It was already 48 hours over and what is the status now. How much time you people need to escalate and resolution? should we have to wait for 1 year or what?
I need the resolution immediately otherwise i will file a case seriously and i will upload in all the social media sites. My patience is over and this is the last chance for the Flipkart.
The IFB installation persons called us 30 times in 1 hour yesterday for installation of the washing machine, but we don't need the installation and we need only return and replacement of another company product that was already mentioned in the previous mail. But still the IFB service people called us so many times this is not the right way.
Before calling us please read the previous mail 100 times and call us. Just now i have got a call from flipkart and saying again for same installation only not the return and replacement.
Since one month IFB service persons are sleeping but yesterday they have waked up and called us 30 times in 1 hour because they feared of returning the product. In future if we get any problem they wont come to resolve the issue so we don't have any trust on IFB company and we don't encourage any IFB company products.
I need my money back to my flipkart wallet or replacement of another company product ASAP.
We don't need your apologize any more.
Please don't call us for the installation any more.
Dont ask IFB service people to call us to do the installation. It was very irritating because we are very busy with the work and they are calling us so many times.
