I placed online order for samsung-galaxy-s7 product (https://www.flipkart.com/samsung-galaxy-s7-black-onyx-32-gb/p/itmeuyda4qgqetc6?...

The product which i received having region locked (Product mentioned with "indian sim card only"). I raised refund request as soon as got the delivery as i didn't received the product, which i ordered for. Product details page and product picture doesn't explicitly mention this limitation - "region locked" or "indian sim card only". Having this limitation, this product is not usable as per my need.

Flipkart denied to refund my money ₹29, 990. Please find attached details for product i ordered and the one i received.

    I have a order Redmi note on 7 Oct from Flipkart and I have received mobile on 10 Oct. I have purchase mobile for my caligue .I have given to my caligue 11 Oct. He set finger print and lock pattern .
    But after 3 for haur finger lock is not working & lock screen lock pattern also not working .mobile have locked 2 hour's. I have wait for two hours and try to open mobile open by finger lock and again mobile is lock for 120 minutes. It is waste for two hours .
    Than I have wait again 2 hour's and try to open by set lock pattern but have locked again.i have raised replacement by online and written problem is that mobile lock pattern is not working properly. I have got call from Flipkart after 2 -3 days .he was speaking about trouble shooting procedures.
    I have follow trouble shooting procedures according to customer care.he said to me reboot the mobile and call customer care.
    Mobile issue not solve as suggestions by customer .
    I have call again customer care and tell about in detail so that what happen.
    He said to me again trouble shooting procedures press down volume with power button and. Call me again .issue not solve . I have call again customer care request for replacement . I am telling about mobile problem everytime to customer carein detail like finger print lock not working and screen not working .finely my request accepted and he said to me replacement mobile will dispatch before 18 oct.flipcard person come 17 Oct on my room I am give defective mobile box but he said he can change mobile when mobile is open .he gone .I have call again customer care and told customer care told again my mobile issue I detail .he talked with me like I have come initial stage.he say again trouble shooting procedures.he said to me factory reset.i am try again .but no positive result. I have told my mobile issue in detail again .he said concern will call me before 23 Oct
    But no call no status message Flipkart customer side.i have called 23 Oct customer care about issue.he said to me so that my issue update and concern will call me before 26 Oct.
    But no call .
    I have called again customer care. He said to me he update my issue and replace before 31 Oct.
    Flipkart person come on my house for replacement .but he said to me he cannot change because mobile lock not open.he gone again.i have called again customer care.he said to me that he update my issue and concern peron will call me before 2 Nov 2017.
    But no call
    Again I have call customer care and told again my mobile issue.
    He talked with me same.concern person will call me before 4 Nov 2017.
    No problem solve
    Mentally harassment.
    11000 loss.11000 is more for medium scale people.

        I ordered samsung galaxy s7 gold platinum from flipkart on and received defective piece on[protected] when i raised an issue on customer care to replace the product they replaced but replacement product again defected (Dot mark present on display) second time flipkart denied replacement so i visited samsung authorised service centre, they issued doa certificate, so i made contact to flipkart customer care and also attached all the details that they asked for (Service centre address, exact issue, doa number). As i uploaded all details and sent mail on[protected]. They said somebody will contact you within 48 hrs. But after 48 hrs there is no contact from flipkart side then we again

        Drop a mail to resolution team and call to customer care. They told us that somebody will call you in 24 hr but still no call received. After such type of behavior
        From flipkart i again call in customer care and then they again said that somebody from your team will call you in 24 hrs
        But again they didn't call. I again call after 24 hrs to customer care and they are again saying the same thing that somebody will call you in 24 yrs.
        I would really like to understand what does 24hrs means it has been more than 7 days since the dispute raised (23 oct 2017) and it has been more than 8 days.

        After every deadline miss (1-72hrs, 2-48 hrs, 3-24hrs, 4- 72hrs) i called up flipkart support to known the status of the dispute but only response i got was that "our backend team is working on it" and they are not providing any status update.
        Yesterday evening also i called up the customer support to know the status but same response "our backend team is working on it" and by today (29 oct) noon an update will be received.
        As highly expected, nobody turned up to provide an update on the issue, again failed deadline problem in which flipkart seems to be have an expertise, i called
        Customer support around 1pm to know if any clue is provided by backend team but again the same response by tomorrow i'll get an update which i surely know that it will be "our backend team is working on it"
        Please help me understand the meaning of hours and what is the meaning of the slogan "our backend team is working on it".
        My simple and clear request is that will i get a replacement or refund or not. If replacement cannot be done then what is
        The next step i should follow.
        If flipkart backend team is so busy in their work that they cannot provide an update over the phone can they send a simple mail for update? If nothing can be done then they should at least update the internal portal that backend team is no longer working on the issue so that when i call customer support they should be able to respond that backend team is no longer working on the issue and now customer is on its own to handle the issue.
        I don't able to understand why flipkart is taking so long to update on the simple yes/no response and on what big thing this backend team is working. Is there a
        Deadline for them also or is it like a indefinite timeline for them.

        Yesterday i received a call from their team, they told me return request has been raised and product will be picked up on 3 nov and amount will be refunded in 4 days, but today i'm seeing on flipkart app msg is showing "return rejected" also received a msg "return update: sorry, the seller is unable to fulfil your return request for samsung galaxy s7 with order id od[protected]."

        As the request refund has been processed hence closing this.
        Amount has been refunded but no compensation has been provided for :

        1. Investment made on accessories of that particular phone( now there is no use for those accessories )

        2. Interest on 28490 /- (amount refunded after more than a month )

        3. Faced mental agony

        4. Time wastage ( several hours and several time contacted their customer care executives )

        5. Purchased phone during big billion sale, that time phone cost after cashback amount was 28490, but now it's cost me 33490.

        Compensation should be provided on above mentioned grounds.

        Please look into the matter and do the needful.

          I was not at all happy with the nibbo knife that i odered and the replacement which came. I m a frequent customer and i expect the company to hold out something to retain my interest on the company. The product did not meet the expectations at all. I feel like a big blow on my face. All other products were up to the mark but this is of no use. So, kindly consider my pleas and do the necessary.

              Sir, I ordered 'Sportze U8 Black Smartwatch' order id OD[protected] and received my order on 26.10.17 and kept un-open upto 02.11.17, I ordered for special gift to my wife on our 16th wedding Anniversary(02.11.2017).

              When I opened the box, the brown colour with bad plastic quality, start button doesn't work, can not put on, purely fake like a toy.

              It is not fair by giving Rs 855/-.

              I would like to request you to refund the money or exact order may be placed. Please help.

                  I ordered boosah patiala black, what i saw is 2 different shades of black clothes are used to stitch the salwar. It is looking very bad at the joints.                           I ordered naturmeds bath powder 3packets of 100grams each. I paid rs. 339 for the same.
                          I received just one pack of bath powder which had a label of 450gms. But when i checked the actual weight of the product, it was less than 90gms.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam,

                            I ordered an Apple iPhone 6 (Space Grey, 32 GB), Product Order ID - OD[protected], on 17th of October 11:29 PM from the website link: https://www.flipkart.com/apple-iphone-6-space-grey-32-gb/p/itmetmh3hfhnxtcj?pid=... which is sold by a Flipkart Assured seller "SuperComNet"

                            The product got delivered to me on 26th of October, 4:04 PM through Bluedart courier with Waybill No : [protected] & Reference No : S[protected].

                            However, the product was found defective right out of the box, the next day (27th of October) evening. Problem was that right side of iPhone's screen had a clicking noise coming from its top right corner and the bottom right corner as if the Iphone's display is improperly attached to the body/frame of the brand new iPhone 6.

                            When I informed about the incident to Flipkart, they told me to visit an Authorised Service Center, whom according to them, would replace me with a brand new product. Upon doing so, Apple Authorised Service Center kindly responded me that they do not have a replacement offer but rather would repair it for me. I refused for a repair and they provided me "Service Delivery Challan" stating the same.

                            On the same day ( 28th of October ) I lodged a complaint on Flipkart with Incident: IN[protected] . In response, they requested me to wait till 1st of November 7:30 PM by which my issue will be resolved.

                            As Flipkart never contacted me by 1st of November, I called them in their customer care number and also mailed them to which they're refusing to replace my product under their "10 Days Replacement* " policy in which it is specifically mentioned "Replacements are offered only if the product was received in damaged condition. "

                            As this has been my issue, I'm kindly requesting the concerned authorities to resolve the same as soon as possible under my rightful request for a replacement of the defective product I received.

                            In the unfortunate event of failing to give me my rightful replacement within 10 days, I'll be sincerely committed to letting Apple and the future customers be aware of my incident with the Flipkart before making a purchase.

                            After multiple times of contacting customer care number who repeatedly kept on telling me to wait for their special team to resolve my issue, I'm glad that today, I have received my rightful replacement for the damaged iPhone 6 which unfortunately Flipkart's Assured seller had sold to me. However satisfied I am, it is a fact that no compensation for time, effort and money I have lost drafting mails to "[email protected]", repeating the exact issue multiple times to the customer care executives without losing patience, and travelling to Apple's Authorized Service Center multiple times as they requested me to do. From my personal expeirence If you happen to be one of the unlucky consumers who bought an Apple's iPhone 6 from the seller "SuperComNet" in Flipkart, Kindly set a margin of 20 days to get your issues resolved and also definitely post your complaint in this website (www.consumercomplaints.in) without any second thoughts. If you solely depend on Flipkart's customer care then they'd repeatedly ask you to visit the authorised service centre more than one time and also will request you more time as deadlines for their special teams to look into the matter and hopefully resolve it. I hope Flipkart does something more faster next time when their valued customers receive one of the priemum products in damaged condition. Thank You,

                              No cost emi induces some hormones to buy a product which is little overburden for me to buy in normal buy method. I bought a Laptop in such conditions believing that few bucks per month won't bring worries. However after purchasing, I found that so called "No Cost EMI" played by Flipkart to fool innocent people and to increase their revenue. I reached the customer care with my concern and as expected they encountered every questions of mine with their T&C. After many arguements, I thought I had them at one point but they said "Thank you for understanding us and giving us oppurtunity to serve you". Anyways, I was duped by them. Request to you all to be more careful with this new scam.

                                i am vaibhav from ajmer (Rajasthan). i m order Zenniz Elite Rucksack - 90 L (Black) product with 10 Pocket on 24th Oct'17. But flipkart did not gave me my Proper product. then I complain to flipkart customer care office, then they were saying i m Change ur product and i gave too u your Proper Product. after they gave me other same product only color changes. i deliver my new product on in 2nd Nov'17 but NO CHANGES IN MY PRODUCT only Colour changes.
                                after i call to customer care but one one gave me proper reply.
                                now i need ur help.

                                  I have purchased sys ocean car perfume liquid from your reputed shoping site. I have recived a product, but product was different which i have booked online and product is damage also. I have raise the complaint to flipkart on the same days only. After 3days the delivery boy come to my home and ask me to give the damage product and take your newone then he check the product he has refuse to take the product because he is saying it is different product sorry sir i cant give you. Now tell me what should i do should i take a strick action to your company. Please solve my problem

                                    I ordered a phone Infinix Note 4 (Order ID- OD[protected]from Flipkart on 26th October 17 and I got the delivery on 28th October 17. The phone was broken, scratched, old and damaged and looked of some other brand which was wrapped by Ekart cellotape (Photo attached). Simply they cheated me. I logged a complaint and they said they will be delivering a new phone by 30th. The courier guy are refusing to take the return as the mail from Flipkart to courier says that we have been delivered a new phone of some other brand.

                                    IT has been 4 days, we are constantly talking to them. Lots of commitment from them but no action at all. It has been more than 72 hours and no response yet.
                                    It was a prepaid order and I am really worried about my money. It is more of a harassment as everytime I call them I have to explain the entire story and the person on the other end has no clue and no authority to do anything.
                                    I have mailed their senior management aswell including the CEO, VP, Co-Founder but no response yet.

                                      I bought Micromax spark 4g phone from flip kart .. I received a defective and damaged item which I filed for returns/replacement. After which they said they will send technician to my house to check the phone . The technician without checking sat in my house and ignored all my complaints and wrote good on his job sheet and made me sign it . I asked for another return/replacement request and they sent the same technician who claimed that it’s a trick by flipkart that they send technicians to bide time and will never replace ur phone and then they will say sorry the time for your returns policy is over . U need to contact Micromax service centre now . Flipkart is the worst e commerce site and makes a fool out of the customer making them a fool . The technician himself is the Supreme Court pré training done by flipkart and when he says good that means issue is resolved and ur returns request is rejected . The second time of the tech visit I did not sign instead wrote pathetic performance and damaged product but still according to flipkart the issue is resolved. From 24th October I’ve been calling twice a day and I get no help from these people . I would never suggest anyone to buy anything from flip kart . FLIPKART IS A FRAUD COMPANY WHICH LOOTS YOUR MONEY AND SHIELDS ITS SELLERS . THEY EVEN REJECT GENUINE PLEAS OF HELP AND DOESNT GIVE YOU ANY PRIORITY .CHEATERS THIEVES . It’s the biggest nightmare of my life

                                        I would like to give a fantastic feedback with the way they have treated me (As a customer).
                                        I booked for whirlpool 7.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine (Bloom wash 360° world series 72h) on sat, sep 23rd '17 12:12 pm
                                        On the same day i get a message that i would get the product on 4th oct, from there i get yet another message that i would receive on 6th oct, then 8th oct finally i got it on 9th oct with installation and demo scheduled on 11th oct.
                                        On 11th oct technician visits and opens the box and we were all shocked to see that its refurbished or a old product full of dust inside and outside of the washing machine and on top a faulty model.
                                        Then we were asked by the technician to raise a complaint on flipkart, hence we gave them a call to log a complaint and from there we have calling flipkart and hardly we are getting support except for fake promises that we will check with srikanteshwara stores of this product is not available we will refund you the money abd they have taken a month already now and so solution yet. We would have wasted for more than 100 hours on call days passed by.. And we get to hear from the technician that sorry for inconvienence your call will be escalated. No refund can be given however we will change the product. This message is what we hear every time we speak to customer care with all false promises. The call get disconnected by executive as they do not know what solution to give. The other executive speaks to us saying he is manager but yet again its fake executive.
                                        And even today the faulty machine is lieing at home with no one to pick this nor return our money. My house has become dump for waste now.
                                        Its 2nd of nov and untill now the so called flipkart has not taken any action on the order: od[protected]

                                        I recommend any one reading this not to buy any product from flipkart. I am frustrated to the core already now

And we get to hear from the executive is "sorry for inconvienence your call will be escalated". We do not have refund option on the tool however we will send the correct product. We have been iterating the case to every executive though its written in the log. We have heard false promises that with 24 hrs it will be resolved. Many a times the call gets disconnected by executive as they do not know what solution to give. The other executive speaks to us saying he is manager but yet again its fake executive.
                                        And even today the faulty machine is lieing at home with no one to pick this nor return our money. My house has become dump for waste now.
