30 days and no product delivered, and flipkart has put up false update that order delivered. They never delivered the order and now are not willing to refund my money. They claim they will investigate after 30 days and also claim that this order is not eligible for refund wow! Product not delivered! 30 days resolution time! Pathetic customer care! Careless escalation team!# seller! An awefull experience i ever had. Now let me tell you my experience with amazon, i faced a similar issue, i had ordered a product it got delivered to me i called to return teh order, return didn't happen i called back to claim refund and do you know what they give first preference to their customers and not the logistics or sellers, they refunded teh amount immediately this is what customer satisfaction and delight means with amazon and this is the difference between flipkart and amazon!

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed customer the refund status and the TAT. Customer stated did not get the refund. hence informed the TAT. Informed if not the funds are not credited, request to get in touch with the bank. Customer agreed for the same and closing the case.

Please put option in searching a prouct either it is sealed/not.
I HAVE ORDERED MI A1 BT GOT BRICK INSTED OF PHONE. SO I COMPLIAN AGINST IT TO FLIPKART BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVENT RESOLVE THE ISSU ND ITS MORE THAN A WEEK SINCE I GOT THE PAKAGE. They are really ceatng their custmors plz take some step against it
