I would like to give a fantastic feedback with the way they have given false promises.
I booked whirlpool 7.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine (Bloom wash 360° world series 72h) on sat, sep 23rd '17 12:12 pm
On the same day i get a message that i would get the product on 4th oct, from there i get yet another message that i would receive on 6th oct, then 8th oct finally i got it on 9th oct with installation and demo scheduled on 11th oct.
On 11th oct technician visits and opens the box and we were all shocked to see that its refurbished or a old product full of dust inside and outside of the washing machine and on top a faulty model.
Then we were asked by the technician to raise a complaint on flipkart, hence we gave them a call to log a complaint and from there we have been calling flipkart and hardly we are getting support except for fake promises that we will check with srikanteshwara stores of this product, if is not available we will refund you the money and they have taken a month already now and no solution yet.
One technician come for demo after 2 days or so another one comes demo again even after telling that we have looged a complaint not to install the product. Aagin after 2 days technician is at door to pack the machine and there by no one to take this back to flipkart.
We would have wasted for more than 100 hours on calls. Days passed by.. And we get to hear from the executive is "sorry for inconvienence your call will be escalated". We do not have refund option on the tool however we will send the correct product. We have been iterating the case to every executive though its written in the log. We have heard false promises that with 24 hrs it will be resolved. Many a times the call gets disconnected by executive as they do not know what solution to give. The other executive speaks to us saying he is manager but yet again its fake executive.
And even today the faulty machine is lieing at home with no one to pick this nor return our money. My house has become dump for waste now.
Untill now the so called flipkart has not taken any action on the order: od[protected]
1. Investment made on accessories of that particular phone( now there is no use for those accessories )
2. Interest on 28490 /- (amount refunded after more than a month )
3. Faced mental agony
4. Time wastage ( several hours and several time contacted their customer care executives )
5. Purchased phone during big billion sale, that time phone cost after cashback amount was 28490, but now it's cost me 33490.
Compensation should be provided on above mentioned grounds.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
