After multiple times of contacting customer care number who repeatedly kept on telling me to wait for their special team to resolve my issue, I'm glad that today, I have received my rightful replacement for the damaged iPhone 6 which unfortunately Flipkart's Assured seller had sold to me.
However satisfied I am, it is a fact that no compensation for time, effort and money I have lost drafting mails to "
[email protected]", repeating the exact issue multiple times to the customer care executives without losing patience, and travelling to Apple's Authorized Service Center multiple times as they requested me to do.
From my personal expeirence If you happen to be one of the unlucky consumers who bought an Apple's iPhone 6 from the seller "SuperComNet" in Flipkart, Kindly set a margin of 20 days to get your issues resolved and also definitely post your complaint in this website (www.consumercomplaints.in) without any second thoughts. If you solely depend on Flipkart's customer care then they'd repeatedly ask you to visit the authorised service centre more than one time and also will request you more time as deadlines for their special teams to look into the matter and hopefully resolve it.
I hope Flipkart does something more faster next time when their valued customers receive one of the priemum products in damaged condition.
