My name is p. Neela pradeep. I have ordered dock dr-50kgcombo5 gym & fitness kit on the date of sep 14. My order id is od[protected]. They promised me to deliver the product by oct 5. But they failed to deliver the product on the promised date.

Our conversation as below,

Oct 5th - i spoked with the customer executive, they told me that the product will be delivered within 72 hours. But once again they failed to deliver my product.

Oct 8th - again i called them, and they re-extended the date to 14th of october. Again i waited till that date. But they repeated the same mistake. Product not delivered.

Oct 14th - i contacted them, again they re-extended the date to 20th of october. Again i waited for that time. But product is not delivered.

Oct 20th - i was so much frustrated and i asked for my refund money. And also they refuse to refund the money with me and they told me that the product will be delivered by 27th of october. Once again they failed to deliver my product.

In the mean time i spoked with merely around 20 customer support executives. They did not satisfy my needs. But they mentioned that the problem raised by the customer has been resolved. How can they mentioned as problem resolved without delivering my product.

Now today i called them, but now they are telling me that we can refund the money. I dont want my money. I want my product only. How can you do this by holding my money for 1 month without delivering the product? Now i want my product. I[censored] have an option to refund my money, then why dont you refund the moneywhile i was asking. Now the promised date is oct 30. I need the product by oct 30th. If not yet my problem is solved by flipkart. I will be taking some serious legal action against flipkart.

Flipkart must be facing the consequences.

    Details i have attached a pic

    I have purchased a sansui ac from flipkart.
    My order id - od[protected]

    The ac has been installed by jeeves and later found that remote and other documents in the ac pack were missing.

    Same was informed to flipkart and a request for exchange of the item was placed.

    Service engineer from sansui alsa has visited and told that he would not be able to provide remote and other documents.

    The ac is lying idle, moreover it is very clumsily installed by jeeves, kanpur.

    I request flipkart to kindly resolve my problem at the earliest.

    Flipkart is not behaving in a professional way, and jeeves technicians behave like goons, apartfrom being unskilled.

    The drilling made in the wall by jeeves technician (Authorised by flipkart) has been wrongly done, which has totally destroyed the aesthetics of my flat.

    Flipkart should exchange the ac at the earliest and break off their connection with jeeves.

      I am really surprised with Flipkart services & would like to inform you about the details for ready reference :

      1. I had placed a order for Laptop from your website on 24/09/17 but the same was delivered on 10/10/17, which is 16 days after the order date.

      2. When I have received the Laptop, the outer box of Flipkart was damaged but your delivery boy informed that inner box will be fine & taken away the money.

      3. When I have opened the Box the Laptop box was also damaged & I have informed the same to Flipkart customer care that the box is in damaged condition & I have not opened the same, still in intact position.

      4. Flipkart customer person has confirmed that we will be replacing the Laptop with new one & you will be receiving the same on 14th Oct 17. But the same is not received, I have called up customer care & they have assured that the Laptop will be delivered on 17th Oct 17.

      5. I have received a confirmation mail also in this regard but the same is not delivered on 17th also, again I had called customer care & they have assured me that the same will be delivered on 18th Oct 17. Still the same is not received.

      6. On 18th I have called up customer care again but they were not having any reply on the same. Your technician team called me up & assured that the same will be delivered by 22nd Oct 17 & sent a mail mentioning the date @ 25th Oct 17.

      7. However the promised date is still not maintained & then again I have called up Flipkart customer care but as usual they were not having any reply on the same. I have received a mail stating that your Laptop will be delivered on 28th Oct 17...STILL THE SAME IS NOT DELIVERED.

      8. Today I have received a mail stating that you will receive your Laptop on 31st Oct 17.

      I have sent a mail to Flipkart Chairman also but the customer care person is confirming that they will resolve the issue by Monday. I am not interested in Laptop anymore as the same is not shipped till date by the seller (confirmed by flipkart customer care), request you to intervene for my refund & resolve the issue.

      There is no solution provided from Flipkart, in fact they have cancelled the replacement also after referring the case to consumer forum. Request you to take necessary action against the company & resolve my issue on priority.

        They deliver me a death product i rais complain on same day i got replacement then they cancelled my replacement without any information.
        After 8 days when i rais my voice for my refund after i bought new product from market they say take replacement now
        When i told then to give me replacement they cancel it and put my case in pending till 8 days and now they came back with replacement what should i do

        What the hell is going here with customers.
        I want them to take their death product back and refund my money

        For every qeary customer will have to wait 4 to 5 days they will call you when they get time for their # solution customer is helpless donkey before them they provide death product and then blackmail you to wait 5 days and then provide you # solutions i m cancelling my other others now.

          On 11th october i have placed a order for washing machine i got delivery by 17th october installation ppl came on 20th and they told that this is defected piece like that so i requested u to replace that item but u ppl told that we will refund that amount since u ppl don't have replacement ok i agree with that one, now you ppl not taking that washing g machine back you ppl giving reason that we are ging to take back that piece on 9th nov, see i have taken that washing machine through emi if you ppl taking this much of time to refund that amount who will pay the interest and also i want to buy new piece for that who will give the money. If we need product we need to pay the money advance and also for refund to we have to wait what kind of service is this i will lodge a complaint in customer court that's it i called you ppl to sort out this problem as soon as possible but you ppl are neglecting the call and what is our requirements you ppl not at all understanding time is so precious i can't call you everyday for this thing i will lodge a complaint in consumer court that's it.

            If the product cannot be delivered due to pin code address mismatch issue why the order was approved? Customer care does not care and it's disgusting. Stop cheating your customers.               Product & order details: air conditioner /vi88092/ voltas company.

              Complaint: 1. Water leakage in indoor unit. 2. Room is not getting cool 3. Some times automatically shut down both indoor and out door units from last 15 days.

                I had ordered internal hard disc (Pata type with product no. St3160215ace) on monday 23rd oct 17.
                As per the picture shown on the website, it was pata type with ide-100 specs.
                Order no.: od[protected]

                However, when i receive the hard disc on 28th oct 17, i noticed, it is the sata type with product no.: st31602158ce

                This is not acceptable. I did not get the product which i really wanted. Is this the flipkart policy to treat its customers. I want to return this product and want the intended hard disc with pata type only.

                  We have ordered the above product on sep 20th 2017. The expected date of delivery is oct 26th. But we didn't get any sms or mail regarding the status of the product till 26th. We had to call the flipkart service to know the status and they have mentioned some database issue and the product will get delivered soon. Till 28th oct we didn't get any status of the product and it's still shows 26th oct only.
                  We are looking for the genuine update from the flipkart service. They are not aware of the courier service of the product and we are not sure whom to contact for the proper status.

                    I ordered 4bed sheets on flipcart on[protected] and expected delivery date was[protected]. But there was no status update for packing or shipping. Finally, on[protected], when i called customer care executive, i was told that the order was on hold for a long time from the seller, so it would be cancelled. I asked them the same order on the same rate. But they refused. And i was told to get a call from the concerned team before 12-00 pm on[protected]. But still, there's no call.

                      I had purchased a moto e4 plus mobile phone from flip-kart, delevered on 15th of october.

                      I was facing problem with rear camera of my moto e4 plus mobile, pics getting fainted and blurred so i placed a replacement request on 18th of october.

                      In response of my replacement request for moto e4 plus mobile, they told me that you will arrange a tech visit before replacement after that product will be replaced.

                      One of their employee called me and assured me that tech visit will arrange by 24th of october. And just because of tech visit i took one day leave from work on 24-10-17 then on 24th of october i received a message that tech visit will arrange on 25 october. I took one more day leave.
                      But it has been 28 october and i did not receive any tech visit even they did not contact me at all.

                      I was not expecting this kind o[censored]nresponsive, irresponsible and unprofessional service from a reputed company like flip-kart.

                      I am very disappointing and feel regret that why i purchased a product from flip-kart.

                      Now i am looking for help and it would be a great help from your side.
                      It will keep a hope alive for consumer like us that someone is there to help us.

                        My name is sunil panjvani and i had booked one product in flipkart 16th oct 2017 redmi note 4 (64gb black color). I was calling in customer care and speak miss yashika and senior manager barkha madam she was told me your product was cancelled because your address is miss crowd and send other city or state. I was calling too time and give me answer same your product not delivered because your address is un define.

                        So please note my complain and give me phone otherwise give me 12000 rs in my account because flipkart spoiled my all dream and attached screenshot.

                        So please need action and give me response.

                          My name is dr. Vinay kumar mds, we have ordered a product called ifb fully
                          Automatic washing machine 7kg on sep 23rd 2017, order id
                          (Od[protected] and the product was delivered on 28th sep 2017. But
                          The installation has not done yet, daily we are calling to flipkart and ifb
                          Customer care centers for the installation. They are taking our complaints
                          But not coming to do the installation and more over the installation
                          Persons forcing us to take washing machine cover and stand to do the
                          Installation otherwise they are not interested to come also.

                          We have spoken to flipkart customer care they are saying us not to refund
                          The money and only replacement policy is there that to if any defect on the
                          Product.
                          And also they are saying that they cannot cross their terms, conditions and
                          Policies to refund the money or replacement of another company product.

                          Actually the product has to install within 10 days of delivery according to
                          Flipkart terms and policy. How we know the defect if not installed. We
                          Have no trust on ifb company service any more. This is not one day used
                          Product if any problem we faced in future then we should wait for 1 yr to
                          Resolve that issue and at that time flipkart will not support us on the
                          Warranty of this product they simply say call to ifb customer care to
                          Resolve the issue you are facing. We are not at all happy on ifb company
                          Products any more.

                          1. Ifb company is worst and we don't want the installation now and we need
                          My money back to my flipkart wallet or

                          2. Replacement with another company washing machine except ifb company.

                          Please take an action and make us happy with refund or replacement of
                          Another company washing machine. Otherwise we are very serious on this
                          Issue and we will file a complaint on flipkart.

                          Moreover for your information the same day we have ordered the godrej ac
                          From amazon site it was installed in the next day and we are very happy on
                          Amazon products and the service they have taken care of customers. If we
                          Dont like any product they will ready to refund my money back happily.

                          Dear Flipkart Team,

                          It was already 48 hours over and what is the status now. How much time you people need to escalate and resolution? should we have to wait for 1 year or what?
                          I need the resolution immediately otherwise i will file a case seriously and i will upload in all the social media sites. My patience is over and this is the last chance for the Flipkart.

                          The IFB installation persons called us 30 times in 1 hour yesterday for installation of the washing machine, but we don't need the installation and we need only return and replacement of another company product that was already mentioned in the previous mail. But still the IFB service people called us so many times this is not the right way.

                          Before calling us please read the previous mail 100 times and call us. Just now i have got a call from flipkart and saying again for same installation only not the return and replacement.

                          Since one month IFB service persons are sleeping but yesterday they have waked up and called us 30 times in 1 hour because they feared of returning the product. In future if we get any problem they wont come to resolve the issue so we don't have any trust on IFB company and we don't encourage any IFB company products.

                          I need my money back to my flipkart wallet or replacement of another company product ASAP.

                          We don't need your apologize any more.

                          Please don't call us for the installation any more.

                          Dont ask IFB service people to call us to do the installation. It was very irritating because we are very busy with the work and they are calling us so many times.

                            We told the installer to come after two days from the date when our new washing machine was delivered, since we were very busy but The installation for our washing machine was cancelled for no reason and later we received no notifications regarding it.

                              I oredered redmi mobile id (Od[protected] and received on 25 september. When opened the box instead of mobile stone was there. So gave replacement request and call to customer care. They given one date and told me to wait till that date special team will contact me. But no one contact me. If i call to customer care then they will given the new date. Already one month is gone. I am genuine customer to flipkart. I have more beleive on flipkart. Really i am not happy with this. You can trace by imei number. Take this as a series matter and please resolve my problem soon

                                  Sir, i am yakkoob. I purchased ifb washing machine on 18.10.17 online using my indian bank debit card for rs.24, 500. Soon after i cancelled the order to prefer other model. I also received cancellation order online. Till now, no refund details received by me. I registered by complaint two days before.. I had given my address as a 10-3, new pro quarters, r. A. Puram, chennai. Pl let me know the status of my refund. My account number[protected], indian bank, santhome, chennai.

                                    Purchased a product from flipkart and it did not meet the specifications. Vendor name is bharath lifestyle, after escalating to flipkart - received a call from vendor (Dharmendra) and after a extensive conversation for around 1 hour, i was informed that the refund will be made by flipkart.

                                    After numerous attempt to reach flipkart after discussing with the vendor, received a call and i was promised of a return and refund. Till today, no one had made an attempt to take the product back and refund the money.

                                    On a separate note, product that i have received does not even worth rs, 15000. I have paid rs 24, 000 after supposedly loads of discount levied on this product. Extremely disappointing.

                                      My product order id: od[protected] is not working properly. I have not even used it once. I want my product to get replaced. It have not even been a day that i had received it. I am mentally depressed with this. I had asked about how to complaint about this but response which i received was not satisfying. Being a constant consumer of flipkart and for an everlasting bond again i want my complaint to get attended and solved as early as possible i want my product to get replaced.

                                        I got the mobile moto e4 plus (Oxford blue, 32 gb) on 10 oct, 2017. I opened that 2nd day of delivery and that is on 12th. I used that for a day only after that i got

                                        Black screen. I thought that might be the update, so updated. But still the problem is remaining there.

                                        I requested them to return it on 18th, they people provided the technician visit. After the technician visit, they got to know that, the problem is in their end and

                                        Now they are ignoring that and they are sending emails to get back to you ater 24 hours. I will never recomand any one for flipkart ever.

                                        I took that to service center they told that we will not replace if you have purchased from flipkart. They repaired that, the vibrator, 2 censer and screen got changed.
