There is delay in delivery of ordered item.delay by almost 6 days.
online tracking shows order has already been reached to the delivery address but not dispatched to me....

I ordered a hard disk (Wd my passport 4tb) on 8th oct 2017 they sent me an email of order confirmation. On 13th oct 2017 they cancelled it and when i asked them they said the seller has cancelled it without giving me any valid reason. There is no coordination between flipkart and sellers. They behaved very unprofessionally when i asked them for the valid reason. They asked me to place the order again...

I paid rs 64900 prepaid via debit card.
My product was supposed to be packed and dispatched. I. E. 18th october. But still, now it has been even packed till now. Dispatching is far now.

I have ordered a branded wireless optical mouse (Vu4) (Red) on 14th oct. Which cost me rs.464. I got the parcel on 21st oct which is 2 days delayed. After opening it i found it a different product black in colour and its was not even working and not the same brand as well.
I called up and put a grievance mail as well to the cc of the company for compensation on this order #od[protected], but they are not...

On call refrigerator repair engineer came to repair the refrigerator. His name is ramesh, number [protected].

He changed the compressor and gave us warranty of 6 months. Charged rs 4000.

Fridge stopped working after a month. We have been trying to reach him and he has not come to repair the fridge. Pls help.

He is running his services under name-sai krupa refrigeration.
