product wont be deliver at my place.

                When i asked him to transfer call to his incharge, he denied to do so.

                Please solve this issue urgently.

                And if it is not deliverable to any pincode why site is accepting the order.

                      My mobile for exchange was rejected by flipkart though it fulfill the two conditions mentioned on their story site https://stories.flipkart.com/smartphone-exchange-deals/

                      Below is what written on their site:
                      Flipkart looks at two basic checks on your old phone before approving the product exchange. First, your old smartphone must be in working condition. The second check is on the display and screen of your old smartphone. As long as it is intact and functional, nothing can stop you from exchanging your old phone for a new one.

                      The delivery boy rejected mobile saying "battery ful (Swell) gaya hai iska" though redmi note 3 have non-removable battery.
                      Worst experience with flipkart, amazon is far better.

                        I bought the a. C on 21st sep and finally received this on 17th oct after 27 days.

                        Though a normal delivery of such product takes anywhere between 3 days to a week, mine shockingly took 27 days. Not to mention about innumerable follow-ups and hassle of liasioning almost daily for the same thing.
                        I had purchased this a. C to gift this as a birthday present to my elder brother on 30th sep, but instead of that, i was embarrassed due to such humongous delay from flipkart.
                        Flipkart should have taken step to compensate appropriately, but now avoiding emails by ignoring the same and not replying to the same.

                          I ordered whirlpool 1.5 ton 5 star split ac (Order id od[protected]. Order placed on sep 30 2017 in flipkart. But till now item was not received. On 16th oct 2017 status changed to item delivered. But item not delivered. I contact customer service so many times. Every time they told within 24 to 48 hours it will be solved. But still i didn't get my item or money. I paid pre payment with credit card. I have to pay interest for 33, 300 rupees per month. I inform so many times regarding this. But no action from flipkart. I want my ac or my money to be refund.

                            We had booked Sony LED & it was delivered .We received sms saying some one will come for Demo & Installation also it was mentioned at the time for booking.Suddenly we received sms saying Demo & Installation cancelled, I need the Demo & Installation to be done, pls act as per your commitment .

                              [protected] I got Delivered the product but I am not happy with the product because product is used and different brand. i personally and with lot of penitence 5 times gave complaint and courier boy came to me to pick the product but he says that i don't take this product. is it the way that you provide service to customer.

                                I have brought redmi note 4 on 15th oct and its deliver unknown person and in my application that person address and all details now show.

                                As per my observation my number & that person mobile number last digit only change i was explained to flipkart team they are accepting his problem but still dont provide solution.

                                I have call recording also of flipkart banglore team who accepting this all thing and replying we will give money back or mobile handset.

                                We had interacted with the customer. He informed that the issue has been resolved. Hence closing the case.
                                I bought new Lenovo K8 plus of 3 GB Ram and 32 GB inbuilt memory with MediaTek Helio P25 Octa Core 2.5 GHz Processor but I got MediaTek Helio P20 Octa Core 2.5 GHz Processor and I change my product by flipkart with this issue but second time they provide me device with same processor.

                                Flipkart has deducted Rs. 196 from my flipkart wallet without any information to me. I have tried calling them multiple times. However, the automatic call operators cuts the phone - saying that executives are busy.

                                  I order mi a1 on flipkart with 10% cashback on hdfc credit card. Then flipkart cancelled that order when offer expire. Now they said you have to place order without bank offer. This happen twice with me. Fraud seller and flipkart.
                                  They dont want give thier offer to custumer. Offer is just for cheat.

                                      I have purchased a Shoes of Rs 488 from flipkart which returned by me on 16th october 2017 and they told me you got your refund before 25th october but I did not get my refund so again I call their customer care and they take my complain give me the deadline of 48 hours for resolved that issue i.e. upto 28th october before 9 am but when i did not received any update from their side then I call them again and again they take my complain and told me wait for another 48 hours ie upto 30th october 10 am, but again they did not contact me or resolved my issue they I have contact them again and again they take my another complain and told me wait upto 3rd November.

                                      So flipkart harresed me last 15 days and does not returned my amount only they take my complaints

                                        I have ordered an "amway amla hair oil" and i got a duplicate product. I have called to customer care but they dont want to refund me back for that product? So what i will do for that? The product i received is completely different from the product picture mentioned in the flipkart app. So i want my refund as soon as possible.
