To the handling authority,

With an amount of heavy trust i ordered a lg brand 6 kg front door washing machine on 2nd of oct 2017. I had to gift this to a relative but the purpose was not surved as it was delivered about 10 days late. But i understand sometimes this happens. Ok. But when the person sent by flipkart came to install this he found the product was damaged (He only opened it for the first time). He suggested me to return the product, the very same day i requested for the return. Since then, i have got calls from 3 different lg showrooms ranchi, dhanbad and jhumri tilaiya. They said they can exchange the product if they get some confirmation from flipkart. They are also saying that thats why we ask people not to buy products from e-commerce stores, really??? After some days i stopped getting calls from every where. Now, no one is talking about refund or exchange. The pick up date has also been extended twice and now its 13th nov 2017, only god and flipkart knows whats happening with my product.
Should a customare wait for like months for a washing machine?
I request you to please look into this matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible because already i'm so much frustrated and hopeless on this issue. Please dont make me regret on the decision of buying it from flipkart. With a hope that you will do something to keep ur customare faith, and if you cant do anything please refund the money on given account details to this account.

    I have booked two refrigerators and i cancelled one refrigerator because of wrong address and second one was cancelled by flipkart customer care person by mistake. I am following for refund for past 20 days but i haven’t received my money back. On 27th october i got a call from flipkart and they accepted their mistake and they said because of their system issue they were unable to process the refund so they got my bank account details and ifsc code for manual transaction. They said to wait for five business days that istill 3 november 2017. I have not received any update regarding that refund till date. I have called many times to flipkart customer care but they are still asking do you want to cancel this product. They are not moving this case in right way i am not getting any solution from them.     Whenever I update complaints here I am receiving call from flipkart customer support and they are saying they will resolve the issue in 24 - 48 hours. But as of now no positive reply. nearly 25 days passed still they haven't processed my payment. Total amount is 20, 696 they haven't refunded my money. I dont have money to repay my debts to credit card. Now i am in situation of paying interest.

      Hello,
      I have ordered a study table (Od[protected] and was delivered on oct21 and supposed to be installed in 2 days. No concerned team contacted in those two days and when i escalated i have got a call from the installation guy and he wasn’t ready to get in installed in my preferred timings and finally he accepeted on saturday oct28. But no one came on that dat to install and when i called the support team i didn’t get any help. Later i have been raising multiple requests through e-mails, phone calls, twitter social media and there was no fix to this. I have also raise the return request as they are not installing my product. They have rejected my request. And worst thing is they have already updated that the product is installed from the back end.
      Please consider this and make necessary actions on them. They need a lesson to be learnt to pay fine for this and i don’t need uninstalled this product anymore.

            I tried an online transaction for the mobile redmi note 4 amounting rs10, 999/- from flipkart on 7/10/2017 time 11:22pm. The process was not successful but the amount was debited from my account transaction no. Tx[protected], order id. Od[protected]. I have contacted flipkart many times asking them to refund my money, but they are not providing any proper information regarding above mentioned issue.

                I recieved motoe4 plus 10 days before and noted that the display has some blinking issues and some unathorised apps are preinstalled.. So i went for return. Then the technical support came from flipkart and they did'nt listened to me too.. And submitted fake info that is there is no issues, but still i have that issue and am gonna give a complaint against flipkart through consumers court

When i unboxing the product there was pin for inserting sim card was missing but at time of order, it shows that the pin was in box. So i thought i received a open box product or the box was opened after dispatch and if really that happens than i want a solution for it.

Due to my phone problem i called flipkart customer representative they suggested some service center on october 25th 2017, ovez communication in richmond circle in bangalore, touch service center in indira gandhi in bangalore both are not accepted my phone due to they are not comfortable for leeco phones... Final again after calling filkart executive.. They have suggested another one service center... When i visited leeco service center... They are ready accept my phone... But they are not accepting under warranty due to my invoice date

                        Respected sir/madam,

                        i am aakash girwal, one of your first time customers. I needed to purchase a phone for me so i purchased a "infinix note 4" (Order id - od[protected] from flipkart despite the fact that few people told me not to purchase it from flipkart telling me that flipkart has the worst return/refund policy but thinking that flipkart being one of the largest ecommerce platform in the country i will have no such problem but when i got my order delivered and used the phone i faced serious battery drain issues so thinking it as a manufacturing defect i applied for replacement and as i expected from flipkart they accepted replacement request and maid my faith in flipkart stronger. But when i got the replacement i started to face same battery drain issue and even the camera quality was very low as compared to first one purchased and i also visted the company's service but they too were not able to solve the problem and the most suprising fact was that when i checked the invoice it had a diffrent seller (Savan retailers pvt. Ltd.) name than what was shown on flipkart site (Flashstar commerce)

                        i seriously doubt that it is refurbished or used product.

                        And to my suprise when i contacted flipkart customer care executive he instead of solving my issue abruptly told me that there can be no refund and when i asked about the invoice mistake he told me that that it is between the seller and flipkart and not important for me.

                        This is a clear fraud, at least the customer should be notified about such thing because the customer purchases product by having faith in seller name too but here i wasnt notified of any such imformation and even flipkart says that the a flipkart assured product goes through 6 quality checks but by seeing this product it doesn't seem like that.

                        otherwise i assure that this will be my first and last purchase from flipkart and anyone who asks me a opinion about flipkart will also never purchase from flipkart. Flipkart being such a large e-commerce platform which has earned such respect in the market i would never like to do anything that will degrade flipkart's reputation but if my issue is not resolved i will be forced to raise this issue on social media platforms and also to take legal action in consumer court.

                        But i expect that flipkart will not do such thing with its customer, restore my faith back in flipkart and solve my issue by giving me back my refund back for the purchase and resolving this issue as fast as possible.

                        Interacted with the customer and as per the replacement policy one replacement was already provided informed to contact service center for further assistance. Hence closing this from our end.
                        There is a big fraud being organized by Flipkart in the name of flash sale. The recent 200 reviews of the seller (M/s Flashstar Commerce) are self explanatory. I had ordered Redmi Note 5 Pro on 16th May, 2018. The item had not been dispatched till 21th May late night. After a lot of requests and phone calls finally item was dispatched through a third class, cheap, slow courier partner M/s Ekart. No status about material is available with Ekart. No contact number of seller or Ekart has been provided.The material is still awaited. Flipkart customer support is not helpful in any way.

                          More than 1 month back i paid full amount for the new wooden shoe rack from
                          Kaikondrahalli, sarjapur road, bangalore -560035. Right from then i have not
                          Received any update from flipkart side about the status of my product
                          Installation. After repeated follow ups from my side about the status, i
                          Was told that installation would be completed on or before 11th october.
                          Just believing your commitment on 11th october, i hold on all my work and
                          Stayed back at home and repeatedly followed up about the confirmation of
                          Time for which i received response that by end of day installation would be
                          Completed.

                          At the end of day again it was me who called about the status then mr asif,
                          Who said he was from escalation team confirmed that at any cost by 16th oct
                          Afternoon installation will be completed. Again on that day when i called
                          To know the status i was told by your executive that it takes some more
                          Time and installation would be completed by 20th oct.

                          At the end, the home town member came on 25th october and when he opened the sealed set, the product was already damaged which means i received a damaged product. The second shelf in wooden rack was broken.

                          Today i received a call from flipkart and her name is anish or anis. She hang up the call rudely after having a long discussion. If she is not ready to talk, she at least can escalate call to some other person. Very rude behaviour of flipkart staff. Worst service.

                          Please call me for more queries and i want the product to be replaced as early as possible. Already 1 month is wasted. Flipkart took almost 20 days to install a small product. After taking 20 days of time, they delivered the damaged piece. How irresponsible is that? Now again i have to waste my time on calls.

                          Is there any end to flipkart false commitments? Time and again flipkart are
                          Betraying me with false commitments. At least there is no minimum
                          Courtesy on their side to update me the status and every time i need to call
                          And beg flipkart about the status of installation. At their whims and fancies you are changing the commitment dates and not even updating me of the same.
                          Don't expect the customer to dance to your tunes.

                          Sorry to tell flipkart that even a road side vendor behaves in a more
                          Responsible manner. Absolutely no responsibility, accountability
                          And deceiving the customers with your false promises. If you continue with
                          The same attitude with in no time you will loose the market. There are many
                          Competitors like amazon and snap deal who are far better than you.

                          It is my blunder to opt flip kart and i deeply regret for my decision. I am
                          Vexed with your reckless attitude and deceitful character. So far i have
                          Wasted a lot of my time and effort by dealing with people like you and no
                          More i want to waste my time and effort.

                              I have placed an order for 3 items (Tables) on 20th oct 17 with expected delivery on 5th nov. However inspite of couple of times reminder with customer care center my items are still showing status with packed condition awaiting for shipment. This will definitely going to cause delay in delivery in practical inspite of multiple reminders to expedite the shipment. This is going to cause lot inconvenience to us. I need these items to be delivered on time due to urgency.

                              Customer raised a complaint for installation issue. We apologies to customer for the delay in arranging the installation customer told he don't want installation he wants refund with 24% interest. Denied the customer request of 24% interest and informed we can only help him with the refund or with installation. Customer is not co-operating with us hence we're closing the complaint from our end.

                                I have purchased a 65 inch leeco tv i had a problem with tv then i contact flipkart they offered me for refund I have returned the leeco 65 tv as the flipkart offered me for refund tv reached to flipkart but the refund was not done yet and prolonging time day by day please resolve the issue My order id OD[protected]

                                  I ordered a product vega crux motorbike helmet in flipkart app on 25th oct 2017, but i received vega cruiser wp helmet on 30th oct 2017, which is a different model from which i ordered. So i gave replacement request in their website 1 time, then it was rejected by saying product delivered and then by calling their customer care 3 times daily i made complaint. But all 4 times by next days successively. If i call them, they registering request but cancelling next day. Now i don't know how to recover my product from them, so finally approaching you to solve this issue.

                                  We had interacted with the customer, customer informed that the pickup is already done and informed as the pickup is done refund will credited within 9 business days. and it has been successfully completed from our side and hence closing the case.
                                  It was cancelled 6 times so far.i don't know who has the authority to cancel the replacement request whether seller or Flipkart itself... because when I call you taking request but after 1 day cancelling it.how many days I have to wait for getting my product?

                                    I got defective mobile in which sd card slot doesn't work properly when i complaint it in flipkart customer care then they sent a mechanic when he came he even doesn't know how to repair it he call somebody and ask him "sd card slot kam nhi kr rha kaise thik krte hai"then he said that it can be repaired by formating sd card if it doesn't then went to moto service centre. He said my only duty is to check mobile phone not for repair it. I said "please send request to flipkart that this is defective piece so that they can replace it. He said"if i said after that if there is no defect in it then i will lost my job so i can't"
                                    He write to flipkart that there is no issue in this phone.
                                    Such a disappointed experience..
                                    Not expected at all this from flipkart.

                                      Dear flipkart,

                                      1. I had ordered sennheiser cx 275s headset with mic (Order id : od[protected] worth rupees 1439 on 22nd september 2017.

                                      2. After receiving the order on 29th sept 2017, i found one of its earplug is not working properly, hence i requested
                                      Return and replacement on 30th sept 2017.

                                      3. Till 12th oct 2017, there was no firm update of the status of my order. Hence i called flipkart customer support and asked
                                      About the status of my order. Additionally there was one more request from my side to change delivery address from work
                                      Location to home due to coming diwali week holidays to which the customer executive politely replied with yes but for that
                                      I have to cancel previous order and regenerate new one. Initially i insisted on not doing so because in that case i will lose
                                      Flipkart 10 days return and replacement policy. But the customer executive confirmed me that there won't be any problem
                                      And she will make remark with the existing case of mine. The customer executive did the cancellation of previous return and
                                      Replacement order and generated new one for return and replacement. She further forwarded the same to backend team on
                                      12th oct itself and told me that i will get call within 14th oct 2017.

                                      4. I didn't get any call further and further when i contacted the team after patiently waiting for 10-15 days or so they are replying
                                      That the customer care executive who took my call on 12 th oct (Mentioned in point 3) did some mistake in forwarding
                                      The issue to backend team and now i will not get the replacement.

                                      5. Now, they are refusing to take any action regarding this issue. Today ie 04th nov 2017 i called again to customer care executive
                                      And now they are refusing to escalate this issue. I talked with priyanka thakur (Madhya pradesh region) and she is refusing to escalate
                                      This issue to high level making an excuse that she is unable to escalate.

                                      6. Due to bad customer support, flipkart will surely loose its valued customer in coming days.

                                      7. Please take some appropriate action in this case.

                                        I bought a hp laptop bag from flipkart
                                        (Order id od[protected]
                                        (Product: hp 15.6 inch expandable laptop backpack)
                                        And it was delivered to me on 16th oct, 2017. I used the product yesterday, i. E. 3rd nov. 2017, for the very first time and it completely tore apart. The main zipper broke and came out. The big compartment's fabric just tore apart and the bag looks like its a piece of waste. This confirms that the product is a fake and i mailed flipakrt and they refused to refund me the amount i paid for it or exchange it for a new item as it has not been a month. This is so wrong on flipkart to deliver fake products to their customers.
                                        The bag only had a laptop inside and nothing else and it could not sustain the weight of a laptop. I had to carry the laptop in my hand after the incident.
                                        This was huge inconvenience for me and led to embarrassment and discomfort
